I stumbled across this place after doing some research for a nail salon that was close to my work. I am so glad I chose to give them a chance because I have not been going anywhere else for nail services ever since! Everyone is so friendly here and they offer a wide arrange of colors for gel and polish. I also appreciate the complimentary water bottles they give their customers. They do an amazing job each time I receive services and I can honestly say I have gotten the best gel manicures here. I want to note that customers cannot leave tips through credit card transactions so if you do not have cash.

Outstanding service. The manager was very attentive to my request for dip and specific color. She even did a sample color on an artificial nail to confirm the color was what I wanted. I highly recommend . I will definitely be back.

Theres a coffee place next door, sushi, Subway sandwiches, and a vegetarian restaurant. All the eateries are great to grab a snack before or after an appointment. Love this place! Excellent customer service and great work! The nails techs are all really great and give you exact what you ask for without having extra pressure in getting additional services. You can tell these people care about their customers and thats not common for all nail places. Glad I found this location and as long as I live downtown they have a frequent customer in me! Prices are decent as well.

I ordered Deluxe pedicure it was far from deluxe. No water treatment and the water was barely warm. I also received full set that had bubbles and lumps. Ann was polite but everyone else was rude. Ann did apologized for them. But it wasnt worth the price for horrible service and rude people.

I saw this nail salon on Google after visiting another nail salon in the area and having a terrible experience at a near by salon. I was by far blown away by the service, the cleanliness and my nails. I also love that theres a massive parking lot in the back. I will definitely be back again!

I am down in town for a quick work trip and asked my hotel front desk where to get my nails done, as they were a hot mess. I arrived about 10 minutes early to ensure that I wouldnt have any trouble locating the place. I walked into a beautiful little nail shop. Super clean and beautiful decor. My hands look ahhhmazing! The tech even recommended a superior product to the one I had and she was so right! This nail shop opened May 2019. I hope it is here forever. I will always come here when I am in the area. If you are in town and need your nails done, come here!!

But really, my gel manicure lasted so well. 2.5 weeks later and I have zero lifting, no cracking, and I use my hands a lot! Ive washed many dishes, lots of typing and I have dogs and work in a pharmacy. Best manicure Ive had, and I will definitely be returning. Loved my Apres nails Super cute place got eyebrows done as well . They do waxing. Great pedi I took my toddler and they were very attentive to him. Wow--so impressed with their Covid 19 safety!! Seriously! You have to make an a appt, everyone is in masks, they have plastic dividers between you and your nail tech that you put your hands through, you are socially distanced between customers, and I even picked out my dip nail color through their stories page. And, they did a great job on my nails. I will be back--excellent experience!!

I was in town for work and needed a gel fill. I was reluctant to go to a foreign salon but I was in dire straits. I found this salon on Google, read the reviews and decided to try them out. Walked in and saw a slightly busy salon in which I waited about 15mins. The salon was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and polite as I waited. A woman named walked me over to her station. She was VERY delightful and pleasant to talk to. She was the sweetest woman with a tender touch. Not to mention, she did an amazing job! I was sooo relieved when it was all done! They looked great and I walked away happy. Any time im in town, I will be sure to visit them again! BTW...they are walking distance to an outdoor mall with all the good stores. Go see them!!

I went in to get a regular French tip overlay. I left so angry. They lady that was doing my nails looked nervous and I said in a very polite way “hey I would Like French tip to be very neat.” The French tip was so sloppy I just gathered my things and said I would like to leave. I paid for the service and left. Never will I go back to this nail salon. This completely ruined my day. Oh might I add I was getting my nails done for a wedding tomorrow !

Came in for the first time today and I was so happy with their service. They handed me a water bottle while my feet were soaking which I have never seen done at a nail salon before. I got a gel mani/pedi and loved everything about it. They have so many Gel polish choices (both colors and brands!) My nails look like they belong on an ad on a magazine! All the cuticles are gone and they got rid of the ingrown on my big toes, pain free and thats a big deal because Ive been to so many places where I get hurt or they make the discomfort I originally had, painful. Im so happy I loved it here because I work just a couple mins away.... I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

I felt very welcomed and was offered a drink while getting pampered. The options for the pedis can fit any budget but I will definitely recommend the pedi with the back massage as it was AMAZING. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. As I was getting serviced I noticed how the shop is run very efficiently. The management/owners clearly know how to keep things organized and the decor in the shop is refreshing. I always prefer to book an appointment but I was able to walk in and get serviced in a timely manner. I cannot wait to go back!

