My daughter and I came for an oil change and to have my tires rotated on Monday, September 20. I could hardly walk due to a sudden attack of sciatica. The girl who took care of us was Carolyn. I think she was from Alaska. Anyway, she took very good care of us. She made sure we had a place to sit. And she kept us informed of the progress. When we paid for it, she brought the papers to where we were sitting, so that I didn’t have to walk. She also made sure the car was pulled right next to the exit door. I was very appreciative that she did all that. It made my difficult situation much easier to bear. Carolyn is a jewel.

Bought a used car here a few weeks ago during fourth of July weekend and was super impressed with the service. The front desk was so nice and quickly found me a salesperson despite the busy holiday weekend. My salesperson, Tyler, was great in getting me to the car I had seen online, giving me all the information on it. The insurance process was super easy too and the rep was so friendly. Finished with the finance manager, John, who was super patient in taking me through all the signing and paperwork. 10/10 highly recommend.

The service was great, the time was quick, about an hour, pretty quick considering I didnt have an appointment and the attention was excellent with Mike Hudak, Assistant Service Manager.I did call back to inquire about an item on the invoice I didnt quite understand and Mike returned the call immediately, explained my concern, which turned out to be nothing to worry about and he assured me his team will be sure to take another multipoint inspection when I return for the regular scheduled oil change.This was my first time at this Brandon Hondas Service Center and they have exceeded my expectations.

Let me start by saying that I really appreciate the positive atmosphere that I experienced when I bought my new Honda Accord. Back in Oct/2019 I bought my first Honda ever with Joe Rios and it was the best experience. Now fast-forward to now in 2021 and I wanted to trade up to a New 2021 Honda Accord so I reached to Joe and because he is now in the finance department he set me up with Brandon Turner as my sales rep. Brandon did a great job along with Joe whose now in finance. The experienced I had in 2019 is still the case today. Amazing people and experience! I was working with a sales person since they opened. I gave the sales person the 3 cars I was interested in buying. Filled out an credit application and had cash to purchase a couple. Unfortunately once I arrived after driving an hour to get there. I was told that the vehicles I was interested in were for wholesale only. But he knew for hours which ones wanted. I think it is a poor way to do business. We have bought two cars from here before and looking to purchase one next November. Disappointed is an understatement.Update:Received a call from Justin today. He apologized for the issue that happened and is sending a gift card. He informed me this will be a teaching moment so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Hopefully that happens so no one else is let down. Especially repeat customers like my family.
Mr. Augustine has been my service advisor for several years. He has always been courteous and professional. He provides the help required. I visited the dealership last Friday (08/06/21) to change my battery (which I thought was covered by the warranty). It was not, but he helped me purchase a suitable one.He also remembered that I had wanted to trade our 2017 Accord for an SUV. He helped me check the trade-in value and then connected me with Mr. Irvin.Mr. Irvin assisted me to find a suitable vehicle that we would be happy with. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Dealing with Mr. Augustine and Mr. Irvin was very pleasant. BEWARE! This dealership manipulates numbers for their benefit. They have hidden fees they can’t justify. The new car director Allen Hicks is aggressive and intimidating to customers. Horrible customer service as a leader.There “protection plan” is not to protect the vehicle, it is and I quote the finance associate Eduardo Juica “you can call it another dealer fee” Because it does not cover other brand vehicles beside HONDA. But it is not an optional $1,700 or whatever they decided to charge, you are just gifting the dealer.This dealership has zero integrity or ethical morals. They charge you double the fees and if you ask they have a answer “internal dealer fees”. In my life I have not seen so many HIDDEN FEES they itemize what fits there interests. When the math doesn’t add up they say there are hidden internal fees that we don’t itemize or share.My question is, if your a transparent company, why don’t you show everything your charging?in this case label the fees if the customer is paying for a vehicle, You should have the RIGHT to know what your paying for every penny!DONT NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER 100% unethical!Untrustworthy, truly sad to think the amount of customers they do this too daily!How do they sleep at night!I would put zero stars but you have to select one minimum to post a review sadly!!!!

