I get moody colors with a Cats Eye. This time in green in honor of Spring and St. Patricks day. Very nice ladies there.

I went with my friend to get a mani/pedi here. While they did a great job on my nails, I did not like the salon woman’s actions. After my pedicure and before my manicure the lady who was going to do my manicure, which was a different woman than who did my pedicure, had me pay before the service. This wouldn’t have been weird except they didn’t make my friend pay before they did the service or anyone else for that matter, and I being the only black individual in the salon saw an issue with this. I don’t know if this was the woman’s intention but her actions deeply hurt me because I felt as if I was being racially profiled.

April 23, 2021I made an appointment and told them I wanted the colored powder acrylic. So I assumed (yea I know) that when I walked in and gave her my name she would hand me the correct colors to choose from.NOPE she gave me nail polish colors to put over the regular acrylic. The girl at the back did my hands, and as she reached for the mail polish it dawned on me she wasn’t putting the colored powder on me (I don’t hover, I relax and check when they’re done with each step). I expressed this is NOT what I’d asked for when I made my appointment.I wanted the colored powder acrylic. Clarifying with “you dip the brush in a clear fluid then the powder and it makes the nail?” She gets a jar of powder (after I’ve picked a new color from a new chart of choices), puts clear on my nail and sprinkles powder on top. STILL NOT WHAT I WANTED!!!At this point I’m not sure how I can word it any way I haven’t already to make it clear what I want. The lady from the first table finally clicks and gets what I want. She tells me it’s called colored acrylic powder. DUH!!! That’s what I’d asked for.She took me to her table (had to pick a new color yet again) and I was thrilled because she’s the one I used to go to every month when I worked at Tacoma Walmart, but i came out with nails that look like they were “placed” on top of my nail and they’re so thick you’d think they’d been filled MANY TIMES without being filed first. Wish I could post a pic here.Also, my granddaughter has red toes from them yanking a hangnail part of the actual toenail during her pedicure, and her fingernails are a solid color. She’s not as vocal as me so she didn’t stop the lady when her nails were flat instead of curved like natural nails and they were NOT French tip paint job with the blue as the tip color. So I spent $185 and now have to spend at least $100 somewhere else to get what I want.Also, I can be pushy for what I want, but only to a certain point. I wish I had the balls to go ask for my money back for my nails and granddaughters poor, red, painful toes.

Do not go to this place plzz save your money and go else where their service is horrible we called and were told it would be 44$ for a pedicure/manicure, they did not scrub or massage my moms feet were still dirty. Her nails also had dirt on em. It came out to 85$ in the end smh don’t believe their prices over the phone.

Staff was friendly and the technician did a great job on my toes (which isnt easy because I play soccer). Reasonable prices too. The equipment is showing its age, but my chair was still comfortable.

Took my brother here for his first pedicure. He said it was great and wants to try to make it a regular thing now. The ladies were friendly, and my nails looked way better.

If you want your Acrylics DONE BEAUTIFULLY DO👏🏾NOT 👏🏾 GO 👏🏾 HERE!!! The “ nail tech” told my daughter after she stated that she didn’t like how here nails looked she said I’m not fixing it, it will take to long and I will charge for shape fix” when I ask my daughter what her name was she said she didn’t have a name tag on.. they took advantage of her being young and just left her with jacked up nails and charged her 50$$$$!! SHE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and I got burnt. They look nice but red and sensitive from the wax burn

Thank you for helping me! I wanted to fix one of my nails from another salon. I was told by that other salon that what I wanted wasnt possible. They told me no. I went to Angle Nails after work in a hurry and they said yes. Yes to helping me, yes to listening to what I wanted, and made me a very happy customer. They are my new favorites. With so many nail salons out there, its very competeive. Im done giving my money to terrible customer service. I want a nail salon that cares how I feel and what I want. This is a great place for that. Thanks again.

I love this place. It is fairly priced, they have a huge selection of gel colors, and they actually know how to do the designs you ask for. Just look at the nail techs’ nails for inspiration. 😍 They also just got all new chairs and they’re so comfortable! PS: I come all the way from Seattle to go here!

