This salon needs help they really should consider going back thru cosmology school the work is so sloppy and inconsistent. I had to tell the lady in my nails to base colors that barely show with white or another color to get the correct color. Don’t waste your money

Lady was rude, my nails didnt look how I wanted. My pinkies didnt even match in size. Not to mention my pointer finger was beyond crooked. And when I told her the problems, she just asked me what did I want her to do about it. It looked fine.

I used to come here with a few friends to use the service, and its really bad, everything is old and dirty, towels like 10 years old, I see them using lotion of other people and put it on my feet, they did it very quickly and took money, I didnt relax at all, they talked very rude. Service and price is not appropriate, I will not come back again! * I even saw cockroaches and flies around me, all stinking *

This nail salon is closest to me so it is usually my go-to. I dont remember the older gentlemans name, but he is great for a spa pedi! Takes his time and does great work. I will say, I have gone in and had another lady work on me, who I felt tried to rush through it but still did a great job overall.

Paid 90 for mani and pedi 2nd day paint was already chipping. Went back to have them re painted not even 24hrs paint is chipping again. Never going back again

A friend and I got pedicures here on 3/6/2021 and will never go back. The man and woman who did our pedicures were extremely rough. The massages were painful, and our legs and feet were bright red from being scrubbed with so much force.

Dipped my real nails 2 days one was broke just from doing a button on my pants. Went back. They fixed it poorly and on the fifth day 2 nails had cracks. They did not use enough dipping powder or a cheap brand so my nails were weak. Polish also chipping after one week. Toes were jacked up too. Poorly done. Nail polish on skin...smh Will not never ever go back and I advise anyone else not to go here.

I went in for a pedicure. She rushed threw it, and charged me $35 for 30 minutes. They were very busy. My nails look so ugly! I feel the owner is more about business than quality!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, I’m sorry. When I got there, their communication wasn’t clear, and throughout the appointment, they barely said a thing to me except when the guy did my hands, he talked a bit. But I was charged $85 for gel mani and it seemed to me that I didn’t get gel pedi because there was a difference in color. Then, two days later, I had one of my fingers chip. FOR $85 BUCKS! I had friends with cheaper nails who went to the same place.

If you want your nails done for a reasonable place, this is the place for you. If you want your nails to last longer than a week or a week and a half, this isn’t it. When I first started coming I was being charged $35 for an acrylic set with gel polish. Somehow, since October the price has suddenly jumped from $35 to $55. What’s even more funny about that statement is my friend was charged $35 seconds before I was charged $55. With that being said, I won’t be returning. The technicians are extremely rude and will talk about you in front of you. I was HOUNDED by Bella who kept begging me to get my nails done while I was sitting next to my friend who was getting hers done, even though I had got mine done two days prior to that. She asked me three times if I was getting my nails done and the last time she asked I felt a little more irritated and I said “no, I just told you I got them done two days ago.” And she said “cheap, cheap cheap cheap.” And started mocking me in front of me. I won’t be returning because with the way you get treated, the inconsistent pricing, the rude technicians, and the nails that don’t last past a week a half. For the price I’ve been paying to go here, I can go to a more upscale salon and get treated the way I deserve.

I will never waste my money here again. My acrylic nails didn’t even last a week, when they usually last 3 weeks to a month (when I go elsewhere). Not to mention they aren’t even good at nails two of their techs couldn’t even do a simple square shape like what?!?

Went here today for the first time, around 4:20 pm. Okay love love love! These girls are AMAZING! They did such a good job with my acrylics. They have tons of gel color selections and designs. Well worth it! This is where Ill come every time now!

I started coming here and had a new acrylic set done, dip powder and a fill in. I had a good experience first few times until today, I wanted a color change and a gel polish on my toes, I did not want a fill as I was not due for one yet. I asked the man how much it would be and I asked him three times and he told me $25! SO I proceeded and I told him I wanted black nails, everything was fine until I went to pay and he ended up charging me $45! I know gel polish does not cost $45! That’s expensive for just polish... so I told the lady and she refused to adjust. I will be calling my bank to get my money back! Needless to say I won’t be back either and also I asked for black nails and ended up with indigo colored nails! I’ll stick to the nail shop in Northwoods!

Got a full set done by this nail shop! The staff also have a large menu of adult beverages. Unfortunately, I cant remember his names but she is very helpful! And for hẻ expertise in picking out the perfect colors for me. It was a good salon!! I will definitely be switching over to this salon!

The guy did a fast, but great job. The only thing I didnt like was the lady trying to over charge me. Bulletin said one price, she said another, then he gave me the same price as on the board, which she got mad about. Just cause a hurricane was slowly approaching, doesnt give you the right to overcharge when your prices are clearly listed. You want us to pay more, change your board

Honestly the worst place to get your nails done my nails are lopsided l, it looks as though I have three different shapes. And they are much shorter than I asked. Then on top of that he tried to charge me $50 for “two colors” when I asked him if it was asked earlier and he said no and for “ stiletto “, it was rushed and there were little kids running around, and even the workers were making fun of customers. I even have fell polish on on my finger. I will start doing my own nails from now on.

