Every time I come here, I have a pleasant experience. My daughter is six years old and there are Disney chairs here for her to feel like the princess she is. I highly recommend this place for women with small children.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. Mrs. Diane always do an amazing job on my pedicure. You will never feel rush with her! Lien does a good job on my manicure, and Michelle (the owner) is very sweet and accommodating. Place is kept clean and they do offer complimentary beverages while you are getting pampered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I get my nails done every two- three weeks. I came and got my mani pedi. Well that’s what the appointment i scheduled last week. When They started my pedicure and never got my hands done. When she came to start my hands she soaked them with acetone for an hour and left and did two pedicure. She never came back. When my toes were getting finished I asked if I could remove my nails and they responded with attitude and said she’s was coming. Then another lady came and started working in my nails. By then I didn’t want a mani anymore as it was already over an hour. They’re prices in the book say $35 pedi and she charged $40! So yeah make sure you ask for the price before getting your stuff done. Scam

I enjoy going here to pamper myself. The owner always helps me select my nail color and demonstrates exceptional customer service. My nails are naturally strong and this is the first place where I dont feel that my nails are being damaged. I get my nails dipped and always get the pedicure that includes the hot stones.

I dont live in Sugarland, nowhere close. But Ive been to this place twice because one of my BFFs swears by some acrylic they have which is supposed to be organic or some nonsense. So I indulge her and come whenever Im out her way and in need of nail service.I live in North Houston, Champions Forest to be exact and hardly anyone does simple shellac manicure for more than $25, some are $20. This place starting price point is $35. Pedicure is equally as expensive and everything is an add-on, even a basic scrub. They charge you for removals $5The 4 stars is because we always happen to bring a friends 6yr old daughter and they are supper accomodating. Plus they seem to have very friendly staff who know the names of their usual customers.

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The manager was the sweetest! She made sure I was well taken care of. As soon as I got there I was seated and worked on. I was only there for an HOUR and my nails look amazing!Update: I’ve gone twice again and it doesn’t stop amazing me. Kelly is my favorite nail tech! I wasn’t sure on what to do and she recommended ombré and my nails are so beautiful!

The people that work here are super sweet and very kind. However, it hasnt even been 2 weeks and one nail already broke last week and another is is cracked. Im not super hard on my nails or have them in water. My nails also not filed near the nail beds and are bulky.

I got color changing polish and a wax. Great manicure and a great wax. My nails look amazing. I have very sensitive skin and I wasnt even red after my wax.

My sister and I adored our acrylics and definitely loved the atmosphere. The ladies here were so sweet! They even drove my sister and I because they didn’t want us walking in the heat, I would definitely go back next time i’m in Texas.

As you can see, they did an AWESOME job with the color! I was very pleased and received a ton of compliments on my nails. However, I had the worst experience EVER during my first (and simultaneously my last) visit here. The lady who initially started (and ultimately had to finish) my set let a new girl take over to do my nails. Not only did she glue the tips to my skin, which hurt like hell when I came back home to San Antonio and had them removed, she put so much acrylic on my nails that I had to have it filed/buffed down. I spent 2 HOURS just get getting my nails done because she was so clueless and moved so slow. As a former nail salon employee, I cut her some slack in the beginning, but being that it was obvious she didnt know what she was doing, it wouldve been appropriate for her to stop or ask for help. It was a NIGHTMARE! However, the lady who actually HELPED me apologized repeatedly and did give me a discount, which was nice, but Im very particular/sensitive about my nails and my nail salon experience/s.

I basically did a walk in and they accommodated me right away. Connie did an amazing job on my nails and my pedicure was perfection. Im super picky about my nails so its unusual that Im so happy when I go somewhere for the first time. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The price was perfect. Ill definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, until I walked out I enjoyed the WHOLE experience. I was greeted by Michelle the manager. I showed her a picture of a nail polish color I wanted, and she picked it out for me in less than 2 seconds! It was EXACTLY what I wanted. Nicki did my pedicure and it was her first day. She did an amazing job. I’ve had a lot of different pedicures at different places, but this one was by far the best one! I told her I’d be bringing my boyfriend for one since he’s never had one, and I’m pretty sure he’d enjoy it. Hannah did my nails, and she was super quick (her work was awesome)! My nails came out fabulous. Thank you ladies for the wonderful first-time experience! I’ll definitely be back!

Nice place, but I was not too happy with my results. The nail tech started my nails reversed ombré (nude top/white bottom) until I let her know that she was doing it incorrectly and she quickly fixed started over. She put the powder on kind of thick and I wasn’t too happy with the nude color. It is way too light compared to my naturally tan skin. She also cut my pinky skin by my nail and did not even add an antiseptic to it. Probably won’t go back. It was suppose to be 10% off for first time visitors, but they did not apply it.

