I wouldn’t even give them a one star! Ever since the main two ladies left, I hate going in Action to pay my car insurance. I been with them I believe 2015. I haven’t had a bank account since 2012. I actually went and open a bank account the middle of last year for auto withdrawals so I wouldn’t have to deal with them. So, yes I feel some type of way every time I have to go into Action. I shouldn’t have to question you because you don’t ask questions. I shouldn’t have to deal with employees rolling their eyes at me or smarting me because I ask a question. I shouldn’t have to tell you you already inspected my car when you call me back up there to inspect my car. And you remember me because I told you, I was the female you rolled your eyes at. I shouldn’t have to deal with you not canceling my old insurance policy and they take my money out my account. Or even me call them to see if the received the paperwork because I have absolutely no trust in you. Which was supposed be done the day I came back to Action and was not done til the next day. Cheap insurance doesn’t not mean poor customer service. I will be switching companies ASAP.

They arent very knowledgeable. Super friendly unless you are cancelling your policy. Then they ask who you found cheaper insurance with and have a bash session about that company and talk about how pathetic people are. Felt like I was being put down and mocked before I left. Will never return or recommend anyone to them.

Cheap coverage. Just dont understand why this is the only company in town that requires you to be present to add a vehicle to your existing policy with the exact coverage wanted.
