I absolutely. Love this place!! I am a college kid and they have discounts every Tuesday to help me out with everything else on my plate and still allow me to get the AMAZING nails and service I’ve grown to completely love. I’ve been to so many other nail places but will truly never break my loyalty to Milano! Every single nail tech is amazing and I’ve yet to have a bad experience in the 2 years I’ve come here consistently. I am so. So happy with this place!!!

I just moved to the area and I visited nearly a week ago. Everyone I met was really friendly and helpful. Under the lights of the salon I thought everything looked good, but once I got home and really looked, I realized that my manicure is a bit of a mess: lots of bumps and an uneven coat. I payed extra for shellac, but its already chipped on several nails. I know they offer a 10 day guarantee, but I dont think Id go back. I just feel that for the amount charged my nails should look better. I would like to add that my pedicure looks great. 3 stars for how friendly everyone else.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming for over a year, and this is the best place to get your nails done! Kim does amazing work (as you can tell). They are also friendly and easy to talk to, especially Nhi! I enjoy coming every time, and will continue to come.

I got my nails done for my birthday and they r fabulous (thanks tony), however my sister got the black nails and they are awful. The nail technician, Chloe, yelled at her to relax, I get it but it was very aggressive and unnecessary and caused a whole scene. Everyone looked at us and laughed. When the nails were finished my sister realized the shape was completely wrong. She told Chloe that it was the wrong shape, Chloe started yelling, “coffin” to everyone, and this was not that big of a shop. So she then caused another scene in front of everyone and made us feel stupid for wanting nails the way we wanted them. They charged us for shaping that Chloe didn’t want to do and for a design that looks awful. She didn’t charge us for the design but still charged for the shaping.My sister was so upset she had to leave and couldn’t confront them right then. She called back and the manager told her there is no returns, it’s policy. I don’t know where the policy is but it needs to be visible. I would not come here because you would feel stupid for even going. My sister did go back to get them redone as much as they could without taking them off. Everyone apologized multiple times but nobody took any money off without asking nor asked to fix them without throwing a fit. They have a lot of really talented nail technicians but the standard needs to be set for everyone that goes there to experience the same quality of nails.So if you want to come to this nail place, which I would not recommend, ask for tony because he is the real mvp, never work with Chloe.

My first visit and I absolutely love it. Great customer service, very friendly staff. My nails looks exactly how the picture I showed her or even better. Is a great place to pamper yourself!

Came here with my sister- needed some nails for a formal event. While the shaping and colors are great, the clear coat is bumpy and messed up. Not only that but I was cut on my right pinky nail- and told after the blood started to appear. I was shocked at the price but didn’t have time to have them turn around and add more clear coat or fix anything. I’ll stick to going to Milano Nail Spa in the heights because they never fail to please me!

I came to get my nails done the appointment was goin well until the lady ( Chloe) yelled at me to relax my thumb. I know I have a problem with my thumbs while getting my nails done I’ve discussed it with several nail technicians and they have all understood. When I told her the same thing she continued to yell at me to relax it, this led to a couple of people laughing at me because I couldn’t relax my thumb I was kinda embarrassed but let it slide. She finished my nails and asked if I liked them, I didn’t like them and when I said no she got very upset with me and yelled to the entire nail shop that I didn’t like the shape. She made the nails square after she told me she couldn’t do that with the design I wanted to which I said was fine, so we went for the coffin shape, update they were not coffin they looked really bad. She finally fixed them after she complained. After she finished I left unhappy. I was so unhappy I called back and asked for a refund. Unfortunately they don’t do refunds it’s policy, policy that is not posted anywhere. I told the manager several times I did not want to go back because I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I did go back and Tia tried her best to fix them I felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable. My nails still aren’t that great but they are better than they were. The manager told me she would see me next time and only that only tia would do my nails from now on. I’m definitely not going back and I’m not recommending them to anyone I know.My sister also got her nails done which is why I did 2 stars. Her nails look perfect a guy named tony did them. I still wouldn’t recommend them tho.The pics are my before and after and then my sisters beautiful nails which I’m very jealous of.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done! Their staff is so nice and they can do just about every design I could ever ask for! If you go in for a colored french tip make sure you ask for Helen! She’s super sweet and does an amazing job!

