I move to Seminole Ridge this year (August). So far I love it. I heard it had a bad rep in the past, but the new management or owners that changed recentlyare doing great. Things are kept clean, especially for all students. My roommates are perfect matches and a friend who didnt get along with her roommates was quickly transferred. I thought the hard work deserved a little recognition!

I hate this pace so much it sucks ass Im just so happy Im moving out they have new management like everyday they dont come fix the stuff you ask to come fix des Roches all over the house theyre like your fifth roommate. Also they always have so fees they say you owe but when you ask them where these fees come from they cant tell you IF YOU WANT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN! If I could give it no stars I would. The complex is not as nice and clean as it looks in the pictures. My apartment wasnt ready when I moved in. They still had to finish fixing things and the carpet cleaners hadnt even come yet. Trying to get things fixed is an impossible task, they always say it will be fixed today and then they never come. Trash is always piled up in the parking lot along with old furniture from when they clean out apartments. If you are looking for a nice apartment this isnt it!! New management means nothing if they still dont have high standards. You are truly getting what you pay for so dont be tricked by the staffs nice smiles and the incentives they bribe you with to get you to sign the lease!!

Horrible place to live. The floors were dirty and the washer and dryer tile was coming up off the floor. There had been two shootings that I know of in the year that I lived there and also a break in near my apartment. I would not recommend.

I just moved in few days ago...The management is sucks...The apartment wasnt even ready when you come down..The floors and Kitchen was dirty as hells....Alot of things need to be fixed...Not sure who does inspection of this apartment..When ever you go the rental office to get your maintenance fix the like it will be done today but nothing happens
