I absolutely love Amy and this nail salon. They are welcoming and kind. Amy’s mom runs the salon and she is so cute and sweet! They are great at nail designs. Best nail shop!

In January 2021 I moved to Surprise AZ, I needed a new nail place and came across Elles Nails and I have been going back ever since. Tina and her daughter Amy are amazing at what they do never been disappointed. Not only are they great at their work but me being new to the state and already being nervous they made me feel at home, they both are very comforting. Will be going there as long as I live here. Highly recommend!!!

Amy was more than amazing with my nails, Im in town from Chicago and have never been this satisfied with a set of nails before! She is a seriously great artist, takes her time and makes sure they are perfect. Kimberley had me nice and relaxed with a pedicure to remember!

The lady said it was going to be $50 dollars for my toes and a full set and then we started to do my nails and she cut them to short so i asked to do the lm a little longer and she had attitude but she re did the nails she didn’t even ask me how long i wanted them and did them again two short and then they changed the price to $70 and i said i wasn’t paying that they also did them not straight.

Will never return. Went in for a pedicure and asked what it would cost to just cut the cuticles on my hands. The owner clearly quoted me $5 and I agreed. When I was charged $10 for the cuticle cutting on top of the pedicure I told the manicurist that it was supposed to be $5. Then the owner said she told me $10 and was adamant when I challenged her. Why would I agree to pay $10 for a cuticle trim when a full manicure is just a few dollars more? I have never posted a review before, but am absolutely livid at how dishonest the owner was. Tipped the manicurist the intended $10 on what was to have been a $35 total for services as it was not her fault, but will never go back and will make sure to have my friends avoid that salon.

My experience was appalling. I made an appointment and asked if masks were still be required and was told yes. So when I showed up and was seated at a station the young lady did have a mask on. I asked her if she was going to put her mask on and she pulled it up to her chin. So I asked again and she said go over to the table across the salon and that woman would do my nails. I started walking to the new station and the first girl stood up and coughed directly at me and started laughing. While my first reaction would not have been I appropriate, I quickly shelved it and just walked out of the salon.

DISHONEST, MANIPULATIVE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I called the owner Elle 3 weeks prior to my granddaughter returning home from college to visit for Thanksgiving. I asked Elle how much she would charge for my granddaughter to get acrylics with a gel polish, full set… She said for you, only $25! I said really Elle? And she said yes $25. I told her I would call soon as my granddaughter got home and schedule her an appointment. My granddaughter arrived home a few days ago and called me and asked me if I could still get her that deal on her nails. I called the owner of the shop Elle once again and asked her if she would honor the 25$ deal for a full set of acrylics with a gel polish that she had quoted me a few weeks prior. The owner Elle replied “yes for you $25.” I then intern asked her to write down and schedule my granddaughter‘s appointment using her name and asked her to write down $25 special price next to the appointment… When my granddaughter arrived and had her appointment, the owner said oh no 15 more dollars for gel polish. What a waste of my time in a manipulation just to get my granddaughter in the door and to up charge her anyway. And then to top everything off, my granddaughter had a photograph of the finish that she wanted done on her nails. The appointment had been with the owner of the shop Elle, and Elle passed her off to her daughter and the daughter didn’t file the nails anywhere near the shape in the photograph she did them square instead of the coffin-like finish. My granddaughter being the kind soul that she is still tipped her six dollars and left the store very disappointed and called me. She asked her technician to fix and they wanted to charge her more money. I then called the owner and asked her why she didn’t honor her promise to me, lied to me and then if she was proud of the work that they had done. The owner treated me with disrespect and disregard. I will not recommend the shop to any of my friends or family anymore and they have lost me as a consistent client!!!! I will not return here… She should be ashamed of herself for lying to me several times just to get her in the door.

I have been coming here for at least 13 years.I love these ladys. They do some of the best pedicures around.

Loved my 1st experience. The girl was funny, owners daughter. She and I had good conversation and she did a wonderful job on my nails. Since returning the price went from $35 to $50 for just acrylic with gel and a simple line design on two fingers. Ive had to have those two fingers redone twice.

Worse nail salon in surprise. They literally did my nails a couple days ago and they got messed up and said I have to pay when they didn’t do a good job . Never going back there. They take advantage of you. Manager doesn’t even care about customers either!

I had a wonderful time not only do my feet look great there are a fun loving group of people who work there. We all wore mask but didn’t let it stop us from enjoying the experience. Thank you ladies

Great place to get your nails done they make sure your nails look awesome and they make sure it stays on for a long time. They have variety of colors and styles from acrylics to dipping to just gel manicures and also their prices are affordable. I definitely recommend this place very clean they always use sterile tools and liners.

My husband and I love getting our pedicures here. They have variety of choices and prices, depending on what you want done. They have a treatment called New skin that awesome on our feet. I dont know if they still cave a coconut treatment but that was one of my favorites as well. I love everyone there and the environment. Thank you all for an amazing service.