I told Thomas and he reassured me that I didn’t have to worry about that and that he would take care of me. Besides Thomas being very helpful, the whole team here seems very professional and upbeat! I bought a 2020 Honda Hr-v from here and have told service that I live about 45 mins away and that the car has had a weird noise in the front passenger side. I have taken the car in twice. The first time they said they didnt see anything but as soon as. I drove off the dealership I heard the noise right away. Then I went back when they told me they had a loaner for me. When I get there they had no loaner. I will not be back to this dealership for anything. Just to return the lease, if that. Just go to a different dealership and get a better experience somewhere else. Trust me I had a Lexus I bought from Brandon Honda and took it to Lexus of Wesley Chapel and Lexus dealer was amazing. Never coming here again to do any type of business. Take my advise and never come here. try a different Honda dealership if you want a Honda but if not try another brand that the dealership actually cares about the customer and listens to you. We pay money every month for a new car with warranty and this dealership is so cheap they dont even try to fix the issue. The car still has warranty. Good luck.

We spent the better half of a day exploring potential options, and despite how much time it took, he was able to show me a number of cars before finding the one I drove away in. I highly recommend calling Julio for your next trade-in or any car buying needs. Luis from the Finance department was also a class-act. Wednesday, I took my 2021 Honda CR-V in for its first oil change at 5000 miles. I was greeted by Asst. Service Mgr. Ryan Foster who took care of the details of my appointment. Since it was the first oil change for this car and since I had purchased the car from Brandon Honda, Ryan told me that the first 2 oil changes would be free. That made my day; a free oil change! We have been dealing with Brandon Honda for approximately 30 plus years and have purchased several cars from them and through that time, we have always had excellent service from the service department. Ryan was no exception. His professionalism and his desire to make sure I was satisfied as a customer made me feel at home and could put my trust in his department. I have always been treated right at Brandon Hondas service department and will continue to take my Honda to them for all my service needs. They are fair and their prices are always in line.
By far the most pleasant dealership experience I have had. Usually I stick to the private market for my buying or selling. This instance I was selling one of my cars and not only did Brandon Honda give me a better price than what any other dealership offered but also 500 more than I had an offer for in the private market..Beyond that Jessica was absolutely amazing. I told her the situation and prior to me even getting to the dealership we had most of the paperwork taken care of (aside from signatures) and an in person appraisal was all that was needed.I got to the dealership just after 12 and was already on my way home with a check in hand by 130 (the dealership was very busy) and by the time I got my things cleaned out of my car Jessica had everything wrapped up and ready for me to sign and 15 minutes later I had a check in hand and was on my way.Just based from an outstanding customer service experience if I were in the market for another vehicle I would most certainly go to Brandon Honda.

Recently bought an Acura MDX from Brandon Honda and worked with sales rep Helen Ravelo. Being new to the dealership Helen was still learning the ropes, but worked hard to meet our demands even when the negotiations were tense. Let me give a shout out to your sales associate Chris Weiss. He was very good at emailing me the information I requested -- the Carfax. the out-the-door-price -- before I offered my phone number. Many salespersons insist on that phone number first and then the pressure begins. Chris was also transparent and up front as we negotiated the price in person. I never felt pressured. He knew what I was willing to pay and was helpful in finding creative ways to hit that mark. The process involved a series of emails over a week or so and some in-person back and forth, but Chris always negotiated in good faith and readily provided all the information I asked for.During my search I walked away from a number of dealerships, but I bought my Camry hybrid from Chris Weiss. You would do well to ask for him if youre going to Brandon Honda.

Bad service!! Rude!! I took my car in to see why it wasn’t starting, Thomas service adviser say needs a starter and tells me $913 which is insane!! I call Tampa Honda they tell me $630 manager here at Brandon Honda says she can price match, they end up telling me oh no they wouldn’t do it for that price how I have the lady name and number that told me $630! On top of That I have to pay a $159 fee just for them to check it out that’s crazy!! I usually come her for my service needs and a lot more but I will NOT be coming back!!!