This is the best spa Ive been to in Sugar Land. Such a pampered experience!! The staff are super nice and they went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I really love that they make you feel like their most important guest and the drinks are an added plus as you get settled in. Male or female, their pedicures are amazing, especially if youre someone who is on your feet evey day. After the Diamond treatment, I didnt even want to walk and Im already thinking about coming back again. Where my girlfriend has been getting her nails done for the past few years. Luxurious interior, clean facility, and well organized. Gets busy and can get crowded in the front when trying to pay. Not necessarily cheap but work is excellent. Nice salon.

For starters this place is literally amazing I’ve never had service like this ever! When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by the staff who were very welcoming and offered me a drink (water). Mia did my nails and she did a wonderful job my nails have never looked better i was so shocked and the other customers saw my expression they told me “Once you’re here you will never leave” and they were absolutely right!

Mia is absolutely amazing! She’s very patient & detail oriented. She’s by far the best nail technician I’ve ever gone too! The salon itself has a huge variety of colors, nail stickers, & options in all services. Highly recommend for anything nail & skin related!!

This was my first time in and will not be my last. I ordered the Diamond Package, for around $50, and got every last penny’s worth from this place. Complimentary refreshments and the massage chairs are great. Service was amazing and professional. If you’re looking for a new place this is it. I am a happy new regular!

First time for a pedicure and acrylic set here and I love their jobs.Vicky and Tina were very attentive and skilled.Even though I did not have an appointment, they still got me in quickly. I am impressed with their selection of colors.The price is quite high but you pay for what you got, they have 10 day warranty policy for nails which is awesome.My friend got dipping with Holly and she was happy too. The front staff kept refilling our drinks without our request.We will definitely come back when we are back in town.

I came to this nail shop with my two other sisters. I got a manicure and pedicure shellac on both them. First of let me start by saying that a guy was assigned to do my manicure at first and then while he was filing my nails some lady walks up and talking to him saying I dont know what, but he instead went to do my sisters nails and she did mine. My shellac manicure was horrible and pedicure was ok. I felt as though they were rushing on me and my shellac manicure was very very sloppy.... My nails shipped not even a week later.... I had to take it off at home... It was horrible. Then when it got time to pay my sisters and I headed to the counter where we were told hold on we have to figure out what we are charging you for.... They couldnt figure out what we got .... I had to tell her twice what it was I got because the lady at the counter was trying to overcharge me. Then one other lady got into arguing with my sister because she was going to pay with a credit card and not cash. This place its not worth at all what they charge. Just because it is in sugarland and in a nice area does not give you the right to charge that much if your employees are not going to do a good job!!!! Horrible!!! Service not worth $86 freaking dollars. Do not waste your time they dont take their time with you and rush. They will do a very sloppy job on your nails. Not to mention the lady who did my sisters nails cut all her toes..... Horrible

Im a guy and I went all tense and nervous. My lady Kay took care of me and I felt almost at home. Great service and awesome drinks. I just wanted to get manicure and pedicure done with Shellac and clear powder. I had Shellac with clear powder on my nails from before. All I wanted was to get a refill on that which it consisted of removing the previous shellac color and completing it with the powder where the nail grew then adding the shellac color. They said they had to remove the whole thing and add it again. Charged me $5 for the unnecessary removal + the full price for the shellac with powder instead of giving me the refill I had asked at first. On the toes the lady set a 5 minute timer for the leg massage and she barely pressed on my legs it felt like all she was doing was spread the lotion there and kept an eye on the timer. Then after my nails were done the lady didn’t even care to clean my hands full of powder or give me a massage with lotion how is usually done. When I asked them about it they said that they only do it when I get manicure ! So I asked so the shellac with powder that is a lot more expensive you don’t give a massage with lotion?! She proceeded to apologize and had me wash my hands in the sink. Worse experience ever! Never coming back!

