Vana is fabulous! Been seeing her for over 10 years! She is always creative when she does my nails. Just love her! ❤️❤️

I used to come to Vana’s when I worked down the road and I still make it a point to come up for my eyebrows. I treated myself to a full set today and of course they were great and never disappoint! I always leave refreshed and grateful for the team here.

Vana and Anna are so wonderful. I am very happy with the manicure and pedicure I always get. They are very friendly and the place is very clean!

Been going there for years even started my daughters going there. On a couple accations she stayed way after closing time to finish up my nails. Vana does a great job on eye brows and nails. Make sure to try to make a appointment sometimes its busy. You still need wear a mask she is making sure everyone is safe.

Good atmosphere, clean, great value! The sweet older lady did a fantastic job, and gave the BEST hand and foot rub!! Ill be back!!

Henry and Lyn at nails by Vana are great! I am so glad to have found them. They are both professional and personable. I wont go anywhere else for my dip nails. I appreciate them so much!

Have been going there for years. Have always been satisfied prices are good. Went two weeks ago didnt get a good pedicure. She was new but I wont let her do my pedicure again.

Came in, got greeted that was good. I got an older last who did my nails, she didnt do a good job at all. Drimmeled and filed my skin on every finger, cut my index finger pretty good. She left a huge chip in my nail, the owner Vanna had to fix and reshape every nail. Vanna did a great job, but for all the mess up from the older lady I will not be going back. Fills are listed for $15, but I ended up passing $35. Too many hidden fees for a place that isnt very clean or professional

Came here on my day off a while ago and my day was ruined by how rude they were. The lady servicing me was beyond horrible personality wise and when i (my first time here, so I didn’t know the rules of the shop) was told by her to wash my hands, I assumed the roll of paper towel that was sitting RIGHT AT THE SINK was what I was suppose to use to dry my hands. Apparently, they have towels underneath the sink that are communal (albeit one time use) towels for everyone. Regardless, the owner gave me a dirty look when I had to give the paper towel to her (to throw away) and the lady who was doing my nails was very rude afterwards. Even made me pay before my nails were done and tried to force me to give her a tip 😂 “write 2 dollars down here!” like.. after the way you treated me? no. They have horrible reviews for a reason. Wouldn’t go here.

He did a great job. I asked for short square and they look so nice. The store was clean and they took us right away. They are friendly and good at helping multiple people at once. We will stop by this shop again.

Great place

I took my auntie there, she had flown in from Kansas, and they were so rude and unprofessional we walked right back out the customers all started us down. They look like trash. The place was visibly dirty on sight. They workers glared at us (the man who does nails there was the worst, he looked like he wanted to kill me.) there was no welcome, not a single worker greeted us or even asked if we wanted a service. Worst nails salon I have ever been too. Please check out the picture of their work before you go in. Not worth it.No way in hell, no thank you, will not ever be back in that ghetto again.

Terrible customer service, I got my nails done here and a week after four of them were falling apart I came and asked the lady and she wouldnt even look at my eyes she just kept working and ignoring me and wanted me to pay full price to get my nails redone. Dont waste your money look for a place where they care about their customers but overall quality.

Vanna does a great job.I would have rated a 4 or 5 but they charged me 25.00 for a fill when the window says 15.00.The first time I went there I was charged 15.0p.So not sure why I was charged 10.00 more.

Love! I scheduled an appointment for 3pm on a Friday and when I went in was helped right on time. I got some acrylic oval tipped nails and I was very satisfied! The service didnt take too long, they have an excellent selection of nail colors and the price was awesome! I will definitely be coming back here.

Id go again but by myself, when I want an expensive pedicure.I went with my daughter (4) and my mom. I called ahead to make sure they did kids pedicures. They said yes and I asked if they could do 3 pedicures at 11. They said sure.They were definitely ready and able to do 2 but I waited while my Mom and daughter got theirs done. It was a bummer because it then took longer as they had to wait for me.Place was clean-ish but definitely not the newest place. Most of the women couldnt understand me but....thats fairly standard, no?

Vana is very sweet! But Gigi does my nails and every single time I am happy. The consistency is remarkable.

Okay color selection, but my nail technician was totally negligent. All my nails are different lengths, she was rough with my fingers, filing and buffing and basically just did a quickie job; ran the sander across my bare skin multiple times, and I had bubbles in my polish. Also charged me the price of a full set when I only went in for fill and color change. Thought I’d give them a try but seriously regretting it now.

Vana herself is good at everything but her staff isn’t as good and customer service is based on you being a regular.

I had to tell the lady like five times all the 50 with missing doing my nails. Nails look absolutely horrible every single nail is a different shape and I asked for coffee in shape. I am so disappointed

Walked in for a manicure, technician wiped the surface with a dirty towel, handed it to the girl in the next station who did the same. Drew blood on 2 nails by cutting the cuticle to deep, then took styptic pen to it. Three of my mails were crooked, didnt put a clean towel down on the table for me to lean on...and the list goes on. Should have taken a look around and walked out. Messy and not very clean all in all. Hope I dont get an infection.

We buy our Great Oma, whos 101 years old a gift certificate for her Birthday every year for the last 20 years, and she loves it. This is one of her favorite places. The staff her is amazing and very kind, the fact that they remember her is even better. Today we celebrate her 101st Birthday, thank yiu Vana and staff for always taking care of her. This is the place to go if you want the best.

Vanna herself did my nails they were nice she wasnt very nice she didnt put a clear coat charged me extra and Mt eyebrows are a no .. Im calling in because the nail color is already fading off and theres bubbles in my nails the shape is nice

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had. Ive never been told no so many times from someone in customer service. I had to file my own finger nails as they were ALL crooked. Then the owner did my schelack but there are several spots that she missed that have nothing at all on them. I also had a pedicure, my nails are too short and after she was done and made me walk through the dust on the floor in my clean bare feet, 2 of my toenails were crooked. I said something and I was told NO AGAIN! No, its a FACT, they are Crooked and I told her to not tell me no another time. Not going back there, $45 later and Im from Bellevue, we tip well, but I only gave her half what I normally do

Worst experience 👇🏾 Was told that my boyfriend and I could not have our pedicures done together when the store was completely empty. My nails are also crooked and wet. Service went downhill immediately after refusing to get my feet done alone
