Pros:The technicians did a nice job on my nails! I was in and out of there in an hour. I was the only customer there though!They have nice massage chairs for pedicures..that are functional.Next to Dickeys BBQ, Sonic and 7-11Cons:These ladies really do a good job at trying to get additional $. I paid $82.00 for a full set of acrylic nails. It said $45.00 on the wall. Gel nail polish is $15.00 extra. I wanted ombre but that was $15.00 on top of that! So $65.00 bucks. I got toes painted INSTEAD with gel and my nails too... no ombre and it was $82.00 + $5.00 in tip. TOTAL $87.00 BUCKS! OUCH...😳THE NAIL GAME HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED SINCE MY LAST VISIT! I remember it was $40 bucks and that was with a french tip!Not anymore...lol ☺

OMG....$105/$95, $10 off, and $70 for my kid and I to get full sets...I have never ever paid this much. What a joke. I am glad to see its not just me who thinks this. For basic colors and nothin fancy....I am so upset.. I will never go back...no nail is worth that much. The underneath of my nails werent even cleaned. My kids nails have white stuff around them and the polish doesnt even go to cuticles. The ladies are nice, but mad and sick to my stomach I paid so much. Off to find another new place. Where are the prices posted also? Wish I cld post a pic.

First time going here was last week. I wanted gel, with one finger to have glitter and a few rhinestone. Was priced at $125. That blew mind as Ive had a better nail job with rhinestones and i paid max $60. I got the most basic nude gel nails, with a little length and paid $80. Ill stick to my regular where I only pay $45 for this nail job.

Pricing is way too high. It was $150 for a fill with color and pedicure with color. The pedicure was $30 and color was $15 so Im assuming the fill with color was $105. Ive had my nails done for over 10 years and a fill has never been more than $40. I wont be going here again. The pricing would be closer to reasonable if the shop was more luxury and bigger, but the shop is mediocre and very small. It wasnt possible to practice social distancing. Save yourself money and go to Oscar Nails or V Nails. Their pricing is less than half of Unique nails and 3 times the size with higher end accommodations.

The salon was very busy and customers seemed happy to wait. I got a pedicure and fill. I’m very pleased with the service I received here. I’ve been going to the same nail salon for 10 years and have high expectations. These ladies delivered. Thank you 😊

I got acrylic nails done due to my natural nails being so flimsy.. and she did them sorta sloppy. Rushed to do them, didnt push back my cuticles, iffy paint job that started to peel. I got recommended here because im trying to find a great nail salon in town.Overall very clean location and SO friendly! Conversation was nice and she asked about my preferences! Just...rushed a little today. Ill be back to see if its a fluke or not. Well see!

Good work but way too expensive. 120 for a fill and gel with design on two fingers, plus 160 for my hisban and grandson for a pedi and mani. I have been wearing nails for 20 years and I have never in my life spent so much money and my nails arent even fancy. Looking for a new place

I enjoyed the service, but I just wish the corners of some of my toenails would’ve been filed down more to look oval like the rest but from a distance they look good! I got the deluxe pedicure so the scrub, lotion, paraffin wax and cooling gel felt very nice. I think the hot stones could’ve been used more on my feet but at the same time the sides of my calves can’t complain for the extra attention. Everybody there was very friendly and the space itself was clean.

Charged me $20 extra dollars to soak acrylics off, didn’t even get it all the way off. did a terrible manicure (see through yet chunky, stuck to my skin) pedicure was messed up before i even left. not impressed or happy at all.

Never going back there!!! I’m not happy with my nails and they took 20$ extra!

Nice quick hot stone massage as a part of the basic pedicure. Great work! A bit tricky if its busy. Lots of switching off to be efficient, but some steps get overlooked. Make sure to book an appointment.

Nail ladies were sweet and welcoming, suggested i try out the acrylic fullset with gel because it would make my nails last longer and keep them looking new. I said OK, loved them at first but 4 of my nails fell off before it was even time to come in to get a fill.

The acrylic nails are crooked and definitely not a stiletto shape like requested. They are lopsided and not even. I will be taking my nails off tonight. To include, their stations are not Covid sanitized.

