Very very rude experience. They do not listen to what you want. Tried to see if they can do certain designs, they stated they do not have the supplies. When asking to fix the shape or match the nail lengths with all nails, they seem to get upset. I asked for my shape to look a certain way, and the owner stated your nail shape is fine. I asked can they do about four different designs and the owner also stated, you need to show the design before we do the nails, which I did. Mind you all the owner was not there all day, and came in late.. Ive known about them for years, but after what I have experienced today, I will not be back. I held my composer pretty well, cause boy oh boy I was going to go in. Ill find somewhere else to go. 🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♀️

0 stars I went with my friend. I got the 30 dollar pedi and she got the 60 dollar pedi. When we put our feet in the water it was scalding hot When we asked them to cool it off They seemed irritated they put like a cup of cool water in and sad it was good now. When we put a foot in to test the water it was still to hot for me and she then rolled her eyes at me and started my feet she left calluses on the side of my big toes and did the back so hard I couldnt lay on my back last night.I will never ever in life go back to them.

My first time coming here. Very nice customer service however on some of the toes the nail was not fully painted on my daughters pedi. Also the lady that did my feet I noticed when I got home that one foot had a top coat on it and the other foot does not. So now I have one glossy foot and one Matte foot. Lastly they should have kid prices because its ridiculous that you are paying $45 for a kid pedicure and then $30 for a kid manicure. Also there is no prices listed anywhere in the building as far as I saw so it seems like they are making up their prices on the spot.

First and last time coming here. The staff member who worked on my nails was rude and unprofessional. She has a blonde/brown bob and I think is the manager. She kept manipulating my hands and then saying relax when she put them in the position they were in. Then she kept nicking my cuticles with the drill. Finally when I came in I was wrapping up a call with a friend and she got annoyed and rudely asked me to pretty much hang up or leave. No less than 5 minutes later her and the other workers were screaming across the salon to each other louder than I was on the phone. Then she got up to get something from her car for 5 minutes midway through and text someone. I asked for one color and she came back with a similar but different one to change to instead. At this point I was annoyed and ready to go so I just said sure it works and ran out of there as soon as I paid.

I just started getting my nails done on a regular basis and i love coming here. They are amazing!

Got a gel mani pedi and eyebrows done,Nails looked horrible, they cut lots of corners just lazy.Didn’t pluck my eyebrows.Not to mention they are so rude here it’s crazy.Never will I come back to here.Very unsanitary place to I feel like I got covid just sitting here.

Went in for a fill on my acrylic set and a new gel polish. Person doing my set went on their phone while in the middle of doing my nails & ended up doing a poor job. Polish is blotchy and was put on horribly. Really disappointing, because I’ve never had a bad experience before.

Nice pedicure(25$) and full set(45$)! i totally recommend. Reason why i give four stars is because one of the ladies was not wearing her mask at all, as i was in there, so if you find that a big no i wouldn’t suggest this place, as once they sit down they pull down their masks.

I am incredibly hard on my nails, my career as a vet tech means Im washing my hands constantly and pushing my set to the point of breaking. Mans work is second to none, incredible quality and attention to detail. No lifting or chipping. If quality matters to you, please go see Man or Linda for your set. Great prices for the quality. Tip big, they deserve it!

This was my first time going to Fancy Nails and I am glad I tried them out because I have finally found my go to nail spot !! Ann did an amazing job, was very kind, genial and attentive to what I wanted done, beautiful nails with a hand massage afterwards !! I also got a pedicure done, I purchased the ‘Delux pedi’ and it was ...... Amazing ! Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady that did it, but she was great, didn’t do the typical 3 min foot/leg rub .. she truly took her time and almost put me to sleep I was so relaxed ! Thank You Ann and the ladies at Fancy Nails I will be seeing you soon !!

I enjoyed this nail salon quite a bit I had a short wait when I was a walk-in and when I was getting a fullset done they took their time applying/filing my nails. I was so greatful. Plus they speak perfect english and were very understanding and accommodating. Plus they have super cute masks for sale at the best price in town 3/10$ you cant beat that!

