I came here just to get a fill. First, let me say the guy did an amazing job. My nails look so much better than I anticipated. But the lack of customer service skills is why I had to lower my rating. He didn’t speak to me at all, was rough and was watching a movie the whole time he was doing my nails. My mom came with me to get pedicure and they had her waiting about 40 minutes before they even sat her in a chair, then ran the water, and left her there for like another 25 minutes. But overall, she was happy with her feet. So… yeah.

I frequent this place often because I like the way they do nails. But I’m definitely about to stop! Quite frankly, they’re very unprofessional and do not value their customer’s time. EVERY time you make an appointment, you can be expected to wait a MINIMUM of 45 minutes when you arrive because they always over schedule. They advertise that they do appointments only but it’s no point because you always have to wait. And they’re never apologetic about it either.

Amy is the bomb, I was referred to her by a friend and I am glad I went. Overall the salon is awesome and everyone is friendly. They only thing that would make it better is if you guys get disposable bags for the pedicure bowls and update the nail salon. It ie too cluttered and has too much everywhere. The salon isn’t that big so it is definitely time for a refresh.

I’m actually eating based on the mangers lack of professionalism . After having received a great service from her nail tech, I go to hand her my payment, and she proceeds to look at me like o has two heads. Almost like she didn’t want to accept my money. But I watched her with two other NON-BLACK patrons, and she accepted their money and didn’t force the nail techs to take the money from them to hand to her. I will not be going back after this experience. 90% of their customer base is black. IF, they want to continue to receive our business they need to start treating us with respect.

Really good nail place. Fast and really good with name styles. They are up to date with things and are by appointment only during covid. Everyone wears a mask. Good atmosphere.

I have gone there one month, and they talk about the custmors while your sitting right there, Kim the owner of the salon also I said Hello Kim and she said i dont know you, & had no mask on her face, for covid19 also some of the employees do the same no mask wearing and change prices every two weeks its something different. So i told them YOUR FIRED 😆 LOL !!!

You dont want to even step foot in the plaza let alone in this nail salon. I had a unlicensed young man doing my nails. I told the manager I didnt like my nails and from there I almost called the police. She refused to give me my money back after he took off the simple nail polish change color(thats is how he left my nails and called taking off the nail polish and filing) She brushed me off, rolled her eyes. But I mean what do you except when her greeting was her sitting on the floor outside smoking a cigarette. I also reported this to the Florida Department that regulates nail salon. I

I made an appointment for my 3 God daughters for their birthdays so that they can get their nails done together they set there for almost an hour and a 1/2 So I ask how long it would be the one lady said ask the manager said excuse me manager how much longer for the girls they were on time for their appointments oh were gonna do them we have to get to them they were so rude long story short they didnt do their nails we have ridden around in the rain Trying to find another nail salon On a Sunday with open appointments terrible service will never return

Horrible. Horrible service but they do good nails. The salon is dirty and regardless of what time you make your appointment, I guarantee you will be waiting at least 30 minutes before they get to you.

I honestly dont know where all the bad reviews come from. Maybe only the dissatisfied customers take the time to comment, cause hunty Ive been coming here for about 2 years now, and they always slay my nails. I can admit, that they are always really busy, but what do you expect when everyone in the city prefers this nail salon. Ive been to Regal nails, Ameri nails, Tinas Nails, etc, and they cant compete with Nails and Nails. The only time I go anywhere else is when Nails and Nails are extremely packed and I have no other choice. Ms. Kim is a sweetheart. She has never been rude or disrespectful in any way (unless you come in with an attitude) Kayley-Boo is the sweetest person in the world. She always tries to start up a convo, and make sure you are happy with the services before you leave. Ive had David do my acrylics before and wooow!!! He is a perfectionist. I recently learned that some reviews are just misleading, angry customers because they deserve at least 4 stars, if not 5!

Long story short that man think I couldnt afford 30 dollars to get my nails done .then he was insulting me speaking his language just coz I called him out the lady got mad told me I can leave mind you I wasnt cursing them out, they very old I wouldnt do that .but may God bless them and still be working in that place. I was visiting my Mom and we went to Nails on Nails to get pedicures. Got right in and staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back!

As of today 1.2.20 nail polish coming off already and its 8 hours later. Note that i dont have to do anything hard labor. Plus the nail tech was disrespectful, when asked about doing nail polish over.

They were ok. When I first got there it was about 4 to 5 women, and I was singing in I overheard them complaining how they have a lot of people in the back while they been waiting.I only waited about 5 to8 minutes. She was nice and did a fabulous job

The price chart says one thing and you get charged another. The service is pretty good though. I would revisit. I got my nails refilled whilst I was getting a pedicure!!! That was different but quite efficient 😉

Theyre unprofessional. Locks their doors earlier than their closing time, more than 20 minutes earlier to be exact meanwhile a worker is in there just sitting, open sign on and all.

Bad customer service

I came in for a Pedicure... Lady who did my Pedicure was nice. However they had a different guy do the polish and filing of my toenails... He didnt file them and cut my Left Big Toe Nail shorter that the right toe nail... Later that night the nail polish started to come off... He never put on a base or top coat... Came in the next day to get it fixed... Their excuse for the mistake was that they were in a rush that day bcuz I was the last customer and they made me wait for what they call paying customers ahead of me.. . I was a paying customer and came in the next dat so they can fix their mistake, but apparently by than they already had my money and no longer considered a paying customer since o wasnt going to pay them any extra money to fix their mistakes that they knew they did... Female Manager so rude, only nice person there is the very thin and tall lady who did my Pedicure before they transferred me to have an inexperienced Nail Technician do the file and Polish which was horribly done...

