Ive been going to Viseys for over 3 years now. Absolutely love their quality of work, the products they use and their personalities. Plus they play great music! Theyre only 2 of them - doing great work so they get booked fast. Definitely CALL in advance for an appointment, its worth it. I always call ahead to make reservation, and sometimes I get lucky and they have same day slot.

Visey does my nails and she is so talented. Always impressive work. My nails have really improved they dont break anymore. No acrylics, just natural nails are done in Viseys Nail bar. Always book an appointment before you go, no walk ins.

I can’t speak on behalf of the services, but trying to get ahold of them is extremely hard. They don’t accept phone calls, only text messages. I contacted them yesterday around 5pm for an appointment for today at 1pm. I didn’t get a response until almost 11. Texting is a decent idea in hindsight I guess but the execution is poor if it takes you almost a day to respond to the person.

Made an appointment and from the time we walked in got nothing but attitude! Then was told they wouldnt do designs or gel because we didnt tell them prior! We left! Never will go back!

Been going here about 2 years. Gel manicure lasts over a month, no chips or cracks (QUALITY PRODUCTS AND RESULTS). Well-ventilated environment, no strong pungent smells whatsoever (ENVIRONMENT). Receive many compliments. Beautiful shaping and details on nails (AESTHETICS). Recommend 100%. Schedule appointment in advance.

When a client request their nails to be a certain way with a picture and YOU KNOW you cannot achieve that exact look in said image... you probably should say you simply can’t do it instead of winging it and leaving the customer unsatisfied

I started going to Visey’s nail bar several months ago and I’m so happy I found it! I love a well done simple gel nail in a fun color and they always nail it. (Pun intended) they book by appointment only which is nice because I never feel like they are rushing through to get to the next person. I also appreciate that they ask if I like the color and the shape before proceeding on. They really care if you like your nails which is great.

Took my daughter in for her birthday along with her sister and myself for pedicures, was SO not disappointed. Viseys Nail Bar is the best place in town! Ive been regularly seeing Visey to get my nails done since early May and my nails have never looked better! Sure, you have to make an appointment well in advance but thats because the work they do here is so top-notch that theyre in high demand! Once youve for your first appointment booked - youre in! Just be sure to book your next appointment when youre in the shop getting them done and youll have no problem. The people who leave bad reviews clearly didnt do their research before trying to walk-in without an appointment. I love that they only deal with natural nails here because the chemical smell from the acrylics in most other nail salons is too much for me to handle. Every visit to Viseys is such a great experience - shes somehow always playing the music Im in the mood to hear and shes a joy to chat with. I always walk out with a confidence boost and, of course, flawless nails. I get tons of compliments, so that clearly speaks to the quality of the service. Theyve made a lifelong customer out of me! Visey does the most AMAZING work! I found a place after years of searching that does not butcher my nails! I have been going for a little while after years of trial and mostly errors with others. My nails would chip and or break at a bit over a week. With Visey, can make it between two and three weeks. Always get compliments on my nails! I have my next 5 months worth of appointments booked there! They are one of the best have ever been to in my decades of having nails done.

Viseys Nail Bar is the VERY BEST! They listen to you, and do a perfect job every time. They are very clean, and provide excellent customer service. I am picky, and have tried many places including high end salons. Viseys is the best by far, I cant say enough good things!

YOU NEED RESERVATIONS HERE! Do not walk in and expect to get served...I was told they couldnt take me the entire day. Thats OK, but then they didnt offer to book me for another day. I respect a reservation system but it should be posted all over...heres my post, my warning to all of you who havent been here. 2 stars because they were very dry and seemed uninterested in my business.I wont be back.

I live out of town, and whenever I visit Tacoma, I have to see Visey and Nars and get my nails done and have a hilarious catchup session! They are really fun to talk to and I love the music they play (80s, 90s jam!)! I even started following different DJs on Soundcloud because of Viseys awesome playlists :)They always do an AMAZING job!! I cannot rave enough about them!I highly recommend you check them out if youre searching for a salon that does Great work and is Spotless!Thanks Ladies for always making my nails look pwetty!

Very nice clean and comfortable atmosphere. Everytime I visit I am given excellent customer service. Visey is very funny and talented at doing nail art. Nars is very efficient in painting my nails. They work in a timely manner. I recommend their manicures. They work with natural nails and are very up to date with their products to match current trends.

One thing I love here is the lack of fumes from acrylics. They use only varnish or gel finishes. Appointments are almost always necessary.

First-timer and overdue for a pedi, called to check availability. Got lucky and was able to get in w/in the half hour. The nail bar (which actually has a bar you sit at for manicures) was nicely decorated and not overly busy like most places. Being appointment-only keeps it under control and also more relaxing! I had to use the restroom before I walked in and they graciously accommodated me. I felt immediately at-home simply because the toilet was so clean! The ambiance was so peaceful that my newborn stayed asleep the whole time. Nars was very easy-going and nice to talk to. She made sure throughout the pedi that I was happy with how things looked. My feet looked and felt wonderful. Nars told me they use natural products and although I never looked at any containers, I can vouch for the fact that they felt very good during and after. I was so satisfied by my experience. Thank you Nars! I’ll be back because I know it will be worth the hour drive 😉

Her prices are great, her skillset is by far the best Ive seen in the field, shes a homegrown woman and that makes the experience even better. Its amazing to see a small business owner so connected to the town that they serve. Did I mention shes the best? If you dont believe it, go see it for yourself.
