The best pedicure I have ever had. They used organic products on foot. Totally enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I have been to Castle Nails several times over the last 8 months and every time Ive been completely satisfied! I prefer the dip because it adjusts well with my work life. And they make sure each nail is perfect before letting me out the door. Thanks again for the beautiful nails!

Me and my mom have been here about 3-4 times and 3 of those times my mom has gotten gel nails for $25. Despite the fact that they barely have any colors for nails or the fact that they have poor customer service, We still only come here because they do gel nails for cheaper. But today they charged us $36 instead of our usual $25 and we asked them about it and not only were they plain out rude BUT they threatened to call the police on us. I would never recommend coming here.

I had a 6 pm appointment scheduled days ago and confirmed for today. I showed up right at 6 pm and let them know I was there for my appointment that was at 6 pm. They told me to have a seat and then I waited and waited and waited. No one ever came up to get me for my appointment so at 6:35 pm I got up and walked out. They didn’t say anything! Never going back there…what a waste of my time! At least communicate if you are short staffed or running behind and stop overbooking!

I went here for a full acrylic set after a friend reccomended it to me. The nail tech insisted upon doing gel nail polish, despite me saying Id prefer regular (I dont like gel on acrylics because it makes them too thick.) The nail tech never pushed back or trimmed my cuticles, either, so the nails dont go all the way down and also look very trashy. The finished nails were so hideous - patchy, bubbly, and sooooo thick!!! - that I had the nail tech file off the polish and slap on a clear coat. I had to repaint them and file them down myself for them to look even remotely okay. Very frustrated because it was not cheap, and yet it looked worse than some chop shop nails. Go to Angel Nails in Westfield, this place is not worth it!!

I come here once a month for a dip mani and gel pedicure. They do a fantastic job. Have always been pleased with my services and the salon is clean, reasonably priced, and everyone is very friendly. My mani/pedi usually lasts me the whole month without any chips or breaks. Anthony is my favorite!

Had a decent experience my first time so I went back. The second time, the guy could not be bothered with me. He spoke about me to another guy the wholeeeeeeeee time I was there. I tipped well and left. My nail broke the next day. The day after, 2 more broke.. I called to have them fix it and a woman told me to come in right away, which was nice bc they were 20 minutes from closing. When I got there, the guy did some half a%$ lopsided repair and sent me on my way. I couldve spent that money on more nail supplies and did a better job myself without all the attitude. Wont be back.

I’m notorious for hopping around salons due to disappointment, but this place consistently does it for me as far as pedicures and gel manicures. Most recently went for a gel polish change and my nails just always look so good and so clean. Not to mention quick and a good price! I’ve finally found a salon I want to come back to!

I had to correct them multiple times, didn’t cure my nails properly, left nails unwiped w alcohol after gel, shaped incorrectly, cut my skin, and left half of nail unpainted. please never come here, the price is unreasonable for the awful work.

I love getting my gel manicure done here. Had a great experience here with my mom. We both got gel nails. Mine lasted over 3 weeks, hers lasted for over a month. They somehow seem to last longer than when I get my nails done at other salons. Ill be coming back to get them done again soon.

I really wish I had taken photos of this beautiful (yet now kinda grody looking) French gel manicure. Its dingy looking now from nearly a solid months wear, but its still shiny and they didnt crack. I wash dishes and my hands several times a day (like most of us these days), and, despite having paper thin nails, this is maybe the best gel manicure Ive ever gotten-ever. The integrity of the polish application technique has been (obviously) superior to that of other places in my experience. A gel French manicure normally last me a week and a half. Ive been to several states the last month, kayaking, aerial yoga and mom of 3- they have just kept going. See pics.-I think the lady who helped me was Linda.-MASK UP or dont go. You wont get in.-You will most likely need an appointment.-Its *SO* clean. There were literally sanitation workers actively changing tub liners, cleaning nail polish bottles(!) and keeping the shop sanitary without the bleachy fumes.-Great environment. Its lovely.-Pedicure was great. Outstanding massage.-Not pressured for tip, so I tipped WELL-Those chairs, tho. Try the stretching.-Did not have on TV. Soothing music.

They were aweful at shaping and design. i corrected them multiple times and she still wasn’t listening and messed up my prom nails. she asks if i’m okay after she messed them up and then she says there’s nothing she can do about them. i really don’t recommend this place because they’re unprofessional and cannot do nails.