I just visited your salon today, for the second time. Mia and Jenny were just great. I came in a little stressed and left stress free. These two were such a delight and I felt extremely pampered…. This salon has it together, so organized, clean, helpful staff, always checking in just at the right time. I am telling you peeps this salon is delightful.

I will not be returning.I have returned for my pedicure. As most customers know that frequent Milano that they advertise 10 day guarantee on nails. I get shellac on my toes every time. This means I am paying more each time to ensure longevity on my toes.I got a pedicure on 6/21 on 6/28 my toes begin to chip and discolor. I called and asked if I could come in to get it fixed. They said this was fine.On 6/21 I paid even more then I normally do and got a design because it was my birthday and I wanted something fun. Each of my toes were a different color and my big toe on a bunch of circles on it. (This took over an hour and half to do because she cured each toe before going to the next)Today 6/29 when I came in to get it fixed they were going to take all the colors off and fix due to the 10 day guarantee anyway.I asked if we could just do 1 color to save the woman that was going to fix it time because it was already starting to get busy and I have been working the night shift. Seemed like a simple enough solution to me.She said that I would have to pay $25 but she would give me a discount making it $20 to “change the color” so for saving time for the staff and myself because the product didn’t last as long as they said it should and they offer the 10 day guarantee I need to pay more money.I paid the $20 but I feel I just paid $70 8 days ago that I should not have had to pay again because they business offers a 10 day guarantee.When I mentioned this she tried to make it my fault stating that my toe nail was chipped not the polish (my toe nail is not chipped) when I showed her my toe all she said we “oh well it’s the policy I wish I could change it but I can’t”I told the staff member that I have never left Milano feeling unsatisfied with the service I was given and today I was.I asked if I could speak to Brian not because of the $20 but because if you offer this guarantee and you product doesn’t last which caused me to be unhappy with what I had why should I be forced to either get the same thing that I was unhappy with or pay more money.She told me that I could not speak with him that he was to “busy” and that she would speak to him for me and make a note on my account for them to double check product for me next time.What does that even mean?? Service was rushed and poorly done. I got a full set put on and I’m not thrilled with how they turned out. They aren’t terrible, but there aren’t good either. The man who did my nails was really rushing. Even the person I was with was shocked at how fast the service was. He did not do my cuticles and the nails were not filed well. They were also much thicker then I prefer but I did not specify that I preferred them thinner so I don’t blame him for that. There’s also quite a bit of excess acrylic under my nail that was not cleaned off. I probably won’t ever be going back.Edit: I received a call from the owner offering to fix my nails. She was very kind, understood my concerns, and was very accommodating.

Super nice front desk ladies and their talented techs. I really enjoyed my honey and milk pedicure with Jessica and Vicky is very patient with my nail designs. I am picky and very indecisive, they both were very helpful to help me pick out the toe color and acrylic powder to match hands and toes. This is my first time BUT NOT MY LAST. I love the champagne and how they clean chairs and everything after each and every customers especially during this pandemic time. They are so professional and organized. Love love love.i cant wait to come back.

I set an apointmet for a full set and it was great! No wait time, cute nails and great customer service. Went back again to get them off and if I had set an appointment, I would have been in and out in less than 10 mins. They are very popular and busy so expect a wait time if you do a walk in. I’ve been three times so far, with three different nail techs. Full set each time. The staff treat you with such kindness and are very accommodating. I love how they really spell out what you’re paying for at the end.My only complaint, which is minor, (I could’ve asked before hand but didn’t) was I asked for a nail design - which I’d never done before - and when checking out, they charged me $50 for a few flowers! I honestly didn’t feel like the quality of the design was worth that much. I walked out with $100 nails I wasn’t expecting to pay for and just didn’t feel it was worth it…I will keep coming, but that’s the first and last time I ask for any kind of designs. Again, my bad for not clarifying price to begin with, but I also feel they could’ve told me before hand that it would be that much more money for something so small.

