Just had a pedicure and it was amazing. Made sure to make an appointment for my next visit before I left. Thank you ladies for everything I am beyond happy and feel so much better.

Took long cause she spent the whole time talking to someone else then when she did come back to me she wasnt kind or gentle or any good vibes, she also kept changing the price of what she was doing... I came in to get a fill but her attitude was another good reason to stop getting my nails done. Also she had no idea what to do about my broken nail. She just kept trying to get me to spend more money. Stressful. Bad vibes.anf also this end product looks awful theres still nail in some places Boo.

Very clean, temperature checks, and friendly staff. I have been going here for the past six months for fills and the occasional pedicure. My nails have been great every time. Perfect shape and my nails are never thick from the acrylic.

My nails are always clean and done well, good quality, lasts a long time.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Worst pedicure ever! Sharp edges were not filed after they cut my nails. The gal hurt my husband and when he said ouch, both girls laughed & she kept going.

They took a walk-in of 3 people for full sets. That was nice..However, they cut most of our fingers with nail files, didnt really give us the shapes we wanted, claimed they were out of nearly every color we asked for, didnt paint enough layers on the acrylics, didnt take us for eyebrows to be done like they said. They claim to speak full English, but we didnt get that impression. They barely understood what we were asking for and seemed to take creative liberty.Wouldnt return, but they werent the worst.

Theyre very clean and take precautions due to covid. But they Rush too much when theyre doing your feet or your feel that I do not like at all as who I have gone to a different salon.

Takes a little longer...but worth it cuz our nails never come off. A lot of team work goes on here. They stay to finish the last customer even when they way past closing time. Never rushing people out.

I have been going here every two weeks for about 6 months now (except during the shutdown due to COVID-19) let me tell you this is the best nail salon in the area. I have tried them all. They are so sweet! The place is insanely clean as well as all tools used during your service. Their pricing is very good too!

Long loved customer. The service here since day one has been amazing. Theyve never fail to disappoint. I love my nail lady Amy, shes truly the best. Visited Caesars Nail yesterday and it was a great visit for me. This place is so clean and bright. I have no wait time and was immediately sit down in comfy chair. Amy was very nice, detailed, efficient and so skillful with her tools. The place was nicely decorated and very clean and the one thing stands out to me was they use liner for their spa pedicure services.  Thank you I I just love that. Their price is also decent. I recommend this place to you ladies...

This is my place for pedicures! Every time the staff has been very friendly and helpful and my toes always end up looking great! The massage chairs are good too. Its nice to relax and watch a movie.

On the trip traveling to Washington to visit my aunt, i realized that my nails is overdue so i asked my aunt to take me some great nail salons and she took me here. First time visiting here, i really had positive experiences about this place. They kept everything clean and well organized. They also knew a lot of designs. The price was inexpensive since they used high quality products on their customers. My technician was fast and patient, she went step by step and made sure everything looked perfect. I totally loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone!!!

I had my nails done across the street at Hannah nails and they were horrible! I drove across the street and they treated me amazingly!! And she really didnt charge me anything to start over from scratch. Best nail place ever! Ill deffintly be back in two weeks!

I walked in and it was busy which is fine but they dont ask me anything and so I sit to wait and another lady walks in and they ask her what she wants and has her sit down!! Not professional at all if my sister didnt have a gift card Id go elsewhere.

I just experienced one of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten from any nail salon. The staff members were very friendly, professional and careful. They met all of my demands and because of that, Ive never been more satisfied with my nails! The pedicure was worth every penny! I absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing time!

I do not recommend this place. At least do not ask for Connie. She was rude and cut me multiple times, which made her mad that I then wouldn’t relax 😂 why would I relax when you’ve cut me multiple times. I had inlay flowers in the previous flowers which my last nail salon (couture nails which I would highly recommend) tech told me we’re easy to remove since she put in extra acrylic underneath them. I don’t know if she didn’t know how or was too lazy to do it because it was the end of the day but she just painted over them leaving pieces showing through. Not worth the money at all.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Its my first time here and it just wow! The salons is clean from head to toe and the ladys working here are very friendly. Not only that, I was seated and the lady was working on my nails. Not once, did she pierce my skin while removing the cuticles. She also reshaped and cut my nails evenly. After she was done painting them, it looked really lovely. I was really happy with it. Will definitely come back here again! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Clean, nice and very friendly salon. the place is nicely decorated and very cozy. Also noticed this is the only salon here in Tacoma that uses liner for the spa pedicure. that is a big plus.. Mandy did an excellent job. shes an artist with designing and speak and understand English fluently. we did have a nice conversation during the process...