Walked in for a fill for myself and a full set for my daughter we paid 55$ total. *including the tip. We did not wait at all and I am shocked that they did such an amazing job. My nails are nice white tip -lool legit real and are thin, not all fat n bulky. This place is pretty decent! Might just make it my new go to place from now on. Staff is also very friendly!

I have been going to Tina, the owner, for over 12 years. She is very good and knows what she is doing. I only see her. Dont be afraid to ask questions and have her repeat if you didnt understand. They know there is a language barrier. They do good work here and the price is reasonable. They know what they are doing and will tell you if they cant do something. I tell all my friends about this place. Ive gone other places and its never as good.

Ive been going to Angle Nails for almost 6 years now. Every 2 weeks. Some people complain about the prices, but I honestly think they are fair. Especially for the work done. Any time Ive gone somewhere else due to being out of town or whatever, Ive been disappointed. All of the gals are great at what they do, and Tina (owner) knows what I like, and is awesome about making sure I leave happy. So as long as I am in the area, this will continue to be my go to place.

Great customer service, kind staff and thorough when it comes to pedicures and manicures. I went in during the weekday when it may not be as busy, but will be returning as a regular.

I come here every once in a while to get my pedicure done. I was never very satisfied with the quality of their work but for the past couple times I went the quality has gotten even worse. They rush to do their job although I am the ONLY one in the salon. They do them extremely fast, don’t clean under the toenails, don’t soak your feet off. Terrible, terrible experience. Will not be coming back. Oh and they charge an astronomical amount for the terrible job they do.

I wanted to look for a new place to get my nails done went into and was disappointed the lady at the front desk is very rude!! She cut my thumb and kept tapping her brush on my fingers and telling me to relax I’ve never been treated so badly at a nail place I wish I couldn’t even give y’all a star

I think they are all in competition who can do the ugliest nails. I dont think Ive ever came out of here satisfied. Each nail is always a different shape and a manicure is really just an extra fee. Id recommend to avoid if you can.

Walking into this place the decour is definitely a little outdated, and it kind of has an awkward environment with no music or any TVs. Luckily I was in a relaxed mood and needed some me time, so it wasn’t awkward, but if I was more energized it might’ve been a little weird having the room be dead silent. My nails turned out great! I highly recommend Lily, she really took her time giving me a manicure and took care of my cuticles

My friend and I decided last minute to go get our nails done, and the ladies here were all very friendly. They let us get a pedi and acrylic even tho they were almost closing. We were very pleased with our service, and their prices were great compared to other places Ive been.

Just had the worst Mani experience done by the OWNER of the place!. I was cut not once but TWICE! Im thinking shes going to give me a discount because she didnt do a great job. She charged me for a FULL price mani and polish. I told her I was only going to pay for the polish and she laughed (THE OWNER) Moments after leaving the place I started bleeding! Now, Im thinking I should have never paid in the first place!!! Never going back there again!

I like my pedicure. Foot massage, scrub, hot towel it all feels very nice after a long day. Its located in a busy plaza so parking can be limited but convenient to starbucks, teriyaki, tmobile, and winco. Its a relaxing 40-45 min pedicure that you can chill then off to do other stuff within the plaza. My pedicure isnt too rough and gentle enough. Some places dont massage but here you get a little bit which I wish theyd be longer. Not alot of customer engagement or spoken english which is fine, I like quiet relaxation. But they do speak their native language to each other which I think can be uncomfortable to customers. But overall its a nice place to get nails done.

Awful service and over priced. My friend and I were the only 2 in the shop and the 2 workers rushed and did a cheap job while one was texting the whole time. We got a simple mani with shellac and the hand massage was a joke and the paint isnt even. Plus they charged me 25 bucks... I can get a full set for that much. They were rude. Im never going back.

Ive been coming here for almost 4 years for shellac mani and pedis. Ive gone other places in Tacoma, Seattle and Renton and keep coming back to this one. No one does as good a job as these ladies do. And yes more than likely they are talking about you but who cares when they deliver exceptional work!

I have gone here several times, each time the ladies sat and talked Vietnamis the hole time. I felt like they talked about me. I also had very sore fingers for days around my cuticle.

The only nail salon I go to. I drive out of my way to come here.

They charged 40 for a whole set with out telling me its 5 extra dollars for the length wont be going back. And this wasnt even worth 40 I could have done a better job at home.