Would not come back! So unprofessional and not worth my time. I had come once and booked an appointment and they told me they would seat my friend and I together (which we both had an appt together) and they never did. A whole hour long nail session sitting alone when I had booked an appointment. Decided I would give them another try so I booked an appointment at 1:00 and came in a few minutes before. We were seated after about 15 minutes and told to choose our colors. Then it took them 45 MINUTES to get them started on our nails. The lady at the front kept telling us people would be ready in a couple of minutes but it took until 2:00 for us to get our nails started. And as the time went by, I just continued to see them take more and more customers. Completely frustrating. Then, the lady at the front made it seem like I was the one being impatient when I asked how much longer the wait would be. Horrible service TWICE and I think the professionalism needs to be stepped up.

We were expecting a relaxing experience but one of the staff was very rude and showed so much attitude. I would expect more of a pleasant experience from a nail spa. We had an appointment time but started the service about 40 mins after.

Love this place. Ive been coming here for the last 6 months and love it every time. They get busy at time and especially on the weekends thats why I always make sure I make appointment but sometimes I had to wait a little bit but its all worth it. The ladies upfront are too nice and friendly. They offer me drinks even while I was waiting. I dont have specific technician that I goes but happy with my nails every-time. I love the fact they clean all the chairs after each customers and I appreciate them for doing that.

What an amazing place. I’ve always been attended to in a timely manner and they make sure you are satisfied. Even when it is busy you still have all your needs fulfilled. The staff is all very friendly and makes the experience that much better. Definitely found my new nail salon. They do a superb job with feet and hands.

Definitely the best Sugar Land has to offer! The nails are identical to the reference photo I showed my tech. She was extremely talented!This is what I had done with price breakdown:Nail removal ($10), full set of 2 color ombre acrylics (~$55) with two accent nails ($10)- long tips ($10), coffin shaped ($5). Also, the milk and honey pedicure ($45) with gel polish ($10)It was either $140 or $145 and as you can see in the breakdown, its totally a la carte and on the expensive side.With tips for both techs, I ended up paying ~$170.4 out of 5 only because I got nipped twice and that always makes me a bit nervous, but I will definitely be going back.Nails are beautifully thin without feeling fragile with a nice c curve. The ombre is impeccable. Frankly, these are the best nails Ive had since living in Manhattan!

Came here last week to get my nails done for the very first time. I was impressed by the staffs when I walked in. They greeted me like I’m their regular and help me choose my colors. I had milk and honey pedicure and a shellac manicure. My pedicure technician was amazing, she’s very gentle and taking her time. My shellac nail technician was very patient with me since I had a hard time picking out my color. The staffs always stop by to check on me and refill my drink. This place is very clean and the staffs are very attentive. They gave me 20% Birthday discount since it was my Birthday. Thank you Milano for making this birthday girl very happy

I was pretty excited to come here with my friend for my bday and had an idea in mind. We made an appointment and got there on time and we’re sat down. However I had found out upon sitting down that my nails were going to be 160$; so i quickly began looking for another design idea. Me and my friend weren’t sat for even 10 minutes before they told us that we’d have to wait since our nail techs decided to move on to the next clients. I don’t understand what the point of having an appointment is if it turns out that our time is not valuable. Me and my friend only had that time available and suddenly our appointment was pretty much tossed out of the window just like that. I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience especially after I was excited to come here.

