I absolutely love Vinci nails & spa! I always get my nails and toes some with designs. The staff is kind and very attentive. Kat is great with designs and is even able to help me figure out the colors that would look best! The quality of work that is performed is excellent! My full set of acrylics last more than 3 weeks without issue. I would (and do) recommend this to my friends and family.

After reading the reviews from other customers, I decided to give the salon a try. I went in for a regular manicure; the nail polish application was very good and the chair was comfortable, I usually have a backache from some salon chairs. The music they played was very relaxing and I thought the modern and spacious look of the salon was nice. The only negatives I would say about my recent experience would be that upon entering the salon, there was no warm welcome - just asked what can I do for you? and the same with the manicurist, she did not say hello or how are you. She just took my hand and started the manicure. I hate going to salons with this type of greeting. Also, after the person finished polishing my nails she just walked away and I did get a nail dry appliance to dry my polish or was I suppose to sit there and air dry. I finally got one (drier) after about ten minutes and I had to alternate drying one hand at a time. Also, after checking my cuticles at home I saw there were 2 places where the manicurist missed cutting my cuticle, I had to do so myself. The cut she did were a little choppy to me.Because of negatives things I will not be a repeat customer.

Got attitude because I wanted a regular fill on my acrylics and not gel, the tech gave me so much attitude the entire time and was talking about my nails right in front of me to her coworker, I have to get these fixed asap this is the worst set of nails Ive ever had done and I am super easy as a client! Theyre not straight at all lol they look so bad

I have had my nails done many places, this place is the best! It didnt hurt they did it exactly like the pictures I showed and they check on you often! 100% recommend you get your nails done here!

My nails lasted a week and started coming up my nail literally popped off perfectly with no pain no break so i just went back to my original nail shop.Theyre super sweet ladies but i wont return because i had to go pay for a whole new set. 3rd pic is new set from elsewhere

Tina Le did a phenomenal job with my nails for my anniversary she is the first nail stylist that suggested something different and it worked better than what I imagined, I highly recommend Vince Nails if you want to have stylish gorgeous nails

Highly recommended Nail Salon 💅. The black nails an red roses an are from today 5/3 & the white/clear nails with blue & red roses with the red & blue marble are from 4/23 . I wish I had a picture of the 3rd set she did so Ill put what I showed her an she did exactly that. Looked exactly like the picture only difference is the jewelry was on the white nails. This set of nails is where she got me stuck on coming in an having her as my nails tech. 💅 AMAZING place. 👏 amazing nail tech & the OWNER IS FANTASTIC. she doesnt make you feel like your being judge like all the other nail salons Ive been too. Ive been going here for a few months now and this review is long over due. Its conveniently located and parking is not a hassle. Its clean and all of the staff are very friendly, very personable and easy to talk to. Elle did a dip on my nails that literally lasted 4 weeks, and looked just as good as they did the first day they were done. I cant even count how many compliments I got on my fingernails. Mary does the most amazing job on your toes with a gel french manicure that I have ever seen. And Tran the owner remembered me after only having been there one time. If something happens and for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied, she will fix it. If you want to go to a place to be taken care of, go see Tran and the girls at Vinci nails.

I went today for the first time for a classic pedicure. It was an incredible experience, it’s a great price ($28) for an amazing service. The location is very clean and beautiful. The service is amazing, everyone is so nice. I will definitely be going back! I went on a Saturday so it was busy but that didn’t stop them from being very nice and doing an amazing job 😊

This was the absolute best nail experience Ive ever had. Tommy was top notch 👌 and the pedicure was super high quality. Clean/modern atmosphere. Skilled staff. Great price (20% off because new management...ends last part of August 2020) They are striving to build new clientele because of their shift in management. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I paid $68 for a organic upgraded pedi and stone message + a new set of nails with colored acrylic powder. Ill be back FOR SURE.

