Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. I made an appointment, arrived early, and they were ready for me. Mikki took her time to draw a wonderful design for me. My nails are absolutely beautiful and great quality. I will definitely be returning for more amazing nail art.

I contacted the owner because my original nail technician at another shop canceled on me at the last minute before a photoshoot. Kay asked me a few questions and booked me the next day. My appointment started on time. Everyone was super friendly and like family. The technician was very careful with my nails and also very talented. I showed her a nail style I wanted and she executed it phenomenally. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails and the greatest part is they haven’t broken or lifted and it’s been 4 weeks. Amazing quality work!

Dasi did a great job on my nails although we didnt get a chance to completely finish. I was there for 2 hours and had to leave because I had other places to be. I didnt get my nails drilled, buffed or finished with a clear coat. I was hoping the owner would offer me a discount because the service took a while and wasnt completed. The prices are a bit higher than what Id normally pay for basic nails and the temperature of the shop was warm. Not a lot of polish to choose from and the owner wasnt very welcoming. Whenever I tried to talk to nail tech, the owner kept either interrupting or chiming in. Apart of customer service is the tech talking to the clients, not the manager the entire time. Dasi was bomb though! Really really nice and informative!

Ive had my nails done here a handful of times, along with my roommate and our nails have been beautiful every time. They really pay attention to detail and are not afraid to take on a challenge- all of the artists are wonderfully pleasant. We will be coming here every time we want to get our nails done :)

I’ve been going to this salon for years! The girls are so friendly and welcoming, the talent is truly like no other in Florida. The atmosphere is very inviting and it’s truly GOOD VIBES! They can do hand painted art, encapsulation, all of it. They recently moved to a better location in ybor and Im loving it. I personally recommend the hot towel pedicure with the steamer! Where do I begin?!! I felt so welcomed from jump when making my nail appointment with Ms. Kay. Once I walked in the salon literally everyone said good morning and the vibe in that place was just amazing. Ms. Kat did my nails and we had such good conversation, so kind! My first time-my last time! I’ve never seen such a horrible service. It took 1h32min for a simple gel manicure. Alexis, first “specialist “ did not even know what to do, her hand were shaking and she couldn’t even think clearly. Finally, Kriss came in, did a decent job on manicure, but their materials are extremely cheap, and 1 day after, gel cover started peeling off🤦‍♀️. But the most ridiculous was the management who wrote instructions on a Groupon incorrectly and was about to charge me a higher price. After arguing, she agreed to the Groupon price.

Moved to Tampa from out of state, I found this place and I can say I’m in love. Kat was amazing and the detail and time she took, my nails are amazing. I felt so welcomed and not rushed her technique is different but well worth it. She was so sweet. I can’t wait for my next set.

Yesterday was my first appointment at NWF. It was very clean and had no harsh chemical smells. My nail tech was Alexis. She was very meticulous with my nails and made sure I was happy every step of the process. She made me feel comfortable as well as the nail tech next to her.( I believe her name was Kat, very sweet lady.) Ill be back. Thank you NWF.

Got my nails done by Alexis and needless to say that I am IMPRESSED and in love with them! The quality is amazing, she gave me exactly what I asked for, and she’s fun to talk to. she was very gentle, she made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort the entire time and she made sure that I left pleased! $30 Fill In$50 Dry Pedicure ( No Bowls)My nails had a gap between the cuticle & nails. Still looks like I need a fill in. My polish took forever to dry... Woke up with indentations in my nail polish 3 days after.I feel bad knowing I paid $80 for poor quality, maybe because I’m not a regular customer.The nail techs have really pretty long nails but can’t work with them...I went in at 1 o’clock and left out at 6 o’clock...Drinking liquor & partying with the regular customers who obviously receive better quality than me. No nail dryers or fans. The pedicure chairs appear to be lounge chairs with ottomans. I’ll never go back...

My experience with Kay was absolutely amazing the atmosphere was so cool, calm and collective.. all good vibes and excellent service. My nails only lasted 3 days until about 4 popped off and all they offered me was 20% off my next visit. i paid 70$ and asked for at least half of my money back and they told me that couldn’t happen. never again.

There was no rush, she took her time and paid attention to detail when cleaning my nails, at no point did she hurt me or make me feel uncomfortable, Which I think is very important. It was my first time going to nails with finesse and I will be going back! The whole atmosphere was amazing I was met with smiling faces when I came in and the music was amazing. Went in for a full set, it took TWO hours to do a basic full set and charged me 80$ . THE NAILS themself were like dollar tree material.. All my nails came off within 6days. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL . The nail tech burned me a lot as well. Honestly the worst nail salon I’ve ever been in.

If she doesn’t have a certain material with her at the time she will make sure that she gets it for the next time that you get there that’s also a plus about her... Head out to see her!

Brand new super sanitary pedi and manis, love them the best part is your constantly massaged, my favorite part of the service! The staff is awesome, took the time to discuss my needs and desires along with my budget! It’s all so super serene with waterfall sounds in the background and complimentary eye mask, ear plugs, and a fully reclined massage chair defiantly my favorite me time spot!
