My daughter has been trying to talk to a leasing agent in reference to her application. She has called and emailed all available contacts. She has also visited the property 3 times once with no answer. The neighborhood seems to be really peaceful, however, being a prospect renter has been very difficult. The number listed which she was told to call no one ever answers. The property manager that told her she was going to process her application and get back with her has yet to reach out to her. My daughter needs to move ASAP. Tallahassee as a whole has been very difficult to move to. It’s been a very stressful process.
Staff is great! made the move in process easy. Apartment is beautiful and has black appliances, wood floors, and a lot of closet space. Parking is never a problem. Facilities are neatly kept. great neighborhood with access to many awesome spots.
I’m interested in this apartment. However I’ve called, left voicemails, sent emails, and requested tours. No one has responded and I give this place 3 stars only due to lack of communication. I have called all times of the day and no one has answered. Posting a review seems to be the only way to get an response
I absolutely love it here! The neighborhood is such a fantastic community of friendly people, quiet, and 100% walkable. The units look very modern, clean, and also have character. The nature trails are perfect for early morning or evening walks.
Visited the location a few weeks ago and enjoyed the property. The townhomes looked like a good deal for the money from the virtual tour.My fiancee and I were filling out the application online. She submitted her application about five minutes before me, paying $150 for both the application and unit fee. There was no problem processing the transaction. However when I went to submit my application and pay the application fee, I was redirected to a page saying that the unit was no longer available. The website had also updated saying as much.Assuming it might have been an issue with the online system, we decided to call and speak with someone to hopefully remedy the situation. But nearly two weeks later, after multiple phone calls, voicemails, and emails, we have yet to hear back from anyone. No one answers the phone number listed on the website and the 904 number the management team is leaving in these other reviews is out of service. I would love to be able to talk to someone to clear up this issue without having to drive 8 hours roundtrip to do so.
I have been calling and calling trying to reach this place & also trying to get information about my screening. Nobody has yet to reach out to me about it is it a number anyone in the office can be reached at ? I have already traveled from Georgia To Attempt to go to the office when they were supposed to be opened but nobody was inside . I just want to know will I be able to be a tenant but I don’t think I will find out anytime soon and it sucks
I have stopped by the office 3 times when they were open. There was not anyone in the office and they dont answer the phone or return phone calls. If it is this difficult to even try to get information to rent here, I can only imagine what the service is like in event of needing maintenance. Trusting my gut on this one. The search continues......
Do NOT recommend renting this apt.The management and maintenance are trash in the apt complex but the rent just keeps increasing all the time. The staff at the leasing office lied to me and ignored my online maintenance request. Although the manage team has been replaced several times, I did not see any improvement. I do not recommend this place.
I have been living here for a year now and have loved every minute of it. The quality of the living space is great for the price and the neighborhood is relatively quiet and serene. Management has always been quick to fix any issue and is also very friendly. I usually recommend that all of my friends live here.