1st time out to get nails done since virus hit our country. They put plexiglass inbetween pedicure chairs, and on nail stations. They had you use hand sanitizer on entering store, n wiped down door handle after you walk in. It was 100 plus outside, air was on in salon, but they opened front door for 5-10 minutes to get fresh air in. Classy.Lisa did great job on my nails, felt very safe in there. Staff all had masks on, most customers did too. They vigously wiped down chairs after customers got up. Staff have completing training for covid 19, n posted their certificates. Very impressed.

Clean, but cluttered. Staff were pleasant. They do sterilize everything ! I had a full set put on. Ill be going back for a pedicure in a couple of weeks, so Ill see how they do with that. Their prices are a little cheaper than everyone else and they offer competitors coupons! So Im hoping I found my nail salon I can go to permanently .😎

During the trimming part, the nail technician injured the nail bed area and then said I had done this prior to my visit. She then bent it back causing bleeding near the base of the nail and showed it to the owner like I had done this prior to my visit. Not so. This person used a battery operated sanding tool which might have also caused the problem. I ended up having to have the nail sealed with polymer material and hope that the nail grows out without an infection. I had to pay extra for that. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this salon. The owner made me feel like I was lying about this injury which occurred in her salon.

I went in for a fill and to fix two broken nails and the owner did such a bad job at fixing two lousy nails. They aren’t coffin shape at all they’re just lumpy and aren’t the same length as my other nails. It’s like she didn’t even try. She could have gotten way closer to my cuticles as well. I also got a pedicure and wasn’t given the option to choose what kind of pedicure I wanted. My toe nails didnt get cut and the nail polish is so light that I can still see my toe nails. I’m mad I wasted money here. If you’re gonna go here make sure you get the owners daughter and not the owner because the daughter actually takes her time unlike the owner who is always in a rush for some reason.

This place is absolutely awful. I’ve given them chance after chance to do my nails. Every time I go, I am thoroughly disappointed. Last time I went they got acrylic all over my skin, and didn’t clean it off. There were bumps in the nails from clumps they didn’t file away, and the polish was not clean around my nail. When I noticed this I asked for it to be fixed and all they did was put on another layer of polish and send me on my way. I also then noticed that I had paid $5 more for coffin shape, and when I saw my friends coffin shape nails, mine basically looked square. They don’t take time or pride in their work at all. I called back about 3 days later to ask to come in and have them fixed for free, because I’m not trying to waste $30 on some boujee nails. I called and they said I could come back in and get them fixed. Happily, I go back to doing what I was doing, and I get a call back from them, this time the manager, screaming at me, literally calling me stupid for not saying something when I was in there. But I did say something, they just didn’t fix the problem. But without listening to me she continued on screaming, so I said “Well if you can’t even do nails right then I won’t be coming back to your store” instead of trying to make a paying, returning customer happy, she said “Okay, thank you bye” and I hung up. This was the worst I’ve ever been treated by a company and I don’t think anybody should spend their waking moments in this salon. ESPECIALLY not their hard-earned money. Go to the Nail and Spa in the next mall down, MUCH better customer service, much better work, and even better prices.

I am so impressed! First of all I called at 8:40 am on a SUNDAY! They answered and said they could do a manicure right away. As soon as I walk in Im greeted by the manager. She brings me over to pick a color. Then, she starts my water. The nail tech greets me and introduces herself. Her name is Gracie. Sweet woman. They speak in Vietnamese about me and without me having to ask she explains what she said.I couldnt believe it. I will NEVER go to another salon again.

The owner is rude. 3 of us had a pedi appt, we arrived on time. We wanted to look at nail polish colors and the owner SCREAMED at us, sit down and pointed to the chairs. We told her we wanted to look at nail polish colors, she again screamed for us to sit down. Its not as if there is a language barrier, owner has been in the U.S. for over 20 years! Save yourself time and an uncomfortable experience and go to another salon who is more professional. Will never darken their doorway again!

Wont be going back. Had a pedicure and manicure, but the experience was not pleasant. Plus, they put flip flops on my feet that I believe others have worn. I immediately put on my own flip flops, also the old man who did my pedicure was too rough. NEVER GOING BACK!

Typically friendly greeting, no complaints there. Waiting for my car to be finish for a oil change. Just wanted a basic polish of my hands and feet. So the feet where done first, once again no complaints. Im walked to the hand polish station and the lady asks me for payment now. That is just how she said it! I was taken back, but provided her with my debit. Very uncomfortable, but didnt ask why or anything like that. No confrontation needed! I just watch to see if this is how everyone else was treated. If they were asked in the MIDDLE of service to pay. Nope no one. So my only conclusion was because of my race. :/ so sad! I felt so discriminated against. I will never go back! On top of 3 of my finger nails messed up. Ughhhh. Maybe this is typical

The experience was Great and the Customer Service was nice. the actual shop is very clean and organized saw that they were very sanitized when it came to the tools they used as was the nice comfy chairs for the pedicure.

They change prices on you, called to ask about gel manicure was told $22 mine ended up actually being $25 no big deal, my sisters manicure ended up being $35 because she got a glitter accent nail. $10 extra for a “design” is what she was told!! That’s insane, and the manager was awful!!!! Will not be going back.
