Ellie & Robyn are the epitome of professionalism, courtesy & going above & beyond. They truly listened and empathized with my situation (which I believe was a technical issue) and were able to help me out in my time of need. I believe her name is Eilla? she was slow unresponsive and could care less about me,asking how much longer! I ev e n asked her will it be another 30 or 40 minutes? She answered I really dont know??? Terrible ed customer serviceor she just isnt fit for the job... First and last time going there!! It shouldnt take over 20 minutes to cash a check when you have all that theyre asking for! Her whole attitude was terrible I walked out very upset!! left with nothing done after a whole 20 minutes

This place is the best. My own bank charges me for money orders but Rapid cash doesnt. On top of that the staff is awesome! They have never been anything besides inviting to me, especially Alexis! I actually look forward to going in because of her awesome personality. She Makes paying rent pleasant for me. Definitely five stars, shoot id give six if i could!

At the time it was convenient cause I was financially in a bind and was grateful to get the help but the interest rate was very high almost double what I got initially and took me little over 3 months to pay off the ove $1,000+ in interest for a $700 account, thats with paying early and extra, seems like a good idea at the time when your hurting for money but I honestly wouldnt recommend using this company unless you absolutely need to.
