Went here yesterday, 04/14/16 for my first time. I was really impressed by the atmosphere, very elegant inside and relaxing. Very nice staff. Lynn did my nails, she was very sweet and talkative. Would highly recommend this place. Cant wait to go back :)

I love Nails of America! I have NEVER had a bad experience and ALL employees are very kind and professional! I have been to many a nail place and I am by far most impressed by this one. The atmosphere is nice, the salon is clean, I leave feeling relaxed and happy!

Horrible. location by randalls.NEVER go here. I went here today July 7th, 2016 with two of my friends. And i had called in say about 20 to 25 minutes before coming to see if they were busy this was my first time going there and i said clearly to the guy that answerd I am coming in like 20 ish minutes i need a full set and 2 manicures ( for my friends) and 3 pedicures 1 for me one for my friend and one for my other friend. He said ine minut and then cane back to the phone and said ok. We got there my friends did there mani, pedis and i was doung my full set and the lady was super sweet and all and then when i was done i asked where can i sit for my pedicure and she told me to ask the guy who answered the phone i think he is the manger and they said oh sorry we are busy and i was like excuse me what? And he saud we are full come back in an hour and im like uh no i called and said 3 pedicures he said no you said two and im like no ask my friends they were in the car when i called. And he was like oh i may have mistaken but we are busy. Mind you there are on like 3 other women there besides us and 2 ladies are working on one girl and my friend was done so her lady was free and then i went to tell my friend and hes like what color do you want and im like no yall are super busy right ill just go somewhere else bc if you dont have time for your customers theres no point i left no tip.

Had my eyebrows and lips waxed and they ended up waxing off skin from my eyebrows and lip.
