They did a great job installing carpet on my second floor and stairs. Pricing was very reasonable and the carpet is super nice.

Very disappointed because of several issues with the last once causing me to do this review. Short version: tacked on fees, poor communications, refuse to repair shoddy work. Long story: they gave us a quote that included the removal and disposal of the old carpet with the understanding that the price may vary once exact measurements were taken. Fair enough. When they came back with the quote they added on several hundred dollars more for carpet removal. When we asked why, we were told that the other salesman misquoted and that it was an additional fee, unless if we wanted to do it ourselves. There were many times we called and had to leave a message for the sales rep we were working with and we were lucky if half our calls were returned. Actually had to drive to the store one time just so we could talk with him. The last big issue was the sales rep told us that if we ever have a problem with the carpet to give him a call which we did several times. Finally we were able to talk with him and send him pictures of the issue. He said he would send someone out to fix it the following week. 2 weeks later, no one ever came out so we called back again. In the message he left, he said that he himself came out and looked at the carpet. He said that he talked with my wife and explained to her that it could not be repaired and that we would have to pay for another job to do it right. He never came to the house, he never spoke to my wife, and he hasnt answered any of my phone calls since then. The carpet was installed 2 months ago.

Wilsons Carpet Plus provided exceptional service. The installers were on time, worked diligently and completed the installation in approximately 4 hours. Every aspect of the installation went smoothly, scheduling, material delivery, installation and customer service. I would highly recommend Wilsons Carpet Plus to anyone. Superb overall effort.

Chris and his team installed new carpet and flooring in our office building at the end of the year last year. They did a wonderful job. His employees were very responsive, polite and diligent. Chris was kind enough to educate me on their product and the type of product we should be installing in a commercial office. He would pop in to check on things during our transition of renovation and worked with us to make sure that we could continue business as normal. We had a great experience with this company and employees.

They do not like to give you a call back, after your initial visit. Used them 5 times. Only 1 of those times was good. I will not recommend or use them anymore.

Robert with Wilsons Plus arrived promptly at the appointment time and did an exceptional job cleaning the carpet. The carpets completely dried in about 2 hours. He was very professional and I was very happy with the final look of the carpets. Great Job Robert!!

My husband and I needed to match some tile in our bathroom, so we tried Wilsons hoping they sold our tile. They do, which was nice. But what really impressed both of us was the excellent service we received while in their store. Wayne never rushed us and was very attentive and pleasant even though our purchase wasnt a large one. We also found a small area rug that fit our needs perfectly IF it could be cut down and bound. No problem, that also went very smoothly.We highly recommend Wilsons Carpet Plus on N Main St in Summerville.

I will never do business with these guys again. They fight you on warranties. They get their sell and move on.

Salesman was not familiar with product we wanted. Researched it while we waitedand after much confusion found what we needed. Shipment arrived minus part of our order which was then fedexed to store. We picked it up and shortly thereafter got a call from them stating we picked up wrong order. Returned to store and were told we had our order plus part of someone elses order. This business did not instill confidence and we will not be using them again.

They initially quoted us just over half what the final cost was estimated. They also installed the wrong color! They called to ask how it was and I said it was the wrong color and they were like, great! So glad youre pleased! Have a nice day! Click. I gave two stars because the install was pretty good, which is why I didnt push for a redo. I hated to waste it.. But i do regret that now as I thought it would grow on me, and it totally has not. Installers were not very professional or even presentable. I was a little taken aback and nervous to let them in our home, and m normally quite laid back in that area.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I dealt with so much from this company I would hate for anyone else to go through the same. I hired them for two jobs, laminate and tile. Laminate job was fine but the tile job not so much. Very unreliable, unprofessional and did not complete tile job although it was paid. Owner (Chris) was horrible to work with, never stuck to his word, no communication and very disrespectful. They used the wrong grout, the tile looks like a 4 year old installed it and not to mention inches away from the wall. We had MANY issues with Chris and his team. I would not recommend using this company.