Came in on a whim after brunch and was looking for a used minivan. Was it quick? No. Is it ever at a dealership? Did I feel bombarded by sales men? Nope. Did the gentlemen I worked with make my time pleasant and worthwhile? Yes indeed he did mostly. But it was the finance manager, Mason, worked his magic to make sure I left satisfied with the cost of my van. His customer service was superb. My van was given to me clean, full of gas, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely come back to my kid’s first car here. Also- shout out to the girl running the bistro. I felt bad for paying $9 for a quesadilla but it was so good. Better than any that I have had at the Mexican places here in Tampa. Someone give that girl a raise!
Oh boy where do I even start. First of all, if I could give this place 0 stars I would.I originally had brought my 2016 Honda Civic in because I was having problems with the AC. The AC was working and blowing out cool air, occasionally while I was idle the car would blow room temperature air and also would make a whistle noise but this was not a regular occurrence. We had scheduled an appointment for 8:00 on a Saturday morning, for a simple AC diagnosis. They didnt call us at all, until 10:30, and when my fiancée had picked up the first thing the service employee said was This is going to be a large bill. Thats just terrible customer service in my opinion. But I digress. He had quoted us $3900 stating that the AC compressor clutch, and the evaporator coil both needed to be replaced. My fiancée was outraged and advised him to recheck the car because for the problem we were having and the numbers they were giving us just werent adding up and something seemed fishy. After an hour, my fiancée received another phone call quoting us a new dollar amount $2100 stating that the compressor was not the issue anymore, however the evaporator coil was now the issue. (Labor would cost $1200 Evaporator piece $300 Freon/Dye diagnosis $500)(Side note the evaporator piece we need we found on Honda Parts for $90)At this point we decided to go to the dealership to speak in person rather then having these back and forth phone calls.We arrived at the dealership to speak to the service representative. While waiting we overheard one of the other representatives recommending a customer to Give them a 100% review and if they didnt to call them or their manager to address the concern. Though this may not sound like a big deal, to me it showed they cared more about reviews then their actual customers.We then discussed the issue with our service representative. However we understood the environment we were in felt more of a cash grab then actually wanting to help and fix their customers problems. We had asked him multiple questions regarding the AC and how the AC works such as the Freon and we had did prior research regarding the AC and the Civil Court Case regarding the 2016-2018 Honda Civic AC Condensers. He then advised us that the leak was from the evaporator and kept dismissing the warranty and disregarding any of the other AC issues (If you search online everyone has something to say about the 2016-2018 Honda Civic AC manufacturing.) I stated I wanted a copy of the diagnosis receipt and the breakdown of the expenses, he briefly advised us of the requested information and continued to state He was doing us a favor by waving the initial AC diagnosis($100) though our bill was still going to be $2100.We were fed up and decided not to get any work done because we felt they were being unreasonable and dishonest. So we decided to take the car home (It took roughly 45 minutes to print the paperwork and give us the key so we could leave) as previously stated the AC was blowing cool air and occasionally would blow room temperature air when idle. Now it just blows HOT air. We have determined they probably emptied all the Freon that was remaining in the car since we didnt want to continue doing any business with them.In conclusion I will NEVER give them any business whatsoever. One of my worst experiences at a car dealership ever and I even worked for 2 car dealerships myself.
Scam artists with no interest in honoring their word. You will leave with issues and have to return to have even the most basic things fixed. I gave this location 3 chances. They have no interest in providing customer service. They just want your money…. And probably even pocket parts.Thanks for lying about making things right. This location has been my worst Honda dealer. I’ve owned 11 Honda’s. This location is not an honorable location. Trust with caution.
Purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot last week at Brandon Honda...looked at other Honda dealerships in Central Florida and no one had the inventory or selection of Brandon Honda.Steve (in Sales) was very informative and professional; while helping me review the different vehicles and models I was considering for a purchase.Would recommend this Honda dealership to my family and friends.

