Prices are good but I’ve been here about six times and the quality of the nails always change. Sometimes good, sometimes acceptable, and this last time was the worst manicure I’ve gotten. The polish is surrounding the nail, one of the tips chipped within two hours of leaving. It’s just not acceptable

Came with no in grown toenails and came out with three. Never get a pedicure from there. I could feel the lady’s judging me by the way they looked at me.

This is the BEST place to get your nails done at the best price. I tried a few other places and was expecting treatment like Ive received at Nails Unlimited and was always dissapointed. Nails Unlimited provides clean, relaxing and efficient service! Theyre always so friendly. I cant reccomend this place enough!

These ladies are amazing! I have had great pedicures with all of the women here and they are all so kind. Holly does my acrylics and they are perfect every time! She even swatches multiple colors for me so I can choose exactly what I want. The shop is very clean and they are all very friendly!

This is the best nail salon Ive visited-- even with the COVID restrictions, the techs deliver excellent service and a spa-like experience. I got the volcano pedicure-- which was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Whichever service you choose, give them a try. They are professional and do great work. Ive had a few different techs and the quality is consistently superb. Highly recommended.

I been here many time because I really like the way Holly did my nails,its look so amazing, even long or short its still look good !They are the sweetest nail technicians! I recommend trying Vivian for pedicure (shes sweet&careful) and Holly for nails !If youre exploring for a new hot nail place,you should check this one out!

This place is a little pricey, but extremely thorough; I got a deluxe pedicure and they did EVERYTHING. Hot stone rub, exfoliating scrub, callus removal, parafin wax AND an 8 minute massage . I didnt feel rushed like I do at other salons. They took their time and did a fantastic, detailed job. They even provide snacks and water while you are there!

This is a great spot! Their pedicures and manicures are out of this world. The service was great and very fast. Everyone was pleasant and engaging. Will definitely go back again.

Update: I had a groupon for 2 manicures and first service was done well enough for me to tip and return for the next. Now on to that...Nail salon was very clean upon entering and receptionist was professional but the quality ends here.Nail tech cut not one (which happens from time to time) but 4 cuticles up and ignored me when I told her shed cut me. On my second attempt, I then ask for antiseptic and she says ok, go wash your hands first. I come back and she then starts applying nail polish meanwhile my cuticles are burning and CLEARLY BLEEDING. Mind you, not sure what kind of manicure last 2 minutes. Hands didnt have time to soak and she literally applied a pea-sized amount of lotion. No relaxation at all. Then leaves me to dry and starts on another customer.After drying I got some antiseptic from the cart myself and put on my hands. I go to check out with the receptionist and shes still all smiles like, How was everything? I proceed with a long Ummm... it was o.k. (defintely not great). And the tech comes up (waiting for a tip maybe) and I turn to leave.Its less than 24 hrs later and their strangely thin Opi nail polish is cracking (this stuff always adheres to my nails great for at least a week). Im not bothering for a repolish or anything due to my hands being extremely sore. Never again.

I am not a picky customer however I enjoy when I get my nails done without any problems... I can say that Hannah does a great job every time I come see her. She is thorough, detailed and very delicate.Pricing is higher than I pay elsewhere but I dont mind paying it for the quality.I do recommend Unlimited Nails, especially Hannah.

First time.This shop is Beautiful and Clean. No harsh, chemical smell inside. Plus they give you a Snack after youve been seated. Called made an appointment for Holly (Hands) and Vivian (Toes), arrived and got Hanna and Vivian. Holly was busy with another client; maybe thats why I was given to Hanna but guess what, Im not even upset. Hanna was Excellent. I wanted an overlay refill but got Color Powder instead. Hanna took her time, fixed what was done by a previous tech (at a different business), and made my Fingernails Beautiful. I love my nails. Vivian is a Sweetheart. Shes a patient Perfectionist. She is Amazing. My Pedicure looks amazing. Both of these women are very welcoming, friendly, and kind. I will be returning and sending my friends. Im a Happy Customer. Thank You So Much.

The place has been open for a month so its fairly new. I love the atmosphere and the decor. The owner and the receptionist are very nice and friendly. They did a great job on my nails. I plan to come back again.

The receptionists are always professional, polite and nice. The atmosphere pleasant and the salon is clean. If I could I would give a 3 for that but due customer service and quality of service by nail tech I had but can not remember her name, I wish I could give 0 star review. The tech was rude, aggressive, impatient, much to bossy and lack technical skills and customer service skills. On several occasions she has cut and bruised my cuticles to the point of bleeding unapologetically. She impatiently pushes and pulls your hands with rude demeanor. She attempted to take the remote to the massage chair from me on several occasions to put it on what she wanted and to put hang it on the chair but I refused to allow her to. I invest in going to the salon to feel pampered and to invest in myself. I must admit after having tried on several different occasions to give them a chance I feel anything but pampered, treated or relaxed after leaving here.

