Absolutely love coming here. All the ladies are very nice and engage in small talk. The ladies who checked me in are super nice and professional. I always ask for Michelle, she does a great job.

I go to PIP Nail bar at least once a month & have for a good while now, but today’s service warranted me to finally post a review. Today I went in for a dip manicure, pedicure, and eye brow wax as I do each time. And today I got Han as my manicure & eyebrow artist & she was above and beyond. I will be asking for her each time now, because her attention to detail on my nails was amazing. She also held great conversations with me the entire time which I love. I always have good experiences at pretty in pink, but today was the cherry on top to keep me coming back forever

This was my second time and I really enjoyed the service from Jennifer (full set) and Michelle for pedicure! They were able to take care of me both times I walked in, unlike other places close by. I will definitely come back!

I would not recommend this place for dip powder - thankfully, my nails are not chunky but they have random grooves and are not smooth. Also, the dip chipped off within 2 days. The top coat they use is peeling off - I had dip many times and it was never this bad.The technician also told me I could not get gel due to my nail length with is ridiculous - just wanted more money for a service she couldnt do well.Pedicure was decent. It depends on who you get. Some can be very rude while other are gentle. However they are not very detail oriented.It is never a consistent experience. Pedicure is safe here, at a decent price. I would skip dip nails.

This was my first visit here. I made an appointment online for 3:00. They were pretty busy so I didnt get seated until about 3:30 but my technician my was very nice. She was gentle and precise and thorough. My daughter (4 years old) got her finger nails painted and the girl who did her nails was very sweet, patient and did a great job. My daughter loves her nails! Mine came out great and the lady who waxed my eyebrows was also very nice and did a great job. Price was about average but Ill definitely be going back. Great experience!

Always a great job with doing my nails no matter who they assign to do them . The pedicures are mediocre here also $63.00 just for a pedi here is nuts..

Hannah did a great job on my feet and then they were super accommodating when I asked to add a mani last minute. Very busy but I called ahead to make sure I had an appointment so I got right in.

They overcharge you, I was hurt twice while doing feet and nails they didn’t give me a discount; and the nails don’t last. 2 fell out and took my nail AND skin with it. -would not recommend

Most of the times I have a great service but there is been 2-3 times where a lady is in bad mood and you don’t have the same experience. But overall is a good nail bar

They overcharge on your nails and take a vantage of you. They kept charging me 5$ and $10 extra for soak off and design but I never did get a soak off. Terrible service.

Friday 2/5/21 - Took my mom here for her birthday and the ladies that did our pedis just rushed through the process and then went to go sit down to be on their phones. The lady that did my full set insisted that the color I chose was the same color she was applying to my nails. She stated the shade of the color would change to a lighter color. Once she was done, the color did not change at all. She knew I was upset but I decided not to make a show about it. When it was time to pay, there was a couple ahead of me and my mother but to the side. The old lady said maam without looking up and the couple just stood there so then the lady looked at us so wrong like if were suppose to know it was us that she was talking to. Anyways, we step up and she just sighs so loud, like if you dont like your job, just quit??! Shes looking down the whole time shes talking to us and places the stamp card on the counter and my mom gets is, she said give it back I was going to explain it to you with such a terrible attitude and tried to take it from my moms hand. I immediately asked her why did she have to be so rude and she responded that she wasnt but I can promise you, she tried to be nicer right away and after explaining to us how the stamp card works she said I wasnt being rude, your mom took it from me. That topic was done seconds ago and then you want to bring it back up??! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IF YOU ARENT A REGULAR CUSTOMER THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE trash.

It was a great experience! The power went out at one point, but they didnt send anyone home. We waited until the power came back on. It was definitely a wonderful experience and i cant wait to go back. They are so nice, and i loved my experience there.

Been going here for 3 years, and this time, Who ever answered the phone when I booked my appointment was very rude. What chu want? Really?! Some of the ladies from the front desk talk aggressively/rude to some of the employees in front of customers and isnt professional. For being such a big place and modern I would hope they expand their abilities on doing different newer designs soon. They should also watch what they say in their language, some people do understand them and they dont realize it. Very disappointed today but happy with my nails/pedicure outcome.

