Took my car here for repair due to a collision. Staff was friendly and kept me involved in the process. Car was fixed perfectly and looks better than before due to new parts, new paint. They did a great job of cleaning the car too, inside and out. Really makes it feel like a new car again. Thanks!

Caliber repaired severe hail damage to my daughter’s car. The work was excellent and the service representative, Fernando, was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of our questions, the process was very straight-forward, and he kept us up-to-date on the progress of the repair. His estimate for time in shop was spot on. That helped us plan for the 3 weeks we were without the car. I highly recommend Caliber - Kyle and Fernando, in particular.

Hail damage to vehicle. Initial estimate was $6500. Final price was almost $10,000. Being insurance involved they took it to the cleaners. Previous damage to a fender was not part of the covered damage. They had the vehicle for over a month. They finished and the previous damage really stands out. Glaringly. They never offered to repair the previous damage. Nothing was said. they could have said since it is in the shop just sitting here for over a month, we can do the fender for $XXX. Nope, new ticket new price take me to the cleaners on that. Another claim, another $500, rates go up..... they have the racket down.

Not safe! Work not done or checked!Have been back 3 times . Now the run around.. We were hit by a car going 60 mph. This was a 7 month old truck. Now it’s over $13,000++ and still not running correctly. The back seat is damaged beyond repair and I have been waiting.

They took very good care of me. I was visiting out of town when I hit a concrete median. They were less than 2 miles away and took my car right away. They were willing to keep my car and let my daughter pick the car up until I could get back. They stayed in contact and gave updates on a regular basis.

A friend recommended this location to me so I drove from Austin to leave my car with the folks here due to some body/paint damage. My vehicle was returned in pristine condition and the job was done in a timely fashion. The team was friendly, professional and took all COVID precautions. I was recently involved in an accident and USAA recommended Caliber Collision here in Kyle, TX and now I completely know why. I called and scheduled my appointment and upon my arrival they already had my rental car setup and ready for me. They walked me through the process and told me everything to expect. I was initially told that my truck would take 5 to 7 days for the repairs, but to my surprise they finished it up in four. My truck looks brand new. When I picked it up they had it washed and they detailed the interior as well. They took care of returning my rental as well. Beyond my expectations, great job. The staff was very nice, personable and professional. Thank you guys for everything.

Let me first say over the years I have had my fair share of Vehicles in and out of body shops. I can say with out a doubt that this was the best one I have ever been to. My truck recently went to Caliber Collision after someone ran in to it was parked in my Driveway doing over 7k of damage. From the check in to pick up the staff as very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about the repair. The repairs where over seen by Fernando who kept me informed through the process. The total repair for the truck took a little over three weeks and they finished ahead of the scheduled time. With a repair taking this amount of time most company would stop giving you updates, but they stayed on top of the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and I will be back if I ever need any more work done (Lets hope not).
