We had our appointment set at 10am on Sunday! Perfect time as we got there early and was serviced 1st. The gentleman I got, wish I asked his name, was perfect! Gave me the perfect message and it didnt tickle!! I am very quirmish & gitty & ticklish!!! But he held my feet with smoothness and very gentle. Took his time and rubbed my stress away! I will def be going back. I love my color too! Thanks guys for being so attentive!

Tried to call and speak with the manager multiple times to discuss my last appointment there. No response so maybe I can save you time and money by telling you to not waste either of those coming to this salon.My friend and I made an appointment for regular full set; once we got in we waited 20-25 minutes for one of us to start getting our nails done. We were told 10 minutes and I would start mine but instead one nail tech did both of our nails extending our time there passed what we expected. I also watched multiple walk in customers get their nails done while I waited for our shared nail tech to switch back and forth between my friend and my nails.Next, my nail tech is so rushed that she didn’t listen to what I wanted and didn’t use the correct acrylic powder. Which doesn’t sound like an issue but the look was going for required that specific powder. After that she started applying a pink crystal gel on my nails despite having stated that was not what I wanted. I really thought she was applying the gel complimentary because of how poorly our appointments were going so far.When I told my nail tech I wanted the pink acrylic powder she proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I didn’t tell her what I wanted, without any sort of apology or even empathy for my welling eyes once the realization set in I would be stuck with these nail through the holidays. This was the only time I had available to get my nails done.Lastly, as I am paying I’m told the price for my nails and was shocked and asked why it was $50. She then told me it’s for the gel, that I explicitly DID NOT ASK FOR. She did the exact same thing to the friend I was with, without remorse. This isn’t the first time they’ve done that to my friends who all go to this salon but it was the first time I experienced it myself.Quite possible the worst nail experience I’ve had. Hopefully I don’t find nail fungus in a week like my friend did.

Called for an appointment. Was given a 10:00am appointment and then made to wait for 35 minutes. Why give an appointment if you cannot service the person at that time? Watched others walk in for nail service and immediately seated. Will not be back again.

I have been going to Noelle for about 3 years and she has never disappointed me! Not only does she an amazing job with acrylics and the shape of them she just has the best personality, she is fun to talk to. Last couple of sets I have gotten we have been trying new trendy designs and I have been obsessed and I get so many compliments!

My daughter and I made appointments for pedicures and gel manicures. My nail tech did a great job on my nail and toes; however, kept stopping to wax other clients. My daughters tech was horrible. She was in such a hurry and messed up her nails. When my daughter tried to tell her her mistake, the tech said “Oh, you are right, but I’ll have to charge you extra to correct them.” Her cuticles were trimmed in such a hurry that she is still having trouble with them bleeding even after 3 days! When it was time to pay, they charged her more than was originally quoted and would not change it. That is such a horrible way to conduct a business, Would not recommend this place at all!

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I know times are crazy with Covid, but every time I call ahead to make an appointment, it is never honored. I was told that they don’t like to turn away business when chatting with an employee, but every time I make an appointment they are generally 30-45 minutes late. They will continue to take walk ins, failing to lookout for those who plan ahead. I am in search of a new place to go. Everyone here is kind, but I need a place that is respectful of my time.

Worst experience ever. They were rude as soon as I walked in the door. They were talking in their own language. I never felt this way before walking into a nail salon. Never will go back with this horrible service.

Took my lady out to get her nails did and the place took so long I grew hair! The nail were still good though so no worries amigo!

Paid $55 to get a full set lady left glue all over my fingers .and when I paid she never even said thank you for her 3 dollar tip.never again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!.... THEY SUPER GLUED MY NAILS ON! I’ve had them on for over 2 months now. I have just had a couple try to come off, one of my actual nails fell off! The lady was very rude they were snickering in there language, she was very aggressive with me and my birthday is march 13th and ill be 16! Now i can’t have my nails done at all because i have cracks and so much damage to my nails. I want my money back. They charged me more than what they should have for a full acrylic set. the pain is so excruciating i felt nauseous at times they were coming off and lightheaded. I have seen that most of the reviews are not good these people need to learn how to do nails or be shut down.