No! worst place I have ever been to get my nails done! Over charged me said my length on the nails were long, and they were not long or what I wanted, one even broke an hour after I left, that shouldn’t happen period.I was with my sister her pedicure was over in 10 minutes! That’s not even long enough for a a quick “video montage” they wouldn’t let her change her dip color after the first nail, the other customers were staring and very judgemental! Disgusting and scheduled five people for the same time slot with short staff waited over 30 minutes to start my nails, I didn’t want to make anyone feel bad after all they are the professionals but we will never go back there.

They left half of my nail unpainted. didn’t put a top coat on A WHOLE HAND, and were very rude when i tried to tell them.

So I most frequently go to his place because it is close to my house and convenient. When I get gel nails they stay forever! They are always very nice and kind, however, recently around the holidays I have asked for different designs on my nails. They have a display of designs with all of their other fingernail polish samples hanging on their wall.However, they never seem to understand what I want and can’t offer a very creative designs like some other salons. When I try to show them a picture they doubt that they can do anything like that. I would like to see them suggest more creative type designs and things. Sometimes just painting all my nails one color is boring.So I’m giving them three stars for effort. They stay very busy and sometimes rather than taking extra time to know and do what you would like- they pass you off as fast as they can. :/

Love Castle Nails! They always do such great gel manicures and pedicures. And they also did an amazing job on my daughters’ nails with the coolest designs.

My wife has been coming here since we relocated to Carmel in August. She goes regularly for mani/pedi treatments and in comparing it to other local salons considers it to be the best. The price is much more reasonable than what many other Carmel area salons charge and she is much happier with the overall quality. My wife has rather high expectations with her salon services and if shes satisfied Id recommend them to anyone.

Super rude, I came in for a walk-in and they had me wait for almost two hours (from 2 to 3:40) and then when it was time for my appointment he said he wouldn’t see me and to come back tomorrow. Not coming back.

Once the tech rushed me through the drying process. When I asked her to let me finish holding my hands under the light, she laughed and said not to worry. That SAME night 3 nails lost their polish.Against my better judgement, I tried again last Sunday- Not even 3 full days ago and this AM one of my naps has NO polish left. It’s like the gel “slipped” right off the nail. This experience, the techs boyfriend came and was hovering over her as she painted my nails. Disturbing and uncomfortable. So she worked really FAST.Never again!

I will not go back here. I took my daughter and I here for mani/pedis. My daughters foot tub literally overflowed and water was all over the floor. My water was not too warm to start, but after sitting my feet in it while they did my 7 year old’s pedicure, it was getting quite cool. I asked him to warm it up. He couldn’t because they ran out of hot water. What is worse is that they continued to seat people for pedicures, without warning them, and proceeded to fill up with cold water. The customers would say it was cold and only then would they mention they had no hot water. To top it all off, they chose to play golf on the TV in a salon full of women. It just wasn’t very professionally run.

Very friendly, clean and inviting. I have be twice and the visits are wnjouaben. However, the quality of the nails is subpar. I get dip nails and both times, the nails have chipped in less than a week. The top coat comes and they are dull. Im sure they would fix them, but time is a precious commodity in my week and I cannot visit the nail spa that frequently. Unfortunately, i will not be back.

Made appointments for 3 pedicures and weren’t seated until an hour AFTER our appointment time. No apology or explanation and then they rushed our appointments... we won’t be returning.

My husband never complains about being pampered at all until we visited here. And never complains about spending money on pampering even if its not good. I wanted to treat him and we were n the area so I thought what the heck. My husband and I went for a relaxing foot/calf massage, pedicure, and my toes painted. They barely touched my husbands feet to give him a pedicure. There was still obvious skin/cuticles that needed trimming around both our toes. They did no under nail cleaning of our toes either. And I asked the massage guy to rub harder and he didnt act like he heard me, so he didnt. He heard me. They were just lazy looking for quick money bc our toenails r both short also but still long enough to do what needed to b done. It was very disappointing. And half the settings on my massage chair didnt work. One star bc it was an attractive place. Dont waste ur money. My husband thought ours was wasted for the first time.

I dont recommend anyone to get their eyebrows done at castle nails. They charge $12.00 and they did not wax them right. I Wouldn mind paying that much if they did it right. Horrible place to get brows done in my opinion.

My nails got INFECTION. I rarely gave the business 1 star but my nails got infection. I noticed that the girl used different pusher which wasn’t in the sanitized pouch to take off my gel color and push my cuticles. One day later, the side of my nails started itching and burning. I was treated with antibiotic in few days.

DONT GO HERE!!They cut me on three different fingers and was bleeding almost the whole time I was there ! Also messed up one of my nails and just painted over it. Then asked me if I was ready to pay and they charge me full price!