Unfortunately, I will not be moving to another unit as per your email and I am n ow in Jacksonville and cant just stop by your office. Why, is so hard for you all to contact me via phone or just refund me my deposit? I received an email stating I was changing unit and if there was anything else you could help me with and then this google review response. Please just refund me my deposit! It has been shown over and over by the lack of communication that you just DONT value your customer nor your representation.I am only giving a 1 because I have to. Please dont rent from this company the model is 10 Xs nicer then where you would be staying. Please see the attached pictures
Been here for 7 months and I’m very upset at how unprofessional maintenance is. My dryer hasn’t worked in days and I still don’t have anyone coming to fix it . And not to mention a few months ago I needed help setting up a hotel lock on the front door and it took them a week to come ...and I ended up doing it myself . This place needs better employees and they shouldn’t be charging so much for rent with no updates to the apartments . Plus they barely pick up the phone .DO BETTER!!!’ So upset and may not renew my lease. AND EVERYTIME I ASK “so is the gate gonna be fixed” I hear a new lie
First impressions of this place is that it look wonderful but don’t be fooled. First things first, I called the leasing office to see if they had anything available and no one answered. When they finally did I was told I would have to wait to VIEW any kind of apartment because “of the weather”... it was raining. I’m not sure why I couldn’t just view it that day as the staged apartment I was shown was literally across from the office. When I put in an application I waited over three days and still haven’t heard back from the leasing office. Everytime I stopped by to check in and get an update on anything I got the run around. I called multiple times at different times of the day... on different days of the week. Being new to Tallahassee I didn’t have much time to find a place and found waiting around to be a huge inconvenience as my hotel stay came to a close. And if you think that I’m being dramatic, I literally went to another apartment complex and got approved on the spot and signed my lease within the next three hours of touring the property. Not to mention 770 didn’t even run my application through (yes I would have known because there was no hit on my credit that I’m updated on immediately) and I paid $100.00 for my boyfriend and myself. Can I get a refund?! If I put an application in, why am I the one reaching out to you... shouldn’t they be reaching out to me!Overall, if you’re looking to move in here make sure you have time and patience because if the application process is as slow as it is I can only imagine how long it takes them to get back to you if you have a request for your unit.
Ive lived here for a bit over a month now and havent had any issues. The management staff was super nice, and they were informative. The place has a nice pool area and a small workout room with treadmill type machines and free weights. The rent isnt too bad either for the location. Ive enjoyed staying here so far! The only things I will say is that I can hear people really well from outside my window in the second floor, almost as if they are right by it. Also, the doors only have a dead bolt lock, and the bedroom doors have no lock. Other than that, everything has been great so far.
I wish i could rate them a 0. They are thieves. My sister and i wanted to live here but management is shady and obviously racist. We paid a 650$ deposit and requested our money back. We didn’t sign a lease no form of agreement. These criminals told us we would have our money back in 30 days. Its been three months. I filed a lawsuit against them because this is unfair and unjust. They never answer the phone and never in their office. Guess ill see these criminals in court because they really messed with the wrong one. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Its cheap and run down. The asst manager was rude to my mother on the phone when my mom was speaking to them.
Shannon, Magenta, and Diane are fantastic in the leasing office. When issues arise, they are quick and efficient in resolving them. The maintenance is always incredibly prompt, professional and just all around great. I have lived in Tallahassee for 5 years and 4 different apartment properties and Townhomes is by far my favorite.
So far Eagles Point has been great to work with. They easily answer any questions that I have and quickly respond to any service/maintenance requests that I submit. In the past few months, the management has changed, and the property has been cleaned up a lot! Its also a fairly quiet neighborhood. Overall great place!
They never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to get an application emailed to me for about week now. Out of a total of 20 calls they’ve only answered the phone twice and they told me they will have some other lady send it. I haven’t received anything yet.If this is how you treat applicants, I can only imagine how you treat your tenants.
I remember this apartment complex use to be called the Eagles Town Houses. After ongoing a facelift now its called Townhomes at 770. Absolutely give a 10++ on the rejuvenated look to the place. Popping curve appeal, amazing landscaping design and masterful landscaping ornaments and dressing. If you are still n trade school such as Lively this is the place for you and its next door .
My experience with Eagles Point has been great so far. The management team takes the time to listen and work on any problems or improvements you have with the community. The pricing was the selling point for me and after actually moving in I found there was a lot more to offer than just low pricing. The community is pretty quiet but still offers amenities like a clubhouse, gym, pool, and volleyball court. Ive already renewed my lease for fall 2014 and with all the new renovations Im looking forward to seeing what they do with the complex this year.
Do NOT live here. They do not care about you, they do not answer their phone or emails, and they are never in the office. They are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, but the minute they are trying to get money from you for something, they all of a sudden know how to get in contact with you.