Caesars Nail Spa is clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are awesome. I am a new customer here and I schedule with Kathy. My acrylic nails always look flawless for 3 weeks! I never have any lifting or polish issues in between time. The 30 min drive, for me, is well worth it.

Walked in had pedicure doneAsian girl with glasses was talking to lady who was doing my nails. The girl with glasses was rude! After pedicure was done she was asked to put my Sandals for me. She was unprofessional big time. Plus this place does not have toe dryer only spray. I will never go back again

I just had a manicure and pedicure and it was fabulous! Seriously, the best Ive ever had. Ill most certainly be back, and with friends. Plus, I accidentally messed up my polish on my toes on the way out and they fixed it quickly and were very understanding.

I kept hearing all my friends talk about this nail salon so I thought Id try it out too and Im absolutely in love! This place was so clean and they actually talk and have refreshing conversations with you. My nails were on point and completely even.

I’ve been coming here for around a year, year and a half maybe, but I absolutely adore this place and refuse to go anywhere else. Kathy always does my nails (about .75 inch long acrylic stilettos), she always takes her time and ensures that I like what she’s doing. She even brings out a hand warmer for me when my hands are cold. All of the staff are super friendly, sweet, and always do their best to make you feel welcome and happy. The whole place is beautiful, classy, and going here makes you feel like a queen. I adore this place and refuse to go anywhere else, and I live about 45 minutes away in Eatonville. Thank you everyone at Caesars Nail Spa, you have a long time customer here.

This place is very nice and gives off a luxurious feel. I am satisfy with the sanitary and how they operate at this shop, with liners on the bowl and the beautiful architecture its a very good environment.

Last week, I was waiting for my order at the Cerellos pizza, I stopped by Caesars nail spa to get the pedicure. Oh, the place is very clean and warm. The employees were very friendly and professional. Especially, I like the organic sugar scrub and massage. The price is very good deal just $20. I wont go anywhere else for my services.

I went on for a polish change on my toes and as a sat down the owner (Im assuming, older lady) demands that I get my eyebrows done. I say no thank you, she demands to I know why. I say because I have already had them done. She demands to know by who, I tell her, she says she could do way better. I say no thank you, I like how theyre done. She keeps demanding that I get them done as the other ladies there are looking uncomfortable. I again so no thank you, I like my eyebrows she walks off and starts speak poorly of me (thinking I had no clue what she was saying because it was in Vietnamese). Dont come here.

I came here for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience polish looks great love the shape not overly thick and I was just really impressed with getting my fill took less than an hour... so today I bring my sister in law for a new set and omg totally opposite reaction first she had to wait for like 20 min to get into a chair finally at 12:30 she gets seen three people kept rotating and putting her on the back burner waiting 20 min for the buff on the nails at 1:45 she asks how much longer it will be and they say 15 min.. it’s now 224 she gave them her card at 2 she went to leave and they chased her outside and said she didn’t pay.... then why did you give her her card back???? Unprofessional bs

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star.. the staff is so rude and truly show that they dont care, I took my daughter there for girls day they were rude and didnt even do her feet she just got them wet n painted them she didnt even hook up the massaging chair for her at all.. the lady who did my nails snatched my hand numerous times and got mad because she couldnt follow the picture I showed her to do on my nails.. Im so done please dont give this place ur money not worth the rudeness

Waited one hour to have a less experienced person give me a gel manicure where she used her fingernails to clean polish off my skin, disgusting! Ended up with gel polish all over my fingers. Apparently this is not a sanitary place nor do they know how to use a brush to clean off polish. Definitely a place of poor quality!

This is an excellent nail salon. I am a years long customer. The friendly owners & staff know me by name and take special care and concern helping my elderly mom enjoy a mani-pedi. Love that they use tub liners and keep things clean.

I called for pricing because I have been going there for 2 years and each and time I get a different price for the same thing!Called asked how much for a fill on LOOOOONG NAILS-$15Shellac on Looooong nails-15My fill was actually $20 because they said I had long nails!Shellac was $20 because I had LOOOONG nailsAnd $5 extra because I choose 3 colors- 2 nails 1 color, 4 nails 1, the other 4 nails 1 color so I got charged another 5 dollars using 3 colors.Last time it was $30Time before that it was $35It’s always a different price and usually takes 2-3 hours for a stinking fill! I’m over it!