Only my 2nd time here, but I can say, I really love how my nails look! Its so hard to find a place that is consistent with their service. Like every other place, pricing is confusing, and I guess Ill never figure out why Im charged something different every time I go, even tho I get the same thing done!? Anyway, definitely recommend.

I called ahead day after mothers day to see if they could take me, my bro, and my mom. They told us a time and we got in right on time. Service and treatment was amazing. After we arrived the place filled up but the three workers working on us stayed attentive while getting the others waiting started. From start to finish the customer service was amazing! Highly recommended!!!

Went yesterday ( Sunday ) and Rose gave me the best pedicure. She said she only works on Sundays - but she did an amazing job & I’d highly recommend!!

Usually I’m happy, this last time was different, it hasn’t even been a week and this is what my nails look like, the gel chipped the next day and they refused to fix it. Not going back.

I was skeptical about service because of previous reviews 😏 I also wanted to find somewhere close to my home in waddell. I took a chance, and this place was great! Good atmosphere with pleasant nail techs. I highly reccomend Anna for a pedicure. I am very picky, and she went above and beyond my expectations.

Mary and Mark are absolutely amazing!!! Mark is very gentle and knowledgeable about shape and can do anything you ask I have never had any problems with my nails and he even built me a new nail when my actual nail fell off!! Mary is amazing and very easy to work with my daughters nails always look great!!

I would have preferred to give them 0 stars but Google requires that I give them 1 -- they should be thankful! My daughter and I have gone here for over a decade and have always had a wonderful experience. It has declined over the past year to the point that, more often than not, our manicures and pedicures are chipping within the 1st week. The people are rude. They seemed to pick and choose who they want to work on even though you were already signed in and sitting there for 30 minutes. Just now, there were 8 people waiting and never even got acknowleged as they walked in and they proceeded to choose people that walked in after us to work on them. Dont bother wasting your time or money here. I wont!

I have been going here for years and it had always been amazing. However, the past few visits over the past 6 months haven’t been the best experiences. The inventory is not the best, and many people there are very rude and not very friendly. I don’t like saying this about My Nail Spa but I feel as though their services and quality have gone downhill drastically over the past 6 months.

I got my husband a gift card there. When he used it they said it was expired, Thank goodness I had the receipt.

I went in to get my eyelash extensions and I told the lady my eye was hurting on one side and she said it was the glue not dry well I told her it was wierd how only one side was hurting and not the other and she didnt say anything she just said oh and kept going but I didnt know she had put the strip to close to cut my eye and so I thought maybe its the glue cuz it do sting sometimes but I went home and the next day I woke up to a swollen cut eye it was red and irritated and I call to see what they can do I had told her she had cut my eye if I can get my money back she tells me to come in to see my eye so I go in she takes me to the room she looking at my eye I already told her what had happened and I told her I was telling you my eye was hurting and you didnt check it you just kept going so I ask for my money back and they wouldnt give me my money back and I asked for the managers number they said they didnt have one and they kept laughing like its not funny the lady messed up and cut my eye if it was them or their child how would they feel but the lady did a good job on my eyelashes but she cut my eye and they didnt want to give me my money back unless i take them off but thats not the issue I told her they dont bug me its that she cut my eye in the process they messed up my eye I had to go to the eye doctor wasnt letting her touch my eye again. They wouldnt give me any number to call or the managers number they said they didnt have one then they said she is and she is not there sometimes but wouldnt call her for me or give me someone to call.

Very clean and everyone is friendly. I love Becky and Vincent. They are the best in the shop by far. I have had services with a couple of the others, but they dont put the extra effort that Becky and Vincent do.

