Tom is amazing. He is funny, engaging, sincere, and genuinely wants you to have healthy feet. Not just him, but his whole staff are welcoming, warm, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. They have ruined me for any other nail salon they are that good. ♥️

My mom, niece and I went here yesterday to get 3 pedicures, 2 full sets and a fill, the moment we walked in we felt absolutely welcomed! They were so friendly, we laughed so much, have a great time and they are just amazing people. Not only are they wonderful, but they know EXACTLY what they are doing. First time in a LONG time I walked out of a nail salon actually LOVING my nails. We all 3 will be back and to support there wonderful business. Love this place but the last time I went it wasnt so good..they all seemed in a hurry, and my toes and nails should last longer than 5 days.. disappointed..

Went in for acrylic dip. Ended up with a bad case of nail fungus on both hands! Now have to spend more money on taking care of the fungus. Would never recommend to anyone.

5 years ago I moved away from Bonney Lake where I used this salon for years. I moved to auburn and felt I had to find another salon as its quite the drive. I tried at least half dozen places and wasnt nearly as happy. Ive finally resolved that TJs will be my salon for life and Ill just make the drive. My nails are always beautiful and quality. And I love the general feeling of the shop. Thomas the owner is always friendly and entertaining while hes swooping around. And John does such a great job. Im always excited when I get him because I know my nails will be awesome! TJ fan for life! 😁

There are so many nail salons - I make the rounds hoping to find the best one, which is very subjective. I appreciate a good quality pedicure and I was super happy with the service I got here. Very friendly, clean, attention to detail and lovely foot massage. Didnt feel rushed. I dont need to make the rounds anymore!

Ive been going somewhere else in town for the past 2 years, trying to find a place I really like and occasionally driving all the way to Kent to return to my old salon. Today I tried this place and I am SO thankful! My last nail fill was awful. Bubbles, scrapes, I asked for coffin shape and had 2 that were coffin, a bunch square and 3 of them obviously crooked. I was late for work and let it go. I paid $55 for a terrible job. Today I went here. Paid for my fill and my friends full set and paid only $20 more. I begged the guy to fix my nails and I have to say, they look GORGEOUS! Thank you so much! My new place!

I have been having my nails (gel) done but-weekly for at least 3 years. I get pedicures about quarterly. Since they reopened I have been in twice. John and Christina are the best! Everyone knows me and friendliness is what you receive. I recommend TJ Nails to anyone that wants quality and professional services 😁

Love this nail salon. Moved out of the area 6 months ago and now I drive 20 miles out of my way to go here.Staff is great. And my nails always turn out beautifully.

I am usually not the type to complain but the more I look at my nails the more unsatisfied I am with the outcome. The service was great and they are so nice but my powder dip manicure doesnt extend all the way down to my cuticle as well as the sides. The thickness is quite uneven and the color is darker on the tips then the rest of the nail.

Had gel pedicure and manicure my manicure lasted not even four days and peeled off, when normally they last almost two weeks. My pedicure on one toe chipped off after maybe 5 days and normally my toes last a month before I peel them off. Very unhappy, thought they had good service but gel nails should last longer.

My sweet mom who has been a loyal customer for years came in to have her nails done which she was looking forward to for weeks. While getting her manicure done they cut her extremely deep with the clippers. The mans response to her was “you shouldn’t have been talking to me while getting trimmed”. Blaming her for getting cut???? Insane. Will never be back. Garbage.

First time being here. I will definitely be coming back. I would advise making an appointment tho. There were busy but we only had to wait 30 min for two pedis.

I am still pretty new to getting my nails done, but Im super glad that I tried it because my nails can last through anything now. The service here is really good, they are always busy but will do their best to make time for walk-ins. Their prices are pretty good and the staff are all nice. They only take cash tips which is okay but I feel bad when I forget to pull money from my account since I almost never carry cash.

I love the service! Summer of 2015 I visited this place 3 times within a two week period between visits while they were working with my natural nails and they were awesome. But just recently I visited and probably had the least enjoyable experience. No offence to the women but I love when the male associates work with my nails. This was the first time I walked out and three of my fingers were bleeding from the cuticles from the manicure. But aside from that negative experience, this is a great place to get your nails done!

It was a nice first experience. I did the gel nails full set. And it was $40. It was nice and I liked it. I wish they had more decorations to put on the nails like studs or big colorful stones. But over all I liked it. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and funny. I enjoyed my first nail salon experience.

I just got a set of acrylic nails done here and it was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The associates are friendly and there were no hidden fees like you find at some places. Also, there was no discomfort and I really enjoyed the experience of having my nails done. I would recommend this place to everyone on the plateau!

My girlfriend just got done here and the whole process was a disaster. Bubbly nails, the guy in the shop presumably the manager, flat out told her that he didnt recommend the color of polish she chose and made her pick a different color. And to top it off her thumb nails are shorter then they should be and her nails have a gap between the base of the gel and cuticle..... dont waste your time or money with the cracker jack degree having salon flunkies!!!!!

Awful pedicure. None of my toes are even she cut one in half they are all very sore. I did not ask her to cut them short, its been less than 24 hours and the paint is peeling. I wish I could add a picture they are awful. I wish I could add a photo.

Came in yesterday to get a shellac manicure and today I already have one nail where the shellac has completely ripped off.. Im pretty disappointed in the service. Im not rough with my nails. Didnt have to work yesterday or today so just poor quality from the technician.. wont ever be back!

The only reason Im giving this place 1 star is because my nail technician was a sweetheart. Other than her the rest of my experience was terrible. I didnt get what I asked for and the guy whom I assume was the owner was incredibly rude and pushy. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
