DeeDee is professional, yet friendly, and makes me feel pampered and appreciated each time I see her. The shop is well-kept, very clean and there is an amazing array of color choices! I bought a deal from Groupon for manicure & pedicure using DeeDee business Serenity nail treatment. She did the work & was very friendly at the time.She mentioned by getting customers with Groupon she doesnt make any money and she offered me a gift certificate to buy directly from her the same deal. She stated that it will never expire and I can use it any time or gift it to anyone.To help her out in good faith I bought the deal along with some products she was selling.I called to schedule an appointment a few times and mentioned that I have a gift certificate and each time she stated that she needs two weeks notice and that there were no available appointments. This occured multiple times.Later I was dealing with effects of Harvey so I gave the certificate to my daughter for her to use and when my daughter called to schedule an appointment and mentioned that she has a gift certificate Deedee stated that there are no openings and that she needs a couple of weeks advance notice. Last October my daughter called again to try and schedule an appointment and this time there was an opening the next day. My daughter called her back to let her know that shed be using a gift certificate and DeeDee responded by saying that unless my daughter has a receipt there is no way that she will accept the certificate because she has to ensure that it was purchased within the one year, otherwise it is expired and unacceptable.I was so disappointed with my experience at Serenity because I purchased a deal in good faith and I was never able to get an appointment and my phone calls were never returned and in the end I was not able to use the service I was promised.

DeeDee has been providing manicure services for 19 years. She is very customer focused and makes cleanliness a priority. She is super friendly and fun to be around making her customers feel welcome and wanting to come back. She uses disposable implements for sanitary purposes and uses the best products you can buy.
