Will was responsive, polite as can be, professional, and incredibly thorough. He kept our original appointment today, even though we are expecting a tropical storm later on this afternoon! My couch was in very bad shape and had several stains, and it now looks brand new, literally. I would recommend Will to anyone looking for a very affordable, very thorough upholstery or carpet cleaning. I will definitely be using him in the future for any cleaning needs.

We have used R & R twice this year. Will is kind and professional. We most recently even had to leave the house while he did some cleaning and felt completely comfortable doing so. He takes great pride in his work, is on time (if not early), and truly just a kind person.

Will has cleaned our home three times (two different homes) and has always done a fantastic job. He even calls two weeks later to make sure we are satisfied. He is professional, courteous, and takes of the inside of the house (furniture, flooring, stairs). He doesnt try to upsell you, but does make suggestions where needed.