The apartment itself is decent. The management couldnt careless. I had a friend who worked with STU and told me they didnt care about our town-homes. The people that live here for the most part are friendly, and families live here as well. But there are some very sketchy things going on. Neighbor across the way got into a shootout over a drug deal gone bad. Seen cops breaking into peoples place swat team style. The front desk staff is extremely nice and personable to your face, but I highly doubt they are able to do an adequate job. Any maintenance orders take at least 3 to 5 calls in order for it to be fixed. The best solution is to go in person and ask for a printout of your work order. That normally fixes the issue. Management is terrible. Oh and wen you move out they will charge you bullshit fees such as painting apartment even if you already did before you left. Carpet Cleaning even though they signed an affidavit saying they will not charge you for such fees. Overall do not live here. It will stress you out even after you move out.
Townhomes at 770 are so much better now that it has been purchased by a new company and the management is completely different. We love the new manager and the maintenance guys are on it! Tremendous improvements have been completed and we are so happy we stayed through the bad times to meet this awesome new team!
My experience with Eagles Point has been probably the worst that it could be because of Student Housing Solutions STU and i was ready to move out but then the new staff came in for campus apartments and things changed drastically. Its a lot better everything is pretty decent, the living style is cool and pretty quiet. The new changes that they are making are going to be pretty cool too so i would recommend anyone to stay here. Plus its pretty cheap for a 2x2 compared to most places.
Living here has been nothing but stressful. The workers at the front desk, while nice, are incredibly incompetent. I cannot imagine anyone being less helpful than they are. The bathrooms are disgusting and the shower hardly works. When I moved in the floor in my room was disgusting and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. There was still hair from the previous tenant all over the floor. If you are being matched to a roommate, do not expect to be matched to someone you will get along with. They will just throw you into whatever room is free, regardless of whether or not they believe you and your roommate will get along. They will also promise you that you can switch roommates if things dont work out, but this is not true at all. I tried to switch roommates a month before moving in after we had communicated a few times and it became apparent that we would not get along, but they said there was nothing they could do. I have had multiple problems with payments going through their system and both times they have waited almost a month to let me know, making me pay an absurdly large late fee. Please do not live here, it may be cheap but trust me you can find better for the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived in a cockroach infested apartment last year, and I would take that over this any day, and that’s saying something.
Horrible management team ! They never answer the phone and are rude . They are not prompt when it comes to tenants or future tenants complaints or even just questions and concerns . Nice place but you will not get any type of assistance from these people . A new staff is needed ASAP!
Not the absolute worst place to live but there are some issues. My biggest issue is their failure to disclose the absurdity of the sewage charge that tenants are now responsible for. While it is Tallahassee Utilities that determines the obscene charge, the complex dictates that tenants are responsible for 100% of it. If I pay for the water I use, which is $15 I have to pay $45 to drain the same water I paid for? Absolutely ridiculous!
Its been wonderful so far. I love how quite the community is so far.Very friendly staff! Anytime I have an issue they get things done in timely manner.
I would give this place a zero star if I could!!!! Management are a bunch of crooks and liars and not to mention unprofessional! Maintenance tries to hit on you, which is very uncomfortable when they have ACCESS TO OUR APARTMENTS -_- !! Continuous problems when we moved in August 2014 all the way until we moved out July 2015. Ceiling leaks from the tub upstairs, backdoor lets water in when rains, mold issues, toilet leaks and runs, air conditioning problems, the sinks were disgusting ( just to name a few) !! It was always a hassle trying to get them to come and fix these issues. We would get emails of completed maintenance requests when they never even entered the apartment. They lost some of our paperwork, continuously gave us the run around. On top of all of this my roommate and I were charged $50 for some trash left on the sidewalk in front of our apartment, which wasnt ours. The sidewalk is PUBLIC anyone couldve left that!!! And please dont try to meet with the property manager for some reason they are too busy to speak with us. I have lived in Tallahassee for 5 years and I have NEVER lived in a apartment complex this ridiculous. Save your money and your time and please live elsewhere!