I am a Hair Color Specialist and Business owner in the area. I absolutely adore this place! Holly took care of me. She gave me a great consultation on what my nails were strong enough to handle at the moment. And she explained to me how we can build up to those long claws once my own nails grew out a bit. She did THE BEST JOB!!! I’m a forever client of hers. The salon itself is gorgeous and it’s a fantastic location! Right next to Piada!

I was searching for a nail salon closer to work, since I live in Katy and cant get back to my preferred salon as often as Id like. The receptionist was extremely nice and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. These are the only reasons this salon might have gotten more than one star. The following is why they would get NO STARS if that was an option.The pedicure was mediocre at best. My heels were scrubbed at rather than being taken care of. Ive had to go to my regular salon to have my nails trimmed (Day 4) because Nails Unlimited didnt cut them short enough after I asked twice for them to go shorter.And even more irritating, they charged me $25 for nail art on two of my toes. The price for this service on their price sheet is $3 each. That would be $6. I have absolutely no problem paying a little extra, but $25?When I questioned the receptionist about this charge, she told me she didnt think it was right, but it was the direction she was given by the owners mom. She gave me the owners contact information and assured me that the owner was very prompt to respond. It has been over a week now. Ive received no response to my email or phone call.When I went back to the salon on Thursday of last week to retrieve items I had left behind, I did receive assurance that my situation was being cared for. I was told the refund would be processed immediately. Its now Thursday - a week later. Theres not even a pending refund on my account. The receptionist keeps insisting that shes processed it twice. My bank account shows nothing. I think Ill believe the bank.I asked for a cash refund today and was told the owner would call me. I doubt it very much. Even if she does, Im so done with this salon.There are far too many nail salons out there to meddle with this one. Find one that values their customers and does a much better job.

I have veen coning here for a few months now and all I get is a pedicure! I tried them once for a full set when my nail tech was booked but they didnt stay! I am rough on my hands so Im always washing dishes, I workout alot, and I have 2 children Im always running around with so I need sturdy durable thickness and length. I got coffin tip and they were kinda thin, she applied the acrylic great and shaped them nicely but they started coming up at the bottom by the cuticle and I know its due to water, which is why I get medium thick. Other than them coming up from the bottom after a week they were fine! And I still go there for pedicures from Vivian and will continue! Try it out its a really pretty nailshop!!!

Holly is the best Im super picky and never have a problem! But dont go on the days I go. I need all her attention lol

The woman cut FOUR of my Cuticle/Fingers. After I told her she cut me, she did it again and then applied alcohol and remover right after and it burned so bad. As a mom of three, I was looking for a relaxing morning but instead I left with fingers that hurt with little cuts all over them.

Ask for stephanie. She does a great job. Overall really good nail salon. inside is pretty and service is also very good.

The girl at the front desk was awesome. Noone else talked or greeted anyone. I wanted a certain color and she discovered after she started filing my nails that she couldnt put pink over purple. So I just said use the same polish. You would think that they would give a customer what they want and figure out what needs to be done before and discuss with customer. She acted like I was a bother. I got a pedicure and refill at the same time - it took over 2 hours. Not going back.

Hate giving bad reviews but I had an appointment and they didnt take me until 30 minutes after. Then the technician left to go fix someone elses nail that had messed up while drying. The technician kept checking her phone and texting (maybe she was having a personal emergency) which I can understand.Had to get ready for an event and this was just one of my stops.Whats the point of making an appointment?A customers time should be valued just as a customer should value the employees.Cleanliness and color selection were good

Good work but Classic manicure is not worth the extra cost. I would go back and get the Standard manicure.

I have been going to Dee for a full set and refills and she does a great job! I have tried alot of places in sugarland but have had issues with lifting after a couple weeks but i have never had a issue here! They have stayed on great even with how long they are. She is also very good with the stiletto shape which is hard to find in sugarland. Great prices, great service and i am so happy with my nails!

I recently bought a groupon with Nails Unlimited for 2 classic manicures. The first manicure I had done was very well executed although the technician seemed very annoyed that I came in with a Groupon. After leaving a generous tip, I was told I could come in and redeem my other manicure at another time with the same Groupon. I was given no type of voucher or anything, which seemed a bit odd to me. Fast forward to today....I called in and asked if I could come in and get my second manicure done since my Groupon was for 2 basic manicures and I only got one done. She tells me that they shouldve given me a voucher that I could redeem on my next visit. I told her that no one gave me anything. I then found out that my name wasnt even in the records so they had no way to prove that I had gotten a previous one done. So now I am unable to redeem my other manicure and I have basically lost money in the process. Very disappointed with how they handle their business and I will not be giving them anymore money with or without a Groupon.

Worst customer service!!! Burned the heck out of my eyebrows!! Went twice thinking I might have a different experience nope!!!
