They were packed and for good reason! The lady who did my nails was kind and thorough! She didnt push small talk and paid attention to details and clarified my requests between stages. She even massaged my hands and it felt AMAZING! Im switching nail salons permanently.

I first went here with a friend on a whim several years ago to tag along when she get her nails touched up. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming I started to go more and more. I’ve had several individuals work on my nails and everyone does a fantastic job. I’ve never felt so at home at a salon before. I take my mother and my sisters here when they visit from out of state. Kim is a gem and deserves all the stars for reviews you can give. She remembers my name, does a brilliant job on any service I go in for and tops everything off with a super relaxing hand massage at the end. Worth every Penny and reasonably priced. Tacoma is lucky to have this salon.

So, my cousin referred me to this salon due to my other nail spot doing a Botch job on my nails. I made an appointment today & was right on time. They acknowledged me & prepped the water for my pedicure. I chose shellac on my toes & dip for my hands. Ive NEVER been more HAPPY 😊 & beyond satisfied with the finished look. Everyone was extremely friendly & engaging!! Im definitely going to be a Regular! I recommend this nail salon to everyone. Thru also do so much more than Mani/Pedis. Check them out!!! I give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The neon pink was spot on!💞🥰 Lastly, I paid less than I normally would pay anywhere else, so my tip was gracious. Thank you Kim & ladies for taking your time to do such a beautiful job!!!

Y’all, this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Ms. Kim took great care of me! I have had a recurring ingrown toenail most of my life, and she clipped it out at the root. It wasn’t that painful. I’m able to walk like I haven’t in years now. She has been doing this over 20 years and has been fixing ingrown toenails that time as well. She did a better job than my podiatrist did, and it was only $27! Great value, and great experience. I will only be going here for my pedicures from now on.

The workers are soooo nice! We came in 20 minutes late because we locked the keys in our car but our nail lady was still happy to take us. Great price too, will definitely be back!

This used to be my go to shop. I have went here for the last 10 years on and off. They have always done amazing work and didnt disappoint today either. KIM was amazing and they are following all the new rules put into place!

All the nail shops nearby were busy, called here was in quickly in the door, even verified I was who had just called and I didnt even have an appointment and me and my sister got our nails started at the same time NO WAIT. very classy, friendly service & no threat of that stereotype of getting talked about in their language because they focused solely on their job at hand, working fast and efficient. Not from the area but Ill definitely be returning here. Thank you! Busy place but they have plenty staff to take care of you.

I’ve been to this nail nail salon several times either alone or with my daughters. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is very clean/neat. I’ve been consistently satisfied with the service I receive here. This is my “go to” for nail care.

Great price, clean and nice ladies. Only thing Id say is my girl had a pedicure start 10 min before mine and we ended at the same time, little bit confusing but still going to come back.

It was my first time getting my nails done here. I’ll continue to look for better nail salons. For everyone who had the 5 stars I’m a bit confused. I told the person who did my nails that my middle finger was crooked and he said he we going to fix it but never did. Also the shape of my nails are a bit off. I asked for coffin and he gave two of my nails on my right hand square shapes while the other ones are coffin. Probably will not return back here. I was honestly a bit confused on why they charged me for a full set when he kept my old nails and filled them.

Cant think of a better pedicure experience. Loved this place.

Best nail salon Ive found & Ive been to quite a few in Tacoma. This place doesnt cut any corners & rubbed my hands after getting Dip, that in which most places do not do. They did such a good job, Ive been able to get about a month out of my Dip. I saw Kim & will continue to do so! Thank you, ladies!!!!

I work on my feet 6 days a week 12 hour days and this is by far the best pedicure and massage I have ever received.. they soaked my feet in hot wax, did a hot stone massage and then massaged without stones for 20 minutes or more.. this place gets a 5 star.. very quick service as well and friendly staff.. love, love, love..