Do it for the points. If you dont mind waiting to move in while they finish your carpet or paint then youll enjoy living here. Staff is courteous and helpful, all in all its been good.
Best townhouses Ive even lived in so far! The only problem is on weekends because of college students, they can get a little rowdy. But not something super bad to complain about.
When I first move in I was kinda worried about staying here. But after a few months of staying here I actually love it. The staff is wonderful especially JAY !
The pool is always clean and the area is very quiet.
If I began to describe the experience I had when I lived here, most people wouldnt even believe I was telling the truth. Let me help you, DO NOT sign a lease here. Avoid this place at all costs, you are not saving any money by living here. Any company that takes a months worth of rent for less than a week of living at their property is after one thing and one thing only. I generally dont write bad reviews, but this place is the exception, and now perhaps the rule.
Love living here. Very quiet. Love the pool.
I like how the neigborhood is so quiet and away from the traffic there is also plenty of visitor parking. There is a nice clean pool and an exercise room that I use every once in a while. Also the staff is very nice and respectful.
They need to fire the office staff or get them some more help. They are not attentive to residents nor prospective tenants. We had to BEG them to send us our lease and hunt them down to know our move information (welcome letter, prorated rent price, etc). I paid my security deposit in April for a move in mid June. Wanna guess when I found out my information? A few days before moving in, after being repeatedly promised I’d find out “tomorrow”, “Friday for sure”, or to get “a call right back”. These people are laughable, and a bunch of crooks. They conveniently sold me on the rent being $979 during my tour with cable & WiFi included, then changed it to $949 on my lease document, then incorporated an addendum where cable/utilities are an additional $50/monthly making my rent $999. So many different numbers and nobody can give a straight answer why. Since the old property manager and leasing agent left, they willingly blame them on “improper communication” and told us “I’m sorry you didn’t read the information correctly”, as if this information wasn’t verbally communicated to us aside from the lease. We had an entire move in package with everything written out stating the price of our rent, so we thought we were in good hands, apparently not. The property manager who was present during our tour has left, and now they have someone new that apparently is still completing her modules, so she was no help either. I will say that she was nice enough to do everything she could to get us corporates number within a day, which was way more prompt than anything anyone else there ever did. Additionally, we overpaid on our money order for move in and when I called to see why there wasn’t a credit on the account for the excess payment the agent tells me “there’s no way for her to refund that payment. I’m sorry ma’am there’s unfortunately nothing I can do about it”. So I let it go, but then when I see an additional $50 charge on my account and I come in the office to confront the staff and ask for the corporate information, she suddenly & conveniently remembers how to apply the credit. Oh and let’s not forget on move in day, they changed our apartment so I had to transfer everything, once again (renters insurance, utilities, usps mail, etc) because they are unorganized! What’s sad is the apartment itself is a solid 8. Spacious and has a good home feel to it. But what makes it less comfortable is the hassle with getting into the apartment and having to deal with these people. Its like when you get bad service at a restaurant and it’s so astonishing that you just can’t even imagine eating from them at that point, so you leave. Unfortunately we are bound by a lease.Save yourself the stress and move someplace else people.
The property and the manager is awesome. Couldnt imagine myself living anywhere else! Last but not least, the location is perfect; very convenient.
The staff is great I love all the residents as well. The maintenance guys are always on point and friendly. Ive been here for about 7 months and absolutely love it
Management is really nice, I really like the area, and Im really liking my apartment so far. There are some things I need fixing up and thats not really happening in a fast manner, but overall I enjoy living here :)
Im wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all!! The management team will give you the run around on everything. I been living here since the first of august and I have no internet nor a mail box key. I understand they have to go through other companies in order to get certain things done, but it should not be taking this long. Although I may not have it as bad as others, any problem is still a problem. No one should have to deal with this...Rooms are not properly being checked upon students moving in, but they will take your money in a heart beat!! The manager will show you the nice model and tell you all thats included and how they love it their, but its all lies!
