Definitely my preferred place. Call for appointment and then show up at agreed up on time. These 2 great ladies are doing all they can to accommodate everyone and still comply with business guidelines.

I am hard on nails! 1st time I didnt loose 1 between fills. Full set White tip with pink overlay looked so natural & clean but totally durable. Excellent quality!

So, like a lot of the other reviews said, there is a new owner of Princess Nails. I really believe this has made all the difference. The new owner did my nails personally and she was fantastic. Very friendly, adorable, funny, and extremely talented. She told me multiple times how important it was that I went home happy with my nails. Which I definitely am. I would recommend this place to anyone. This is my new favorite spot!

I have been getting a pedicure done there for about a year and I always get it done by Sue she does an awesome job when I leave there it is like walking on air my feet feel clean and light. I will continue to go there and if theres anyone else who needs a good pedicure I really recommend this place

I came to princess nails to fix the length and shape of my nails that I got done at a different salon they made my nails look perfect, length and shape. It was super clean and they have covid precautions in place. I will definitely be back!they saved my botched manicure from a different salon and made me love my nails!

Vee did a great job on our nails. She was kind and did a good job balancing running the shop and being attentive making sure to do her best work. Calling for an appointment is best eapecially later in the evening. The shop is clean and east to access. Dont forget to tip!

Im editing my posting because the quality of these nails were poor.. very poor.... 3 had to be redone within 2 days! And it was gel nails and severely OVERPRICED!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!! AND LOOK AT MY NAILS! THE SHAPE WAS TERRIBLE AND THEY LOOK SO FAKE!!

Kim did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. She pays attention to detail and checked in with me about how I exactly wanted them quite a few times. Totally smooth, no ridges, completely even, I couldn’t have asked for better. They have held up wonderfully after two weeks without any lifting or problems with the paint. I am definitely going back to her. Kim’s mom gave me the best pedicure of my life! Really took her time and went above and beyond with hot towels, massage, etc, all for the regular pedicure price. Best place in Tacoma.

Went here for the first time today and im beyond happy with the expirience i had here!! it was my first time getting acrylics and Kim was so awesome, so professional and talented. she did an amazing job. i got stilletos with cat eye gel polish, too cute!! definitely gonna keep coming here for her and recommend her to anyone who asks!!

Nice and friendly Went expecting the previous owner and since no longer there figured I would give new owners a try since I cannot find anyone in the vicinity that I care for. She was great. She did quality work in a short amount of time.

Her advice and expertise was refreshing as I wasnt sure which direction to go, but happy I chose that route! Had the best pedi from Sue! Both were thorough and relaxing, not to mention clean, very important for me! These ladies are friendly and professional! Also, location is convenient and easy. Definitely coming back!!

They charged me 98 dollars for a new set with gel polish and a standard pedicure. Will not go back. Terrible job on my pedicure and the new set wasnt looking good. Horrible

I am beyond happy right now!! I use to go see Kim and her mom for years when she was in Fife and was devastated when I heard she wasn’t there anymore. So for about a year and a half I have been on the hunt for a new place with no luck.. I’ve been to so many salons even took my nails off for awhile because no one could get it right. Finally the search is over! She is back and my nails are perfect!! It was so nice to see her new place, her mom gave me an amazing pedi and my brows are on point thanks to Kim! She’s only been at her new location for 2 months, so the reviews from prior are not hers! She is the BEST!

This place is new and really needs more customers! I accidentally stumbled upon them when all the other salons were busy. Very good quality and they do exactly what you ask. My new favorite salon! ❤️

I went in and got my lip waxed. And I broke out. I didnt immediately freak out. But after a couple of days it got bad. It looked really bad. I was really embarrassed to go anywhere. I called and told her and she just blamed my skin and told me to use vasoline. I told her that something wasnt right. She says thank you for letting me know. All I can say is Wow

3 words....Under New Ownership! Any reviews before the last week in Dec 2018 should be disregarded! I have been going to see Kim at her previous shop for like 5 yrs and was super sad when she left to have her baby. When I found out she was back I couldnt wait to come see her at her new location. She does EXCELLENT work and her mom, who is at the shop too, will give you the BEST pedi!Pricing is perfect and the quality is GREAT! Go see them!

The shop is under new management. I stumbled into the salon at last minute because my truck load got cancelled. I only had an hour and a half to get mani-pedi and facial waxing. They were so wonderful at getting me out before my next load. I Loved my experience and would definitely recommend them🤩

I just went yesterday with my daughter for manicure and pedicure and it was a waste of money. We will only come back if theres no choice at all. They dont clean nails, they didnt remove the dirt underneath my daughters nails they just paint it. I asked for certain shape but the owner did different thing. I paid for gel manicure but what she actually did is acrylic nails which is cheaper than gel. The owner talk Vietnamese its hard to argue. She didnt reached my expectations. It was disapponiting so no tip and will never come back.

I walked in to their establishment and was asked what I would like done as with any nail salon and I told them I would like a full set. Then was asked by a completely different nail professional if I could come back tomorrow. At this point I left telling them i could not and now I will not be returning to their business again.

Years ago, I used to love this place... Moved back to the area after 3 yrs, went back to princess nails.. BIG MISTAKE! But, I guess theres a reason its just the owner here now.... Went yesterday, took my 13yr old daughter... Basically a full shellac mani is trimming the nails, a couple poorly done coats and giving you lotion to rub in... For 25$ each!!!!!!! This is a shellac change, not a mani, shouldnt cost more than 15$ and we have polish all over our cuticles!!! My daughter does a better job! Wont go back, see pics posted, its the pink and sparkly gold nails, avoid... Why cant we give no stars? The attitude of the only person there is, she is too good for anyone who walks in the door but shell still take your money. This clearly is not about the art of nails, but, only about doing the minimum to get that dollar. She wont paint anything on nails... no jewels or airbrush or even hand draw... She complained when I wanted my nails rounded.... Sold a lucky cat thing for 20$ she bought on Wish for 3$!!! Pretty much pushed it on us you want to buy.... huh? Huh? Trust me, avoid, our manis lasted no more than 15 mins each. Sad. Very disappointed. I dont think she does much business, thats probably for a good reason.

Terribly rude, my shellac was lifting after 3 days!! I mean the lady with the glasses literally frowned when I walked in. She would aggressively drop my hands after filing each nail to dust herself off. Lol then had the audacity to charge me $25 for a $7 polish change. Literally THEE WORST salon in pierce county! How are they still open👎🏿

I gave it 2 stars because they have a large selection and were very friendly but the quality of the nails gets 0 stars started out well but once we got to the shaping and painting everything went wrong the ends are lumpy and uneven there were gobs of paint when she was done I asked her to fix it she filed it a little did not make it even and the just left it didnt repaint or even put another clear coat now there are file marks on the fingers she fixed I wont go back