Terrible!!The guy had a whole attitude with me for no reason he told me “DONT LOOK AT ME WHILE I DO YOUR NAILS” I was so confused never again 🤦🏽‍♀️I give it one star because my nails did come out cute but miss Kim was amazing she was sweet and did my nails beautifully to bad she can’t do my nails every time...

Always get the deluxe pedicure. And eyebrows done. Always awesome service. Sometimes a line but other than that its always an awesome experience.

I wanted the acrylics removed from my hands (which I got done somewhere else) and the gel removed from my toes. The guy sat me down in the chair and immediately had an attitude because I wanted everything off and nothing more. He took off the acrylics and gel huffing and puffing the whole time but forgot to mention my real nail split in the middle under the acrylic knowing it wasnt his fault. I paid $13 for straight up attitude and pain AVOID THIS PLACE!

I came in 45 minutes before I plan to get my nails done and told them Id be back in exactly 45 minutes there was only one person ahead of me at two women that could do nails that person was being taken care of when I got in there and I waited 30 minutes inside the nail salon while two other people skipped ahead of me to get other things done I understand that maybe not everybody in their can do acrylic however you dont have a customer sitting there looking dumb for 30 minutes esp when they came in 45 minutes before that so tell you that they were going to get their nails done I wasted an hour and 15 minutes to get my nails done and I wasnt even acknowledged worst customer service....

First off an employee smoking a cigarette literally right in front of entrance. Then when i get inside i waited 20 minutes before anyone came over so i could ask about the pedicure options. When i asked i was told 3 different prices but not the difference between each one. When i asked what the difference first they told me the prices. I said yes I see that but makes the prices different like what are the services. then was i was given an extremely vague answer. Rubbed me the wrong way so i just left.

If I could give this place No stars I would. I had the worst eyebrow experience of my life. Not only do the beauticians lack pleasant customer service, but it seems they have a knack for ruining eyebrows. I went in with thick beautiful eyebrows and came out with lines. I am a model, so imagine how detrimental it is for me to have had my eyebrows messed with. I did not instruct her to go rogue on my eyebrows.. Matter of fact it is customary for them to ask you beforehand what you want done. She didnt ask me anything. And I partially take blame for not specifying what I wanted done and for assuming that she would just keep the shape of my brows seeing that there were just a few hairs here and there that needed cleaning. I am honestly traumatized and devastated and I will forever remember the moment when I sat up and saw more skin than hair on my forehead. It will be a rough two months. All I am saying is, if you like your eyebrows... dont go here.PS- This is not my first bad experience with them but this was by far the worst and most review giving worthy.

They rushed through my full set and refill both times I came here and the nails were completely uneven. They do not properly clean around the edges either. I brought a friend for an appointment and got there 45 minutes prior and were not served on time.. two other customers after us got served before us. When politely asked if there was only one full set worker, worker responded with rude and annoyed tone. Customer service needs a lot more improvement. People should not waste their money and be treated like this. I will be sure to find a much better salon in Tampa. I thought the u mall sucked, no, this place suck.

This place was awful! Mrs Kim was extremely rude. She did a terrible job on my nails and also made me bleed four times and said thats my fault. I do not recommend to ANYONE! If I could give zero stars I would because this place was terrible in every way also very dirty I seen a Roach while she was doing my nails. We also argued while she was doing my nails because I didnt wanna pay until I seen finished product. 0/10. TERRIBLE.

My experience was horrible! Im sorry but honestly that place should not have business. I literally left that place crying. The one who is in charge her name is Kim and shes very rude! And theres this other that wears a ponytail. He could not do my nails for nothing!! And it was so simple.. I was being polite and telling him what I wanted to see but he was getting upset, having attitude and hitting my hand. Also he started bleeding on me, and he said it was oil smh. And tried to clean up the blood on me with nail polish remover. But that wasnt working I still have specks of blood on the nail polish on my nails. He did not want to put a bandage on his cut, he continued to bleed on me. And he even tried to cut me. I kept asking about the blood but he kept mumbling. And he wouldnt let my hand go! I just payed and left!!

Manicure started peeling the very next day and looked disgusting by the second day. Water for pedi looked dirty before I even put my feet in. Didnt seem very cleanly at all. No one was rude, but also not all that friendly. You couldnt even pay me to go back there... Mostly ticket that mani only lasted a few days before entirely chopped off. Waste!

Terrible experience. The lady did not understood english very well.. she was asian. I told her I want my eyebrows very thick. I literally started crying becoz the lady removed all my eyebrows. Completly removed except a thin line. And I have anturally very thick brows. Took 6 weeks to grow them again. Even while i was crying, instead of consoling she said thats seven dollars. Will never go. Do not recommend this place.

Misleading I use to like this place but after the last time I went with my friend I’ll never go back! We came in together & they told me 45 min wait but we can sign in & come back. We came back 45 min later they sat me down told me my friend was next, I notice as I’m getting closer to being done she still waiting & there’s new ppl in the chairs. This place is horrible, there is no order, I stayed for an hour and three people came in after me and attended to them before me. And that they have a list paper that you have to sign and attend dial by order. Also the space is small and uncomfortable. Not a star deserve it. Garbage!!!!!!! 😤😤😤😤
