All I can say is flawless work. The best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. Well worth the money.

I really can’t believe I’m writing this review after all the times I’ve gone here and have had excellent service but tonight, that wasn’t the case. I called the owner (Kelly) at 5:18 and she answered and told me to come in 15 min and she could see me for a gel manicure and pedicure. I arrived at 5:32 was told to pick a color and I would be seen shortly. (The salon closes at 7)I waited about 15 min quietly and in good spirits. I was brought back and the girl started removing my gel polish with the buff, wrapped my nails and went to the other hand to finish removing. At thatPoint I asked if we were doing my manicure first today because typically would get my nails wrapped and be seated for my pedicure ( as they do at every nail salon)She told me we would remove all gelAnd start my pedicure ( was extremely rushed)I was then brought to the chair and another lady began my pedicure. The First Lady came over and said she would continue my manicure while doing my pedicure. I politely just said okay and let her continue. When she got to the polish they brought a big pillow and laminate paper and placed in my lap. It was extremely uncomfortable and just a lot when you are paying $45 for a special pedicure and would just like to relax after a long day. I politely asked if we could finish the polish after my pedicure and the lady bluntly said no. I said “ okay it’s just uncomfortable and a lot doing both at once”Kelly then chimed in and started yelling that she was late to get her kids already and the girl painting my nails was already late. She also started screaming and saying I was rude everytime I come in… ( this is 100% not true as I always ask how she is, her child is, how her family and day has been)I just simply said Kelly that is not true. If I was told originally that they had to get their kids I wouldn’t have even said anything but that was never communicated to me.The woman doing my pedicure continued, I could tell Kelly was talking ill about me by using google translate.. I then stated that I didn’t want to get my nails painted or my toes.When I got up I was told I would still pay full price either way and I could get the cops called or sit down and finish. I told her I did not wish to do so as she was clearly aggravated and being extremely rude…..We went back and fourth and she kept getting louder and more disrespectful.I finally stated I would just pay the full price because I was so in shock and disgusted with her behavior. While paying Kelly asked me “ Is your wallet even real”( I have a fake LV and it’s obvious but who cares)I have never in my life experienced disrespect and poor service like that…$70 and left with no polish on either nails and the worst customer service you could imagine.After years of going to this salon I sadly say that I will never return…Word of mouth is the ultimate power :)

I love Kelly, she’s amazing. She tries to give you the best advice when it comes to your nails. They don’t try to trick you into paying more. Becoming a regular there, it just gets better and better. My nails always look great and last a really long time.

3 WORDS... OMG! Great atmosphere! Great customer service! Great services offered! Mrs. Linda did me right. Went in on a Sunday for a pedicure. I was promptly greeted a told my bath would be ready momentarily. I asked to wash my hands and by time I came back. I was asked sit in this soft massage chair. Was offered a complementary beverage. And Linda went to town. I fell asleep twice and woke up to feet I would be glad to sport in flip flops. Thanks Mrs. Linda! 10 out of 5

The place is clean and the people are nice. I really enjoyed myself and will be coming back soon to get my nails done too. Its nice to find a place that offers all of the services I like in the same location, I just moved here and I used to have to go to one place for waxing services and another place for nails; not anymore! 🥳 thanks ladies!! 💕

This is without a doubt the the best place to get your nails, massage, etc done with perfection ! I’ve been coming her for over a year and I refuse to go anywhere else! Kelly, Lee, and everyone there are great and consistent with what they do. Beautiful people with wonderful service!

All the sets Ive gotten here Ive liked. The staff are friendly and the shop is clean. However, I strongly recommend making an appointment. Also, they can make you feel rushed at times. My last visit I felt rushed through by Kelly and have several small issues. There was also poor communication on their part which lead me to having uneven nails. Im not a shrinking violet so Ill be making sure this doesnt happen again to me at least. Ill be returning, but any new customer should bear these things in mind and speak up if they have concerns.