My toenails were perfect when I went in and after my visit for a pedicure the lady dug into the corners and tore the nail bed out. There is exposed blood and nailbed on my big toes and she tore the corners back until they became ingrown sharp corners which are now infected. There is pus coming out of the corners of my toes and its the day after my visit there either the tools are not clean and she tore out the nailbed way too far and dug into my sides of my toenails way too far or she just didnt know what she was doing. Im very upset because my toenails are not the same

I booked an appointment at 12:30 for 2 full sets for my friend and I. I got seen about 20-25 minutes later and she didn’t get seen for about 40-50 minutes. Once my friend was finally seen they told her to move seats 3-4 times to different people to only get 3 tips on. Finally they had her wait again for my nail tec to be finished to also do her nails. So now I’m sitting here waiting at 2:30 for my friends nails to get done. I usually never write bad reviews. (Also used used nail files and put used liquid back into container)

I was very excited to go to this nail salon. It was my fist time here.. I like that it looked beautiful and clean. But honestly the lady who did my pedicure, which I believe was the owner. Her service was not good at all. She rushed and she hurt me. Everything went so fast she didnt even do my pedicure right. I hated her services not professional at all. I saw all the other workers, they were taking there time did everything right and dint rushed. I did not enjoy it at all and on the paper they showed you of the different prices. It said it would be a enjoyable experience. That is false advertisement. My toes still hurt of how rough she was at filling and trimming and scraping. It was a very painful experience. And it Shocks me that it was the owner who was the one with the horrible service.

I really do love the service I get here. But if you come on a busy day be prepared to be waiting for 2+ hours. I had an appointment and all just last Friday and had to wait hours before I was seen. Best time to go is during the week earlier in the day.

UPDATE: Previously this was a complaint regarding quality but the owner has offered to fix my nails free of charge since it was another tech’s fault. :) Their work is sooooooo beautiful.UPDATE: This time the new nails only lasted for 2 weeks when every other salon I’ve been to the nails will last me AT LEAST 4 weeks or more. They must use some kind of cheap glue. Gave them an extra starbecause they tried to help me and the women are very nice but I will find a new salon.

This nail spa is very beautiful inside everything is clean and the staff are friendly. I got a gel mani + regular pedicure & it was nice until I noticed the nail tech didnt apply any base or top coat before polishing my toes. (Never had that done before) The polish job was very streaky, she had to apply 4 coats. It was OPI brand if that matters. Although I dont speak Vietnamese I know the other lady asked if she used a base coat because she noticed the polish job too.Everything else was great but my polish on my feet couldve been alot better. I hate to complain but had to say something.

I went almost exactly a week ago and best nail experience Ive had in years they stayed late for me and my best friend to get my nails done which was so sweet they were so kind and even though its already been a week my nails have barely grown out which is so surprising. I went to a different place before this and my nails after 2 weeks were already lifting and starting to crack but Vinci took the time even though they were already staying late to make sure my nails were in perfect condition and would not lift again. I will 100% be coming back!!!

I love coming here they always have all the respect and very understanding when youre not liking something. My nails always last forever and are good quality

BEST PLACE EVER! i’ve gone to so many nail places and this is the best yet i’ve come to. they are so nice and professional. it’s so clean and comfy and modern inside. they took their time to make my nails perfect and were very gentle. will definitely be coming back.

I came here last week with a friend. I called ahead made an appointment. As soon as we walked in two other women walked in with us (they gave them our pedicure spot and they had no reservation) we were getting one fill, one deluxe manicure and two pedicures. My fill was terrible and One nail fell off the next day- they didn’t follow the colors I asked for, and overall just not a good service. Not only that but it took over three hours to get us finished - where a lot of this time they continued to accept other clients and finish them before us. I would not recommend coming here.

Wait was a little long even with an appointment but it was worth it. Perfect shape and exactly what i wanted. The inside was really pretty and the owner was very friendly.

Got a wax and polish change today. Lady did great for nails but when it came to waxing she didn’t prep the skin, did not apply aloe after, and went over my left eyebrow a SECOND time with soft wax which is contra indicated and caused a harsh straight line. Gave 4 stars for good customer service and nails but employees may need to brush up on safety procedures.

Saw this nails salon on the way to Apple Bee last Sunday, Just checked in at the time almost closed time, but really busy, they still tried to get me in. Its the most beautiful and clean salon in around the area. The staff were amazing. The manager Tran always checks and makes sure you leave happy. Will come back with my girl friends next time.