I went they rushed my pedicure and they thought i didn’t know but they over charged me i’m not confrontational so i didn’t say anything, the acrylic nails started lifting after the 4th day it’s been a week they were so bad i had to take them all off . not going to return . and the nails where shaped terribly.

They are so nice, clean, they go by TDRL guidelines and they make you feel comfortable.

This is my favorite nail salon they do an amazing job and it is so pretty inside they have l complementary drinks the atmosphere is very comfortable!!! I am there every two weeks on a Tuesday!

Clean, professionally decorated, staff is very nice and they even have 10% off first time customers and reward cards they stamp for every visit $30 and up. They have sooo many colors to choose from and complimentary drinks including margaritas, wine or water. I have always went to the cheapy cheap places and been so disappointed when after a week my nails are chipped and lifting. I will be a long time pretty in pink customer, their prices are still affordable and their services last way longer. Im so happy I gave this place a try I get so many compliments on my nails!Update: just had my nails done by john today and I will definitely be requesting him next time I come back! I went to Pretty In Pink Nail Bar for the first time today. I have been going to another salon for over a year now, but the service and quality of work has been declining. I decided to try something new.I am glad I did. Kelly did my nails and they look great, she was quick and made sure I liked the quality the entire process. This will be my new go to Nail shop and Kelly will be my new Nail technician!!

We do a family girls spa day each month where we get pedis this place really takes care of their clients. They are very understanding that things happen and sometimes we run a little late but we are always in and out

It seriously reminds me of a high end nail shop that I would find back home. In Vegas, youd find sweat shops, as we called them, but then you have these classy places, like Pretty in Pink. Pretty in Pink offers great customer service and well trained technicians. They offer about 1 million different colors and options to choose from. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a little TLC...My Go-To technicians are;Peter for my hands and Amy for my feet. John and Amanda are also really REALLY great too.*UPDATE*I recently broke my toe nail down to the middle of my nail bed. It was extremely painful and disgusting to look at. Peter, with his magic, fixed my nail to the point where you wouldnt even know I had a problem to begin with. He built me a whole new nail using acrylic. No tips but just plain acrylic and he free-formed a new nail. No, its not bonded on my skin either. He literally extended the acrylic from 3/4 down my nail bed and created a natural shaped nail. Like I said.. Hes awesome! LoL

First & last visit here :( I got these done 2 days ago at Pretty in Pink Nail Bar and at first I didnt see that the nail technician left noticeable gaps of my nail exposed. I also had to file down some of them to match the length and shape of the others, because when I asked her to please file down the length to match one I had broken she completely took it upon herself to reshape them as well (Not what I asked for) Would I pay $38 for this again? Absolutely not. Honestly, instead of talking to the other nail techs so much they should focus on what theyre doing. Waste of money. *I also dont see them replying to any negative reviews so that just goes to show you their commitment to good customer service.

Shelly did an amazing job on my manicure! I dont get them done often but wanted to treat myself for my birthday and Im so thrilled! She took her time and made sure my glitter ombre coffin nails were perfect! Add a cocktail on the side and it was the perfect treat yourself experience.

One of my friends referred me to Pretty in Pink Nail Bar. They far exceeded my expectations. Everything seemed to be as sterile as possible. I decided to get nail art and I couldnt even imagine how well it would turn out. Hannah truly took her time throughout the entire process and made sure I was happy at each step. I also got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and Hannah listened to what I wanted and it came out just as I wanted. I will be definitely be a repeat customer here. I cant recommend this place enough.

Beautiful location. Each time I go... the service impresses me . This week they had blueberry and mango daquiris for their customers. I love the wide selection of colors and choices. They even have glow in the dark nails. Awesome management.

