My daughter and I went to Wild Nails to have a mother and daughter day. We both had ample services. I had a spa pedicure with callous removal and a gel manicure with one acrylic nail. My daughter had acrylics and a pedicure. Neither of us left satisfied. The “matching” colors the tech picked out for me did not match, at all. I was told I would be charged an extra fee to repaint. The polish is sloppy. I could have done a finer job. And my daughter. Here is where the real debacle comes in. She brought in a photo. The length and texture of her finished nails was about as off as they can be. Her nails looks short. And bubbly instead of long and beautiful, per the photo. I am also fairly certain the tech and the owner were making fun of us in Vietnamese. I do know a few words here and there as I am an educator, and have picked up a few words from my wonderful Vietnamese students. My daughter left also unhappy with the botched nail job she received. I drove her down the road to another salon that immediately got her in, commented on the debacle of her nail job and is taking care of her as I type. I called the salon to let them know how we felt. And they did not give a darn, not even a bit. I would steer clear of this one. Absolutely horrific experience. 200 later to be starting over down the street.

Went to get a fill he could not get the shape right as you can see with the ring finger. Secondly make sure you guys check your receipt they make up prices in their heads and when bringing up the issue politely it was handled poorly and very unprofessional he had stated “it was not much of a difference and I recommend you not to coming back” when he had to correct the mistake.

Excellent vibe. Did such a nice job on my toes. I highly recommend.

Vanessa was super kind and personable. My daughter wanted to have a spa day so I took her for her very first pedicure and we had a wonderful experience here. The prices were also very fair. We will definitely be back!

Everyone is so friendly! Never have a problem of scheduling an appointment, Im taken care of right away when I arrive. I love watching HGTV when Im getting my pedicure.

It was wonderful aside from the gel polish on one of my nails completely coming off the next day. Disappointing, but aside from that the experience was great. They were kind and accommodating.

I’ve been here four times. The first few times the owner or his wife had done my nails and did a fantastic job. The last time there was a man with a shaved head and my fill was hands down the most painful I have ever had. He got the prep chemicals all over my fingers and my hands were ON FIRE the entire time. He was also very rough with the drill to the point the skin around my nails was torn up. The polish was very poorly done and streaky. He blamed it on the matte topcoat- but I have always gotten matte and they have never looked so bad.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Extremely rushed.

Went in for pedicure, was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

My nail tech burned with the partisan wax for my feet, she was not apologetic. And charged me a $1.00 more then she should have. Im to nice b/c I still tipped her. I wont be back! Plus of course they talk about you in their language so rude ! Especially when they laugh.

One of my favorite places to get a nice pedicure. I never get a chance to make appointments and they are pretty quick if you just walk in. Service is great! I highly recommend this place.

Been going there for about 12 or more years they are great people that do great work they are great with kids too and have a large variety of colors in gel, acrylic, and regular polishes. They also do really pretty designs. Vanessa and Bobby the owners run this place wonderfully and she is great at eyebrow waxing.

I love this place. We had appointments at a different place down the street and waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged when I decided to check out Wild Nails. The man I spoke with told me there was no wait and put me down for 2 pedicures & a manicure. We ditched the place we were at and went straight over to Wild. Within 3 minutes of arriving my mom and I were starting our pedicures and soon after my sister was getting her manicure.Theyve got great service, seem to have a pretty hygienic set up, and made our usually funky-looking feet look pretty darn good. Well definitely be going back here for girls day!

Ive been going to this place for several months and they are fantastic. I get my nails done and pedicures. They never disappoint. Im quite picky with how I like my nails and they are one of the few salons that do them how I like.The prices are very fair and I feel like the pedicures include more than average.

I asked for gel nails, I bet you can yes, yes I was previously charged for gel pedi.1 week later my toe nails got ruin immediately after swimming. I went to a different salon to get my nails redone, to find out my polish was regular polish... I remember why I stopped going here in the first place 🙄

Ive been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. The owners work the salon and are fantastic! They know and greet everyone by name as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is equally kind and personable.

Ive gone 3x now to get my nails done - different days, different times - each time they were too busy to squeeze me in and was told it would be over an hour to be seen. I dont know if its a staffing issue or what but they dont seem to have enough nail technicians to handle the walkin business here in Surprise. Wont be going back.

The owners wife is absolutely unprofessional. She argues with me and full blown turned my 4yo daughter down for a simple decal after making her wait TWO HOURS!! Ill never step foot in again based off the rude attitude and extreme unprofessionalism.

Tried several other nails salons in surprise and none top wild nails. They do the best job and are gentle. Very affordable and amazing quality and durability. My tech is vanessa. Overall incredible salon.

Got a great gel manicure and pedicure. Staff was very friendly and prices competitive.

Just walked in at 5pm to get my nails dipped. The little girl that worked in the front told me they wouldn’t have time to do my nails. It was only two other people in this place that were already finishing there services. They closed at seven. When did dipping take two hours?? I was livid. Please please please don’t spend your money here. They are lazy as hell.

Wife and I enjoy a good pedi, this place is one of our favorite. Would recommend to anyone looking to relax their feet :)

Worst experience ever! Cuts your cuteicals and only wants your money! Will never spend $40 there ever again. For paint on my nails when i clearly asked for french color tips when i sat down with the nice lady who did my pedicure. I liked her. But i give the other people 5 thumbs down! Horrible service. 5 years doing nails and thats how you talk to your customers. Bravo lady. 👏👏👏👏 Real lady like and manager material right there. Bravo. Never go here. I wouldnt and i am only here on vacation. I would of rather paid a homeless person and buy them dinner to do this kind of work.

While I do like my nail shape I have a huge problem with their pricing the AND UP means whatever Price theythink up and itis the most outrageous amounts! I have been there 3times for various things &the cost is more than any other nail salon around for miles! I had a fill after about a 10days of nails so very little to be done $36 and my daughters same thing and $33??owner just got back from Hawaii so I guess thats why prices have to be up up up...i will NOT go back. Lost of 2 customers