Ive been to a handful of nail salons and decided I like the ladies and quality of work at this one. The artists are gentle on the skin and dont seem as if they are in a hurry to get to the next person. The nail polish also lasts a long time.

Super friendly staff oh my they are amazing. My normal nail place was crowded today so I looked at reviews and saw that they had some pretty decent ones and decided to try it out. Let me tell you first they are super sweet, they talk and make you feel so comfortable,I felt like this was my normal nail salon. They do as you ask and double check to make sure you like it. I loved it and will definitely have to reconsider my other nail salon.Thank you ladies for such a good experiences!

Always heard really good things about this place but I definitely didnt see them. They were in such a rush the whole time. My nails were different lengths and the shape was far from even. The worst part about paying 50 bucks for nails is that they literally started popping off after 4 days. I will not be going back.

I spent 65 on a fix and fill which was a little pricey to me but it looked good so i let it go.... Until the next day my polish started chipping and now its only been 3 days since i got it done and that same nail broke ... I should have never cheated on tspa nails just because they were close and convenient

Got just a mani with chrome(gel usually last longer) only lasted a week started peeling near cuticle wish the hand massage was a little longer to pay the same as my friend who got a fill. Little on the pricey side usually will receive a paraffin wax or hot stone massage for same price that I paid here for a better price.

Unique is known primarily for their fancy nail design-work. They have tons of decorations, attachments and ready made design files for you to choose from. If you bring in a picture of what you want, they will copy it for you.On my last visit, I paid $45 for gel nails done in a half moon design and that price included removing my previous gel manicure.They also do good pedicures here, but the designer nails are definitely the number one attraction. Many women also swear by their waxing.

I absolutely adore this nail salon. The art work that they are able to do on a nail is astonishing! They are even able to hand paint SeaHawks on nails!! I truly miss living in the TACOMA area. The salons in Indiana do not even come close in comparison.

The girls were friendly, helpful, and talkative. She made sure the length and the shape was what I wanted, and they turned out just the way I had expected. I was very pleased with the service, and although it did take a little longer than I had expected, my full-set turned out fantastic, and I will definitely be coming back in two weeks for my fill. Staff was friendly and nice, as always. Paid more for my nails this time than I normally do. $40 instead of $35. It’s been about 3 days since I’ve gotten my nails done and my skin around my nails HURT! Multiple times the woman working on my nails filed or clipped my skin with equipment. At one point the tip of the nail super glued on broke off, and instead of replacing the nail, she simply glued back on the broken tip. Worried about possibly infecting at least one of my fingers nails where the skin had been clipped at, dry, cracked and irritated, and spreading downwards.

Love them. I bring all my family and friends there. Ten is who i always go too She is fantastic. Everyone there does a great job

Thank for this nail salon, my nails become more and more beautiful and polished.I came here last month, but the colors still exist on my nails. The result the technicians here made on my nails always last long, so that I do not have to spend much time as well as money on doing my manicure every month.Love that.

Paid for the deluxe pedicure and it was absolutely garbage. The way my toenails were cut was atrocious and my feet still had a lot of dry skin on them afterwards. The only reason why they’re not getting a one star is because at least my finger nails turned out halfway decent.

Ive been to a lot of nail salons in the area and they have the best customer service by far! Everytime Ive come here, they give uplifting attitudes and customer service always makes the biggest difference! I always leave feeling like a valued customer.

I went in, and they sat us done right away, they did a perfect job on me and my friends nails, one lady even helped us out with our colors, i didn’t mean to but when i went to dry my nails one of them hit the top of the table and she fixed it right away and it looked good as new, in all honesty i loved it there, will come again.😊👍

They asked me if Ive ever been there before when I said no, she told me my full set would be $60! Lol yea no.. I said thats too pricey no gel please ..then it went down to $45. I only pay $30 at my regular nail shop. They told a walk in client her full set would be $35-40. The same thing I got but difference price? They are all about ripping people off. I will not be back. $60...no wonder the shop was empty.