I have been to Milano Nail Spa for over two years. On 80% of my visits, I have been pleased with the service, and on the 20% where I was not, they have always been receptive to correct the issue. In addition, once the pandemic started, I was excited to see them on the KPRC channel 2 news talking about how serious they took the precautions necessary for COVID-19. As a physician, I really felt comfortable with that. While I never really received many services during the 2020 year (to reduce my personal exposure or inadvertent exposure to others), I sent my Mother who is age 60+ and my Aunt who is 80+ due to their health protocols. I felt safe with them. Today my mother attended again, and when she politely requested that the employee caring for her put on a mask, she was met with resistance and an explanation on Texas law. The employee then proceeded to continue taking the nail polish off of her toenails unmasked. To be very honest and clear, she then went to find a mask and they even found a new employee to help my mother, but she was very uncomfortable for the 10 minutes where she was taken care of by the unmasked employee. (With the Delta variant, it doesnt take 15 minutes to get infected anymore). I believe that none of the people at the establishment desire to cause any discomfort or harm to their clients, but I was thoroughly disappointed that many are not wearing masks despite current CDC guidelines that requests that all people (vaccinated or not) to wear a mask given the new Delta Variant. I was even more dissatisfied with the explanation that I received when I expressed my disappointment. Whether or not you agree on the science behind masks, its a small thing to do for a paying client. While I am dissatisfied today, I do plan to return in the future. However, I will only return at non-peak times, and prior to my appointment ( I always make an appointment), I will always ask to have an employee that wears a mask at all times if they are still recommended by CDC. We all need to do our part. I am exhausted now by the fight we healthcare workers do everyday, and we cant get just a little support by a community employee to wear a mask. Again, I WILL RETURN for services, but I have modified how and when.

I love Milano’s! I’m always satisfied with my nails and service. The staff is super sweet and welcoming. It is most definitely a nail salon I recommend for everybody, you will NOT regret the experience. I love my nails every time. Ive found a new place to get pampered! I love the atmosphere here. My husband daughter and I all came in mid day Saturday for 3 pedicures and 1 full set. We didnt have to wait long at all. Very relaxing environment and the staff is wonderful. I love how Brian comes around to check on you and check on the work being done. He was very attentive. The nail techs were amazing! I will most definitely be back.

Quite busy. The nail techs were nice, but handled our hands eoughly or as if they were rushed; tossing them back and forth. My pedicurist was nice. She did great on my toes. However, her massaging consisted of her running her nails up and down my legs; very little massaging of my feet. My heels still had dead skin on them.

Jenny did an amazing job with my pedicure. I will definitely be back.

This place is really nice! I was in need of a new nail tech, and I’m glad I came. The only thing is that it is a little too pricey. I paid 77 dollars for a gorgeous set, but I don’t think it was worth the price because it looks pretty simple. Overall, a great place if you are willing to pay the money!

I came to this salon because I thought they hold up what they guaranteed about they will fix any services that you got done within 10 days. I came in to get a pedicure and a full set. I got French acrylic nails. On Wednesday the tip of my nails were chipped. So I called in to ask to get it fix. I spoke with the manager and explained what was wrong with my nails. She said ok come in but you have to wait for 30 mins to an hour. I said ok since my drive from my house there would be 30 mins anyway. Then she changed it back by saying you might have to wait an hour or 2 to get your nails fix. I was like are you serious? When I called to make an appointment, I never have to wait that long. She said even when you made an appointment, you still have to wait. Then whats the point of making appointments! Thats because I came in to get my nails fix, they didnt want to help me. If you said I have to wait for an hr or 2 to get my nails fix, then no way. I will not wait that long. I spent almost $200 including tips on my services. Instead of her trying to make thing right, she was being so rude. Im a very easy person. I normally dont come back to the salon if they messed up my nails. But since Im paying that much, plus Im flying out the next day, they could of nicely arrange something to accommodate for the poor service they done on my nails. But I was treated like I got my nails done for free. I would not recommend this salon. They will give you a hard time if you want to get your services fix for their poor quality. Especially the manager she was super RUDE!!!