The place is about an hour away from where I live but so worth the drive. I absolutely LOVE my nails! The I wish I would have asked the ladies name who did them to give credit, she was so sweet and did wonderful job with the nails! Ill definitely go back and id recommend them to anyone! 😊

I decided to come here because of the great rating they have online. I havent had my nails done professionally in 2 years and this was my 4 year old daughters first time with a professional polish. They dont do walk ins but they accepted my daughter and I. They were fast, but efficient and the work is BEAUTIFUL. My daughter and I will be going back again!

Don’t waste time! Service is good WHEN YOU CAN GET IT! They need way more employees! Two weeks and I still have not been able to get my eyebrows done!! Hire more people and stop trying to close at 6 pm when your door says 7 pm!!

I am not usually one to even write reviews, however, I came in to get my eyebrows done like many times before. I have always been pleased but today the lady doing my eyebrows got the wax in my hair! I understand mistakes happen but as soon as I felt the warmth from the wax she immediately cut my hair and said “oop”. When I asked her why she did that she lied and said “umm no wax got in hair”. Really? Because I legitimately felt her cut a piece of my hair and seen her throw it on the floor behind you. I definitely don’t recommend.

I started coming to this shop about five months ago because they do such a good job and shop I was going to was doing a horrible job. I usually go to Hien(ken) the guy who sits at the second desk from the front because he does such a awesome job. Today I called and asked if he had openings today and the lady said yes 415pm, I said ok thank you I got there a few minutes early and he was still working which is fine. He usually takes his time to do my nails today was rushed, my nails aren’t even, it was no overlay put on top of my dip nails just gel polish my nails are dull looking and they sticky not quality of work he usually does. Bottom line if you didn’t feel like doing my nails because it was almost time for you to go home then you guys shouldn’t have made the appointment. I would have been ok with coming another day. I won’t be back because I don’t like when I have to spend my money on something I am not happy with.

We were scheduled at first thing when they opened and we had to wait because of a mix up in scheduling. I had a pedicure and Ken was the person who did mine. A very bad job. I left with the bottom of my feet looking like they werent done at all. My friend had a manicure and Ken did hers also. She got a gel polish and after less than a week the polish was chipping off. We both decided we wouldnt be back.

I called last minute to see whether they were walking or appointment only. they said they were appointment only but she had an opening right then if I could come so I did and they did take me right away. as I was sitting there waiting for my nails to dry I did notice that they did accept walk-ins I guess as long as they are not overcrowded. still best to make an appointment probably so that youre not turned away. They had sanitizer at the door and everyone had to wear a face mask. if you do not bring your own face mask they will sell you one for $1 which is pretty reasonable. You can pay by credit card but there is a 3% up charge for credit card so if you dont want to pay that extra charge bring cash. I had the regular pedicure for $30 and the guy did a good job He did a nice job with the massage and a nice job on the color. I am satisfied and will probably go there again. The only thing negative to say is that they did offer me something to drink and I accepted but they never brought the drink. A small thing but just saying.

I paid 30$ for a pedicure it was my 1st time here along with my sister and we we’re not at all satisfied at all I basically paid 30$ for someone to paint my nails the bottom of my feet are still pretty rough it’s almost like they just cleaned it. I do not recommend them for Callus removal.

They have a great atmosphere, very clean, and even some friendly employees.. however, I came here to get my feet done and after paying 55 dollars.. it was absolutely NOT worth it. My feet havent been done in a while so they needed tlc.. the lady I had felt like she barely did any work to the point I went and bought things to finish the job. I will not be going back here again. Im not happy with my money spent. On top of it all they kept giggling and looking at me. Very unpleasant experience

My wedding nails I paid $70 FELL off and the lady got an attitude with me and wanted to be rude because I told her it was bad! And my thumbs weren’t even at all. I came back the morning of my wedding to have them fixed abc she literally was yelling at me. Rosie. Then I came back the day after my wedding and she had to redo all of them. They still fell off after only two weeks.

Everyone leaves this place happy and feeling great. The message chairs are top of the line. Everything is super clean. I experienced the Deluxe pedicure and am glad I spent the extra $10. Loved the choice of scents for my message. Felt special every step of the way. Peaceful environment.