My lady was Anna!!! She made me feel so good, that I got chills!!! Took my busted feet and turned them into some sexy feet to look at. I will be wearing Sandler again. To be honest, I havent got my nails done in over 12 yrs. She saved my feet.

Absolutely horrible experience. As a trained and licensed nail tech I just wanted to relax and have someone do mine for a change before I went on vacation. Pedicure: After digging around my big toe nails for no reason and cutting the sides way too far back as soon as I put on close toed shoes I am sure to get an ingrown toenail not to mention it really hurt at the time. Manicure: absolutely HORRIBLE. Nipped my cuticles way too far back and 9 days later I still have sheets of hangnails, she got the gel polish on my skin so nearly all of t has peeled off. It started peeling two days after and one of my fingers got slightly infected and started bleeding on day 3.And just to top it all off it wasn’t even a good deal. $49 for a mani pedi that hurt nearly the whole time from either filing nipping digging or my cuticles burning like fire because they were open and raw getting chemicals in them, then it didn’t last and got infected. Insane.

Always able to walk in and get seated right away. There are lots of him plays that have different styles but for the most part they all work for the customer. I get my nails, my feet, and my eyebrows off taking care of... Its like one stop shopping!

I have been trying to find a good nail place since moving to the area and Im pretty sure Ive found it at fancy nails. They do such good work. A lot of the places around here look fancy but dont do a good job. These guys are the opposite. Their facility is tucked away and simple but my nails look great. They really listened to what I wanted and were able to help me right away even though there were already a number of people getting services. Many of the customers who were there were obviously regulars which speaks to the quality of the work they do.

I stopped in for ONE broken nail and a polish change and it cost $25. My usual place charges 35 for a gel fill in, definitely do not recommend.

I have been a customer for at least 10 years. The staff has always been very professional and polite and I trust just about all of them to do my nails, even though I sing praises to Anna. She does the most amazing nails and hand massages and always seems to know just what I want and masters how specific I want my nails shaped.Because I work very crazy hours and live pretty far away from the shop. I appreciate that she is always ready for me when arrive for my standing appointment. From time to time I have strayed to other salons for convenience. However, I always find my way back to Fancy Nails because they always get it right.

Been coming here for a little over a year, love this place. My nails are always exactly how I want them. Shaping is on point. Never leave disappointed.

I have been coming there for years . man is awesome great personality.Cons; not very kid friendly I took my daughter with me n she said to my daughter u have to sit still n kept repeating herself my child is 12. She know what sit still means n made it feel as if it’s the child’s fault if her nails were not done correctly. Last time I checked I pay for it so it should be nice.

Charged me $100 for a set of acrylics that last 4 days and shattered my nail bed.

It was alright for service. Tons of choices. But I dont think its high quality as my nails were chipping after only a week.

I have been getting my nails done here for nearly 6 years. This salon is the one to beat! The nail technicians do a great job. Ive never broken a nail and I work a lot with my hands! I refer anyone I can to this salon because of their great customer service and quality work!

Took me years but I found my forever salon. So far they’ve always gotten my shape, size, and straightness to match and look good and my nails are way more durable. Last couple salons I’ve constantly had my nails break but not here.

I came here once a couple years ago and asked for ombré nails, I would’ve been fine if they told me they couldn’t do it, but she told me she could and it was literally so ugly. I told myself I would not come back, but today, all i wanted was an acrylic removal to let my nails heal and decided to give this place another chance.. I walk in and everyone looks at me but says nothing, when I asked to have my nails removed no one said anything, when I asked how long the wait would be, again no one said anything. I just walked out. Made me so uncomfortable, I will absolutely not be back ever again.

This place is terrible! Been here a few times and they were okay my gel always chips within a week of getting my natural nails done. (Never chips any other place). So yesterday I got a French tip gel manicure and in less than 12 hours it started chipping. So I went to get it fixed and less than an hour chipped again. Unfortunately I’m goin on vacation in a couple hours and don’t have time to sit through another gel. They offered me 10$ off. I paid 30$ and have been back 3 times and less than 24 hours. I will NEVER come here again. BAD BUSINESS

Went here for just a manicure, needed a fill and change of look. I had almond nails and changed them to rounded french tips- my silly self bumped the lamp and the lady (wish I can share her name) she didnt mind redoing it. It was relaxing and easy going. Not crowded at all, was looking for a walk in and they were readily available! They have at least 6+ staff members ready to help.