Second person there and greeted and seated right away. Very friendly guy did my nails.The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because I felt a little uncomfortable with one lady standing over me RIGHT next to me and talking to another lady and both watching me get my nails done and staring at me.I go to get my nails done to relax not to have my personal space invaded. Normally I let people know but with this being my first experience here, I didnt want to cause waves.Other than that, I was pleased with the experience.

I went in and got a basic gel mani and pedi. I liked the colors they offered, though Id encourage them to continue building their inventory. Sharon was very friendly and had a soft touch. Everything was clean and well organized. The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star review is a 2 of my nails were filed a bit too low and one toenail was a bit too long. I didnt notice the toe until I had left or else Im sure she would have fixed it.

IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!.My friend and I went there on a Saturday afternoon, there was not many people there so we did not wait at all. We both got pedicures, this was worst experience I have ever had. The lady that was helping me commented that my feet were very dry and the entire time she was doing the pedicure kept making faces as if she was disgusted. I had them remove gel polish from my toes and asked that she not file them to soak it off because my toe nails are very thin. She put polish remover on a cotton ball and placed it on top of my toenails for maybe 2 mins then removed it and began to file it off. She filed the tops of my toes not just my toe nails, I pulled away and she gave a nasty look. When she was all done she left a hole in my toenail and covered it with polish. When it came time to pay I was charged extra to remove the gel polish when she only used the same products she would use on any other customer to remover polish. As for my friend she also had a manicure and her cuticles we cut and she left bleeding. I will never return to this nail salon!

Have been sitting with my feet in hot water for 15 minutes despite an appointment. Will follow up if I ever get my pedicure. So far no good. 1 star.OK so Vincent finally showed up 20 minutes late.He is doing a nice job cleaning up my toenails & fixing my ingrown nail. 3 starsOmg. Vincent does a wonderful massage. 4 stars.OK. Its official. This massage was definitely worth waiting for. Still 4 stars but only because I did have to wait.Final review 4.5 stars. Will definitely return.Returned 2 weeks later. How is it possible Vincents massage could be better? 5 stars!

I am shocked how disrespectful the staff is at this location. I waited for one hour to do a fill and the staff totally ignored me. When I asked how long it would be, Mary the manager told me 25 more minutes. If they don’t want to give services to customers have the respect to say we can’t help you or something but do not waste my time. Never coming back here.

This is my favorite budget nail place in Surprise. Hygienic (wrap the tubs before filling them each time), almost never ever has a wait, and great pedicures! They take their time so the massage is always long and wonderful. :) Im sad to see all these reviews. I have been going to this nail spa for 3 years and never (not once!) had a bad experience. 4 stars because some of the staff are hard to understand (accents) and the decor is only OK. But if youre looking for a hygienic, budget nail place, this is it!

Went in for a fill at 6:30 the guy tells me that he doesnt have anyone available to do my nails because it would take until AFTER 7:00 to do my fill----but he then asked if I would like to get a pedicure (they close at 7:00 and I have been sitting there before when people walk in at 6:50 and get seated). Are you serious? How about taking the time youre willing to spend on my pedicure and give me the fill I am requesting. All of this while approximately 3 of the employees were sitting at their stations doing absolutely nothing.....He was really sorry though.This place is a joke and with all of the other nail places around, think twice before wasting your time!!!

Not impressed at all and am honestly regretting the fact that I paid for my nails. I asked for short and square nails. Theyre all short, but only some are square. One is sort of coffin shaped and the others are rounded. It took over an hour and a half for a simple full set which would be fine if the work reflected that time but it doesnt. Typically the nail tech will clean up the underside of the nail with a pointed drill bit but Joe did not, theres still chunks of acrylic under there. He kept consistently drilling into my skin to the point of making me bleed. He got glitter polish transfer from my one glitter nail to the other nails and he did offer to fix it but at that point I was so annoyed and had been there so long I told him not to worry about it as Ill likely be going somewhere else to have my nails fixed. Super disappointing because I used to come here for pedicures and to get my nails done a few years ago and always had a great experience and it was far from that today.

