First visit will be my last - I was heading to earth fare and saw Nail Creations was open - I decided to go in and ask for a pedicure. The place was empty except for the owner. She asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a pedicure. I kind of felt like I was interrupting her in the middle of doing … nothing. Anyhow, she told me to choose a color - I told her I wanted just plain white. She made a face then told me to wait while she set up. After I sat down I was expecting her to ask what level of pedicure I would like. Nope. Apparently she decided I was good for a basic pedi. (Now I’m kind of glad I didn’t spend more money in there.) She made some attempt at small talk - then switched gears to ask why I wanted to wear white on my toes, don’t I ever choose another color (I came in with white but definitely needed a polish change), said she only would ever wear white as part of a French pedi but doesn’t even do that anymore, asked me how often I wore white on my toes, told me she thinks white just looks bad, how it cracks quickly blah, blah, blah. Honestly, I couldn’t believe she was being so rude. My reply was, well I like it. I hardly ever write reviews but I’m seriously so disgusted at how I was treated I’m sitting in my car in front of the business typing this review. Terrible customer service.

I went into this nail shop today at 10:02am and watched the technician take 2 customers ahead of me just because she felt they were getting more expensive services after waiting over an 1 hour and 20 mins I was extremely disappointed and will never return to this shop again. They are unprofessional, cherry pickers and walked 2 other customers telling lies regarding their availability. I would encourage anyone else to not visit this salon.

Arrived at location at exactly 6:10pm (closing time 7pm) with the simple request of needing my nails trimmed shorter (1 cm to be exact). Please take your hard earned money else where. They don’t value their customers and that was a very bad first impression. Could have gained a loyal lifetime customer. Close at 6 if that is when you ACTUALLY stop taking customers. Please adjust your hours. Respectfully.

Brough my daughter in for her school dance. The nails looked rushed, all different shapes and very poor quality. Asked to have the color removed to go to another salon and the owner told me no she wouldnt fix anything. Shes the owner and the nails looked just as disgusting as her attitude. Thankfully another worker fixed them for me and didnt ruin my daughters entire day because we had already been there for hours‼️

My mother, Lori, was looking for a new nail place, so I called around. Nail Creations in Summerville had appointments available, as well as accepted walk-ins. The ladies were very sweet twhen we walked in, and they took very good care of my mothers nail care needs. Mom was very pleased with the service she recieved, and she raved about how pleasant the ladies working here are. Mom said the lady, Ann, who did her nails, went out of her way to take care of my mother.

I went to Nail Creations because I needed a new nail place here since Im new to the area. I choose them because they had the highest rate of stars online. When I got there, I was not disappointed. They get you in and out in a timely manner, so friendly and the place was absolutely gorgeous and clean. But unfortunately in the 2 times that Ive gone my nails have popped off the very next week. Very unsatisfying :(

This is a fantastic nail salon. The quality, selection, and service are excellent, and the owner has many long-time clients. The other nail artists do a great job, too. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and I always leave with beautiful nails and a smile on my face. As a bonus, it’s located next to Earth Fare and a few other good shops and cafes. Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s helpful to get an appointment. Go and enjoy!

I havent had a manicure and pedicure in quite some time. I was greeted the moment I walked in and loved the job that Miss T did on my nails!! We talked and laughed the entire time. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Do not go here unless you don’t care about what your nails look like! I asked for a certain nail shape and it was poorly done. When I asked for it to be corrected the business owner acted as if there wasn’t an issue and became defensive. Save your money and go elsewhere. Poor quality work. I know they are one of the only ones open during this pandemic BUT TRUST ME if you’ve gone this long without it keep going until you know for sure someone will do a good job because they don’t here.

I loved my nail technician! She took her time helping me to a color and listened to my concerns about my gel polish lifting because of my work as a hairstylist. She offered several suggestions to help me address this challenge. And she did an amazing job on my nails as well! In addition, this nail salon is one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

She tried to fix my nail three times and still made it worst each time . So we came back and said we didn’t like our nails . Like I’m a humble person but it was really bad you guys . Like please look at our pictures it was just awful . It’s was bumpy, polish over by nail, our nails are very uneven, it’s just so much . Just look at the pics .

I love Lee, T, and Anne! They are very professional and never rush their customers. Both the manicures and pedicures are very well done and very relaxing, and the dip powder manicures have held so much longer than I’ve ever experienced (about 3 weeks, compared to 1 week for gel). Highly recommend!

Moving to this area from Hawaii where it’s not hard to find a great nail shop, I was disappointed and never came back to the same nail shop twice, until I found this place. Le is my go-to girl here at this shop, and always does an amazing job. This is the only shop I’ve found in the Charleston/ greater Charleston area that I’ve been to more than once, and I refuse to go anywhere else. Prices are fair and the work is always great. They have a clean and professional environment, and usually always have time or same day availability. If you’re on a schedule, I do recommend calling first so you won’t have to wait.