Received a pedicure and my partner got her nails done and a pedicure and we are extremely happy with the way our nails and toes turned out. The staff is friendly, talented, and extremely receptive to your needs and requests. I highly recommend them. My partners nails look amazing and the woman who did her nails took her time and explained every step in the process. Even made recommendations!! Love this place and so will you.

There is NOTHING negative i can say about this salon! They are professional and make you feel so welcomed. Extremely talented techs, to the point you trust them all with your nails. I had a fill-in done and a pedicure as well. The experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional. The atmosphere was relaxing not to mention the establishment is very clean and very well put together. This was my first visit, but, definitely not my last. Ive found a new nail salon that Im making my permanent home.😁

Nails were cut too short, super uneven, and the shape was awkward. On top of that I had matte black GEL polish put on and within 3 days it was chipping.

I had pedicure in and new set put on Thursday lost. Nail and another letting up. I went to get fixed they act like I did something wrong. $164 I should be here waiting over an 1hr.

I found my new love. I just cant believe that there is someone who can literally give me exactly what I want when m or comes to my nails design. They are very patient and I just love their service. Love their music variety. Its not too busy but due to limited staff, I cant just walk in on weekends and get elaborate nails. I have to make an appointment.

If I could give no stars I would. Was my first time going and will never return! They told me 65 total for my ombre full set with glitter than wanted to charge me 10 extra for the glitter umm talk about deceitful! They said they couldnt do two toned ombre either which was the reason I came. I had to fix my nails up when I got home best I could. I tell u dont waste your money here! 🤬

I tried this place for the first time and didn’t enjoy the treatment too much, however I liked the way my nails turned out. However, the gel polish only lasted 4 days. It didn’t chip, it just literally peeled off whole.

The place recently went under new ownership and the new owners are great! Very clean, relaxing, and outstanding customer service! The staff was professional and caring. They did a great job on my nails and even tested the color out before applying, to make sure it was what I wanted. When finished he asked me to take a look at my nails to make sure I was satisfied with them. When I was finished with my pedicure, one of the staff members took my hand and helped me out of the chair (since my toes were just done) ..its the little things that count! I highly suggest this place to anyone in the Summerville area! Also, the wait wasnt bad at all, however, one of the owners seemed to think that I was waiting long and gave me 20% off the total! Nice touch!

I love this place and will go nowhere else! The new owner, Kelly, is absolutely awesome! I HIGHLY recommend this salon, especially if you want custom designs. 3D nail art, gel polish, free hand design, spa pedicures, waxing, Kelly does it all.

Used the file too much causing nail bed indentations “moon nail.” SNS dip and ombré was too thick and acrylic tips were added when I said short nails. My nails were a good length and tips were not necessary. It took over an hour for them to be soaked off.

I called late on a Sunday asking if they had time to do a fill. They were very willing to accommodate me which I appreciated very much. Idont had my nails done out of town the day before and they did an awful job. When I got there Karen (?) looked at my nails and we together determined that they needed to be completely redone. So she took the old nails off and re-did my gel nails. Karen did an absolutely beautiful job, they truly look amazing. I am so pleased! I dont think my nails have ever looked this good ever! I will be going here from now on.

I started coming here a year ago and service was awesome but it seems just recently the service has went down tremendously!!!! I came here Valentine’s Day weekend to get my nails done and to start off the nail tech put the nail tips on the very end of my nails (they do this so that after 2 weeks your nails will start to break forcing you to come back to get it repaired) so today I went back to get my index finger fixed and the guy nail tech did not give my coffin shape to match my other nails !!!! I’m highly upset and I will not be returning ever !!! Please watch them while they are doing your nails !!!