Really bad business.. The owner Dany likes to scam people with renters property and asks for $25 or $35 application fee to check your background and then calls you and tells you the house is rented to another person who give him the money before you .. . He dosnt check anything just steals your money.. and he never gave me back my money for the application fee... He is a such a liar and a discriminatory person... DONT MAKE BUSINESS WITH HIM.. HE IS GOING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SCAM YOU LIKE HE DID TO ME AND MY FAMILY...

Wilsons started working on my floor April 10, 2017. But poor communication/bad planning/bad estimates/bad sub-contractors/defective grout material/etc on Wilsons part caused the project to drag on well passed the original 1 week time line. It took nearly 6 months of struggling to get the work done mostly correctly (not completely right still). Meanwhile, the last crew they had working in my home decided to play around with my things (some of which are wi-fi enabled). I know this because their data automatically synced to my smart phone and it was clearly not data anyone in my family had entered (data didnt match our norms and data was entered while we were away but crew was present). Wilsons need to learn to better supervise their crews, so they dont waste time playing around with a home-owners personal things when theyre supposed to be working on a floor thats already behind schedule.Its been a year now and Im STILL cleaning up dust from parts of my house from the mess Wilsons made. We had to replace every smoke detector (which were under 1 year old) because they were dust clogged. Our brand new AC needs the vents cleared out because thats how much grout dust they got in the air in my home. The original subcontractors did not keep up proper dust barriers, clean up with a shop vac, or mix gout outside (they mixed some indoors), etc. They even stacked my sofa in a reckless way that weakened the back and likely contributed to why the sofas frame cracked. They tried to leave it stacked outside too (exposed to the elements of nature), even though Id told them to put it in the garage. They moved it to the kitchen, where the haphazard stacking caused damage.Its been over 3 years now and Im still finding problems. We re-did our guest room closet and discovered that they had skipped around the lower brackets for the closet doors, so when we removed the doors, we found a place that now has no grout at all because they skipped it. They were too lazy to do the job correctly. I swear every time I have to something I stumble across another sign of their shoddy workmanship.PS. Christopher Glenn who left a 5 star review below is one of their employees. We also worked with employees named Chris B and Chip and Donna (who also may have left 5 star reviews below). Perhaps Crystal Wilson is even related to the owner, for all we know.Additionally, the original subcontractors (the ones I kicked out, whose work truck had New Jersey plates) complained to me that Wilsons refused to pay them. I had to order the workers of the original subcontractor to stop harassing me. It is the general contractors job to manage payment issues with the subs. The subs should not ask clients for payment, etc.

Went there not looking to buy anything but had questions about word flooring for a place I was looking to buy. These guys went above and beyond to help me and educate me in wood flooring. They were great.

I will no longer recommend to anyone! Bad business people. I asked for my carpet to be stretched and the seam repaired. They didnt show for the appointment and didnt call. Rescheduled for the next day. They tried to cancel an hour and a half after the appointment time but did show up three hours late. I was told the carpet Wilsons had sold me just 6 years earlier was in such bad shape it could not be repaired. This was not just normal wear and tear the carpet and the backing had come detached, the seam was still in place but the carpet was falling apart. Ok, so it cant be fixed. Then I get a call from a salesman trying to sell me more crappy carpet that he says will also only last about 5 years and to inform me they are charging me $75 for THEIR inconvenience! I was never informed there would be a service call fee but I did have to pay for the seam repair and stretching up front. NEVER PAY FOR SERVICES BEFORE THEY ARE COMPLETED. They will find a way to keep your money. I trusted them because I had used them a few times over the years and had good experiences but when I was told their time and money was more important than my time and money then I can no longer do business with that type of company.

Worst company to deal with!After failing to no show for the day of installation they sent an installer that did a horrible job and left a seam in the middle of the floor. They had to rip it all back up and redo the whole thing. This caused us to postpone listing our house. A 4 hour job took 7 DAYS!!Our real estate agent thinks they are a joke and we agree.I gave the owner the opportunity to make us happy by refunding us the installation fee and she said no.Dont waste your time or money with this local business. We learned our lesson.