I really like this salon. They always do a good job on my nails. Tina and Alex are my favorite. They learn what type of client you are and cater their services to you.

WORST SERVICE AND NAIL SALON. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I got a $30 gel manicure and they all came off the next day just by taking a shower. I have ever had gel come off like that. So I called the salon and then someone answers and I tell her what happened. She proceeds to tell me she wont give me my money back and that I should come back and get my nails done again. I tell her I dont want them done cause they are just gonna fall off again. Then she fights with me on the phone after and she says how do you know they are gonna fall off. I was like cause they did the first time?? So she says she cant give me a refund. Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Shouldnt even be open. If I could give zero stars I would.

Last visit was my last. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with with nails and the last visit was the worst. I get light orange polish on my nails every year and have never had an issue with uneven polish or lines. Technician kept asking me to pick another color however her being the professional should be able to properly apply nail colors on display for use. When I suggested maybe using white under she asked why didn’t I mention it before she started. You’re being paid to professionally do nails these things you should know. My nails weren’t properly buffed after the fill-in. They are bumpy and quite frankly are an embarrassing mess. Pedicure was mediocre; paint was also unprofessionally applied. Could have done a better job myself. Never again!

I came here yesterday for a pedicure because it was super close to home and seemed to have good reviews. I was greeted warmly and given wine (usually a good sign). The person doing my feet is a great conversationalist and kept the wine coming so of course, it seems like a good salon trip right? I was very wrong. I got home after a $40 pedicure and still had dry and peeling feet. This was the reason I came in the first place. I called the salon and the manager proceeded to tell me that the person had left and had already had 7 complaints and that he wouldnt believe her if she said anything, so I needed to come in at their convenience the next day to show him. I was told I would get the pedicure redone and here I am sitting in a chair with paste slathered on the soles of my feet for 15 minutes (not a redone pedi). Mind you I paid for one of the upgraded packages and was supposed to get a massage (which I did not). I found the interaction on the phone inappropriate, I should not have had to come in on the salons convenience when they close at 7pm, and I was not given a redone pedicure- just slathered some goo on my feet. If you can drive somewhere else I recommend doing so.

I’ve been here twice and I’m not sure why. The first time I waited over 45 minutes. This time I called and made appointments. Came in and there were only about 3 people getting nails done but had to sit and wait a few minutes. My friend and I got seated but there was only one nail tech so I was getting my nails done as my friend just sat. It’s monday, the place isn’t busy, but it’s understaffed obviously. Don’t let me make an appointment if you can’t provide two techs. Also there is a menu for pedicures but I was never asked what I wanted, they just do a pedi and tell the price at the end. The nail techs were nice but the place lacks management.

I went here to get my nails done before my disney trip, i showed the tech a picture of the length i wanted and shape. and my nails were ALL different shapes, the acrylic was thick, the paint job was horrible. i was completely unsatisfied, so i called to see if i could get a refund and get them off. the lady tried to CONVINCE me they looked fine and that she can fix them. then when i came in i told her no that i wanted them gone and a refund. she was very rude about it and when she gave me my refund tried to give me back only $30 when i paid $38. would not recommend.

This place is soon moving across the street, but dont be worried itll still be the same service. THE BEST SERVICE. Not only do my nails and toes look amazing, but I was treated as family and NEVER felt uncomfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Worst service ever. I tried to give it a second try and the second time was worse. Got the same guy. Tried to talk me into a more expensive thing. I declined. All I wanted was french tip acrylics. Out of nowhere the bill was 45 dollars somehow. Even though the nails arent even, not the same length, tons of air bubbles, clear polish filed off after. I asked why it was so much and he said he put gel on it. I didnt ask for gel once. I even declined getting dip polish. He decided on his own to put gel on my nails and then made me pay for it saying he already did it. Ridiculous. Never going back again. My nails look awful, and I paid high price for something I didnt ask for. Pathetic. I dont know how this man is licensed or running an establishment.

I’ve been going to this nail place for the past 6 months and some experiences are different. Most times the service is ok but recently my nails either come off quickly or peel the next day. I can no longer support this business.The owner is extremely rude sometimes especially when there are concerns regarding service or quality. At the end of the day a negative attitude is not the best way to keep customers.Take responsibility for the quality being poor especially when paying hard earn money only for the nails to start coming apart either the next day or within that week.

My friend and I went yesterday for the first time got a 3:30 appint. They Did fantastic the ladies went above and beyond the customer service was 100 percent awesome. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon I cant wait to go back .very happy customer.

I was a frequent customer years ago and have been one time since their new location and had a great experience with my daughters. Today since it said walk-ins welcome we went to get a pedicure and manicure before school started only for them to say they couldn’t see us. Didn’t offer us a different time or even another day! Sad to say we won’t be back.

Went here for the first time today, their service was exceptional. My nails are exactly what I wanted (Im really picky) and I could understand them and have a conversation which is a double plus. The nail salon itself was clean, and modern.