Called to see if they can cut my elderly Mothers toe nails, was willing to pay the full price of a pedicure, explained that my mother wouldnt be able to get on the chair so they can cut them right with her sitting in her wheelchair, well heard a little hesitation then she told me they were fully booked for the rest of the week. Called back 20 minutes later from another number, and she was happy to give me an appointment I guess it depends on how much ya want to pay, do not recommend this place

Horrible messed up my nails and up charged me because I wanted white on my nails on my pedicure the next morning my big toe is inflamed looking infected and when I went back they said must be ingrown toenail it’s not my toes were fine before now after 24 hours can barely walk. Never go here unless your ok with them giving you a infection and refusing to even refund your money

I have gone to this salon at total of 7 times now, and 5 of the times I was quite happy with the pedicures however, the past 2 times I have had a manicure, the young man doesnt seem to be fully trained or confident in what hes doing. It does also take him a LONG time to do a man/pedi, the young man with the pocket watch tattoo on his forearm does amazing work. Like I started before, nice owner, just tired of being displeased with the end product, when said young man does my nails.

Very Friendly and They Make sure you stay Hydrated thats for sure, which was a very nice touch. The Gentleman who did my nails was very Detailed! It took a while tho.

I seen this nail shop advertised on IG per the picture I asked who was the name tech and was informed Kelly. The response told me to text her for an appointment so I texted the number thinking I was scheduling with Kelly once getting to the salon she wasnt there so they fit me in. Come to find out when texting the number you have to request Kelly because she schedules for the entire nail salon. So instead Kim did my nails, while she was doing them I had to tell her to put more acrylic on the edges. Being that I was the last client I left not fully satisfied. I called up to the salon after a couple of days and my nails were sagging on the edges. At that time I spoke to Kelly she told me to come back to fix. She fixed all except the fingers that had the design on them. The nails she fixed after a week I had to file a few of them due to snagging. The nails with the designs included. I never had this issue before especially with a fresh overlay that Kim did. I appreciate Kelly for trying to fix the problem but still not satisfied.

Roughest and most painful pedicure Ive ever had. My heels and the tips of my toes are red, 4 hours later. Ill never go back or recommend it. If someone from this salon reads this, please ask your techs to be more gentle. A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing and pleasurable experience.

Very friendly and fast without being careless

I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. I had to wait for 25 mins to even get started. My pedicure was far from relaxing. My gel manicure looks worse than any I have ever gotten. There is polish all over my fingers, spots on the side of my nails that arent even polished, and they are filed crooked. On top of that, I dont know what kind of gel polish they use but it doesnt look or feel like it at all. Then I get home 3 hours later and realize my pedicure polish is gummy and has rubbed almost completely off one on my toes! I paid $68 just to have to go get it redone elsewhere. Needless to say, I will never be returning and am beyond disappointed to have wasted 2 hours of my time.

Only place I trust to do my eyebrows. They are perfect every time and I always get compliments. Takes about an hour and a half for a mani pedi. I take my 96 year old great grandmother here about one a month to get her gel nails done and she is always happy with it.

I’ve recently moved to the area and tried out several salons and didn’t like the results but loved what Kelly did for me here. I got a 10% discount for paying in cash on Tuesday and I will be sure to be back !

My experience was horrible. My nails started to break only a week after I got them done. And when I went in person, the person doing my nails wasn’t very nice.

I have come here on several occasions and always had great service until I had a complaint. I came in and expressed my concern about a service I received that was poor and I was treated very unprofessional and told to come back the next day. When I expressed I could not come back the next day due to out of town work business, the manager repeatedly stated I need to come back and that it would be a very long wait. I was never rude or demanding, I simply wanted the service corrected because like every other paying customer I expect to get what I pay for. The manager was very rude. I never said anything rude, I simply sat down and waited. The service will be corrected and this will be the last time I give them any business. I was very disappointed in the service I received.

BEWARE!!! I was a customer for the last 2 yrs and the new people today do crappy work and had the nerve to charge me $91 for half of a pedicure the African american woman didnt finish my pedi massage and she clipped my big toe crooked. The guy did my toe polish and fill in and it was not even gel powder just gel polish. What a rip off I wont be back!!!

I bought a mani pedi.He cut my nails down to the nail bed which is exactly the opposite of my request. I dont think he understood English.He also burned me with the water and towel.I wont return needless to say.

Called and was quoted a price drove all the way from West Ashley to Summerville got there and she change the price in because I didn’t agree with her change in the price she told me she was not going to serve me it was only 6:15 and the shop didn’t close until 7
