These are my beautiful nails the last couple of times that I’ve been here!! They always go above & beyond of my expectations or the pictures I show them. For the amazing work they do, the prices are extremely low & affordable. I live about two hours away, so I make the drive just to get them done along with lashes and waxes done at other places. Again I love it here & won’t be going anywhere else for manicures & pedicures. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Today was my first time going.Got a full set with gel polish. I was so indecisive about shape or color, but the woman who did my nails made the choices for me and I love my nails! Probably the best coffin shape I’ve ever had, they are so even. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The price was amazing too. $50 for full set with 2 gel polish colors. It is also nearby my job, so I am excited to start going here regularly! Definitely recommend! Can’t wait to try a pedicure next!

A waste of money. Made an appointment for manicure and pedicure and ended up cancelling my pedicure after getting a manicure here.Staff was low effort. Nails were not even or filed smoothly. Cuticles weren’t pushed and barely cut nor the extra skin around the nail bed. They also didn’t have the color I wanted which is fine but I felt rushed to get a new color.There’s still dirt / debris under my nail. I decided to get my nails done because I’ve been working on a house remodel ans my hands were looking really beat up. Why am I getting a manicure without a proper manicure.Photos while in nail shopping after coming back 5 mins after asking them to fix it.——1 week updateThe gel isn’t lasting and one nail has already chipped.

Jenny is the best nail tech ever! My nails look amazing every time I go see her. Every time I go somewhere else, I regret it. She is so kind and treats all her customers like family. I recommend 10/10!

The women who work there are so kind and enjoyable to talk to. They didnt incredible job and were able to do exactly what I wanted! Definitely the place to come if you want creative nails.

Barely want to pain sides .. I got short overlay and deluxe pedicure.. lady going to argue with me about langth .. say they long over charge me 105 later.. every place does this.. my feet are good.. when I come to the nails high way robbery.. very sad.. very disappointed.. would have came back but never again.. definitely will say with my lady lady even if that means waiting for months.. that’s how bad it is.. so mad .. never again..

They were somewhat polite. Just couldnt understand them very well and had to keep repeating myself plus they switched of three different times on who was doing my nails. I want one person doing it when I go in.

Unfortunately was really bad. Customer service wasnt so great, it felt very rushed, the lady i had( jenny) was pushy and the lady who did my sisters nails did not do a good job. Very lumpy and sides were not filled correctly. I wont be going back.

I set an appointment as recommended on the website, that was super easy.Even though I was about 10 minutes early, the ladies were sweet and welcoming. I had nails, eyebrow, lip and chin in under an hour.Reasonable price and clean shop, I will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love this nail salon. I drive all the way from Graham to get my nails done here. I get so many compliments on my nails. They do absolutely gorgeous nails and have a massive selection of colors and nail art. They also do airbrushing by hand and are amazingly talented when it comes to nail art.

I was well taken care off by three wonderful ladies. I’m new to the area and have been a little stressed about finding a great nail place since my last manicurist and I had a 20 year relationship.I was happy with the out come. They were careful with my own nails and listened to my needs.I will be going back.

I liked it. Lisa was very good and massaged while pedi and massage chairs are great way to relax. I am pregnant and she put a pillow for my back to keep me comfy and anticipated my care. Great person and these are busy hardworking ladies. It is very populated in Tacoma and even on a busy Friday I called and was scheduled same day. Little wait time and you can see them doing their very best, my fiance even got his eyebrows waxed for only 10$ and was so happy I didnt have to pluck them for him! Thank you!!

They used to be super good. Well the one person I believe she was the owner and always killed it. I don’t know if they’re under new owners but they’re just subpar.I’m sure the nails look good to people who don’t know anything about nails or technicality but If you do, they’re meh.Last time, they broke or fell off within a week.Gave it another try and this time....Not great shape, very flat, no curve end my pinky nail looks like it’s about to take flight.Highly unimpressed.

I got a pedicure and fill done today and I was pleasantly surprised. My pedicure felt and looks great! And my fill turned out amazing. Kellie is the owner and did my fill and completely reshaped my nails to make them look better with my hands which I really appreciated. They look really good. Can’t wait to get back in!

I really wish nail salons would honor their customers appointments. It seems like lately nail salons are overwhelming themselves with clients they cannot accommodate. I had an appointment at 10:30am, but decided to leave 24 minutes later due to the crowd. I spoke with a few clients who were already in the middle of their service and they mentioned how rushed the work was. I don’t want to spend over $100 to feel rushed or unhappy with the work. I think this place was very clean, staff looked happy and greeted you at the door. I think it had wonderful potential. I just couldn’t see myself spending money where my schedule wasn’t taken into consideration.