I lived in the flat and it was very spacious! The staff has always been super friendly and the kitchens/hardwood flooring is amazing!
Ive had the worse experience dealing with this apartment. Absolute worse management and apartments! Nothing looks like the the apartment they show you! I will never recommend anyone living here and I have lived in multiple apartments since then. Im sure they will continue to go under new management to try and fix the problem but they have changed nothing. If you dont want a headache in your life DO NOT move here!!! Anyone that says anything good about this place must work for them and Im 100% sure they regrettably post positive comments.
When I first moved here on August 19th I was very disappointed, but they management handled the situation very well. I would recommend Eagles Point Townhomes. The Staff are very friendly and give excellent service.Eagle Point makes sure that their residents are satisfied; they also have fun parties and gives out some pretty cool prizes. I went to their BBQ party and won a $25 gift card to the movies.
First I want to say my experience with this property has been horrible, the ladies in the leasing office Shannon and Heather are unorganized and not in sync with each other at all, my fiancé and I applied and was denied originally due to each of us not meeting income requirements separately, heather told us we would be able to reapply and get in if we could provide that Income proof we did so picked up a client at work and met the requirement, behold a woman I’ve never spoke to before in life answered after waiting and not answering all weekend even though I kept calling Shannon called back and says we are now both denied for credit!!!!! What tf does credit even have to do with this and for two how am I denied for a different reason than I was originally and now we are both denied because of it ???? This place is bs it’s not that great of a property for them to put you through the mess they just did us my family is rooted in Tallahassee and I will make sure none of my friends or family will ever reside or pay these scam artist anything!
If I could give this crap hole a zero star I would. Im the mother of one of their tenants, and I cannot believe how they take advantage of young people. These people have absolutely no respect whatsoever when it comes to the privacy and respect of their tenants. My son was sleeping on his couch and these people came into his home, he was literally awoken with strange men starring at him. He called me completely distraught and feeling violated. The second time they came in, he was sleeping in his bedroom. They came to his bedroom door knocking on it to come in and kept harassing him until he told them to literally piss off. Who do these people think they are!? They tried to say they gave a 24 hour notice, when in fact, NO notice was ever acknowledged or received. As far as Im aware, email is not an acceptable form of communication when it comes to legalities, yet, this is what they said they did to alert him. First of all, 24 hours should be AFTER the person is properly notified, which he was NOT. There was never any email received, he was completely oblivious to the fact that they had intended in coming into his home while he was SLEEPING!!! I have rented homes for YEARS and never had I EVER heard of a landlord not arranging a time that is convenient to the tenant out of simple courtesy and respect. They are lucky my son is 19 years old because I would not have been nearly as passive as he was about this. They also charge erroneous fees deliberately out of spite and a power trip that they feel they are somehow entitled to. When you just walk into someones home - especially while they are sleeping, when there is no court order, no abandonment, no arrangement or acknowledgment by a tenant, no emergency - that is called unlawful entry and supersedes any BS jargon in a lease written by clowns who obviously dont know how to run a rental property. I would also like to point out, coming into someones house unannounced while they sleep is a good way to get someone hurt. Scaring someone by waking them up with strange men starring down at them while they sleep... lets just say there are laws that protect the rights and privacy of individuals, as well as their safety. I dont know what the heck this world is coming to, but I seriously WARN anyone looking to help their college student find a decent, clean, and safe place to live - because this is NOT it!!
Honestly moving in to this place was a big mistake. Me and my best friend were shown a unit COMPLETLY different from the ran down unit we got. Now I will say the newest management for Townhomes at 770 are doing a good job on making the outside look nice and the entrance look great, but the staff is horrible. I had a pay plan set with Eagles Point seeing as I get paid the weekend rent is do, however when the new management came in I tried to talk to them about it and a very rude lady at the desk not only blew me off she was on her phone making a personal phone call while talking to me so know for my last few months I have to either pay a $60 late fee or borrow money from syndrome and just pay them back which was her suggestion. Basically dont live here unless you want a shity unit, rude staff, over priced rent, random off the street roommates.