My daughter and i came in for a fill and full set we were there for 3hrs and my nails are horrible they are not the shapeu wanted they are lumpy and are literly skinnier than my fingers my daughters nails came out ok but nothing like the picture she wanted i paid 120$ plus tipjustfor a fyll set and fill and i idnt even have a design i came ho.eand clipped my nails off they were so thin and ugly and its not like anyon e has money to throw away this is the first reveiwi haveever wrote but its ridiculous cant even fund a decent nailshop yes its a beautiful shop inside but thats it im not sure why i didnt listen to all their bad reveiws tobegin w and all they seem to reply is they are sorry peoplecime in expecting they get what they pay for not the case womt be back

My friend and i had made an appointment at 12:30 and we did not get sat down at the table until 1:00 and i had to remind them we had an appointment because someone else walked in and they sat her down before us after we sat there for 30 minutes and when they sat me to get my nails done they moved me to 3 different ladies to do my nails and it took over 2 hours to get us out of there. i told the one lady i didnt want a certain color and she put that color anyway. proceeded to cut my finger open and just laugh about it. i 100% do not recommend this place. they are so unprofessional and dont care about customer service.

The lady who did my nails I think her name was Kat didnt know what she was doing.. she wasnt able to do any of the designs I showed her and told me she can only do regular! I asked for a marble nail for only two of my nails and she couldnt do it! She just seemed really confused about everything from the start couldnt give me what I wanted so I had to accommodate her! Worst service Ive ever got!

It was an amazing experience, the salon was beautiful, clean, and very nice staff. It been long time for me to have a pedicure, my feet was looking really bad, but she tried hard to make my feet turned out nice and clean. Thank you Tran for taking me in at the busy time. This nail salon is beautiful and fancy but at the same time I got my nails done and felt like the lady was rushing on my nails. The gel polish look badly applied and lumpy also the didn’t even last 2 week all my nails started falling of within 4 days. I requested a change in my design and asked for chrome and the chrome wasn’t applied like how it suppose to look. So overall if y’all want to go here to relax for pedi and light wine cool but nail tech I’ll take my business else where.

Finally found a nice and clean nail salon for me. The staff is very professional and kind. I got a deluxe Ped cost $34 and Shellac Mani cost $30, I can say the cheapest one I ever had with the better services. I even asked to change different Shellac color when it was almost done, but the owner was still happy to ask her staff to changed it for me without any extra charge.

Such as amazing experiences, nice job, nice services and reasonable prices.Definitely will be back.

My wife waited over 20 minutes & when given a chair the woman waited on people before her as my wife sat for 20 minutes more as she waited on others instead of my wife who patiently waited. My wife was DISGUSTED by their rudeness as I too. What POOR value & Professionalism they have NONE I told my wife leave obviously they dont care. Will NEVER GO there again!!! If I could give them A ZERO star I would.

I was so excited to come here since the reviews are so great! My boyfriend and I came in today to get the Hot Stone pedicure treatment. The lady who worked with me was not wearing a mask or when she was it was only covering her mouth, which at this point is pretty much common everywhere. Not only did I not get hot stones whatsoever, but she cut me up pretty badly. I still have dead skin all around my feet.My nail polish looks like a little kiddo did it.Really disappointed

I was sitting here for 1 hour with my fingers in acetone, soaking. I ended up removing my own nails, while the woman who started my appointment left me to help another customer. Then I left for 10 minutes, stating I was coming right back, when I sat down that woman then walked passed me, mean mugging me! I tell you, of looks could kill, I would be dead!!!! No one greeted me when I got back here.I am thoroughly disappointed in the service at this salon!!!!!!

My sister got her nails done there and the turn out was terrible. the art looks like a little kid design and the polish is lumpy. the length and shape isn’t good either. for people with bad anxiety getting your nails done is already scary so when they are bad and you have to pay money and tell them they’re not good it’s even worse. i wouldn’t recommend getting a design here. maybe a simple one yes but not a design.