Absolutely love the service here, very professional neat and clean. The girls here always know what I like, even when I can not make my mind up, I never leave disappointed! I get a million complaints every time I get my nails done from them! Best nail salon around 💕

The sweet lady who was doing my nails was so conscientious! 😁Great staff and perfect manicures!I have a hangnail problem and I pick at my skin, she was so meticulous and focused! My hands came out looking perfect, as if I never picked at my skin. There were no odd comments about it and she made me feel very comfortable. This is is by far the best nail salon Ive been too, with good pricing too, especially for the great experience you receive. I also slipped out of a chair when I first came in 🤦🏻‍♀️ but they didnt even make fun of me for it! The woman at the desk recommended a beautiful shade of green, its like she read my mind. She found the perfect shade of forest green that Ive been searching for! Id definitely recommend this place and Ill be coming back in the future 💕

Im very pleased as far as my nails go, although the lady worked very slow, she did a nice thorough job! My only issue was they quoted me 15$ less over the phone & then jacked the price up at the register, which messed the whole experience up for me, so Iprobably wont be back..

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like its important to give potential customers a heads up if I was really disappointed with a service. Everyone was clearly engaged and trying their best, but it seems like they take on more people than they have the capability to help in a timely and quality fashion. We started with a misunderstanding that led to being charged more for a service that I hadnt asked for when I made my appointment nor when I checked in. Additionally, the quality of my manicure was not great; it looks ok from a distance, but up close its messy, with rough edges and uneven polish. My gel polish even has a small dent in it less than 30 minutes after leaving the salon. The woman who did our nails was so lovely and kind, but Im really disappointed and feel like I wasted a lot of money and ended up having a stressful experience when I really needed a chance to relax.

Always kind and not rushed...they do a great job. I have acrylic gel nails and Im really hard on them at work but they hold up and no chipping...im shocked but thrilled. My favorite nail placeLisa is great...and funny, too!😁😁😁💕

I got my nails done here about 3 weeks ago and they were really ruff on my hands and made my finger bleed and I never have a problem taking off my nails and when I did it tore off my real nail. It was definitely not worth it and they are extremely over priced as well

Extremely over charged! Kellie is unprofessional and got mad an laughed at me when I asked about how I was being charged. She kept changed the price and lying about telling us! She did a poor job on one of the sets! By her body language and eyes and laughter I could tell she was talking about us because she would talk look at us and laugh! She was very snobby, and annoyed that I was asking who I was charged. There was no chair liners and Kellie did not clean her area after doing my cousin full set! She sat someone down right away and started working! She falsely advertised a discount and free mask! This place is not worth what they charge and how she treats her clients!Response to your reply sense I can not comment back! The lady that was siting in your work space that you did not disinfect after my cousin got up from you doing her nails was not laughing at all, you are full of it with that one, you were laughing and making comments and I did not say for gel but for a full set, I did not ask for gel nor was I asked if I wanted gel. The lady who was correcting the carelessness job you did on the nails looked like she was embarrassed of the work you did. 2 of cousins nails broke 2 days after she got them done. I explained to you that the work you did on her nails were extremely poor and if it was a issue then you could remove them and give me my money back or fix them. You give us no other option but to let the other lady correct your mistakes. My nails that are all white are already lifting that is my only issue with my nails besides your rudeness and poor customer service! I would recommend your shop because you do not know how to properly speak nor handle customers who have a issue with work they are getting done. I do feel my nails were overly priced for just white nail paint and I don’t understand how you get away with charging extra for Length when I’m already paying for the nail I mean I could understand if my nails were ridiculously long but it’s a average length a little less then what the nail is already before applying it to my nail.

Definitely wont be back. Gel paint peeled back in under a week, got burned with the file several times, my nails are raised and catch on everything at my nail bed, and I got an infection on the side of one of my nails and ended up pulling chunks of acrylic out of it, and its still trying to heal, after it required pulling the skin back, cleaning acrylic out and using hydrogen peroxide its slowly healing...

The lady who did my mani/pedi did a fabulous job! I got the pedi with the organic products and the wax treatment. It was totally worth it! They were quite busy so make an early appointment and go in a few minutes early. Youre less likely to have to wait.