The experience of being in the salon was good. They are very friendly and funny. Paid $43 for a full set coffin nails and 4 party nails. I usually get a fill after a month but the nails all came off after two weeks.

They were able to get us in last minute and we recieved fabulous treatment for an excellent price! Plus it smells amazing in here.

I had a manicure and pedicure from Unique Nails, and I had a pretty good experience here. The nail technician I had was really nice and very social which definitely added to the experience. The salon seemed very clean.

Went here to simply get a upper lip wax and they did a terrible job. Sloppy and unprofessional, and didnt even completely take off all the hair. After I had wax all around my upper lip and they did not remove it, so I was stuck with sticky stuff all around my lip. Would not recommend, they do everything fast and dont take their time with every customer.

Not going to lie I felt like I was paying too much and it was getting to be hit and miss on quality. So I spent weeks on Google tried a new place left in tears crying in my car. I will never leave you and I will see you soon to fix this nightmare.

Was in Unique Nails on 12/31/2016: I had to have the young girl doing my feet to redo my heals with the actual pummis: she argued with me and said she did. She went on to ask how often I come in: I go once or twice a month plus I scrub my feet every day in the shower. I spoke to the owner about my service today and she blew me off by saying yeah ok...3 times. Needless to say, I live in walking distance, but will travel across town for my pedicure and eyebrows from now on. On 01/01/2017 I came back to Unique Nails while the owner was in. He refunded me and asked me to not return to his shop when I shared Id come back in but use the tech I had a great experience with: I further added that she spoke English and understood what I needed. I shared that Id be adding this to my previous rating and he stated that was fine.

My nails lasted a very long time without chips or broken nails. Beautiful job done!

I would not recommend this place at all. The woman I had was in a rush for no reason there was no one in there but me and my friend. I was trying to ask my friend something and she was rude.

Ive been in here multiple times and have been very happy with the services Ive received. They are very thorough, professional, friendly and helpful. I also like that theyre open on Sundays, which is sometimes the ONLY day I have time for a mani/pedi!

Go my nails done on on Friday and by Saturday my 3 of my nails broke off, ripping off my real nails underneath so I can’t even get my nails repaired. By Monday my polish was fading ! I paid 30$ not happy at all. Will never come here again.

This place is whites first and they also charge you more for services if you are of color. The lady sitting next to me had the same service, same style and got charged less.

I just came in for a pedi. The lady did mine quick, and maybe it’s because there were others coming in for pedi as well. It felt as if she just massaged my legs more than my feet. She asked if I wanted my toe nails cut but didn’t ask how I’d like them to be shaped. I enjoy having conversations with whoever is giving me a pedi, but we didn’t really talk. I just feel like there wasn’t enough effort put into my pedi as I hoped. I also feel like I still have a lot of dry/dead skin on my feet. Personally, I probably wouldn’t come back here for a pedi.

Friendly staff, but:1. Waxing is about $5 more expensive tgan in other places for no added value. In fact, I left with wax all over me and with some unwanted hair still left, plus it hurt.2. Not too much fond of yelling accross the room when I enter that I need dor example bikini waxed...i find it unprofessional when someone yells from the other side od the room hi, how can we help you? Instead of physically approaching you first.THE POINT IS, I JUST MIGHT NOT BE COMFORTABLE LETTING A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE KNOW WHERE AND HOW I WANT THINGS WAXED :)

Great experience!! I drove across town down by Sonic to get my nails done based upon google reviews. I was very pleased that I did. Very nice and professional service :) Would go again and I am letting people know that this place is great for nails. I had a mani-pedi...the Pedi was the deluxe package and I got gels for the mani. Great customer service!

Horrible experience. Walked in and asked for a fill with Gel and they said 30$. Then while i am looking at the nail colors she starts telling me 5$ more for that color because i was looking at mood color ones which i had to go to the restroom to see the change and 5$ more if you want it to be gel and if you want them to be shaped a certian way that also would be another 5$. I would never go back.

So I love this place and alll and everytime am about to write about how long ten10 made me wait ...she calls me after like 35 min.. errr if she wasnt the best in Tacoma I wouldnt come back... for just my eyebrows tho ugh..