Mrs. Lee was a true delight to talk with. She did a pretty good job on my nails and a great eye brow wax. It was a little speedy just for a polish change and eye brow wax, but she did a pretty decent job. I would go back.

Very Friendly, reasonably priced! She is moving her shop across the street from where she is now. She will be by Earthfare on Main Street! Im glad we found them! Check them out!

I’ve been looking for a nail salon since I moved to Summerville and finally found it! Prices are more than reasonable and the service was even better! Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks.

Me and my mother in law went to this nail salon solely because our normal salon was not open on this day and the reviews were great.. we got there shortly after they opened and were seated in the pedicure chairs immediately.. the owner did my mother in law’s pedicure and an older woman, I believe to be the owner’s mother, did my pedicure.. I was extremely annoyed during the whole thing.. I had to ask her to scrub my feet again, and the owner intervened saying my feet had already been scrubbed.. they were scrubbed very softly for about 2 seconds on the bottom of each foot.. on top of that, our water was pretty much cold and she acted as if it was a problem when my mother in law asked her to refresh the water. It doesn’t even look like we just got pedis.. polish is already chipping.. will not return.

Love their attention to all customers, whether they are busy or not they always make you feel like family and that what you want matters to them. Very flexible with scheduling and always do a great job!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Arrived at 10am and was told to come back at 12:30 which was totally understandable since I didn’t have an appointment. I signed in before I left and when I returned at 12:25 I was told since I didn’t come back at 12:00 they wouldn’t see me.

I cant actually rate the service because I never made it inside the place. A girlfriend and I were trying to get Pedis done and arrived at Nail Creations about 9:35 am (google says they open at 9:30); the lights were on and the open sign was blinking but the door was locked. No worries, everyone runs a little late. While standing there waiting for someone to unlock the door I noticed a sign inside that said if you use a credit card to pay they will charge you an additional $1 fee. WTH? Credit cards fees are a part of doing business. Anyway, after about 5 mins of standing outside a lady comes and unlocks the door. We are very obviously standing outside waiting (patiently I feel I need to add) but she didnt bother to open the door or greet us in any way. That was the last straw. If they arent interested in greeting/helping people who are obviously waiting to try their salon Im not interested in giving them my business. Its a shame too because all of the reviews make it look like a good place but bad customer service isnt worth it.

I was the first customer at the new salon, now located by the earthfare, and first time going to this salon. I loved the new decor and the staff was very friendly and welcoming even with all the craziness that comes with the first day at a new shop. Think I finally found my regular salon.

I recently moved from Beaufort back to Charleston and have been to several places in the tri-county area (You know the feeling when youve found your nail person/salon, but have to start the search all over again because life happens. Dreadful!) I popped in on a Tuesday afternoon in early April to have a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Everyone in the salon was busy with other customers, but I was politely greeted right away. My wait time was reasonable (5-10 mins). I did not get the young ladys name who did my pedicure, but she was very thorough and did a wonderful job! Also, my feet tend to be dry and for days afterwards they were incredibly soft! Ms. Lee, the owner - she is so fun!, did my eyebrows and I was curious to see if all the hype from reviews Id read online were true. They were right, best in town! I will be returning to have a manicure, gel fill-in, nail repair and previous services mentioned this weekend and will update my review at that time. Im looking forward to it!

Got mine and my daughters nails done yesterday and now today they are falling off. I am not satisfied with the outcome of them. Spent $139 for them to just fall off I am not happy at all!

The staff is rude!!!!! & it is illegal to charge an extra $1.00 because I’m paying with a card!! I do have the paper work stating that. The lady that did my pedicure had strikes all in my gel polish and still wanted me to pay $28 for a pedicure that I didn’t not LIKE! Do not spend your hard earned money there EVER!!!!!!!

Went here this morning before class, (an hour and a half before) the lady immediately sat me & started working on my nails which was nice, then she cuts them down without asking me how short i wanted them which she had already done one & it was WAY too short for me.. so i told her & she says well i know that one is short but how is this one? i go on to tell her im not having 1 nail extremely shorter than the rest, to just make them all that short, which she did for my one hand, the other hand she made significantly longer than the first. when i told her she said they were even. so me, confused shows her how long the one fingers were to the other hand and she STILL doesnt trim them and continues moving on to the next part. i mention it again & she gets up and tells me to wait on another lady bc i didnt want her to do them.. so i did. then the other lady goes on about how nasty long nails are & how many ladies she had come in with nasty long nails and its gross. (i have long nails, and LOVE them) so by now i have class in 30 minutes and have to leave.. she says its not our fault u have to leave for class no its not but its ur fault ur nail technicians cant cut nails even & the manager talks about nasty long nails to a customer who has long nails. i came to this place bc of the great reviews but it is not worth ur time.. rude staff who dont accommodate their customers.

We have been coming here for a while and seen it continue to go downhill in service went in today as a repeat customer and was told they could not do a pedicure there was one person waiting and two people there being serviced. Apparently not enough people working to help clients will be taking my business to a different nail salon from here on out.
