I wanted to share a very pleasant experience I had with this company. I received top notch customer service and a refreshing level of honesty. I called them to get an estimate on what it would cost to treat for potential mold growth on the underside of my house on the Edisto River. The river came up so high, it was flowing under my house. The sills and joists under the house were sitting in water for a couple of days. Tristan (an awesome guy!) drove 30 minutes to come out and do an evaluation. They arrived exactly when they said they would. He performed some moisture tests and checked for mold. His conclusion was that I didnt need a treatment. His quote was I could take your money, but you really dont have a problem here. He hung out and chatted with me for a while. I was blown away by this company. I know how hard this type of service is to come by, so if I ever need any cleaning services done I will most definitely be contacting these guys first! I would like to personally thank Tristan for a great experience and excellent customer service.

I have used Clean Masters for years! We have a small dog and they make it so convenient to have my rugs cleaned! My carpet always looks amazing when they clean it as well!!! The staff is so professional, friendly and informative.I have seen firsthand the amazing fire restoration & water damage work they do. I highly recommend them!!

This business is absolutely the best! We had water flooding in our home and they came out that very night to help prevent anymore damage. The owner Rodney was amazing, the front desk lady Pam was so kind and helpful, and the crew that came out were friendly, prompt, and great at their job. I normally dont do reviews but the 2 men that came to clean my carpet exceeded my expectations. They were on time. The provided me with fast yet great service!! Again my carpet was cleaned beyond my expectations. I could hear them discussing getting up tough stains and making sure the were gone rather than just saying they couldnt do it. Needless to say I would hire them again.

Clean Masters were called in to do mold removal in our home ! Our mobile home was being set up an it started to rain an the crew left ! It rained for 4 days ! When they came back to put the house together mold was throughout the home ! It was so bad within a couple of minutes your throat would start burning ! Clean Masters stripped it down to the bare studs ! They did a serious serious deep cleaning ! The mold didnt have a chance !Im very pleased with the crew an the work they did on our home !