Nail job was okay person doing my nails were to fascinated with the tv to much and on his phone instead of doing his job specially when fokes got other places to be, so not professional. I also get my eyebrows done all the time not that the lady practically waxed all my brows off the wax itself made me break out, cheep material didn’t even get all my unibrow hair off either at that. Worst first experience here ever don’t recommend. Never coming back.

I dont recommend this place at all, worst customer service Ive ever received. I walked in feeling good and walked out feeling terrible. My nails, complete trash. I was expecting to pamper myself this mothers day but it was the complete opposite. When I tried to tell them to fix my nails because there were errors they said they would charge me more money which makes no sense when they were the ones who messed it up in the first place. I may not speak their language but I know for a fact that they was talking some smack because I tired to correct them. This is absolutely absurd, dont go to this place. I strongly recommend Cathys nails on 72nd street, I only went to this place simply because Cathys doesnt open on Sundays. Not even within ten minutes of leaving the place did my gel nails start chipping, unbelievable.

This was my first time and it will not be my last. I’m super particular about how I like my nails and Ana did them perfectly! My pedicure was soooo relaxing. I did the deluxe pedicure.

My experience at this place was absolutely awful! DONT go to here. My girl friend got a pedicure done. The lady that did it cut not just one of her toes, but two. One on each foot. Her massage chair didn’t work an after she requested too move to a different chair before they got started, the lady told her no because she didn’t wanna refill the other bowl. After about a 20 min wait one of the girls tried to get my old acrylics off but couldn’t without hurting me so I requested to soak them instead and was told no because “it would take too long”. Another lady came an started yanking my acrylics nails off causing me too bleed an cutting me deeper into my nails then she should have. Then I was told that they weren’t going to fix my nails or do my French manicure as I requested because it was closing time. They had awful customer service and I never received an apology for my pain. I will not be returning to this salon. Absolutely awful. I couldn’t give them zero stars or I would.

The girl that did my lashes glued my eyes together. They burned for like 30 min. They look nice but way to much glue. They feel scratchy. Also they were 45 bucks! Thats10.00 more then my normal lady. They were nice though.

We picked this place because of the nail art pictures that they have on their website. We get there and they weren’t friendly AT ALL, rather rude. I wanted a black and red ombré for Halloween. They don’t do ombré nails. My daughter in law wants matte polish with shiny black dots. They don’t do matte with shiny dots. I let the lady doing my nails know that at least one of my finger nails that she glued on was crooked. She filed a little and went on to filling with acrylic. Since I am a hairstylist/retired nail tech I thought maybe she’ll fix the crooked nails with the acrylic. She didn’t. When I brought to her attention that one hand was pretty good but the other has two crooked nails she started filling the side that they were leaning to. I told her if she did that it would make it too skinny at the tip (I don’t like skinny coffin nails). I told her she needs to fill it in with acrylic to fix the shape. She proceeded to tell me several times that I needed to tell her before she finished that they were crooked......first of all, I DID! Second of all, you are suppose to be a professional nail tech, you can’t see that two of my nails are leaning to the side?Now my daughter in laws nails were ok, all but one nail that was filed way too skinny. She also wanted coffin but much shorter than mine. The person doing her nails told her that her nails are too short for coffin......I’m sorry but not true! She wears short coffin nails often. Also she was very rough with my daughter in law. AND she kept on getting up and doing other things in the middle of her service, like going to the back and eating a banana which she brought the banana peel out and threw it way (that’s how we knew what she was doing), IN THE MIDDLE OF HER SERVICE!So, if you are picking this place because of the nail art, don’t bother because they are very basic. If you want a place that is friendly with good customer service, don’t go here. If you like crooked nails, go here, they’ll be just what you want 🙄🙄🙄

I made an appointment and they got me in and out. It was busy, too. Always recommend making an appointment...to be on the safe side.
