I did the “FREE” 21-day transformation boot camp class at Samantha Taylor studios at Carroll wood between March 1st to March 21st, this year. Here is what I thought.Environment: Women’s only space certainly makes one feel less conscious and helps focus on workouts. So that’s definitely a 5/5 for me.Workouts: Love, love, loved it, 30 mins and you are done! In today’s busy life style 30 mins is just about the time I would not mind spending on my fitness regime. The workouts are intensive but also fun which makes it bearable to push yourself harder. 5/4Music: Great collection, made me want to groove into the workout. 5/4Trainers: I had the pleasure of working out in sessions run by Alex and Sara. While Alex is all about tough love and will make sure you stay focused on those motions, Sara is the cheerleader you need just when you feel you are about to give up. Both of them wonderful at what they do. 5/5Meal Plans: I did not follow the meal plan that was provided but that was only because I was lazy to be investing time in it for the short term.Over all I had a great experience. It was the “best time” I have ever invested in free stuff.
Awesome workout for women of all ages. Monthly fee and you can go to as many classes as you want. Trainers are terrific. Covid Clean! You are worth the investment!
It’s been three weeks I have started training with samantha taylor fitness, Carrollwood location. It’s really nice to be a part of the stf family, am loving all the workouts they design for each session and every session is new and exciting. I see my body becoming more flexible within these three weeks and getting toned day by day. It’s really worth joining their sessions if you would like to see your body transformation and especially being a women centric gym, feels more comfortable too. Every trainer and staff member are so friendly and understanding, and the way they design the workouts and the diet plan works out really well. I strongly recommend them.
I have been doing the personal training for a year now with Samantha Taylor and I am amazed at the results. I feel better and look so much better. I work out with Paula and Andrea three times a week and just adore them. They are positive and motivating and make working out fun! Thank you ladies for making me fit into my skinny jeans again!
Im still reeling over the fact that I have lost 22 pounds in just 6 weeks and even more in overall inches AND I placed 3rd out of so many amazing women in our last 6 week challenge. This program not only teaches you how to work out, but how to eat and fuel your body with the right foods and how to make it a lifestyle change that you can carry forever. There is something for everyone here, the trainers are all great in their own ways (I love something different about each one), and Samantha Taylor is so hands on. Such a fantastic program they have developed here and Im so happy to be a part of it. I just wish I had joined sooner.
I have been a part of Fit Body Boot Camp for four months and I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions of my life.The boot camp sessions are 30 minutes long and they are the most fun and effective workouts I’ve done. All of the trainers are amazing, they take the time to get to know you and are huge motivators. In the four months that I have been working out at Fit Body Boot Camp I have lost 40lbs and have gained a lot of confidence in myself, not only with how I look, but how I feel and what I am able to accomplish. No matter what age you are or what your health goals are, I highly recommend this place.
I love all of the trainers I have met so far at the Carrollwood Fitness Boot Camp. They are positive, uplifting, helpful and really encouraging especially for someone like me who has little knowledge of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I have never wanted to go to the gym because I was self conscious of my body, but working out at an all women facility is helpful and everyone is so nice! I have learned so much from this program in just 6 weeks and cant wait to continue my journey for the next year!
Love Samantha Taylor boot camp. It’s convenient and easy to commit. You get in, work hard and then your done. The challenges are an added perk. The coaches and clients are wonderful as well.

Joining the 6 week Fit Body Boot Camp challenge was one of the best decisions Ive made for myself. The classes are challenging, but quick and addicting. They are also so rewarding and youll feel so empowered once you start to see results! Not only is accountability a huge component of the program to keep you motivated and committed, but you are also surrounded by a community of supportive women and no shortage of support from the coaches and Samantha Taylor herself, including several opportunities to attend seminars and social gatherings. Youll learn how to eat in a way that is so liberating and transformative too... all around wins with this program. Loved the 6 week challenge so much that I decided to make a permanent investment in my health and well being and got a membership. This is an entire lifestyle change and I love it!!
This program has changed my life. Samantha Taylor does not think of it as a weight loss program but a way of life program. I feel better and results are amazing. Who would think that a 30 minute workout 3 or 4 times a week would have such amazing results. And she has an amazing Mother.
Simply incredible! This is the only one that has ever worked for me. As a past athlete, it is challenging. As a new mother of 2, it is still doable and makes you want to do more. As a woman that wants to feel good about her body again....IT WILL GIVE YOU RESULTS. Period. Just do it.
I am loving my experience with Samantha Taylor and Fit Body Boot Camp!!! In the first week, I attended a class every morning and followed the meal plan and lost 7.4 pounds!!! After just 3 months I have lost over 20 pounds!!! My energy levels are up and I am not craving my normal afternoon pick me up soda! Wonderful and supportive atmosphere. Love this group of ladies! I have finally found a program that I love and fits into my daily life! It is great that they have a variety of class times to fit everyones schedule!
