I feel like my nails are 1 of a kind. These are so gorgeous that I can’t stop looking at them. They did an amazing job and I am so happy I found them.

I decided to go here to get my nails done here because of all the positive reviews they had on google and I honestly don’t know how they stay in business we had an appointment at 9:30 for 3 people the staff didn’t even arrive to open the store until about 9:50 (with store bought coffee by the way, shows how much of a priority their customers with scheduled appointments are). Additionally, there were only two employees opening the store when they had an appointment for three people and even with appointments they were taking walk-in while neglecting our party. Lastly, they had several other people walk in and staff would inform them they could fit them in and after and hours of waiting they would sent away not getting their services and wasting a good promotion of their day.

3 of us came in and needed manicures on short notice. Nail techs were nice and very patient with us as we weren’t all sure what we wanted. My nails come out nice!

Did not change gloves; used scalding hot water- got mad when I pointed this out!The tech was scrubbing another customers foot, then came over and began touching mine using the same gloves. When I asked her to change gloves, she rolled her eyes, and began speaking to the other tech in her language. I had to ask her again, can you please change your gloves. After that her demeanor changed. I also asked her to cool the water down as it was scalding hot and burning. She did not say a word and changed itThe rest of the time she did not talk at all, did not say, put your feet here, just shoved my feet up etc, then she slammed the receipt towards me, and visibly hovered over to see how much I would tip her.Will NOT come by again:(

She wrote a review on my phone when i was washing my hands … nails came out bad .. I have a hair in one and she didn’t even take off all of the old nail she just painted over it .. Old nail got taken off with another nail … nail shape wasn’t even right.. little bumps all over nail

I have found my new pedicure home!! The pedicure was an incredibly interesting experience and Vivian took her time and finally resolved my in-grown toenail. The salon is super clean and the staff is friendly, welcoming and do a great job. If you’re looking for a place to get your toes or nails done I highly recommend you give family Nails a try!

Just a heads up to those who actually read reviews.....I have a salon a normally go to that isnt so close to home so I used good ole Google to help me find a decent place in a pinch. I was impressed at their 300+ positive reviews so I went ahead and made an appointment.When I was finished paying for my service today I was asked if a picture could be taken of my nails for their website. Sure, why not? Then I was asked to use my phone to take the photo. I was a bit confused but agreed. It all stated to make sense when not just a picture, but family nail was then searched in my Chrome app, Google reviews opened, 5 stars chosen, all of the options about the services provided, all by the salon employee, before it was handed back to me to type my own words before the employee made sure I pressed post.I understand the importance of positive online reviews for a lot of business owners today, but I cant say I agree with this method of gaining them.UPDATE. After 7 days, my SNS was chipping and breaking off. Not impressed, especially since A) this place was more expensive and B) I can go 3-4 weeks with dip from my regular salon.

Super quick and friendly. Great service for SNS with tips and gave me the design that I requested which looks phenomenal. Great place to go to. I was a walk in and got my service done with not only great quality, but speed as well.

They do not clean their stuff properly nor do they do what you want. Always felt rushed there. But they did have good deals that’s why I’m giving 2 stars.

The ladies there are really nice but one of the ladies that did my nails was drilling my nails so much I have so many cuts she filed my nails really harshly which also left a few cuts and at the end my nails were super super uneven none of my nails are even some are not even the shape I asked for all. Some are wider then the other some are shorter than my others and she also left my nails really bumpy it looks extremely bad and doesn’t even really look like the nails I asked for and my skin is still bleeding from all the drilling and filing after a long time since I’ve got them done I haven’t even noticed how bad they were until I’ve already paid them and was it in car

I have been here twice and had bad experiences. I just got a set of acrylics which are all breaking off on vacation and was over charged, they force you to write reviews so they seem better than they are. Do not go here!

I am in town from Colorado visiting family and wanted to get my nails done. I was googling a bunch of different places and looking at reviews and pictures. Family nails has Jelly nails which I have been trying to find a place in Colorado who does them since last summer and I have not been able to find anyone. I came into Family nails to get the Jelly nails and she did a phenomenal job! I love them so much! If I end up moving here I have found my nail salon and dont need to go anywhere else. Thank you again.

Overall, I had bad experience it wasnt pleasing at all! The place wasnt clean when I went to wash my hands didnt have any napkins to dry my hands and didnt disinfect any of the stuff they had and didnt offer me anything and didnt give me any greetings and also, asks you for your cell phone for them to put 5 stars on there own page.me and my mother got our acrylics done and they didnt do a good job at all they left pieces of little hair on my nails I asked them to do them longer an they were convinsing me to get them shorter not just that but they were going to charge me $80 just for gel color and length.my mother nails the sides of our nails are curvy bumpy sloppy.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL IT MIGHT HAVE GOOD STARS BUT AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM DONE NO THANK YOU!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I will definitely go here from now on. They can do the cutest nail art, and have super fun stickers. If you’re looking for a salon that can do pin test type manicures this is perfect. They are so kind and treat you like family. Wendy, Rose and Vivian helped us today. Vivian did such an amazing job on my nails. 10/10 recommend. It was only 45 dollars for a fill with gel, coffin shape, a design on one finger, a sticker on another and gems! Totally worth it!