This was oct. 9. Lady had me wait 15min after putting nails on. I always get my nails done and they never done this. Then proceeded to have me wait another five minutes while she was on the phone. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Well lets start here I went there and all the people who were supposed to be working were on there phone. I got there and they were doing my feet and randomly asked me if I have money I said um yes. He said oh ok and I told the guy what color I wanted and he did a different. Then he was doing my nails he grab the wrong color once again and put it on and then I realized it and I was like no that is the wrong color I said can u please take that other color off? He said no I will paint over it and it was gel nails and they looked terrible!i payed $75 dollars for that ! Dont waste your money there

I have tried SO many nail salons in the area; without question, this place is the BEST! The ladies here were sweet and attentive. Comfortable chairs and good hygiene overall. Absolutely, 5 Stars!

Was in and out too quickly guy acted like he was mad when I said I didn’t want gel nails I just wanted paint. I got in at 1:55 and was out by 2:15. Only been four days and my paint is already chipping and falling off.

Honestly sooo in love with this place! My nail technician was friendly, honest, and did an excellent job with my manicure. This place has a high volume of clientele so you know they are good. I really will stop going to all other salons and wait to return to this place.

The staff has a wide range of colors for both gel and regular polishes. Everyone is cheerful and friendly. And did a fabulous job on my nails. One of the best salon experiences Ive ever had!

Staff was polite. The wait wasnt bad. A little more on the high side for pedicures. Just didnt like it when they started talking to each other in....ummm not sure (you get the point) when I asked for clear polish with glitter. Hehe

I walked in on a Friday afternoon, they seated me right away for a fill in. My nails look amazing and it was very affordable! I will DEFINITELY be back! 😃

Took my daughter to get her nails done last week and three fell off since then. Went back to get them replaced and was charged same $40 over again for basic gel nails. Will not be returning.

I should have reviewed the comments before coming here!!! I asked for a French gel overlay and they said they could do it and THEY LIED! Once they started and I mentioned what are you doing, they said this is better. I said I like what I had and I want what I came in here for. Since it was essentially too late to back out now and Im traveling for work tomorrow I decided to let them do the gel polish in French. I paid and left for good.

If I could leave NO stars I would! My nails are completely ruined and the nail tech that serviced me was very rude, mean, and disrespectful! I showed her a photo of what the shape I wanted my nails, asked if she could do it, she said yes. When she began it didnt look right so I asked if she was sure shed be able to duplicate the style. Again she said yes. As she proceeded, she threw my hand around instead of asking that I switch hands. When it was time to Polish my nails she literally threw the sample gel colors at me. At that point I lost it and request that she just take my payment for what shed done so far so that I could go elsewhere to have my nails done properly. The manager on duty was just as rude as the tech. Never again will I return.

This place gives very poor service. The wait time is short but the cleanliness issues they have going on are very bad. I highly recommend not going here.

I have been a customer here for years and have always left satisfied. Im pretty picky about how my nails are done and if its not right the owners make sure youre pleased before you leave. Even when its crowded, the wait is not too long.

I’d give 0 star if I could....... Went here today to have my daughters nails done, not very busy. They sat her in a chair at a desk for an hour and did nothing while laughing it up, talking about customers and being rude! Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere! I got gel nails for the first time. The pedicure with acrylic polish is still good a week and a half later. The gel took longer and hasnt chipped in the week and a half. However, the technician did something where my cuticles are raw and the skin is peeling back. Its very uncomfortable and has bled a little. Lotion isnt helping much. The day after she did my nails, my pinkie was sore and red from her trying to get the line correct. I dont think Ill be going back to the salon. Ive had better coverage when I do my nails at home.

I just left this salon and was told to not come back because I asked for a cut down on my acrylic nails. Ken the nail technician told me I was not welcome there because I asked for a simple cut down. He was very rude the whole time and made me leave the salon in tears.

I will never be going here again. I went in to only get my dip powder nails removed, what should be a very quick process. The first negative I noticed was the overwhelming fumes and flies everywhere. I waited 90 minutes to even be seated, and once I was seated, and still waiting to be helped, two other women who came in after me were seated had a full manicure and pedicure while I still waited! When I was finally helped, they soaked off my nails and when they removed the foil, gave my nails a few quick wipes and that was it! I paid 10$ to have my nails still covered in clear base coat, no buffing, nothing. I do not recommend coming here.

I am not impressed with the level of service at this salon. Spent a hundred on sms nails and pedi gel polish on toes and eyebrow wax. Pedi was definitely done without a clue as to what he was doing. Eye wax lacks definition. The sms nail polish tech told me that previous set was terribly done...”too thick.” Yet, I’m back today because the nail has cracked and chipped. To my dismay this is my third time to this shop, all visits have been an issue. This is my very last time here.