My roommate and I USED to be regulars here. Some of the techs are very good but it’s hit and miss. There is one tech in particular who is very pushy. You can tell her what you want and she will try to talk you into something different.The last time I went here, I had my acrylics removed to try dip powder instead. She took an unused fake nail and slivered it between the acrylic nail and my real nail to remove the acrylic. She ripped my real nail on my thumb off (in the middle on the side) to the point where it bled. I had to compress my thumb and put a towel over it to get it to stop.I should have learned my lesson there but like I said, some of the nail techs were very good and I figured I wouldn’t have another problem like that since I started dip powder instead.Yesterday I went in to get a fill on the dip powder. I told them upfront that i did not have time for a fill and a pedicure. The tech i ended up getting used the electric filing drill to take the top layer of dip powder off. She drilled in one long continuous motion until the instrument got so hot and I had to pull my hand away because it was burning. I have found that other techs will do intermittent motions so you don’t get that burning sensation. The tech acknowledged me pulling my hand away and asked “too hot?” I said “yes.” She continued her technique on every finger after that and I kept having to pull my hand away. After most of the powder was filed off, she put my fingers in foil with acetone to remove the rest.A lady behind me was getting a pedicure by another woman. My tech left me and told me “I’m going to go do her manicure because she has to leave to go pick up her baby.” So that lady was now being serviced by two techs and I was left there with none. I figured one of the other techs would finish with their clients and come assist me next so I wasn’t too worried about it but that did not happen. THREE people came in AFTER me and were put in pedicure chairs right away and being assisted. At one point i even made a phone call and told my party i would be running late because i was still waiting at the nail shop. No one acknowledged me and I sat there for 45 MINUTES with my fingers in acetone. Please mind you that I told them when I walked in that I didn’t have time for a pedicure and a manicure so what made them think I had 45 MINUTES to just sit there?!?!I ended up pulling my own foils off and scraping the remaining powder from my fingers and right then, one of the ladies who was giving someone else a pedicure walked up and said would would assist me but at that point I was over it.I walked into the nail shop at 3:40. Picked a color, was seated and foiled at 3:50. I walked out at 4:45.They lost me forever.

They’re so nice, they always do a great job, I’ve never had to wait and they’re open super early so I have time to go in before my shift starts at work. I’m Always really happy with what I get.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for one bad experience I had. The first time I went, the person that did my nails was a younger man and he did an amazing job, perhaps the best gel set I have ever received. I wish I took pictures. I went back and made an appointment the other day for 5:45pm and the person that did my nails was one of the ladies. She had me sit and wait with alcohol on my nails (in the foil) for about 30 entire minutes. After that she proceeded to rush painting my nails and they turned out pretty poorly. The gel began to PEEL OFF (not chip) after only 2 days after they were done... Two days? Yes. Compared to the young man who did my nails, the gel lasted over 2 weeks before it began chipping. I don’t understand how there can be such a huge difference. Maybe she was just eager to leave after a long day. Regardless, that’s just poor service to me. For me to make an appointment ahead of time, made to wait, then made to have alcohol on my fingers for 30 min before my gel set is rushed... And the worst part is the paint job was bad too. The filing job was also poor. It doesn’t make sense how I can pay the same amount to have a superb job done by one nail tech and then have one of my worst sets done by another nail tech within the same establishment. I’ll come back only if I can schedule with the younger man that had done my nails the first time.

I visited this nail salon on 6/30/19. The pricing is very reasonable and the service was awesome! Here I am a week later and my nails still look great!

Love this place. Its hard to believe they are so cheap and so good at the same time. Very friendly. They had five people working on a Thursday afternoon. They were packed but were able to get to everyone in decent time without leaving you feeling rushed.

They do a really nice job, and I love the added hot wax treatment, but they really need to replace their chairs. I have to bring a lumbar pillow or it hurts my back. They have a huge impact on your comfort experience.

I would just love to say that I wasn’t happy with the last place I went to and how they did my nails. I have been going to that place since forever. But here they were so kind when I walked in and the guy there did an absolutely ASTOUNDING job on my nails and paid attention to every detail especially my coffin shape! I was really scared to go and try out a new nail salon especially because I had been going to my old one for so long, but man am I glad that I decided to go out of my comfort zone and go here! A lot of people like to complain about having a hard time because they feel like the technicians don’t understands English. Here they definitely understand what you want very well and give you exactly what you want. They hands down have me business now!

My favorite nail place in Tacoma! All of the ladies working here are SO friendly and they do an amazing job, every time. The spa pedicure includes so many things for only $22 - and it lasts so long. My gel manicure always last two weeks without chipping or peeling beforehand! Love this place!!

It was relaxing, and the woman who did my pedicure was careful, and took her time. She also fixed a couple smudges on my manicure, which was done pretty quickly, and not with the greatest care, by another woman there. It was a clean shop though. All in all it was nice, but I think Ill try somewhere else next time. My pedicure has lasted, but my manicure held up maybe 4 days since I was there.

She was nice and did an excellent job. She made sure she did what I wanted and knew what she was doing. She was gentle. I recommend this place!

I walked in without an appointment on the Saturday before mothers day. Even though the shop was packed, they fit my daughter-in-law and me in, and did a fabulous job without making us feel rushed. My toes felt well cared for and looked beautiful. I recommend this place.

