Just canceled my membership. The club was rather crowded and only a handful of people were wearing masks, groups of people were standing together unmasked, and were no cleaning the equipment when finished using them. The front desk said we are only suggesting that you wear a mask but we are not policing people because we are short staffed. There was not spacing between treadmills or other equipment and I would have to have run beside a massless person spewing their breath and sweat. Looks like Im getting a treadmill for the basement.

The gym is very nice. Its clean and members are very good about disinfecting them after they use them. So far Ive been able to work through without having to wait for a machine (which is nice). Employees are very helpful. Teresa, Tehron and Shay have all been super helpful. Definitely recommend 😊

I have been going to this Planet Fitness location for several months, and not once have I ever been let down by this location! The gym is always super clean, the equipment is regularly maintained and in good condition, and the staff is always kind and professional. Teresa, Mario, Shay, Zoey, and Gabe are the best - and are always present in the gym to help out with anything, or are doing a great job cleaning. I will most likely come to this location for the rest of my days!

I love this place... Best deals for the gym and ESPECIALLY for tanning and the Laser Therapy machines.... You cant get a better value and most of the staff are awesome. Theres one or two snotty standard stereotypical gym employees but theyre to be expected and they do JUST that...

I absolutely love coming here every day. Zoey who is the manger, always brightens my day and workout! Staff are always encouraging and helpful. Its an pretty good planet fitness but like it Id still planet fitness you know so it will never get 5 stars. It is one of the best planet fitnesses I have ever been to.

Love planet fitness. Its everywhere across the country and its very affordable. Im not a bodybuilder so its fine for me that it doesnt have that kind of equipment. Been a member for about 3 years and havent had a reason to leave

I attended this Planet Fitness gym, as a guest, with a long time member who swears by this place.We spent a little over an hour working out, and I was very impressed with the size of the gym, the selection and condition of the equipment, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the great staff.I definitely came away with my mind made up to join up and become a member. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

SUPER courteous staff, especially my dude Cory - he doesnt just work there, he believes in fitness and health and is more than willing to discuss how the journey is going. If you want to hit a gym that feels friendly go see Cory and the crew - theyll get you where youre goin. I highly recommend this gym!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2yrs now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Planet fitness has multiple locations and open 24hrs Mon-Thur which is very convenient and you can’t bet the price.. I always recommend PF to anyone looking for a gym to attend.

This gym is always so clean. People at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Machines are kept in great shape with plenty of spray bottles and paper towels to wipe the equipment down. Worth every penny and its never really that crowded so you are not on top of anyone while working out.!!!!!

Positive atmosphere and always making sure everything is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and always there for whatever you need. Besides the verity of equipment they have a massage area that you can go a relax after your workout.

Overall, I have really enjoyed being a Planet Fitness member for the last year. The gyms are clean, and everything you get as a Black Card member makes it a terrific value. Ive probably worked out at 7 or 8 different locations so far. However, this location (closest to my current residence) does not have enough crunch machines. I spoke with the GM, and she said she knows this is a problem, but only the District Manager can approve new equipment. I then asked if corporate could be any help, and she said corporate would just refer me back to her. Ok great, so what is she doing to make a case to the District Manager for new equipment for this known issue, and when is the District Manager going to approve the request for moving out some of the equipment that doesnt get used and get a couple more crunch machines in the facility?

Clean facility with a lot of equipment and different options. Friendly staff and patrons.I have been back in the gym for 2 weeks now. I am feeling great and already seeing results.It is cool to see some of the same peeps from time to time and the always welcoming staff here keeps me motivated and wanting to come back.

Wanted to work out but they made a big deal about me putting my motorcycle by the bike rake . I never had a problem before. About were I park my motorcycle.so we moved it out the way of planet fitness and she made a big deal about it and we could not work because she did not like the we moved it out there way of planet fitness and we told her let security handle it but she kept on and when we left she want to have a smart mouth like she got what she wanted. They dont pay her her to be security

I never feel uncomfortable here. The machines I want are usually open. The social distancing is followed and as far as Ive seen everyone sanitizes the machines after theyve used them

Great Gym Corey and Theresa at night are extremely nice at the front desk . They keep the gym very clean and go above and beyond to answer any questions about the gym and the spa area . Plenty of equipment and cardio machines not overly crowded great place to work out .

One of the best investments Ive made in myself was to get a membership at this location. The hours are flexible around the clock, its always clean, the staff is knowledgeable, theres plenty of equipment, and best of all its a judgement free zone. Two thumbs up!