I enjoyed everything about this salon. The atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to the customer is what you want from a nail salon. They do a great job of explaining the various types of services based on your needs. If they arent busy they will do both your manicure and pedicure at the same time. This was my first time getting dipped and it was a very good experience with thousands of colors to choose from.

I hadn’t had my nails done in years and they were mad at me for not knowing what acrylic or shellac was, telling me “next time you need to say this” when they never asked me about the original inspiration photo i showed them to begin with. My nails ended up being crooked and the design was too thick, i’m really upset as these are for my wedding day. It was also super crowded and busy, it seemed like they were taking on more than they could handle. Don’t go here if you are not a regular nail salon goer.

Came here all the way from Jersey, and just WOW. This nail salon is amazing! The staff is amazing, both friendly and talented. Loved the mimosas they gave me. I wish I could come here every week. Kudos to Kim and Jessica who did an amazing job on my nails!

2nd time here and very happy

Today was my very first time coming to this nail salon and I’ve literally been all over Houston trying to find the perfect salon that does great nails and feet. I came here to really see what the hype was all about. I was immediately greeted and everyone was so nice. I was serviced immediately with no wait I’m guessing, because it’s a Wednesday, which is lovely. I’m not a big fan of waiting anyways. I was offered something to drink which varied from a mimosa, water, or a soda. I got a powder full set and MiMi did an excellent job. I’m very picky about women doing my nails and usually only let males do them, but she did wonderful. I also received a signature deluxe pedicure and this is the part where I was worried, because no one has ever done my feet right. Catherine did an outstanding job on my pedicure and I couldn’t be more pleased. The owners were very kind and checked on me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone was so nice and the place was clean. I will be returning. Thanks again!

Im only giving it a 4 star bc its a bit pricey the good thing is that I spoke to ms.vicky before starting which I was aware and they do give a 10 day guarantee in case nail brakes or wtv so I hope it was worth it . as my first time being there I like how I was greeted and seated and spoken about what I wanted but I didnt like that I asked for just color on my toes which felt as if the lady was just doing it fast and didnt even do cuticle part not sure if thats also part of Pedicure normal one . But tipping was given bc ms.vicky did great with my nail set and she was very informative. I didnt receive much of cuticle cleaning before my acrylic nails hope that would have been part of 100 manicured set with design I had gotten though .

I must say it’s the second one of my top nail salons I’ve been since I came to this country. But, as always I see very often in these places, I ask for something (even I’ve pointed out on the menu) and I get overcharged and when asking for an explanation they say “oh, maybe she/he (technician) didn’t understand what you wanted or that’s exactly the picture you showed”...yes but I wanted clear powder with regular polish and I was pretty clear on that!...the tech was very indulgent to my requests like: would like flatter, shorter, etc. Although! ...and that’s better than the tech telling you “ok, I’ll do it later” and she/he “kind” forgets but at the end my nails are pretty so I’ve kind let it go this time...but what I really dislike the most is there’s no social distance at all and that’s why I put 2 stars down. You should probably say: why did you just leave? I just came out of self-isolated after been exposed twice and then tested positive, so my nails really needed to get done and I drove 25 minutes to get there after checking reviews...but guys, you really need to work out on social distances matters...there were more than 25 people in that room and in every direction a person is seated on and that’s not right in pandemic times ... it’s pretty important keep the business running but clients safety is a must and first!

This place is just not what it was pre-pandemic. I used to come here often and had one person who always did my nails perfectly. I went back for the first time in 1.5 years, and had a terrible experience. The same woman who always helped me rushed my nails, left rough edges, and now a day later, I see the two layers she insisted were enough, are actually not enough. From her demeanor, she clearly didn’t want to be doing my nails, or just didn’t care like before. My mom also had a negative experience with booking an appointment last week. After several years, we will not be coming back.

Best nail salon Ive been to in a long time. Everyone is customer service driven. The salon is beautiful and modern. It was an amazing experience. Danny and Lynn did amazing! They are fairly new so hopefully they continue this type of service and quality.

