They didn’t even clean my cuticles or even clip my nails, the worker gave some thick nails, I physically had to take them off cause they hurt. I proceeded to tell the worker I wanted thin nails and they would say if I did it too short it would fall. I know y’all see that chunk. Definitely save your money and find another place. Oh and mind you, he got acrylic all around my cuticles and had was digging with a nail file, it was the worst pain I experienced.

This has got to be the worst experience Ive ever had with a salon. I called and made an appointment, and showed up on the agreed date and time. But no one was there and the door was locked. I checked to make sure I didnt screw up and accidentally show up on a day they were closed but all their social media and Google told me the salon was supposed to be open.. I waited for a long time and called the number thinking maybe there was a mix up or they were running late. But no one ever showed up or answered the phone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some emergency and they had to close or there was a miscommunication about the appointment. So I left a voice mail asking for them to call me when they got the chance to figure out what happened and possibly reschedule. But I never got a call back. I was just ignored. So Im done trying I took my money elsewhere

Lynk was so patient and detailed about her work, she was overbooked but still took me and my sister in law for a full set and pedicure. Her work is amazing and cheap compared to a lot of the nail salons around the area. Big recommendation to this place ♥️

I’m very impressed with it being my first time there and I have nothing bad to say about my nails or the service. My nails feel and look better than I imagined them before I came in for my fill-in. Also with the rainy day I went, there was a very short wait. And all together my nails were very meticulously and neatly painted. BUT, the error I found that was a little odd for me and could be an issue for a lot of people is the size of the shop. With the lack of space there’s not enough seating space for people to wait on a busy day and it felt a little claustrophobic. Plus the shop’s aroma is of food because of the meals they make from the back of the shop. But I guess that could be a good or bad thing depending on the person.But this little gem, has some very talented technicians and I will go back again to get my nails maintained.

When there at 5:20 says they close at 7 but walked in only two people where in there talking about there busy and can’t take me tonight like yea I understand but they didn’t even asked what I wanted done and basically excused me so very not professional

Overpriced and not worth the time. I asked for coffin shaped ombré natural nails and the man who worked on me had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t blend the nails whatsoever to the point where you could see the white lines underneath each nail. I’ve never had a bad nail experience before and I’m not one to complain so heed my warning, go elsewhere. Paid 55 bucks for the worse mani of my life.

Ive been here a few times within a 6-2 years period there a gentleman thats very friendly BUT during those 3 times he always made me bleed hes very rough at what he does. He cut my nails and toes.

Was expecting more from this place seeing that on their Instagram they had very good shaped nails and looked super nice, but when I got my nails done the guy that did my nails cut me several times on different fingers that I started bleeding, was being way too rough with my hands while filing them that he broke a nail that was almost finished and then had to take it off and redo it. After looking at my nails I noticed every flaw. I asked for square shape and noticed most of my nails look coffin shape. Glad that my aunt at least liked her mani/pedi, but would I ever go back? Probably not.

Took my wife here today and shes super picky with her nails and its her new favorite salon very professional and took their time without rushing definitely a 10/10 experience will definitely be back again!

You will get top quality with her, and she knows all the latest styles so you can bring in a pic& know she will deliver what you want! This is the place to go for nails & waxing .... Her staff is also super talented & so very welcoming! This really is a great nail shop with great prices & exceptional service !

1st time in. Got the deluxe pedicure. So good! Feels amazing and such a nice place with great products. Very friendly too!

First time here. The fill went fine but the polish was done unevenly and sloppy. The guy didnt even cover the tips of the nail. I was going to let it go, but once I got home I decided to go back. I have NEVER done that anywhere. Another guy removed the gel color with a dremel, burning my cuticles 3 times! He was able apply the color better than the first guy.I wont be back. Very disappointed.

I can see why this place has so many mixed reviews... Lady who did my nails filed them very squarely when I specifically asked for round. Then when I asked her to round them out they still were not round, she filed them all differently, lots of jagged edges that I had to ask to be filed smooth again... After the second time needing to correct her wack filing she had clearly lost patience and was very rude. All of my nails look different still. Messed up one of my nails and she took like half an hour to come back and fix it. I was told it was dry, then it immediately smudged AGAIN when I went to pay and she flipped me an attitude and told me I need to be more careful even though I was told it was dry. Manicure feels like it wont really last like the last place I went to.Update: its been 5 days and half off the Polish has already chipped off and the minimal effort nail filing only becomes more obvious as they grow out. Worst manicure I have ever gotten. Ive done better work on myself at home.

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon like EVER!!! My girls and I went in for birthday Pedis and the staff there took extra care of us! My French tips are practically perfect!! I’m def going to be a regular.

Honestly My nails are painted but some edges are missed some edges are excessively painted and the tip of my finger nails feel like there stuck to my fingers. If the pedicure wasnt good I would have given 1 star. Lady did well on the pedicure but the manicure SUCKED. will not be going back

First time here and sloppy work. Pedicure was horrible they made me bleed and they do half the normal pedicure service you would normally get.My fill was bad very thin. They don’t take pride in their work. In and out. Paint on your skin. Never will come back here again. As a owner Of a business your response should have said : I am sorry your experience in our salon was not good, please reach out to us so we can make this right. And then it’s up to me to do that. On apple maps this place has a 4.5 rating to I decided to give them a try. They were busy but I was willing to wait because my whole afternoon is free but they told me no they are to busy to go somewhere else. Um .... ok then. I won’t even try to come back very rude

I have been going to Lynks shop for some time now and she ALWAYS comes through on what I want for my nails. I love the coffin shape and she shapes my nails exactly like I want it. Ive been to many nails shops and they dont ever get it right. I will NEVER go to another nail shop again. Her shop is clean, friendly atmosphere, and professional. She can do any design that that you ask her or show her. I recently went in and told her I wanted jade nails and Lynk delivered AMAZING results. My nails are horrible and way too thick and short. The guy who did my nails was definitely rushing and didn’t care if his work looked good. He was very messy and got nail glue and polish all over my fingers. On top of that, I waited 45min to an hour for someone to do my nails.The pictures of Facebook definitely does NOT match up with the work of the guy who did my nails. I probably should’ve asked for Lynk and not just have an available manicurist do them. I will not be coming back and I suggest you go somewhere else, my regular place is Spanaway Nails and they have never messed up one of my sets ever. Been going to them for 3 years and only went to Lynk’s because everybody was hyping it up. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

First time going there...I wanted simple light blue and light pink ombre nails...I saw Lynk and she rushed through my appt..she cut my skin a few times...I got blue and tan ombre...not what I asked for at all...they were so thick and different lengths...I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE
