The place was great. Chip moved from Dover Chop Shop to be closer to home. I followed him to CityBreaks. Chip is still a great barber and does a smooth hot shave. For my first experience with a hot shave he made me feel very comfortable and took his time.

My nephew wanted a specific character shaved onto the back of his head, and Brett was able to pull it off! He was professional and kind to my 6 year old nephew. The amount of work that Brett put into his haircut was incredible and he charged me a very fair price! Thank you, Brett!

Jackie was my stylist and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I’d like to preface this by saying I am definitely one of those guys who has gone to Great Clips for the past 30 years only because of their $7.99 sale HOWEVER... you get what you pay for. The moment I walked in, I was amazed at how relaxed and modern the atmosphere is. I scheduled an appointment and showed up early so I waited for less than 10 minutes but observed a lot in that short time. Not only did each stylist have great hair cuts themselves but every chair had a customer sitting in it with a different but equally amazing haircuts. Intricate cuts that you can immediately tell takes skill and precision that you can only find in a great barber shop like this one. Of course, this review would mean nothing without my own haircut mentioned, which was, impeccable.  All I had to do was show Jackie a picture of the haircut I wanted and she made it happen. Made a lifetime customer out of me!

Mikey B is the best barber in Cleveland. This man is a master with a straight razor and can make the vision for your look, a reality. Extremely personable and professional, I was given excellent care and exactly what I was looking for, with the professional touch of a true artist.  I would give more than 5 stars if I could and will absolutely be returning and recommending to my family and friends.

Go see Anthony Milia at this location. Dude knows what he is doing. Dropped my regular barber to start going to him. He’s done my last 6 or 7 cuts and lineups. The other barbers are friendly there too. Took my 12 year old son and they chatted right along with him.