I decided to get my nails done after a long time and it’s been hard finding a place. I came here after work with an appointment and they took me right away. I had Chloe and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone was so sweet that I interacted with and my nails look and feel amazing

I ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! i moved from Cali and everyone has recommended me this place since I’ve moved to Texas! It is a bit far from me, but it is worth the drive! I am so picky with my nails and Jonathan is so quick, careful, and consistent and remembers how I like them! I never leave unsatisfied! This place is beautiful and spacious and well kept. The receptionists are so nice and the manager is always making sure the clients are good and always offer beverages! Love this place and will not go anywhere else, no matter how far I have to drive! They are also up to date with styles and trends ❤️🤍

This is the BEST nail spa in Houston/Sugar Land hands down. I have been coming to Milano since they opened and it’s been wonderful. The decor is elegant and inviting. The staff are friendly and great. They offer drinks as soon as you arrive and make sure that you are happy the entire time. The owner Brian is excellent and makes sure all services are completed to my satisfaction. I live about 30mins away from this spa and pass many nail shops on my way but I would travel as far as I had to to get to this place. It’s amazing. Oh and you also get a 10 day nail guarantee on dipping powder - that’s awesome! My nails last a long time and they are BOMB all the time! Even when I can’t come as often as I would like my nails still look great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milano Nails Sugar Land - once you come the first time you will be hooked! They are the best!!

I was so excited to gift myself a Mom Days present and get a simple acrylic set. I have small children, haven’t had my nails done in years. I sat and watched people come and go and was told just a few more minutes. I made an appointment for 1pm. Showed up 10mins early, and walked out after 2pm with no services provided. I went to my car and cried. No thank you

I was considerating trying this Salon but I think not...review history speaks volumes...quite intetesting all response from owner to reviews are ALL ONLY to positive ones...too much negative review consistency for me to even give a try...thats too much money to risk and theres far too many other options out there

Over crowded from the front entry throughout and throughout the spa. They accepted walk-ins along with people who made appointments. My daughter-in-law made my appointment as a Mothers Day treat. Didnt want to sound unappreciative but I wanted to leave.

The prices are ok? For what I get, which is a full set w/ minimal designs & a pedicure but for some reason after every pedicure (maybe like 2 days after) my feet feel so much worst then when I originally came in.

I came here for the very first time last week by a referral from my banker when we were talking about nails and she did not disappointed me. This place is awesome! Best nails salon Ive been to. Their service is phenomenal and super friendly. They greeted me when I first walked in, they asked me for my name then introduced themselves to me. Saturday morning was crazy busy but I was seat in my pedicure chair shortly after. Brian and his staffs took a great care of me, they even helped me with my chairs, my polish and offered me complementary drinks. I was very please and happy with my nails and toes. Thank you Milano for giving me an phenomenal first time experienced and finally Ive finally found my new nails place to go. I live in Richmond but with all the services that I got from this place its all worth it.

My friends highly recommend this place so I tried it. I got aryclics nails which 3 of them came off within the 10 days of me having them done and each day one kept coming off. It also caused bleeding on my nails. I was out of town and as soon as I came back I gave them a call and the lady said she will speak to her manager and get back but never did. super disappointed because I heard so much about this place and it was so hyped but my experience was horrible. I had gotten the same type of nails done from other places while lasted me 2 weeks and more with no issues at all. Also my friend had the same issue but they solved it for her and the lady that I talked to on call said they couldn’t do anything for me and she would speak to a manager and call me back which she never did!!

My nails are popping!! Quick and efficient. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. A little pricey but clean and great atmosphere. If you are looking for peace and tranquility not the place for you.

Bad customer service, i didnt get to do my nails, i walked in with my 3kids, and they all stared at me, like what is she doing here, we wanted to have a spa day, and when i noticed no one came to meet me despite waiting at the customer service desk, i had to leave. I said u know what i will go, one of them said better.