Its sad that my sales experience was good where my service experience was terrible. We have bought two cars from Honda, most recently was in 2018. We had a great experience both times purchasing vehicles. However, this past week the service department messed up the overall view I had on this dealership because of their shadiness/lack of help.Our Odyssey had a stuttering RPM problem. After multiple research online, we found a OFFICIAL Honda Bulletin that explained it was required to do a transmission flush in order to solve the issue. The bulletin also said that the recall is for 8 years or 80,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Odyssey is less than 8 years old and has less than 80,000 miles. Once arriving to the service department, my wife explained the issue we were having. The service tech immediately told us it would be covered if the car is 6 years or less than 60,000 miles, if not it would be $300. The service tech didnt even attempt to look up the bulletin, they just told us it wouldnt be covered. After explaining multiple times, she showed him the OFFICIAL Honda Bulletin. After him going back and forth multiple times with the service manage, we just asked to speak with the manager directly to stop wasting time. After explaining multiple times with the manager, and giving him the bulletin number (so that they can find it from their end), they reluctantly took the car and explained that they would have to take pictures of everything since thats what the service bulletin requires.Okay so we agreed and stated we would be leaving the car for them to work on. After a day the car was done and we eventually found out there would be no charge since it was covered per Hondas bulletin (this is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1). However, the paper work that they gave us said that the tires are losing tread, that the tires need to be rotated, and that the tires need to be aligned. We were completely surprised since we just took the car to Christian Brothers to do all of those services THREE DAYS PRIOR! So we questioned the tech by asking We just got this done about 3 days ago. Did they not do it right? to which the tech responded No, this is what we just recommend.. Yet the paperwork they gave us states it is urgently needed.Because of this I most likely will not purchase from Brandon Honda again. I love Honda and have loved the vehicles we have purchased from them, but the Service Department at Brandon Honda gives all service Dealership Service Departments a bad reputation. I will continue to spread the word about this experience because nobody should have to deal with the shadiness that was experienced this past weekend.

As a first timer, I was SUPER nervous and wasn’t sure how any of it would’ve went but Harrison took such great care of me and did such an excellent job to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with what I was getting into. He explained the process thoroughly and made sure to be upfront and blunt about things I didn’t understand. I absolutely appreciated that because It made me feel a bit more comfortable knowing I wasn’t being played or lied to just to buy a car. Harrison went above and beyond and walk me through every step of the way with no issue. Super friendly guy and upfront. Totally recommend Harrison for anyone as a first time buyer because he will break down everything for you and address any concerns you have. I enjoyed my time with Harrison and I’m super excited to continue this journey with Honda. I am so thankful to have met Harrison because he took very good care of me. Staff was also super friendly and outgoing. My 5 hours spent there was a breeze. Coffee and food there was great. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place at all or the staff. Everyone was super helpful and amazing.

Bought a used Honda Odyssey from them Saturday. Sunday, first time we took it out after we got it home it overheated. Called Sunday and after being transferred around five times was told they couldnt help us that day. Left a message for the salesman. Still waiting for a call back. After being told that they thoroughly checked the car out and it ran great AND that the previous owner had it serviced only at Brandon Honda, we had my neighbor who is a mechanic look at it. There was zero antifreeze in the radiator, one if the fans is broken and needs to be replaced and the air conditioner leaks. Am now wondering exactly what they checked out. Speaks to the quality of their mechanics and the integrity of the business. We are now stuck with a hunk of junk and my husband cant get to work. Car didnt even last a day. BUYER BEWARE!!!Edit: after reading the other reviews and Brandon Hondas response, do me a favor and do not tell us to email you. Try and provide real customer service and contact the customer you screwed. Were already three phone calls in with zero response.
I bought a used 2018 ridgeline from them back in February and they scammed me out of $2,500. We had an agreed upon price I signed for then they changed the price without notifying me at the last second when signing the financing papers.After I complained and showed them the error they were apologetic and said it would be rectified and sent me a new contract with the agreed price.They then said the difference in a check to the bank. Its been 8 months now and the bank has never received the check and they dont respond to my calls or emails. SCAMMERS. Will never do business with them again and will advise everyone else I know of their deceptive practices.