This was pretty much the worst salon Ive ever been to. The staff wasnt very helpful or welcoming, the selection of nail polishes was very poor and when I left my nails looked like they had been done by a 5 year old. The nail polish was everywhere, nails and skin.As soon as I left the salon I went to the supermarket next door and bought acetone.I will never go back.

Worst service of my life. The lady cut me multiple times. After she took my nails off, I told her I had to leave and be somewhere so I didnt want a set, and she told me NO! And just continued. A full set should be $25 all together, that includes the gel to make it shine. And she charged me extra. Ended up paying $40! Do not go here. My nails look horrible and you can even see my cuts under my nails.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. Some of then spoke English. My nail tech did speak English then when I asked for a different color before we got to that point in the manicure she began speaking another language to the other 2 techs. All three began having a what looked like a disapproving tone then my tech ok is this the last time you will change color? In the end they charged my card $10.00 more than the tip I gave them. My daughter gəl nails started to peel on the 3rd day and were all peeled 7 days later. Never going back. Watch your account if you pay by credit card.

This place was ok for a last minute pedi. Im new to the area and looking for a regular spot. This place will not be it. Water was not the temp I asked for, she was rushing, filed to short and I kept having to tell her to make sure she cleaned around big toe (numerous times). It was as if I was taking up her time. Not once did she speak to me but kept speaking to others (non English). I didnt say anything, didnt complain but wont be back. $22 pedicure..no thanks.

Got mine and my daughters nails done on Sunday, and by Monday her pinkie nails had fallen off. Wen we came back on Wednesday I got so much attitude. I never questioned her ability just wanted to get what I paid for. ($100) first and last time. Horrible customer service. Everything is done half assed and way to expensive. Turn away. Go to Waddell and green way next to Wal-Mart they are awesome

I am giving this place 1 star because they are shady and they lie to their customers. The website says they are open until 7pm but I called at 6:30 to see if they would have time for a pedicure before closing. I would have completely understood if they said they couldnt take any more appointments but instead the guy who answered said No, we are closed now. I questioned him only because the website said 7pm but when I mentioned that he remained silent until I just said ok and hung up. I was actually in the parking lot when I called so I did an errand in the plaza and then decided to walk by their door on my way out which was approximately 15 minutes later. They had a huge neon sign in their window that said OPEN. So clearly this guy lied to me just so they didnt have to do another pedicure before closing time. Word of advice for you owners (if you even bother to read your reviews) do not lie to customers. I would rather you say you do not want to take another appointment than lie to me saying you are closed. This is how you lose customers. I will never try to go back

Clean salon. Plenty of people working there so theres rarely a wait. Lots of different levels of services offered, so you can spend a small amount, or pay more for a longer and more detailed service. Everything seemed to be cleaned well, the staff was friendly. Its conveniently located at Waddell & Reems, close to Bashas and MidFirst Bank.

They always do an amazing job!! However I understand that it is a cultural thing, but they are always talking in Tagalog and I think that, talking to someone else in a foreign language in front of your cutomers, is tacky or a faux pas.

Poor services. Went in for the dip they put a matte coat on top 6 hours later it started peeling. I went back and they shaved off the top and put shine on.... AGAIN they peeled chipping the nail polish off. Waist of your money to go to this nail salon.

My mom made us appointments for pedicures and a manicure. We showed up early, were unable to sign in because nobody had replaced the sheet, were barely acknowledged, walk-ins who showed up after us were taken before us, and after waiting 20 minutes past our appointment times we went to another place down the street with way better reviews and were set up in pedi-chairs immediately. Ill never try this place again.

I had to get my nails done in an emergency and I was in Surprise. They were nice enough, but what ever product they used broke within one week. and they are about $5 more then other Salons. I went back to my favorite this weekend to fix their mistake, Pro Salon on 67th Avenue and 101. See Mindy!