We love this salon because of many reasons. First, they are so professional with their job! I do try to take appointments but even if I for some reason cant stick exactly to the minute, they are always patient. Second, their hospitality is mind blowing. Yesterday they treated me with Mountain Dew and my husband with mimosa. I was amazed! Third, the nail technicians take so much time and care to do your nails. Fourth, they do an amazing job and yet at a very affordable price! Thank you so much Herbal Essentials :)

The manager, Michelle, is very fluent in English, so its so easy to communicate exactly what youre looking to get done. Her staff, Trish (my technician), is so professional, kind, and really attentive. Within 2 minutes of being there I was greeted, asked my name, and given a nice cold spring water. I did not feel rushed at all. Love this place.

Clean, quick, courteous, and they do a great job with cleaning the nails. Their prices are also very reasonable. I’m definitely going again.

I did a walk in after speaking to someone on the phone. It is a decent place and I came here based on the reviews that it is very clean. Firstly yes they use liners in the pedicure spa, however all the tools come out of a tote with the technician and go right back in when they are complete. Maybe they have a process behind the scenes but it is not transparent for the customer that these tools were appropriately sanitized. The person who did my pedicure took her time but still managed to miss painting 2 toes yet she rushed me out by putting toe separators and my flip flops on. There was no one waiting so this was unnecessary. I had to come home and remove the polish and repaint my own. I got a shellac manicure. I can say the the polish on the nails held up well. No chipping only degrading due to natural nail growth. The only down fall here was that the polish was under my nails and on my cuticles which I had to peel off over several days. I personally would not go back or recommend this place to someone wanting a mani/pedi. I cant speak on the other nail services here.

While the ambience of this place was nice, and the customer service was PHENOMENAL, I have to say there were two major cons I faced with this place:1. They didnt seem to sterilize their instruments. Each employee has their personal set of tools that they use on all customers.2. I got dip powder nails, which looked beautiful. However the person who was doing my manicure was too lazy to actually cut my cuticles, so she used the same machine that was used to buff my nails down to buff off my cuticles. Not only was this extremely painful, but I had some blood spots on my cuticles which continued to ache when using soap/washing my hands. This also caused a lot of hang nails, which ruined the appearance of my otherwise flawless manicure.

I actually loved getting a pedicure here. The woman that did my pedicure was so nice, attentive, and most importantly she didnt cut me. Which seems to happen often at other nail salons I go too.

3 stars: I’ve gotten two pedicures there so far and they’ve been great but I got a manicure the last time and the woman not only missed a bunch of spots on my nails but also left me with a bunch of hangnails. The date I went in 8/14 and I am only today getting the chance to sit down and take this powder set off. I didnt wait long at all to be taken care of and I would say it was worth the $60 for an ombre set. Every other salon Ive gone to my set would be ruined within a week, two if Im lucky but im amazed these have lasted so long. Will definitely be going here from now on. Thank you!

The only reason why I rate this place two stars instead of one is because I at least like the the way my pedicure looked. HOWEVER, i would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid $25 for a pedicure that consisted of an effortless scrub/exfoliation, a massage on my ankles instead of my feet, and two coats of white nail polish. I’ve had many pedicures before and my feet has always felt polished and smooth after. My feet don’t feel smooth at all after the pedicure. The lady took out a hot towel to wrap around my feet/ankles but it was too hot. Instead of waiting for the towel to cool, she threw the towel on the floor and used some cold towel that looks like it was used to clean and dried my feet with that. And the massage was embarsssing. I expected a foot massage IF NOT a leg and foot massage but the lady just massaged my ankles. I made an appt to come in at 6:30pm before i came in. And I even came in 15 min early and one of the ladies made a comment asking me why i came so late since they close at 7. If you didn’t want clients coming in so close before 7(which I completely understand) then don’t schedule an appt at 6:30 and make comments about how we come in close to closing time. They wanted to do a full set but after my pedicure experience I don’t trust them at all. I expected more but sadly i left extremely disappointed with my experience and the service.*****After reading the response from the owner:I appreciate you for taking time to respond. However, I feel like you are misunderstanding my review. My issue was not with the price at all. I merely only brought up the price only to say that my pedicure wasn’t worth it. My issue was with the service. I went ahead and corrected the price in my review but the main point was that I was unhapppy with the entire. Second, I wasn’t expecting a long foot massage. But I was expecting the 5 minutes of my massage to be on my actual feet. I am not exaggerating when I say that the entire 5 minutes was rubbing my ankles. Thank you for clarifying the price menu for me although like said, it wasn’t at all the issue for me.

Fantastic! It is so relaxing with no TV and peaceful music. They follow my instructions exactly and do a beautiful job no matter what kind of nail service I choose.