Ive been coming to this place for over a year for gel manicure and pedicure and look forward to it every time. The place is super clean and the staff are so friendly. There are lots of colors and design options to choose from and the staff is very open about discussing it with you.

I went here to get some acrylic overlay nails that were in done somewhere else removed because I didnt like them. This is how my nails look a few days later. I have only altered them by filing them down because they are so thin the little bit of nail I had was useless. They are totally destroyed. I only started getting acrylic for the first time in life in August so I dont know proper methodology. She removed my nails with the drill, then soaked for a bit. Drilled and soaked and drilled some more. And although I prefer minimal drill I assumed this is how its done. The problem with the removal is that she used a drill on my natural nails that should never ever be used as such. (I know this because after watching few tutorials on proper technique and research online every professional specifically says DO NOT use this course metal drill on the natural nail!) I told the nail tech it was hurting me, she would pause for a second and then continue the same way.Because of this my nail bed is so messed up. My nails are so thin I can feel the wind blow. Also notice how on one hand she didnt even finish removing the acrylic. I do not recommend this place it you care about your nails.

This is the BEST nail salon in town. Wide array of nail services and Im always pleased with the end result. The owner, is amazing! She sets such a welcoming and comfortable tone, and really takes pride in her work. My nail shape looks fantastic, the polish is great and my SNS set looks luxe and refreshed! I went to Elegant Nail Spa for the first time before my best friend’s wedding, and IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE. I got a full set powder nails done, and the colors I chose and the color the tech did for me was way off. When I tried to tell the tech that I didn’t like the color, she got extremely mad at me and made me feel bad so I got really anxious to say anything after that. I ended up hating the colors so bad that the owner of the salon decided to painted gel polish over my powder to change colors. Even then, the color just looked terrible and off and it looked so bulky. I honestly WOULD not recommend this place at all.

I asked for Dip nails almond shaped & I got my right hand dip & Gel on my left hand because the nail tech kept messing up. I have bumps on my nails & the shape is ugly. I found this place when I started a new job almost 2 years ago and needed a new nail tech. I have my preferred techs but literally everybody is good. They take their time on pedicures, can do any type of nails, are very friendly, and the shop is clean and sanitary.

Horrible Horrible Horrible ! I am a Sugar Land Native and decided to go this salon for the first time. Not only did they keep me there for 2 PLUS hours they did such a bad job at my nails that even the nail tech said they looked bad ! She took them off and wanted me to wait another 40 minutes to get them done again!!! I walked away because I didn’t have that kind of time with nothing done and truly just wasted my time. This is the last salon I would recommend to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE

The appearance is far from the basic old nail salon. Looks like an HGTV upgraded salon. The massage chairs are beautiful and I love how they use the plastic covers for the pedicure bowl.

I got dipping done and they did a HORRIBLE job . Never going to this place EVER again. Nail lady tried convincing me that they were nice when they looked soooo ugly. Lady didn’t even let me choose nail color from nail samples I had to figure out what color I wanted by looking at the powders when clearly the color changes when it’s on the actual nail.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I asked for a shape and they did a completely different one before she put it the powder on I asked her to stop and take them off she stated she was going to fix them I said ok. I asked her to stop multiple times and she didn’t listen to me. When she was done I told her I asked you to stop before you finished. They looked cheaply made. They didn’t want to take them off I walked out of there with nails that didn’t looked good they looked as if I had done them myself. Do not go to this place they do not know how to do nails anymore.

I️ specifically asked for a color, and they agreed on I️t but the outcome was not what I️ expected. I recently moved back to Missouri City and have been looking for a place to go every two weeks. I thought this was the place however my last visit, I asked for a refill and wanted to replace a nail that cracked. The male nail tech refused to do what I asked and was going to pay for. Instead he filed my name down and applied a top layer. The next day while driving out of town to my family reunion my nail I wanted replaced broke while going into my bag for my wallet. Had hed done what I asked, I wouldnt have had a broken nail for my familys event. Im a extreamly loyal customer whom will not be returning.

I disliked the fact that my nails and eyebrows were rushed on. I was uncomfortable while getting a manicure and pedicure in the massage chair. Due to the person doing my manicure making go in awkward positions, instead of making it convenient for myself.
