Great workouts, awesome coaches, supplemented by nutrition guidance that can help anyone meet their personal goals. Unlike other fitness companies, there are no extra fees for participating in periodic challenges. Sanitizing procedures and small classes that allow for adequate social distancing make for a safe environment given COVID. Highly recommend trying it out!

I can say after 15 years in various gyms & fitness programs this place is like no other!! Killer workouts, inspiring music, & great variety. Never boring!! The staff is adequately sanitizing & properly spacing during COVID. Small group setting feels like you have your own personal trainer. Don’t wait go check it out. You won’t regret it!

I’ve worked out on and off throughout my life in my home gym and big box gyms, I want to say that F45 Cross Creek has shown me the quickest results and it’s a no brained. Just show up and do what the trainer has laid out for you for the day and in 45min your done. They have a great mix of weightlifting days and cardio so you can pick your poison. Very clean studio and helpful trainers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape and feel better.

Both me and my husband joined the gym a few months ago as it is so convenient off of Cross Creek. We get a very high energy, full body workout. Everyday is different and we always leave feeling the 45 minute workout pushes us to our max!

Great place to workout! Flexible schedule and awesome trainers. Additionally, the WODs are different everyday and a lot of fun!
