No one answers the phone and is never there. I just wanted to look at their facility to possibly rent but no one ever gets back to me and I have been trying for months. Probably for the best that I dont live here.
Lived here for over a year between 2017 and the end of 2018. I didnt cause any issues and paid my rent on time, so my interaction with staff was minimal but when I did staff was helpful, polite, and professional. I didnt have any problems with neighbors. Rent was good, apartment was nice. Some issues like residents throwing trash bags/furniture in front of the dumpster instead of into it is somewhat out of managements control, but they were taking steps to try and curb the behavior.Overall I enjoyed my stay at these apartments. I would recommend to anyone who qualifies and is looking in the area.
Love the neighborhood! Family friendly, and very quiet! And clean! The location is not great since it is off of capital circle NE and there are always accidents at the intersection. The new maintenance man is not as proactive as the previous maintenance man. And they increase the rent every time when it is time to think about renewal.
Rude. Disgusting. Incompetent. Racist.Should I expand? I will.My mother lives in this complex and I have visited several times and each time has been an absolute let down. My mother is 100% one of the cleanest people on the planet. She is constantly scrubbing and deodorizing her home from the top down. That doesnt stop the roaches. She has complained to me as well as the office staff multiple times and they have done nothing but spray over the counter insect repellant. They do not care about the livable qualities of their tenants. I have contacted the city health inspector to conduct a property evaluation due to the overgrowth of not only these insects, but the incurable mold as well. The complex has done nothing to rectify these problems and continue to put their residents health at risk by allowing them to live in these conditions. The office staff is 100% racist, prejudice, and most importantly xenophobic. If you read the reviews, the only people with negative experiences are the ones with foreign names. Why? Because they are intolerant to those who dont sound or look like them. I have personally seen the interaction with the office staffer Misty and how she interacts with white people and any person of color. She talks to them in a demeaning manner and is intolerant to their requests, but if it is a white tenant, she is willing to bend over backwards for their needs. This is not a person that should be the face of a complex. Residents deserve to feel safe and accepted where they lay their heads.
They used to be very good in responding to our needs but with this new person in the office it is not a good place anymore. She is so rude when you request to fix something. She does not let you to even explain what you need and in the middle of your conversation says we dont have employee and hangs up ! I do not recommend this place anymore.
I miss this apartment complex. Maintenance responded in a timely manner. Grounds well-maintained, and good neighborhood overall. Unfortunately, due to new owners, I could not afford to renew my lease after six years. I recommend this place.
My husband and I have lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Savanah Sound for nearly 8 years and I must say that even though as a realtor I could, and probably should, buy our own townhome, condo or house, we have chosen to remain here at Savannah Sound. The main reasons for this is management and maintenance. Misty Rowe manages this complex as if this is the only thing she has to do. She is ALWAYS helpful and responsive. She really knows her business and the smiles and help she always gives is amazing! In our length of time here we have had several different property managers but Misty is by far the absolute best. Hope she never leaves us.Now about maintenance. Our maintenance manager, Paul, is outstanding. I have heard he is leaving us soon and anxiety for residents is setting in! It is going to be a monumental challenge to replace Paul. My husband and I travel a fair amount and have visited other apartment complexes. I have yet to find even one in as good of condition as ours. Being away and seeing lack of care makes us realize how good we have it.Yea Savannah Sound and your team! Keep up the good work and Paul, please dont leave us.
I will definitely be interested in living here in the future
Nice place to live quiet friendly my daughter live there pool small play ground gym nice
I’ve tried reaching out to them via calls, email, their website and other apartment hunting sites for months. I have never heard anything back. I’ve reached out multiple times - do you not want people to move there?!
While I have enjoyed living here for the last 3 years, I have one major problem. The parking. I live in building 4 and at least 3 tenants from building 5 insist on parking in front of our building. I then am forced to park in the secondary parking area. Last night I was forced to park there while these 3 tenants parked in our spaces. When I left for work this morning, at 6 a.m. I counted 6 empty spaces in front of building 5. When I came home last night it was also 6 empty spaces. This is my only complaint.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Roaches and mold has taken over all of the buildings. The property manager MISTY ROWE is very rude and nasty. She will kick you out if you are one day late. Misty will violate you if you go against her advice such as renewing lease. She focus more on siting on her ass in the office than the many drug dealers living out there. There maintenance PAUL is the watch dog of the community. Mentally disabled individuals live here and have first preference. They roam the community freely without care takers and scare children.
Savannah sound is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The people that lived upstairs water heater broke, flooding my entire apartment. I was then told by savvanah sound I was responsible for paying for the damage. When we requested a new place to stay temporarily, they simply said the house was completely liveable. It was 102 degrees in my apartment, yet it was completely liveable. This is also not a good apartment to raise a family (dangerous).
Good apartment for people to live with each other
Maintenance guys are the best, very reasonable price. The worst thing is the office manager the rudest person you will meet in your life.
I love the people that live here
The staff in the front office are rude. Went in to inquire about moving in asked for a brochure or some sort of paper work for the property since they were closing and was given rude looks by both in the office and was told they had nothing to give.
The office manager is the rudest, most unprofessional, nastiest, and impolite person ever. Maintenance is taking forever to fix or replace anything in the apts.
Its well revered.....
Nice place.
Conveniently located, cheap accommodation. Breakfast was OK, swimming pool available.
