Amazing job! Wish I had got the ladies name who did my nails

This place was clean, slightly overpriced, but conveniently located. They dont do the cuticles correctly and dont paint anywhere close to cuticle, so you need another manicure in less than a week! Photos are only 10 days after manicure.Also, paid no attention to how thick or thin paint was going on, so some of my nails are very dark and some are light. I asked for a plum color, and for some reason, theres a weird orange splotchiness to some of my nails.I would never go here again. Theres a ton more places in the area to go to that charge less and do a better job.

Amazing service after years of not having my pedicure oh my god it felt so relaxing cleaned out everything let not talk about the massage because it almost made me fall asleep lol but amazing service would highly recommend this place :)THANK YOU so much for yall service

Never going back. left me with thick nails & not the color i asked for. i asked for white on my toes & gave me pink. she didn’t even ask if it was okay just kept on going. i would’ve told her something if i had caught it sooner but she was halfway done. my nails are extremely thick and look yellow. charged me 100 dollars for horrible work. nice lady but awful job.

Do NOT come to this establishment ever! I have lived in Sugar Land for almost 25 years. I have come to this place every now and then. I came this evening and had the rudest service I have ever had. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. And I had to say to four different people, who heard me the first time, that I wanted a pedicure before being thrown a hand wave in the air to some man to ask him. Now the man barely looked up at me or spoke to me to acknowledge that I was a customer who wanted a service done. I had to ask him “am I going to be seen tonight or not?” He still did not reply and I said “I guess that’s a no”. This was all after I told them I have a sick family member in the hospital and I’d like to get some fresh air and clear my mind by getting a pedicure. Still nothing but rude and disinterested workers. After standing there for what seemed like forever I asked am I going to get any type of response? The man then looks up and says we’re busy now can you come back Friday? I was baffled by his way of treating a client! After the lack of customer service, I walked out and vowed to never return. I also called to speak to the manager and Jenny who answered was equally rude. I just can’t understand the lack of customer service and human decency in an establishment. She acted as if I’ve never been to a nail salon that wasn’t busy. Every nail salon is busy yet those that are actually good at what they do have business sense and experience to know how to retain return clients. I will never go back to this place where I was treated as less than and didn’t matter. I’d rather drive to the Galleria area where I’m treated with respect. I have done too much in my life to be treated with such disrespect. I hope no one else comes to this nail place. They do not treat people well AT ALL! I am very disappointed in this place. I rarely post about places online because I know how it can affect a business but, this had to be shared and I hope they change their attitudes and lack of customer service.

Beautifully remodeled atmosphere n they did a wonderful job on my nails everything I was looking for in a nail salon. Very clean n I love the plastic bags in the foot spas that are changed out after each use. Relaxing and CLEAN!! A+ for sanitizing tools an all around A+ Nail salon highly recommended!

Whomever is running this business needs to revisit its location. They don’t have any idea of customer service. They tell you to come back in 30 minutes and when you do they say oh. We didn’t know you were coming back. Hmm. I was trying to give them a second chance due to the fact that they’re conveniently located in the mall. But honestly. Each time I have been in this establishment these people have been cold and rude. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any one of them smile. Never will they get me to pay for their overpriced sub par services.HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not waste your time or money here. I asked for pearl white shellac and the lady gave me glittery shellac. Throughout the whole process I asked her several times is this going to be PEARL WHITE??? She kept saying yes. In the end it was just a bunch of glittery polish. I was so annoyed that she didnt understand so I just left. I had a long day and just did not have the fight in me. She didnt even file my nails evenly so I went home and did it myself; theyre all in different angles and what not. Worse job ever.

I have visited this nail salon on and off for several years. The service had been acceptable and the technicians were basically friendly and accommodating. However, on my last visit, the lady at the front desk started doing my nails in between talking rudely to customers coming in for service and telling me to relax. It is all but impossible to relax when someone is supposed to be giving you service while focusing on many other things and talking incessantly. I finally asked if someone else could please help me. The salon was very short staffed and no one responded. Therefore, I had to leave. The lady started talking crazy and I left.

Quite atmosphere, meticulous, and fair price.Previously I mentioned how good the atmosphere was, but now this is about my nails. I dont do anything for them to break- not even a week after getting them done. Just 5 days after, I went to peel off a sticker, and the corner of my nail broke!

Yesterday I had the worst experience ever. I’ve been treated so poorly and disrespected. All because I fell sick in the nail shop. After waiting over an hour I vomited a clear liquid. I apologized and asked for towels to clean it up myself. The nail tech insisted I go the public restroom to clean myself up and come back. During our conversation two people came in for service. When I returned she was mopping the area where I sat. So I was standing asking who would be able to do my nails. At that time she told me the person who was doing my nails left. I was taken aback as the two people came in prior to me going to the restroom were already seated and getting serviced. So I sat in a manicure chair waiting patiently. The lady told me I need to get up and sit in the waiting area. Clearly I could not because she was still mopping. So I asked why I had to wait over an hour to be serviced and these people waited 5mins. She told me because she had to do this referring mopping. Again she shouted for me to move and said she had called security on me. At that point I am deeply confused as I am being discriminated against, because I fell sick in her establishment. I then asked why was she calling security and security came in picking up where she left off. Telling me to get out, threatening to take me to jail, running my background, and speaking to me very disrespectfully. They never even asked me what happened. Then had 2 Suvs of police awaiting me outside. I am very offended, embarrassed, and filing a lawsuit. Discrimination is very much against the law and justice will be served. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Bad service, bad customer service. I walked in with healthy nails and they left me with an infection. First time I did my nails there was good, but after the second time it went down the hill, I asked for refill and the guy didn’t removed the complete unattached ends, he just applied some glue and covered with clear powder, that made some humidity got caught between some nails and when I went for the third time the lady applied some kind of medicine, the next time I went to remove all the acrylic nails another two nails were infected and they didn’t apply anything but alcohol, asked for them to apply some shellac and on the third day of getting them the nails started to top coat started to turn green, I went to tell them and the lady with no customer service skills didn’t do anything to make it better.

Very professional, waxing, manicure, pedi, they do a very good job. I had 4 people working on me at one time. From top to bottom, I got the works for about 80$s.

I just walked in and give this Tip To Toe Nails a try and I was blown away by their excellent service. They greeted and treated me very nice and once I was done with my pedicure and full set, I felt amazing and pretty again, thats when I know I found a better place to frequent now and I also can shop at First Colony Mall too and thats a bonus.

This should be a really nice salon but the second time after I got my nails done they didn’t last three days. Yuck. So the gel polish but never acrylic.

DO NOT COME HERE. They have absolutely no idea how to do nails!

Worst customer service. They’ve got the meanest lady at the front desk handling customers. I received nail service on Jul 7 and on Jul 9 the $50 nail job was chipping/peeling off. I go back immediately on Jul 9. The lady tells me to come back Thurs because she’s busy with another cust right now. I ask to have someone else help me. Now she’s angry and the girl she calls out is unqualified and she’s got an attitude as well. Like it’s my fault that the job wasn’t done right the first time and now this shop doesn’t have the courtesy to fix the problem. I’m done with Tip to Toe. Poor customer service!

I saw some not good reviews about this nail salon but when I came here its not like that, the service was good, staff are nice and have great techniques, definitely come back

Everytime I shop at the First Colony Mall I always stop by Tip to Toe Nails for my pedicure and its always the best.

If i could put 0 stars I would. this place did a horrible job on my nails, my husband could of done a better job. I paid $55 for a regular mani pedí. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and money.

Horrible they rush for no ready shape your nails anyway and charge way to much for the way they apply nails don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your money
