Some days are better than others. They prefer you make your appointment on line. But I usually go in and check in there. Then i sit and wait cause you just never know one of them may get done earlier before an on line person gets there and sneak you in since youre already there. Some days are busier than others. Real nice place and the staff is friendly and talkative to handle a good conversation while getting your hair done. They also offer wide variety of hair products.

Super low stress, online check in and it shows where you are in line and how long until youre up. No need for an appointment. Jenn did an excellent job!!

I stopped in yesterday, scheduled for an approximate time. I waited a bit past my scheduled time. That happens. Kyla was very polite and I gotta say she cut my hair beyond the expectation I had for a place like this. Would I drive the 45 minutes to do it again?Sure.

I have dry scalp and was told I needed to get a shampoo that would be free. I believe it was the supervisor who cut my hair. Then she took the liberty of using teatree shampoo which only irritated my scalp, burns, and generally makes things worse for me. She never asked me, then turns around and charges me for the shampoo, which I said I dont need. Was disgusted.

I decided to get a haircut before my vacation down to Florida, so I planned ahead and checked in online. I arrived on time and checked in. 8 minutes after sitting there I get a text saying sorry you couldnt make it, your appointment has been canceled. I brought it to the attention of the workers there as I was supposed to be on deck next. They just said ok and added me back on to the list, which wouldve been another 40 minute wait. Ended up just walking out.

My stylist was super nice and gave me an amazing cut! Ill start coming here even though its across town

Ive been going here for quite some time now, I must say they do a phenomenal job! Very, very friendly and are easy to talk to. Dont even get me started on their fades! 😍 Such a warm welcoming environment. The fact that they only do walk-ins makes it even better and saves the hassle of scheduling an appointment! If you live a ways a way from one, you can always go online and check in! :) Then youll be right up front when you get there! Love coming here!

I usually go to a different sport clips because I know one of stylists. But I went to this one because I was in the area and the manager, Alyssa cut my hair. She does an amazing job; spent like 15 minutes on just the fade. The staff was really easy to talk to also so it wasnt awkward silence. Anyways it was one of the best cuts Ive ever gotten...10/10 would go again.

Went to Sport Clips for the first time for the men in my family. We ended up the the sweetest girl her name is Melissa Rodriguez. She list to what we bad to say on the cuts we wanted and made some of our own recommendation. We will definitely go back there again and always ask for Melissa

My partner and eldest son both got haircuts, I didnt think the quality of either cut was amazing, just good. For them it was quick, simple and an okay price. They were pleased with results.

Checked in at 2pm. Was told to be ready at 3pm. 3 stylists on duty. Had to wait till 3:23pm while they took forever to get ready for the next client. All 3 standing around the computer to checkout 1 client. Then all 3 take another 10 minutes to clean their area which I could do in 5 minutes tops. Finally got started about 3:24. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Should really offer a zero star option.

Had product put in my hair they made it look thin and greasy, told getI didnt like it. Her solution was to try wetting it down. I said no good, youre probably going to have to wash it out. She just kept adding stuff to it. Now Ive got to go wash my hair, cause apparently thats beyond understandable to this stylish. Was setup charged full price despite making my dissatisfaction known.

This place is definitely a job for the workers there. No one seemed to like it there. The small talk was simple and lacking.My wife went in for a trim. She was charged extra just because her hair was longer. Even tho if her hair was shorter the same amount of work would have been done.While I was getting my hair cut, hair pieces kept falling into my face. Never been to a sports clips before, never going to one again. Its over priced, especially if you want a wet towel and a very short back rub.The only reason it is 2 stars instead if 1 is because in the end, my hair is shorter.

I went in at 645pm there was 1 guy waiting and 2 people having their hair cut. I was asked if I was on the list I said no so I proceeded to check in. Then I was informed that they were full for the night. Very dissapointed. Not sure I would go back for these headaches and for just a hair cut they are over priced.