This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from Brandon Honda and all three times I have had a great experience. My old car decided for me that it was time for a new purchase with little warning ahead of time. I called Youseff whom I had never actually worked with but had his phone number from a previous visit over a year ago and made an appointment for that same day. Arrived at 3:00 and was very happy with the amount of inventory available. I had visited another dealership closer to my home the previous day and they had little to no inventory. Needles to say I purchased another CPO Honda Civic (my third one) and couldnt be happier. Thanks as always for the great service!!

Tom from PA in the service department went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide me with exceptional service. I came in for an oil change and hoping they can plug a tire for me. Tom right away went to work and utilized the extended warranty on the car. Then got me two brand new tires!! I had no idea I even had this available to me!! Tom really restored my faith in Brandon Honda. Service took a total of about 3 hours plus an alignment but worth every minute of waiting. Thank you Tom!!
This dealership has incredible selection of both new and used cars. I worked with Chris Weiss who was incredible professional and kind. He worked so hard to get us a great price as well as made sure our new purchase was exactly how we wanted. He made sure the car was properly cleaner and everything ran perfectly. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend everyone asks for him when they stop in.
Surprised to see so many good reviews. I had my car in another Honda dealership that gave me full green light checklist. I bring it two months later to Brandon Honda and they were good to find $1500 of work. They must be genius at theyre work, just not sure if its fixing cars or cleaning out customer wallets. Would not recommend this place a a service center for your car certainly not after warranty. Total racket. Took it to another local reputed mechanic and I got all my green lights back. Figure that one out! Dont believe the google votes. Most are a sham! - And what a pathetic generic Honda response, so meaningless and a accurate reflection of Brandon Honda.
When I arrived for my appointment, the Assistant Mgr Mr. Sharpe met with me, concerning my appointment. he was very professional, and was more that helpful with my requests concerning my vehicle. My. vehicle was ready in a timely matter.
I just traded my Honda CRV in for a Honda Pilot as I needed more passenger room. Ahmed Ramadan was a wonderful salesman. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided wonderful customer service. The manager, Ray, came up and introduced himself to me and went over the deal he was giving to me for my CRV and the Pilot and even purchased lunch for me while I waited. The buying process with John was smooth sailing and I was in and out with my new vehicle within 3 hours. Would definitely do business here again if warranted and will take my vehicle here for all maintenance and repairs. Great job Brandon Honda!
Steve Critchfield has been wonderful since we walked in...he has been helpful with what we were buying (we werent sure), he found a car that he knew we would like, he has bent over backwards for us from the start. This was three weeks ago, and he is still helping us out with questions that we still have. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve. I have recommended him to all of my friends and neighbors.
I did not purchase a car from there because I was just browsing for the future, although usually once salesmen/saleswomen finds out that you don’t want to buy today they give you the cold shoulder. Well Ms Reena Patel was the complete opposite she talked to me in service while I was with my friend waiting on his car to get out. After I told her I wasn’t interested in buying today that did not phase her she was extremely friendly, professional, and honestly I had heard bad things about Brandon Honda but after meeting Ms. Reena Patel I can guarantee you that she is who I will be buying from! Find more people like her Brandon Honda and your sales will go through the roof!
I took my car here in September 2nd for their maintenance package. The car was making a wired noise as if something was in the tires, so I requested an inspectionas well. The tires had not been balanced and rotated and a front end alignment so they recommended I have this done. The inspection showed the tires as being good. Needless to say the noise was louder after the work was performed. I had a male friend take my car to Orlando dealership and they found the issue in 2 hours. The tires had NOT been rotated like I paid for, the metal was coming through, and the tread was bad on three of the four tires. With all of this, they couldnt have been properly mounted either!!! After spending $850 the first time around; I am not spending $950 on new tires, mounting, balanced, front end alignment. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here if you want quality service from honest mechanics who know what they are doing!!!
