I had Lin do my acrylics with a cat eye gel polish. He was so nice - he even checked in with me multiple times throughout the service to make sure I love everything - length, shape, color, everything!! His attention to detail was amazing and my nails look flawless!

Have been going to the salon for 11 years never had one problems with the service or anything at all best time to go is during the week during the day the girls have a lot of clients and it really gets busy on the weekends if you have time to wait then go ahead if not go to in the week 🙋

My aunt and I arrived right at noon, yesterday, which is when they open on Sundays. We were the first to arrive. Linh and Amy were there opening up and we sat and waited - no problem!Unfortunately, they had to tell a few others, who came shortly after us, to come back later because they were going to take care of our manicures and pedicures, first, and needed time.Then, this older lady came in with her granddaughter. They seemed to know this lady because she said, I just need these filled. Two weeks will be tomorrow... But, do I have to wait for these people?These people were myself and my aunt.My aunt was taken back by Amy and I was ready to be next with Linh.Then, Linh tells this older lady to have a seat and starts working on her, chatting away with her and her granddaughter.I was thinking, Did this really happen?!? ... Oh, its just a filling so it must be short and he will be on to me...About an HOUR later, somebody that works for them comes in, has a seat where the granddaughter is sitting - shes probably in third grade, by the way - and Linh tells her to tell the guy what she wants.I immediately spoke up and asked, Are we skipping me?!?Linh says, Amy will do you next...To which I replied, Yeah...nevermind then! and just sat there and waited for my aunt to be done so I could pay - it was my idea to do this, together, and was to be my treat.I was really disappointed in this type customer service. There was no communication to me until I asked if I was being skipped. Then, there was NO apology.I must add that I was, also, disappointed in the grandmother for her lack of her awareness (or maybe she was fully aware and, simply, entitled), allowing her and her granddaughter to be taken care of, before me, even though she knew they came in after us. What are you teaching your granddaughter?Linh and Amy - why did you allow this to happen?!?

Very slow service..only 2 people were working when i came and even if you come in to do something as simple as eyebrows, they will make you wait, while they watch the customer soak their feet for a pedicure, instead of taking care of the customers who need a small service.There is no reason why on a Wednesday, there should be a 90 minute wait to do a service that doesnt even take 10 minutes.The salon was also hot and full of bugs. And maybe 30 nail polish options, if that.NEVER AGAIN!

These guys do a nice job. The first couple times my nails were great. The last two times they have cracked and peeled so i dont know if i chose an old color or what, but i told them and they at least tried to fix it. The only sad part is that they are short staffed so 9/10 times you have to wait or they tell you to come back later. But just make an appointment and youll be fine bc they stick to the appt times.