I went to this nail salon when they were next to the subway before they moved across the parking lot and Brian ran the place. Hes no longer working there he was amazing and knew how to treat loyal customers. However as many customers that come thru that place you would think they would clean off there machines and wipe down the tables where guest set there hands down. Its nasty how they just pull the machines from under the table and dont bother to take a Lysol wipes and wipe them off after every use. I make no complaints because they usually do a great job. I havent been here in a few years and wont be back. Ever!

Here now, first time customer. I just got my eye brows waxed. Very quick and was able to get in right away. I felt the lady doing my eyebrows is experienced. Because my eyebrows turned out great I decided to get my pedicure done. I waited about 5min to start pedi but that was long enough go pick out a color so far so good witb the pedi. I do however see that they need updated nail polish ( some seem old) and more colors for customers to pick from.

Worst service I have ever received. I go here every month. Today I sat for over a hour and a half before being helped. To top that off the person doing my pedicure was talking to everyone around her and skipped the basic pedicure stuff. Then i pointed out she hadnt done it and she pretended to do it. I left half way through and was still made to pay full price. I didnt even get polished! NEVER going back! You lost a regular customer today.

I definitely will not return! At first I was impressed by how nice the ladies were and how quickly I was helped. But once it actually got time to my acrylic fill the messed my nails up BIG TIME. First, they filed my real nails way to thin that I can feel them hurting under the acrylic. Second, after spending forever filing down my real nail and me questioning them, they went to on to talk about how it was the place I went to before thems fault they had to file so much because my original acrylics were lifting. Im very familiar with acrylics; they were not lifting ANYWHERE. I just had normal wear and tear after having gone without a mani for almost 3 weeks. Third, once they got to shaping my nails I told them to shorten the length only a tiny bit. They went on to cut off almost a half a centimeter of my acrylic; now they are so short you can barley see them over my finger tips. Lastly, when the went to touch up my square-round shape the made all of my nails different levels, widths, and crooked. Lets just say I looked a hot mess walking out the salon and had to go home and fix the leveling myself. Other than the nice ladies and clean environment the place is not well-practiced and they rush rush rush.

Definitely the worst Eye brow waxing I have ever had!!! And thats saying allot because I have got my eyebrows done every 2-3 weeks sense I was 13! Just absolutely terrible! I left with wax all over my eyebrows and eyelid, she didnt clean my brows befor waxing then she didnt clean them afterwards or put lotion on or anything she didnt even speak to me!!! Oh and the place was disgusting when I got up to leave I saw what I mess it was, defiantly not sanitary! Its my fault for trying a new place though! DO NOT GO HERE!

I tried this nail shop today with my daughter and I should have turned around and walked out. My daughter had to sit with her feet in a pedi bowl for about 45 minutes waiting for service before anyone even STARTED her pedicure. they continually walked away to service other customers during our services and switched techs in the middle of doing step in the process. Then as if that wasnt enough, they tried to charge me 5 DOLLARS PER FINGER for a complete design concept so I settled for a solid gel color. The tech applied a good 4 coats to each hand. A couple of hours later I washed a sink full of dishes and my gel polish is ALREADY PEELING OFF in sheets which defeats the purpose of paying for gel! The whole visit to this shop took almost 3 hours for a simple fill and pedicure. Needless to say, once they fix this botched polish, I wont be returning!

Cost $5 for everything (salt scrub, hot towels, hot rocks, wax etc). Things that come included in s pedicure back home (WA)

Rush rush rush. Get what you pay for I guess. My nail color what very uneven. Didnt get close to my cuticle at all... Ill need to get them redone next week. Not happy. The gal who did my toes was very nice. She tried really hard to understand me... Thats about it. She also didnt cap my nails off. She quoted me less at the beginning then she had to argue with me about when it was time to pay... Will not return. Ever. Ill pay extra for someone to listen to what I wanted in a design.

I was tricked because I am only 13 she filed my nails to make them look like they were out of shape and told me I need a whole new set so she took them off and put a new set on, I only had 25 and she made the price 30 because she took the nails off I told her I only had 25 but she did not listen horrible hungry fir money

Awful Place! First I called and went in. I sat in Pedi chair for 30 min No one helping me, then decided since I was on limited time I would leave. I was followed to car, begged to come back in. But I just didnt have enough time. She gave me a 10$ coupon and told me to come back when I had time that day. And bring a friend. OK. So I did. First something from one of their tools got stuck in my foot like a stinger. She said it must have came out of my shoe. This was half way through the pedicure. I doubt likely that something flew out of my shoe into the pedi bowl. I cant even begin to explain my nails. I know for sure tomorrow I will go to a different place and have these removed. BAD BAD BAD place!
