Great people I have been in one of there properties for almost 5 years and they have been wonderful landlords!

Disgusting houses. I didnt even want to walk on the carpet. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling when I moved in. Oh and the floor was in the living room was caving in. I didnt get to see it before we moved in since we moved from up north but I moved out as soon as my lease was up. I left it in better condition then I received it in but got ripped off with my security deposit. How is it the tenants responsibility to pay to rekey the house? I got a bunch of bogus fees and disputed it but of course never heard anything back. Stay away from here!!

Long response time and was told to look elsewhere because I have an emotional support animal, even though I have all the proper documentation. Wouldn’t even discuss a reasonable accommodation with me. will not be giving them any business and would not recommend to anyone.

Dont expect them to do anything if your neighbor is a nuisance, even though the lease agreement states that the tenants shall not commit any noise nuisance. I spent about 2 months not living in my own apartment because of that.The laundry room to the spirit wind units is dirty and doesnt have a door, and there are often not enough machines for everyone. Originally this was fine because the laundry room was free, but part way through the year they started charging. The cost is about as much as a laundromat, so you may as well go there instead.Toward the end the apartment flooded because of rain, and they didnt really do anything.The icing on the cake is that they re key every year. If you look at the lease agreement, they actually charge you for this. It is $50. Im not sure why this ought to be our responsibility, but I guess nothing can be done about it.Im giving them two stars instead of one because they are helpful sometimes, like letting us move out late and letting us keep a cat for about a month without charging us. Generally I found them to be unprofessional.

I really wish that I could give them 5 stars. I mean I really do. This property management company has mostly great staff, they are helpful, generally fair, nice, and stay out of your business. Unfortunately, they were sneaky on the lease. They require their tenants to REKEY the locks out of YOUR money. They charged us for not replacing the light bulbs and air filters before moving out!! They also charge their tenants for things that were already damaged by the previous lessees, but we didnt take pictures before moving in so this killed us. BE WARNED: If you are planning on leasing a house with this company, TAKE MANY DETAILED PHOTOS BEFORE MOVING IN! They will get you for every small thing, including things they KNOW were already in that condition. Also, READ THE LEASE VERY CAREFULLY! If you want to hold onto your security deposit, I would not go with this company. If you do decide to lease with this company, be very cautious as they will nickel and dime for anything they can think of. They keep their real ownership under wraps: refuse to name them and they are inaccessible by phone or email. You can ONLY contact the owners via snail mail!

Stadium Property Rentals is a wonderful company that truly cares for its tenants. Every issue that we have had has been met with prompt service and the agency is very kind and respectful. My roommates and I are appreciative that we are not in a large apartment complex, where you dont even know your landlord. Instead, we get the best college living experience that we could ask for!

I live at Stadium Place and its great. Aministration is friendly and quick to reply and the place is nice and spacious with walk in closets, granite counter tops, etc.The price is great for the location right next to campus. My room mates and I all re-signed for next year!

Never rent from this place. Charged us $2500 in false charges, was completely unreasonable with waiting on student loans and financial aid disbursement, constantly entering apartment for show off to new renters, constantly bugging you asking for positive reviews on different websites, slow maintenance(except the maintenance people are awesome, its the management and office that slows it down), and gave no opportunity to potentially clear up any of these problems. You will absolutely not get your initial deposit back. The owner will nickel and dime you for everything he can and will only communicate via slow and poorly written letters rather than email, phone calls, or in person. This review will probably be deleted before most can read it, but please avoid this company at all costs.

Very friendly, they are quick to respond to any problems you have. Also, are willing to help you when you have to turn your check in late. Good properties to choose from.

Landlords are pretty good at responding to emails and problems of the units. Rent is pretty cheap and houses are in good, safe locations. Some properties are older than others, though, and these have quite the quirks to them.

Awesome company, I have lived in one of their houses for two years now and they been very helpful and always fair. I would recommend anyone to lease through them.

The rent is very reasonable for the quality of housing and location. The management is also very down to earth, understanding and helped me find my perfect house!

My Son has recently moved to Tallahassee to attend school . He has been there 3 plus weeks .Since his arrival he has not been able to receive any mail . He has been told the postman has to change the locks on the mailbox’s and provide him with a key . Really !!! This is ridiculous his mail is locked in the box with no ability to get it . He has been to the post office 3 times only to be told he has to wait for the postman to change the lock on the mailbox and provide him with a keyMaybe this should be completed during the summer when students are not getting mail .Just maybe he has important things that are arriving to him via mail . UNACCEPTABLE