Carrollwood location is very quiet and serene at the time because no personal training and no bootcamp was going on.visited this place in order to do a body scan, but Im signed up for the Land O Lakes location. I recommend that you sign up and experiment this Samantha Taylor Fitness for yourself! 😊
Did the 2 week small group trial then move to boot camp. Just completed week one. What a welcoming group of ladies. It is a 30 minute workout but it is all you need to see results. Decided to join them in the Keto around the world tasting, tasting is believing. I am going to try a Keto diet to adjunct the workout.
I have been a member for over a year now. I have never stuck with a program for this long, nor have I kept the weight off with any other program. I like that the workouts are different every time and that the trainers are always so encouraging. Started this new challenge to push myself a little harder and farther.
Since I have been going to Fit Body Boot camp with Samantha Taylor, I notice a huge difference in my energy level. I am also discovering strengths I didnt know I had and become stronger every day.I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a fast but very effective way to get in shape. Samanthas training program is just amazing. She can help anyone of all fitness levels. The workouts are always challenging and fun at the same time not to mention you only work out for 30 minutes. YES, you get results in 30 minutes. There is no need to work out for longer than that and she explains why in detail. She is the total package and your personal cheerleader. Love her!!!! I have attended the Carrollwood Samantha Taylor fitness center since mid December 2016. I have lost many inches and at least 16 pounds. So thankful for the encouragement and positive comments from Samantha and also for Kristy and Lisa O. who are my trainers. I attended the 1 on 1, smallgroup sessions and now I have graduated to the group sessions. I am sure the other trainers are great...I have not had the privilege of having them yet.
Love this place! I had never done this type of workout before and it is, by far, the most effective workout for me. Its a 30 minute, energetic workout that leaves you feeling invigorated! I would encourage any woman, age, shape or size, to give this gym a try.
Samantha Taylors Carrollwood Fit Body Boot Camp has been so convenient for me and has encouraged me to push myself to get stronger & healthier. I love the interval workouts that are only 30 minutes long and Im learning how to eat properly! Ive already lost 15 pounds and 12 inches!
Love it! Ive been going for only 4 weeks now and I can actually feel stronger after each day, I can see my body changing, they even provide you with really yummy recipes to make losing weight a lot more fun and easier and faster.
I have never joined a gym until now and it was the best decision Ive ever made. I absolutely love that each class is different and how encouraging everyone is. I started FBBC 5 months ago at the start of a Six Weeks Challenge. I originally joined just to lose weight as my clothes were just too tight and I didnt want to go purchase new clothes in a larger size. Four months later, I’ve gone from a tight size 16 to a loose size 12. I’ve dropped over 40 pounds and lost over 40 inches. And . . . I’m still losing!But that’s not the best part. I feel amazing! Before joining, I suffered greatly from chronic fatigue as I have a lot of autoimmune diseases. After dealing with chronic fatigue for over 12 years, I had resigned to believe it was a way of life for me. I did not believe I could get rid of it. Well, I was wrong! Samantha Taylor Fitness changed my life and gave me energy that I didn’t know was possible. With the combination of amazing workouts and nutritional guidance, I can now say my fatigue is no longer chronic. This is a benefit that I didn’t know I could achieve when I joined.So why join? 1) 30-minute workouts. No excuse to say you just don’t have time. 2) Amazing Trainers. If one type of exercise is too rough on you, ask the trainer and they will show you a modified version. I had to do this a lot in the beginning because of my poor joints. 3) Constant teaching of proper nutrition. Between a Facebook group, seminars, emails, and more, you will know how to eat and eat right to achieve your goals. 4) Amazing results. Results are possible if you do the program! It takes the right mindset (which I got after the first week and losing 9 pounds). It takes willpower which is built-in with such a wonderful nutrition plan. You can do it (trust me on that, I was in a bad place physically before joining)! What have you got to lose other than pounds?So get off the couch and do it! I started up with Fit Body Boot Camp because my Aunt invited me to come as her guest. I workout all the time and with one workout there I was sore for 5 days straight. I started the 6 week challenge. I love the energy, encouragement and the vibe that the members and staff give. There isn’t a day I go into boot camp and feel embarrassed or worried about what others are going to see me workout. I always feel safe. Try it one time and you will be hooked.

I have been with Samantha Taylor Fitness for almost 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! I do the Fit Body Boot Camp in Carrollwood and the trainers are simply amazing! They are very positive and encourage you when the going gets tough as well as watch and correct form when need be. Its 30 minutes of HIIT and works wonders, the workouts are never the same and the time just flies by. Ive lost around 8 pounds so far and feel the best Ive felt in a long time. I would highly recommend @SamanthaTaylorFitness for anyone who is ready to live a more energetic and fit life!