Mt client gets medi&pedi here every 3weeks. He enjoys the service. He always gets full service which is 55Bucks. His favorite is Lee.

Been hearing from so many people about this place and just had the chance to stop by today. I got a gel manicure for just $30 after their 10% discount for all services. They have amazing services and super lovely and friendly workers. They also take social distancing very seriously so if you’re like me who’s concerned about safety, they got you! This is now my favorite place so totoally recommended!! Ooh forgot to mention the free lotion and free masks they give out too😍

They do so little and charge so much. I asked for a gel manicure.. the gentleman files and buffs my nails, used his own nail to push back my cuticles and then started painting. Didnt soak my fingers, cut my cuticles or even have me wash my hands before he started painting. I had him take what he put on and left. Terrible costumer service from the lady sitting doing nothing to. Never again.

My friend and I needed our nails done and it was about 7:00 pm we found this place and walked in and they got us in on the spot for two full sets. I felt so bad because they close at 7:30 but they were so sweet and so amazing. These are my favorite set of nails I have ever gotten. Was not pricy at all as well!

My daughter suggested this place so I gave it a try. Went in on Valentine’s Day and there was understandably a wait but not horribly long. I was greeted by Kelly, who was very pleasant and warm. When my turn came, I showed Kelly a picture of what I wanted and she executed in a very timely but not rushed manner. I’ve finally found my go to nail salon!

Made an appointment online for 9 AM. Got 3 text messages confirming appointment. I get to the salon at 8:55 AM and notice they dont open till 9:30 AM. When I called the salon a woman said someone would be there shortly, but no one showed as of 9:20 AM. Unprofessional. 10/5 Your response proves how unprofessional you are. I went to Starbucks to get coffee after I called you. When I came back by at 9:20 AM there were no lights on at the salon and no cars in the parking lot. The fact that you are making this a he said, she said tells me a lot about your business. You should have stopped at sorry for your inconvenience.

I love going to this shop! Its my relaxation I look forward to every 2 weeks...accept today Im going back after just a week! Fot feet, Hi(name), is the only man for the job! He has the most magical hands, and Is so patient, and kind...which means alot because Im super picky! And for hands I only go to miss Kelly but thats because Ive been going to her, all the other girls so excellent work as well, and are all so welcoming and kind! And they are very proactive with the covid cleaning, and thats a big deal! I watch them clean the seats and areas before and after every customer! This shop is awesome! Thank you Krystal Nails!

For the services I received I would give it 4.5 stars. She did a fill and did a good job. Then I asked for a facial. I picked the $45 for 45 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later she was done and charged me $45. She was fabulous until this. I pointed out the time difference and she said, yes $45 for 40 min. Again, she only did less than 30. I dont appreciate the bait and switch.

This place is amazing! Every time I go there, they do my nails perfectly. I went there to get gel dip nails done, and they shape them exactly how I like them every time. Its hard to find places that do them this good in the area. They always offer me water or even a snack when I come in. I take my daughters here and they love it too.

I really enjoy this place. Have gone twice now and enjoy the large color selection. Its very clean, always smells nice and the staff are super sweet and not pushy like other nail salons.

I have been here before and had been satisfied. Today was a different experience. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I did ask if I had done something wrong and she said no and told me to have a good day. I normally would not say anything I would go home and wonder what I had done to upset someone but I was very shocked and upset.

First time here I just got a regular manicure. The facility is really clean, and neat and nicely decorated. The only thing Im not happy with is the polish job I feel like it could be a little better. Maybe there were particles floating around from the towels and there are little air bubbles the actual manicure was fine but the polishing seemed a bit rushed.

This is my second time coming here. The first time, the acrylic was pretty bulky and they lifted and broke within two weeks, but this set is great. My nails look exactly like the picture I showed and she was very sweet. I’ll be coming back to her!

Very friendly and welcoming enviornment. Kelly did my amazing full set exactly how I requested and Annie gave me the best pedicure ever! No rushing or short cuts very thorough and pay attention to detail. Their shop is very clean, all instruments they used were right out of a sterile package. I enjoyed my experience definitely found MY nail shop!

Horrible. I got my finger cut from aggressive nail care. Didnt get the shape or color I asked for and was charged 70.00 for a full set payed with 100.00 and got no change back. Absolutely a rip off.

I make appointments but end up waiting 30 minutes or more. They take on too many customers at once and leave you sitting there in the middle of your time. My nails are always uneven and too thick and every time i leave im unhappy so Im done going. The owner is so nice that I thought Id keep trying.