We walked in 20 minutes before close to have a SIMPLE fill done, and the guy was slouched up in the pedi chair, didnt even bother to get up, and he said, What do you want?... I said, 2 fills, then when we were seated the (BIG) lady with whiskers all over her neck kept saying really rude things about what time it was... I explained I worked really odd hours & this was the only time I could get us down there this week, etc.... Let me tell you, our nails were done in about 10 minutes and THEY LOOK TERRIBLE!!!!! I WAS STUNNED! SHE WAS ANGRY SO SHE DID MY & MY 14 Y/O DAUGHTERS NAILS LIKE TRASH! Lumps all over, uneven, AWFUL AWFUL....We left 5 minutes AFTER close!!! Someone called to see if someone there would be willing to do her nails & the fat lady yelled, NO!!! NO, I DO WANT TO GO HOME TODAY... We sat there and was ridiculed the entire 20 minutes we were there... RUDE and UNGRATEFUL, we will NEVER go there again!!! My daughter was SO uncomfortable! THEY MADE $75 IN 10 MINUTES TIME & THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED? I NOW HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND PAY TO FIX HER AWFUL MISTAKES....FYI, IF IT ISNT CLOSING TIME, THEN ITS NOT OK TO PUNISH CUSTOMERS WHO COME IN BEFORE YOU ARE TO EVEN LEAVE!! I went to get acrylics today and I am VERY disappointed in my nails ! I have random bumps of the powder (very uneven), you can see the artificial nail on the front, my nails are throbbing terribly, and she didnt smooth the tips or underneath and now when ever I itch my leg,neck, chin etc. There are scratch marks. Im really upset and wish to have my nails redone for free considering we are regular customers ! >:/ WALMART DOES A BETTER JOB..JS!

I went once for a manicure that was terrible! But, I think a lot of places do that now. Since they only want the major nail services. So I decided to try their pedicure.I made appointments for me & 3 little girls (french pedi for me & mani/pedis for them). I was told they had a good deal for kids. So, when the woman tells me it is $25 per child! I was shocked! That is $75 before tip for 6 yr olds! I told them to just do the pedicures (since we were already having that service). I look up & the man, I just told not to do any manicures on the kids, is painting one of their nails! I hear him asking her if she wants flowers or designs? I told him, he needs to be asking me those things.The woman doing my pedicure kept trying to sell me every extra services (that had they not just tried to rob me, I would normally do!). I always have the spa pedicure, rock, salt, callous remover, french polish. Ill pay for those services & for a pedicure for me! I left with the basic service & red polish, just to get out of there!Then when I asked the woman who recommended them, she said it was around $15 for kids mani/pedis! I have always paid $13-18 for the kids. So, they may think they made one over on me. But, they have lost a customer, because they would of made way more than that on my family & word of mouth.I left them with a mediocre tip for their mediocre job! I would of spent 1/2 my total today every time I go for my pedicure!NEVER GOING BACK!

When attempting to do toes they kicked me out because i told them the water was cold and asked them to put more hot water in and they had the audacity to tell me that they had no more hot water, you cant talk to people like that, they were rude and rude about it, cant go back to a place that head no respect for their customers!

Awful customer service! My mom was trying to ask a question to John and he started getting very angry and told her she talks too much. He then stopped and told her to leave and that he wasnt going to do her nails until another worker came and said something to him. He raised his voice and got very angry, would not recommended him!!

I went here for an eyebrow and lip wax, lady didnt speak to me at all. As a cosmetologist myself, she wasnt properly waxing my eyebrows and lip right. She didnt even trim my eyebrows. I got home afterwards and I had wax on my face and forehead and literally had the same amount of hair on my lip and eyebrows since before I got their.

The place is just amazing.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT waste your money here my daughter had her nails on less than 2 weeks and we went for a fill...come to find out MOLD was on her nails....pictures taken in shop and now posted for you all to see....they need to be SHUT DOWN...dirty tools bad customer service.....they did nothing to fix the situation either!!!!!