They did a great job on my nails. It was quickbut I didnt feel rushed at all. They were also very friendly and place was clean.**Update: after going here multiple times. I have found it to be hit or miss. Sometimes my gel manicure is full of bubbles and other times ok. Also, I have found they do not honor their discounts. I was given a discount for my next visit due to them messing up so badly. After presenting it, they advised they would not take it although they created, signed, and gave it to me. I will not return here.

My wife decided to try this nail place after seeing it a few times. She says it was a good experience other than a few things.Not sure if the gel polish used here is different but there was no base coat used.The polish is bumpy and uneven. And the top coat has chipped off on a few fingers.After getting the acrylic part done, the lady next to us turned our table fan on and it blew blue nail dust and miscellaneous powder and nail shavings all over everything, all in my lap.The shape and lengths aren’t the same at all.My cuticles were filed off with the electric drill too much causing two to be red and inflamed.Just seemed rushed and wish next time it could be better.

The absolutely best salon in Tacoma. Staff take your temperature, have you wash hands, and have hand sanitizer available. Masks are required and safety and cleanliness is top priority. Staff are amazing, customer oriented, genuinely friendly and every service I have received is of high quality. The salon is high class, reasonably priced and air conditioned! Salon offers free wine, water, nice music, discounts through stamp card. I will never go to another salon. This one is the best in over 20 years of getting nails done.

Amazing first experience today! Timmy went above and beyond for me and my sisters today. Their nail tech team was AMAZING from the moment we walked in we were greeted and well taken care of. I am living in the neighbor of this beautiful nail salon, but I did know it till last Sunday when I passed by. Get in to make an appointment for a pedi and a fill. I showed up late, but they tried to stay late and do it for me. Then I came back to do my nails yesterday. My nails had done perfect. Highly recommend giving this salon a try. I will bring all my girl friends here for sure.Yesterday I observed a customer tried give the Tech girl hard times, Then manager came took over, unfortunately that customer was still not happy without any reasons. I felt bad for those Techs, they already had a long day working and still dealing with a terrible customer like this.

Walked in and they were able to see us right away. Timmy made sure to listen to what we wanted and went above and beyond our expectations. He made conversation with us the whole time and had us laughing. I am extremely picky about my nail shape and one of the ladies did an amazing job!! They take their time and make sure you walk out happy. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much.

I went to them for a fill and they explain to me why they couldnt do a fill because the last shop had completely messed up my nails so they had fix my mails. They not only only explained to me but showed me. They are an awesome nail shop and I would recommend them to anybody. Ellie took her time and did an amazing job.

They soaked my nails in acetone to remove the old acrylics and my fingers are still recovering. Theyre so dry and cracked that my hemp hand lotion is having a hard time working.

UPDATE:6 days after my appointment here and The paint on some of my nails have began to peel and the acrylic is lifting!!!! Management tried to reach out to me but I would never go back and trust them with my nails EVER! Don’t take my word for it look at the horrible job they did in the photo. I paid and left with my nails terribly uneven and multiple air bubbles on the gel polish. This place tries to scam you to pay extra and is very unprofessional! This place is under new management and it shows! Great customer service and they did a good job on my pedi/mani. The decor is really pretty and it’s clean there. Plus they’re running a 20% off special til the end of the month, so pricing was great. Timmy was very nice and hospitable. I’d recommend this place.

Vinci nail and spa was so beautiful inside. Perfect atmosphere to relax. The staff was quick and very attentive. My husband, daughter and I all received pedicures and were very happy with the service.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!

⚠️Covid-19 ⚠️The nails work is decent. However, my complaint comes in the form of public safety.I am 8 months pregnant.They allowed a family of 4(2 adults, one teen and one baby) into the salon with out masks.They sat the teen down directly NEXT to me with out any face covering on, no social distancing what so ever in my case. When i brought this up to the man who seems to run the place all he said was “i am sorry, i was too busy to notice.”Not a good enough excuse for me while in the night of a global pandemic.

I love this nails salon so much. I started coming here since they opened. I always do a deluxe Ped, regular Mani and sometimes a dip. All the staffs are very funny and friendly. They always spent extra times for me and never charged any small extra works. Specially is the Wife of the owner, keeping asking hun, are you okie, do you want any drink: wine, water and sometimes do you want any candy lol.Highly recommend this place :))