The night time environment is just wonderful and super clean. I come do my workouts without all the rush and the night staff Kierra Is just amazing she treats everyone the same always helpful. Her energy and personality is one of a kind I love walking through pf doors she gets me pumped for my workout she is the best hands down.!

I only come at night time because of Kierra her customer service is beyond amazing. She makes you feel welcomed always greets you with this energy that makes you smile instantly. If you need help with anything all you have to do is ask and she is there to help you.

I came into the gym after not working out in awhile. Forgot my tanning glasses and that I changed my card information. Kiera was super patient with me as a waited on my boyfriend to bring my new card and glasses. She even let me drink my water while I waited. I work in customer service and it’s always a pleasure to have pleasant people in a place you don’t always feel very pleasant yourself. Her energy is definitely a breath of fresh air... keep her!

New to the Gym, Kierra provided Great Customer service at sign up. It was clean with a great variety of equipment. Will definitely continue using this Gym.

Clean and never too crowded. It’s not a “typical” gym but it has a lot of great machines. Only free weights are dumbbells so you have to make do but you can still get a great workout in. The staff is chill & willing to help when needed. Also the facility is large so there is great spacing and the equipment doesn’t feel cluttered or on top of itself (like the waters Ave & Hanley location).

Ive been a member off and on since 2007... These guys only accept a written letter stating you are withdrawing your membership. They refused to accept a fax, an email, a pdf, a digital copy, or a verbal request, they required I be there in person, or I send a letter. I advised I would never send a letter, and that I would be willing to accept the repercussions of this, but, at least document my verbal request on this date, 03/31/2021. I will be switching my bank account number today to avoid any further charges, you guys can LexisNexis the balance... for an Indeterminable amount of time since I dont have a annual membership, Its an indefinite membership. Good luck with this business model, the cupcakes on tuesdays, and all that.

The customer service here is pretty bad. I’ve been a member of other planet fitness clubs even in other states, but this location is probably one of the worse. Don’t be fooled by the stocked masked photos. I seen so many people walking around without wearing a mask and the staff doesn’t enforce their safety policy. Their unethical billing practices should be also investigated. Even the staff agrees but can’t do anything about it. When your membership is cancelled they still take out annual fees!! If that’s not a reason to stay away I don’t know what is.

I’ve been to many gyms in my 21 years on this earth. This Planet Fitness is by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly. My favorite employee is Kierra, sometimes I go in after work around 2 am and she’s always in there working hard with a smile on her face. She is also very pretty and makes me happy. Would highly recommend this gym.

I really enjoy my daily visit to this local planet fitness, apart from good hygiene my trip is made safer with a strict mask policy. I am only available to go at night which is my favorite staff Kierra shift she always cleans and makes my exercise experience 100% better. Very clean and very professional! They enforce the social distancing by having every other machine open for use. You have to use your mask eveytime your off of a machine. Its required when entering, leaving, and walking around the facilities. Plus they have a 20$ bundle right now with a lock, duffle bag, Towle and water bottle that is amazing!Keep up the good work guys!

My husband requested to cancel and because they could not find it in their records we were forced to pay for another month, assistant supervisor Zoey is very unprofessional.

This business does not work with their customers. I cancelled my membership in August due to their policy of wearing a mask while working out. I only do cardio and running with a mask on was not appealing to me. I was then charged my annual membership fee in August after I canceled. Then they changed their policy and masks were not required while actively working out right after I canceled. I was told would have to pay the annual fee again, the very next month if I rejoined. They are unwilling/unable to work with customers to meet their individual needs. I would rather spend my money on a local business that treats customers as individuals than at a chain that does not care about keeping their customers. If you want a gym that treats you as more than a number this isnt the place for you.EDIT: The owners response proved my point exactly. He did not address my issue directly and only gave a canned statement.Their concern is collecting fees not their customers satisfaction.

I am working on building strength and stamina after a major medical issue last year. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been extraordinarily nice and helpful. The gym itself is absolutely spotless. I was very impressed by the fact that it does not smell like a gym. There are cleaning stations set up everywhere and everyone is encouraged to wipe down the equipment that the were using.I have to give a shoutout to my trainer Tehron. Tehron knows my history from last year and has worked out a exercise plan that is entirely for my benefit. He is constantly checking on my wellbeing and is extremely thoughtful and patient!I highly recommend this gym over all others!!!

Front staff are very kind and friendly. Place its clean and have cleaning stations all over. Im currently being trained by Mikayla. She is very professional and very passionate for what she does. Every day its a great experience working out especially having someone next to you helping you reach your goals. I couldnt be more happy with my results and its only week 5.