I came here for the first time and it was great! Mostly everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I got a shellac manicure on my natural nails and a regular pedicure. My pedicure still looks great, but I’m disappointed in my manicure. After 4 days they have started to chip and continue to break as the days go on. I was hoping for it to last much longer.

I don’t know her name but The floor manager did my nail for me. She was very nice and sweet. When I raised concern about scratching my 5months old baby with my new nail with bumpy texture, she took extra time and trimmed it really well so it can be safe for the baby. I really appreciate the thoughtful kindness and my beautiful powder dipped nail!

Such a cute nail bar! They serve margaritas! Very professional and customer orientated! A wonderful selection of spa packages! I literally fell asleep with the citrus massage with real oranges🍊🍊😍😍 I definitely recommend this place... it might be a good idea to make an appointment, but I have not had to wait without one yet. I took my elderly friend to this saloon today for his first ever pedicure. I got my first ever facial. The place was very nice, extremely clean. The staff was absolutely fantastic. My friend suffers from Dementia and can be a handful at times. Wow. The customer service is excellent. The place is so clean. They do a wonderful job in your nails. The price is perfect. It was my first time there and I already love it.

Cindy did my nails and Ioved them! They have so many colors to choose from and they help you choose a color if you are undecided. They have complimentary drinks. They also do kid nails which is very affordable compared to other places. I recomend the place if you are undecided on where to go this is the place to go but I do reccomend making an appointment so you dont have to wait long. My daughters nails took about 10 minutes and mine about and hr or so.

Me and my sister were searching for a new nail salon and we happen to pass this location and when I tell you it was a wonderful experience the staff was super friendly they were fast and efficient to get done they had so many options for nails colors my pedicure I had was absolutely amazing and they are so reasonable when it comes to prices the atmosphere is beautiful and comforting I definitely recommend coming to this location.

Tina did a great job on my feet! She was very hospitable and made sure to offer me a complimentary drink. Shelly did my nails, and wanted to make sure I was happy with her services. She listened carefully to my request ensuring she understood what I asked of her. Victoria is so sweet and helpful. This is my new place to get nail/feet services!

This is my second time getting my nails done here. The lady(Maggie) at the counter is always so friendly. The nail techs take their time and do an excellent job!

So I’ve been going here for about a month, new to the area, went in the first time, no major problems. The nail tech didn’t do as I ask but whatever. The 2nd time I go in, I leave with my nails looking ok... Within the next few hours my polish is peeling. I got gel, and I’ve been getting the same kinds of nails for over 10 years now.I call and tell them what happened with my polish (that’s less than 24 hrs old) and they tell me I will have to come back for a “fill” I stated I didn’t need a fill just my polish is lifting... 30$ to fix the mess up THEY did. No thank you. Never again will I go to this place. They are all about getting money and not caring about the customers or the customers requests or wants.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this place🙂🙂🙂 the staff is very patient and have excellent customer service. The prices are on spot. The establishment is clean and offer a variety of beverages.I told them I wanted the $32 pedicure and the shellac manicure which is $30. The guy working on my manicure messes up my polish. The lady working on my pedicure did an excellent job. The shellac looked really thick on my nail, the polish looked nothing like the sample, and the ends of my nails had no polish[Im not one to complain; If it doesnt work out then it doesnt work out and I will take my business elsewhere.]I responded to a survey they sent me via text messaging and they asked why I was not satisfied. The manager contacted me and said she would like me to come back to fix any issues.I come back 2 weeks later to resolve issues from the last visit. I was hesitant but Im glad I came. The front desk lady explains the difference between manicure shellac and shellac. I realize not only did the guy mess up my polish but he also forgot to clean up the cuticle of my nails?? They asked me if I paid for the shellac manicure and I said yes. Because in total I had paid $62. I start to feel awkward when they start speaking their language. I begin to feel even more awkward when I am sat near him and my nail technician points at my nails talking to the previous nail technician that worked on my nails.The finished result was great. My polish isnt thick and it looks very natural yet strong. And the cuticles of my nails are clean. I am one satisfied customer despite my initial visit. Im glad I came back.
