Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start and I was having trouble figuring out why. I cleaned my batteries and tried a few things and still nothing.So I called AAA and they sent SM towing. Took only 40 minutes and the driver (Bernie) was very knowledgeable. He looked at my truck and then said I think I know what’s wrong. He was able to start my truck and advise me to drive it home and then he even suggested a replacement part to fix my start issue! This is the kind of professional That makes your company look really good. Thanks SM towing and Thanks Bernie!

Friendly phone response. Driver arrived within time promised 10mins (which was unheard of with past experiences with other companies) Daniel was eager to help, provided some tips. And offered to wait with me while my ride arrived. I will definitely call Santa Maria towing when Im in need again.

I called AAA and I was Happy to hear that they were sending out Santa Maria Towing with running a local business of my own I know of there great customer service and this time was no exception, they dispatched the truck right away got my truck loaded up and we were gone and to our designation in no time. We had to have our truck towed almost 200 miles and our driver Chris was in contact with us from the time he got the order for the tow until he was about to arrive to pick up the truck. He was very professional and secured the vehicle very well for its long journey. He made sure the vehicle was delivered safely and did not leave until he was sure we were happy. Chris was very conscience and we would recommend Santa Maria towing to anyone in a bond like we were.

I got a flat tire on Main Street and as I rolled into a parking lot there happened to be a Santa Maria Towing truck already there! I’m pretty sure he was off the clock, but Jovani graciously changed my tire for me! I thought I was going to have to wait an hour to have someone called out, but he got me back on the road within minutes. Very thankful for Santa Maria Towing and Jovani!!!

Very slow

AAA sent this tow trucking co. to help me start my car. I had to admit I looked at the reviews of this place and was a bit skeptical and worried about the service. They were a little late, not by a lot, but the man, Cheeto, was very apologetic. He was not rude, he was very informative of what was going on with my car battery and told me what I should do. In general : service was good, bit off timing.

Santa Maria Towing really helped out my company when we were in a bind. They responded to our call very quickly, and resolved our problem in 20 minutes. I really appreciate their help with this matter.

Ok I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for one tow truck driver my mother in laws car was vandalized all tires popped windows bashed in and the tow truck driver that came was horrible first it took him almost 45 min to load the car in the proses broke the sensors for the tires kept trying to crack jokes even though clearly seeing we were not in the mood my boyfriend drove in the truck with him while me and my mother in law followed my man said that all he did was talk accused him of doing the vandalism or assuming it was his fault while following him he drove in two lanes at once on Main Street for 7 blocks he drove like if he was drunk two days later I needed a tired change and another tow truck driver from SM towing was wonderful I told him what had happen and made sure my complaint was noted and made my call free for my past bad experience other than that guy Jose is his name they are awesome and gladly go threw them again except for Jose oh course 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Horrible dispatcher. I called them at 6:08 pm on Friday 10/21/2016, talked to a female (she did not give her name). I was on the phone with the dispatcher for about a minute before I hanged up on her. She was very rude and disrespectful. I looked through all of the reviews for this company and the only review that they received that was better than one star was given 5 years ago.

Well, lets see where to start????My father was in an accident yesterday and his truck was picked up by Santa Maria Towing. Good start right??? You would think so, but no! Was told by Travis that there would be no problem getting the truck moved to Home Motors in the morning, nothing extra needed to be done. First lie!We waited until mid morning about 11 to start asking about the truck, was told by the manager Rich, that we need to start an insurance claim so they could move the truck, done already. Still no movement.....my 82 year old father and my husband went in to see what was up and got the run around from Rich!!! Ended up PAYING out of pocket the storage fees of 120.00 (which ended up being an overcharge of $60 claimed ignorance of the TSA regulations) left to get some food. Still no movement of the truck. Called Home Motors and was told they had sent over 2 different tow trucks to pick the truck up and were denied both times. Finally had enough went to the CHP to file a complaint and find out how to get the truck, finally a promise to have it available. Still took 2 hours to get the truck!!!! Final assessment of Santa Maria Towing??? RUN!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Unreliable and cant keep the lies straight! VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Don’t call - he gets annoyed when you call him to early, I don’t understand how someone who is in the business of helping people come off so rude.

Ive been waiting over an hour and a half for a tow truck thats some man calls and says sorry I need to cancel your service I have nobody available I have bigger trip to pay me more money than to tow your vehicle, the sad thing is I am also a business owner and have use this company many times however now they have lost a business client and I am definitely going to voice my opinion not only on Google but also on Yelp bad customer service dishonest business practices not trustworthy user beware