Worst experience that Ive had at a salon. I went here to get my nails filled cause my regular girl was busy. The lady completely ruined my nails. I told her I needed them shorter cause Im a server and she cuts them so short that I may as well have taken off my tips and just painted my actual nails. Then when I tell her that Im not satisfied with my nails she looks as my like Im stupid. Tried to charge me $15 for her mistake that she made. I wasnt going to pay for something that I dont like. Just looking at my nails made me want to cry. It took a half hour of soaking my nails to get them at least back to normal. I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend that anyone does.

Will not return. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure on Saturday, pedicure was great and my toes looks great! However now just a few days later the gel on most of my nails is chipping and peeling off. Called to schedule a time to go in and get them fixed and when I arrived at the scheduled time they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said to come back the next day at 11 am and only 11am because the owner would be there. When I requested to come in the afternoon (because I work a full time job) the two women there just continued to speak to each other and ignored me. Wanted to like this nail salon but I was not pleased with the unfriendliness and poor nail job. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I come in US Nails to get my nails done and was told that I would be next so I was waiting for about 15 munites and these two ladies walk in and pick a color and they were able to sit and get their nails done before me and I had to wait another 18 munites to get my nails done. I really enjoy this place. They put liners in their tubs for pedis so you know its clean and your feet are not soaking with left over bleach from the last wipe down. The regular pedi comes with massage, hot stone rub, wax, hot towel, along with a great polish job. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to places in Seattle.

Long but worth the read!!! - I am currently 34 weeks pregnant & have swelling in my feet/ankles & wrists. I was in dire need of a relaxing mani-pedi. I called US Nails & asked if they were busy. She politely said no not too busy, we can take care of you here! She was very nice! So I showed up an hour later.. the salon is so clean, cute & has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere! There was other ladies already getting manicures, yet there was still NO WAIT. They have plenty of staff & they are all so sweet! I told her I was interested in a mani-pedi & she smiled, said okay we will do it for you, just pick a color. By the time I picked my two colors, they already had a nice warm foot bath ready for me at the pedicure chair. (There is lots of them too) The chair gives an excellent back massage (lots of settings). The water wasnt extremely hot, like some salons. It was so nice. They exfoliate your feet & legs, massage your legs with smooth hot stones while your feet are in hot wax bags (makes them sooo smooth & it feels absolutely amazing). When the wax sets they peel it off & massage your feet. They dont speed through it either, they really take care of you here! They make sure youre comfortable & happy with everything! I never had to move from the pedicure chair. Another sweet lady came and did my manicure right there!! She shaped my nails & made them look so flawless. She also wrapped my hands in hot wax bags while she massaged my arms, then after the wax was peeled off she massaged my hands & wrists. Omg it was so seriously relaxing, I almost fell asleep. This is the best place I have ever been to & will be making it my regular go to spot!!! They are so wonderful & so genuinely nice!! Btw, ALL that, for only $35! Needless to say, I gave them a nice tip!! They also do everything else too, including spa pedicures & facial/body waxing at great prices!! Definitely recommend US Nails to everyone!!

Great place to get your nails done

Hands down the best pedicure I have ever received! And for only $22! I have spent way more and received less anywhere else. As I got a fill and watched the pedicures take place I was amazed at what the other women were getting for the basic price, and everyone of them was consistent regardless of the tech doing it. Although, I had Tina and will ask for her everytime! This is my 3rd time coming to this establishment and I will now continue to make the commute from Sumner to make this my one and only spot. My fills have been flawless everytime, attention to detail paid, and designs done well and with no issues of feeling like they were a hassle. I believe my tech has been Kim everytime, but I could be wrong, Im terrible with names. She has been doing nails for 11 years and it shows through her work! Customer service is excellent and services are incredible! After searching for a good, consistent place I have been dissatisfied and disappointed many times, US Nails is a breath of fresh air & they will get my business from here on out!

Best $22.50 pedicure Ive ever had!

This place has given me one of the best pedicures Ive received in WA state. Liners in the tub, parrafin wax, hot stone massage with luxurious oil that rubs into your skin... I would call ahead to make sure theyre free or make an appointment, its a smaller salon, about 6 pedi chairs and 4 mani chairs, but its worth it! Im currently a first-time customer and Im currently in the chair, getting a fantastic massage from the young woman doing my pedicure. This is also my first google review Ive written so that should say something to the level of satisfaction I had here! About $40 including tip for a mani pedi, and they really take their time and make it worth it! Ive had pedicures from Bellingham to San Diego (literally everywhere in between) and this one has been life changing!

Came in as walk in after a horrible experience at Asian Nails waited about 30 mins and my nails are absolutely gorgeous thank you Linda.