I certainly wish I would have read these reviews before I went to this place. I went here Saturday simply because it was convenient to my location. I needed a fill-in. The woman talked me into getting gel polish instead of regular polish and whatever top coat she use burned my fingernails as soon as I put it into the light. My nails were also lumpy and misshapen. I told her that I was not happy with them and all she could tell me was that she would do better next time. I paid $35 and left unhappy. I went back yesterday and spoke to the manager and she fixed them for me at no charge. Now today out of nowhere one of them has chipped even though its supposed to last 2 weeks. I am so upset that I cant even go back because I would be too ugly to them. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere!

One of the worst manicures Ive had. My polish is both off my nails on some fingers and missing on the sides of some. At one point when she placed my hand in the gel light she pushed it in and hit the nail which screwed it up and she didnt notice it. My sisters nails also looked like mine: haphazard in some places and missing polish in others. It looks like we did them ourselves. I was really disappointed. Would not recommend.

Not pleased at all, came in with a couple girlfriends for mani/pedis, the pedicure was great, although he painted my toenails and it looked as if my toddler did it, tell me how my toenail smudged over an hour later, so we move on to our manicures, apperantley there is only one lady who can do gel, she tells me no problem I can do the picture that I Show her.. if this site lets me add a picture you will see how horrible of a job she did, she sees more customers walking through the door and decides to rush through, cuts me twice, I remind her that I would like a matte finish she looks at me and says yes I know, then puts a reg finishing coat on two minutes afterwards, I ended up removing the gel after 1 week bc it looked so horrible, a waste of $75. I will never go to this establishment again!

Came in for a manicure with gel polish. The manicure was her pushing my cuticles back, didn’t include cuticle remover or cuticle oil. While applying the gel polish, she got it thick in some place and it just looked messy. Needless to say I wasted $30 for a manicure that looked like a five year old painted my nails.

I think their goal is to have a price point of $30 or more. I have never paid so much even when I lived in New Jersey or traveled to Florida! This is outrageous! I should have read the reviews first! Never going back.

I went there about two weeks ago. First strike was taking others in front of me. Then rushing threw my service. Also the nail tech said she didnt have time to paint my daughters toe nails. The customer service was horrible!!! Never going back!!!

Had dipped nails done 12/7/18 with a matching pedi. The man who did my pedi was tentative and did not skip on any of the standard size. However, the same cannot be said for the woman who dipped my nails. After completing the dip there was no lotion hand message and warm towel press. $75+9% tax+ 3% credit card surcharge was not worth the services. I am used to paying $55 for gel manicure with a pedi or $65 for dipped mani with pedi and tax. Thats it and seems totally reasonable. The facility/store whatever you prefer to call it is very dated, unkept and not the most sanitary.

Called ahead made appt. Got there and they put us in chair kept switching off with other clients. I sat @ pedicure station without water for over an hour. They do not clean the stations and when they finally got to me my pedicure was like 20,mins. They did not file toes it was a real fast job. But most of all they are not clean and they reuse gloves!! None of their tools come from bags they are just reusing stuff on everyone. Gross will never go back!

First, the guy who did my nails got up in the middle of doing them and talked on the phone for about 20 minutes. He finally came back and then facetimed someone while he was doing them, and did a bad job doing them. Theyre not even and the shape is not symmetrical on either sides of my nail. Never going back.

Made two appointments for me and BFF. we got switched around by them, kept doing us and other clients at same time. And after three hours from having nails done, they still werent dry. Manicure ruined totally and leaving at 8am so no time to get re-done. Made an appointment for a pedicure the day before to bring my 84 year old mother at 10:00 am! told them Id be back in 30 min. Returned at 10:30 to find my mother totally uninformed of the 30 min delay! Total lack of concern and respect for my Mom. Informed them that this was inadmissible and would take my Moms business somewhere else!This is not how you run a business in this country!

I went there yesterday with my best friend and my daughter, all 3 of us received pedicures, if you want to call them that, the paint job is crap, and doesnt cover the toes like they should. my daughter got a paint on her fingernails and the paint is already off. I got a full set and every single nail is crooked, I took the polish off so it isnt as noticeable, and it was so sloppy, my friends looks just as bad only she had gel polish applied and is already wearing off. We called the place today because it just bothered me, and I should have went back but we do work full time schedules, so I asked one of the guy workers who obviously did not understand what i was saying at all, kept telling us to come in and as I explained to him to please set up an appointment because like I said to him numerous times we work and by the time we get off of work they are closed so an appointment would be better, he just said come in and we see and we fix. So I asked if they would just do a gift card or reimburse half of our money after we had spent 160.00 total, he said no, so I told him we would not be doing business there ever again because that kind of money you would at least get something decent and nice looking.. Definitely not what they provided... Dont waste your money unless you like looking like the ghetto girls that go and dont care what they look like.
