I was planning on getting a fill this morning. Pulled up at 9:15, the sign says opens at 9:30 (google didnt have hours listed) so I waited. And I waited, and waited... almost 10am and they are still not open. Highly unprofessional and very disappointing.

First and last. i keep reminding her that my nails are crook it and she keep on saying i know and afterwards shes said its done and yet it still crook it 😒. i wouldnt suggest this place to anybody.

Felt extremely rushed not professional. My nails looks horrible :( I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. High prices for the quality that you are getting. We even complained at the end and the manager just shrugged her arms. My nails are already chipping and they look bumpy. My nail polish was still stuck to my skin at the end. WillNever go here again.. If you guys are looking in the area for a nail salon just go around the building there is another nail salon on the other side, I had a much better experience there. Oh and for Covid happening it was very unsanitary. :( very disappointing....

This place is good quality. Your nails will always look great. The people here are nice and friendly. This is totally my new nail shop!

Really disappointed in my nails. The gel polish is all over my cuticles and not fully curred on the edges and not a smooth polish application. Its going to lift in less than a week. When I asked to have it fixed she just took cuticle nippers to some of the areas and didnt really fix the problem. Ill be filling them around the cuticles as they grow which I should have to do. She just stopped trying at a point and walked away. Will not be returning.My pedicure was good and the lady took her time and did a great job. The only reason for any stars at all.Update: my polish chipped with the first few days and it was supposed to be gel. Another nail salon had to repaint them. While that was happening, they said they did such a bad job there was water that got into the acrylic and was starting to form fungus. They said it looked like they used regular polish and just covered it with gel. Never again.

One of the best pedicures Ive gotten in a long time she was on point I do not know her name but she deserves all the praise great staff very welcoming great atmosphere. Prices Im willing to pay because I know Im getting good service

There are actual HAIRS in my acrylic! Im not sure if they were hers or mine but the fact that she left the hair in my nail is beyond me ! Some of my nails were lifting she did not remove the lifted part of nail to fix it. She simply applied new acrylic over an old nail. My nails look like pure Trash.She drilled my nails so much that my nails have red drill streaks near the cuticle.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Went there today and as my nails were being painted I pointed out that she colored outside the lines. She just smiled like she didnt understand English. After she was done I told her again that they looked horrible. She got a really sharp tool and tried to chip extra polish away .I now have several hang nails and she chipped part of the polish off on the nail itself. I finally told her to stop (Im sure, just before she drew blood). I was still charged full price!!!!! I made sure before I left that it was understood that not only would I not be back, but, I would spread the word to anyone who will listen DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!!! There are plenty of good nail salons in Lakrwood, dont waste your time or money on these hacks.

Ive been going to my nail person, first initial *H* for years. She is conscientious with my nails and a very kind person overall. I trust her.

PLEASE PLEASE take this as a warning!! You get what you pay for . My nails are so ugly. I just left a few hours ago and they look as if I need a fill already. Dont waste your time or hard earned money. The pedi was good though the lady with the glasses was very nice the other lady who messed my nails up was rude and ripped me off!

This place is great! The staff is very friendly. Me and my wife went here, and we both received an amazing pedicure. This was only my second time getting one, and they didnt make me feel embarassed, even though Im sure my feet werent the best that they have seen. Im in the military so my feet are constantly being abused. I highly recommend this place.

I came here to get waxed and will not ever go back there again. I left the place with wax still on me and the place was gross.. they keep a German Shepherd in the damn wax room. I didnt notice that till after when another customer told me about it. There was I think and hope was water on ye ground and it smelled like dog... beware go some place else than here and I still have freaking hair that now I have to tweeze cause she didnt get it all.

Went to these ladies yesterday, loved it they were very thorough and my mani pedi turned out very nice!

Stinks so bad of cats and litter. Very unprofessional, the smell is stronger than the nail polish. Yuck

They never have enough open appointments, and staff is rude when ur just trying to relax while you get your nails done and they mess up and dont fill them all the way.