Ok places, age is beginning to show, wide variety of people with alot of diversity among the residents, however if you ever talk to your neighbors is another question, because of its diversity, not alot of social interaction going on amongst tenants
I can say this place isnt the best, however, its not the worst Ive seen either. Since moving in a had a bunch of problems from appliances breaking down, the place was dirty!, and some rude staff, were they act as though they care. But I can say it seems better now then when I first came for sure. I can only speak for myself but Maintance is fast for me and I feel like you get what you pay for. I never had a big bug problem thankfully. But for the price, its not bad compared to some.
The worse apt I have ever rent!! No internet since we moved in, yet they still charges us for that! No maintenance has been taken care of. The only thing we got fixed after we moved here is the washer, and that was because my roommate literally begged the maintenance guy! I dont care how nice the staffs in the office treat people, cause that is all useless. We need work to be done, not fake smiling face. DO NOT move here if you dont want trouble everyday going back to your apt!
NEVER under any circumstance move into these apartments. Dont let the new ownership and seemingly nice looking property fool you. The management is unreasonable and unhelpful, if you have any issues here youre better off paying for someone to come fix them for you instead of waiting on the management to do something about it. I just got back from vacation and left absolutely no food out and the whole place was clean before I left, and I came back to cockroaches downstairs and maggots in the dishwasher. It happens to be the same issue I had on move in day except old management fixed it right away and these guys just told me I need to wait until next Wednesday. Today is thursday. They will treat you with disrespect if youre a college student just because they can.
When I moved in they didnt have anything clean.. Week later my front door was open when I came back home one night.missing or old appliances.I got bite by bugs that I never seen..had go to hospital, still have a scar. Rude people staying there...not friendly.Manager not helpful in any situations.the maintenance was on time but was half done job. You will have others looking in your place if your blinds open.they send threaten letters .They dont change locks if you ask.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Please live anywhere else. West 10 or the forum just not here! Ive been living here for a year and cant wait to leave. The appliances are terrible! The stove burns all my food (no Im not a bad cook), the freezer gives everything freezer burn after a few days and the air conditioning is never at the temperature you set it at. The old staff here were nice and mainly reasonable. THE NEW STAFF ARE FROM HELL!! Completely unreasonable and very rude. The outside looks nice but the inside of the apartments are terrible. Btw a lot of the layouts you see of these apartments online arent even what the actually look like. Im a broke college student like everyone else but its more money and stress having to fix everything her rather than live live somewhere elsee. Not just that but they dont fix things when you need them fixed. They will only fix your air conditioning if its 85 degrees or above inside (for emergencies but they are hardly ever in the office and maintenance is gone often). They try to tell you nothing is wrong just so that they dont have to deal with it. I swear most of the good reviews are written by the owners and management. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! I wish I did and Im not even that picky.