So went to a salon in Walmart who butchered mine and my sons hair, we came right to sports clips which we didn’t even know about and they took care of us and made us feel welcome and gave us a haircut that was a+, if you don’t knOw about sports clips great stylist and great people! Get to know them, go online see if there is a wait!

Please save your money and find a different barbershop. I loved my old barber but I got a new job in Greenville so I was forced to go here. Please listen to me when I say this place is not a barbershop, its nothing more than a money trap.First, the stylists have absolutely no passion or care to be there as evidenced by their always hiring sign. Clearly they cannot hold stylists that care or hire the right employees. There was the first red flag.Second, you cannot make appointments. Why would you not allow people to make appointments? This makes absolutely no sense and forces customers to wait for a haircut because they are extremely understaffed. They are severely understaffed because they have no way of knowing how many customers they will have due to no appointment book! I was told the wait time was 50 minutes even though there was only 1 person ahead of me!Lastly, the hair cuts are poor. The only thing the stylists know how to do is use a 1/2, 1, or 2 inch trimmer. I prefer a scissor cut on top with shorter/fade on the sideburns and back of the head. The two times I went there the stylists basically didnt even cut my hair, they only trimmed the back of the neck and sideburns. The hair was basically the same length so i had to ask her to keep shortening it up but they were too incompetent to know how to do a scissor cut. During the cut, all the stylists were interested in was up-selling hair product and a hot towel with back massage. I told them multiple times I have no interest in either of those things but she just kept asking away. Both times I was extremely unsatisfied with my hair cut but I kept thinking this place might get better until my third and final visit.On Friday May 20th I tried stopping in for a haircut but it wasnt that simple. There was a 20 minute wait even though they had two stylists and there was only 1 person waiting. Its a haircut, its not that hard to do and I will never wait to have my hair cut. Apparently Sport Clips must think their employees are not smart enough to use an appointment book. So the front desk worker, whom was very friendly, said she was sorry and I should come back in 45 minutes to an hour when there wouldnt be a wait. So I came back to the shop in an hour and there is still only two stylists but there was 3 people waiting. The same front desk worker welcomes me back but she knew that the wait would be longer than before. She said the wait would be 40 minutes but because I was in before and on the list that I might get ahead of other people. Another worker, whom I assume was the manager, walks up and says no and that the wait will be 50 minutes. On top of that she suggests traveling to Oshkosh to get my haircut instead! Why would I travel 60 miles round trip for a simple haircut?!? Additionally, there would probably be a wait in Oshkosh too! Dumbfounded, I ask if they make appointments but she interrupts and says I could get on a list and come back! Thats exactly what I did an hour ago! On a side note, how do you think those customers that were waiting for 20 minutes would feel if I was on a list and walked in to get my haircut in front of them... Im sure they would be pretty angry because I know I would be.Sports Clips has numerous problems but all they need to do is create an appointment book, hire knowledgeable stylists, fix their staffing issues, stop constantly trying to up-sell, and bring the price down from $17 for a simple haircut. Actually, the only positive was that the front desk worker was nice so that would be easier to list and the only reason for the 1 star in this review.I hope others read this so they know what they are getting into and hopefully find a different barbershop.

I scheduled an appointment hours in advance and I get there for my appointment only to see they closed an hour early. I even had an email saying they will hold your appointment up to 15 minutes past scheduled time this is not how a business is supposed to be ran.

Very disappointed in this store. been there in the past but never outstanding results. Go there because of location. On 9/14/2017 I called and was told they do not take appointments. Went to store and was told there would be a 5 min. wait. 2 girls were cutting hair and 2 were standing around chatting. 10 min after my arrival, a gentleman walked in and they took him back for a hair cut, so I am confused, they dont take appointments, but then again they do? 30 min into my wait, and watching 2 girls standing around talking I get up and leave. Threw away my frequent user card, never returning to any of these stores again.