This is one of the worst places to live in Tallahassee, let me start of with moving day.. When I moved into the apartment in August I was greeted with piles of trash in the front of my complex. Not only was I presented with this beautiful display of mediocre management but so were several of my neighbors. Me and my roommate were both shocked when we went into are crying neighbors luxury unit only to find dead bugs and mold in her fridge, there were dirt as well as bags of trash everywhere clearly the previous tenets left in a hurry and had there power cut off as a result the food in the fridge rotted... If you like communication and professional staff this is not the place for you, they like to drag there feet on responding to messages especially in regards to bills, the only person who was remotely helpful was jay, the staff also will walk into youre home anytime they feel like it to do unit inspections. They do this illegally by saying they informed you of the inspection date even tho legally they have to receive acknowledgement of the notice to enter youre home. Burglary is nothing new to eagles point as Ive had two people in the 8months Ive lived Here tell me there house was broken into...So if this all sounds great to you id say youve found youre perfect home :)
Bad neighborhood, in a below average part of town. This place was worth it when they were charging 730 a month and throwing in TV and internet, but now they want 1k a month without having improved anything. Tiny gym that does not have a thermostat so it is always HOT. No bathroom or water fountain at gym or pool. Lots of noisy neighbors so police gets called often in the middle of the night to handle the noise complaints. Also trash overflows from the dumpsters very often so the streets have a bunch of trash on them until they come pick it up. The inside of the the town homes is o.k but we are moving to southwood where we found a brand new apartment complex with much better ammenities, neighbors and community for 100 dollars more a month.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE AS A STUDENT,THE MANAGEMENT TEAM SUCKS, THEY SIT AROUND AND SMOKE ALL DAY. i SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR 2(2.5). I NOW LIVE WITH THREE OTHER PEOPLE INCLUDING A BABY THEY MADE ME PAY $510 FOR A RENOVATED APT, BUT WHAT I MOVED INTO IS DILAPIDATED. i WOULD NOT WISH THIS KIND OF STRESS ON MY WORST ENEMY. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE.
Absolutely Horrible!!! Do not move here they are unorganized I regret signing my lease yes the units are nice but the staff made my stay absolute hell.
Place is decent, repairs get done fast- but frequent inspections and vists for diffrent stuff get old fast. Frequent changes in management led to them losing track of paperwork. Tried to evict my roommate 4 times for unpaid rent because they miscredited the payments
Beautiful nice area close to stores colleges and restaurants.
Horrible place to live they never fix anything the place is falling apart pipes are going out the place is litterally like a trap house and managment are great untill u sighn the lease then they dont care about anything not worth a dime to live in this horrible envirement and the new staff smoke cigerates all day outside lie a chimney just khockin them back to back so if you want cancer sighn the lease
I dont write reviews unless it totally terrible or totally awesome and Eagles point is a nightmare. Super unprofessional staff. Maintenance sucks. When your lease is over get ready to be charged with crazy $$$, however clean you leave your apartment. I have stayed on many properties to name few and best were seminole grand and polo club but eagles point has worst management. Dingy and crazy small gym as well as pool which they will tell you is being renovated forever. And when they know you are not going to sign lease for next year they will throw shady shitty attitude. Biggest mistake. Dont ever get a place here! They dont care about you.
Very good apartment, but very difficult to get out of lease.
Well kept, a walk from TCC. Rent isnt bad either
Its so funny how all the positive reviews are on their website but you have to come on here to see what it REALLY is. I havent been living here a month and all ive heard are lies lies lies. The office tells you what you want to hear and then gets mad when you confront them about what THEY said. Oh and we havent had wifi since weve moved but their coming today.. wait no tomorrow... wait next week. (and next week theyll say the week after that). I wouldnt recommend.
*****STAY AWAY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE***************I lived here from Jun 2010 - Dec 2011 while I attended FSU. This was the worst experience of my college career. The neighborhood is very dangerous, the apartments are targets for burglars doing Holiday breaks and sometimes even during the day while you are at school. The leasing office is very slow to make repairs. There is usually loud music being played by your neighbors at night and even on weekday nights. There are fights, and while I was there, there was a robbery and a shooting. And to top it off, they scam people and charge you for things you are not responsible for when it is time to move out. When I was signing my lease papers in the main office, a girl who was moving out warned me not to live here. I didnt listen to her, so I warning anyone who is reading this not to sign any papers. If you have signed the lease papers, well like Drake album cover says, If youre reading this then its to late!!!!!
I signed a lease for the fall, but that was a big mistake. Managers are just irresponsible and the worst I never seen. Sign a lease there is just a lot of headaches. Ill never recommend it to anyone.
Not a safe place to live.
Nice location.
Beautiful place! !
The staff always go above and beyond their job to satisfy everyone, when ever i have problems with my apartment they get the job done within no time, Great place to rent out
Not my apt
