Love that they use Google business for messaging makes life more convenient and they answer when calling unlike some other salons.The rep took her time even when the store was getting ready to close. Very clean. Drinks offered. Good selection of colors. I did the dip powder manicure and shellac pedicure. Only thing I would say is if they can get deeper and more around my cuticles. Otherwise great service. Will be coming back!

This will be my new spot for sure! I just moved to town and a very close friend used to do my nails to perfection so Im particular. Lana did my pedicure and Ann did my powder dip manicure and they blew me away. The service was very, very attentive, they listened to all my requests, were very gentle, and I LOVED how the dip manicure had the shellac to match for my pedicure. The environment is extremely peaceful, clean, organized and professional. Their system check-in was easy, a ticket is created with your specific service and they note everything you need for the technician. I elevated my pedicure to get a wonderful massage with hot stones and it was absolutely fantastic. I will come back without a doubt in the next 5-6 weeks to refresh my feet and legs and get my nails done again. Well done to this new establishment!

Nexus is the best place to get your mani and pedi! I drive all the way from Memorial to Sugar Land to see Linda and Lana. Everyone who works there is great at her job. The salon is spotless and they take their time with their customers. The prices are great and they are perfectionists… definitely a bang for your buck!

I came into Nexus Nails and wanted to get a full set. I enjoyed my time at the nail salon. The nail tech who worked on me was very sweet and did a great job on my nails. She made sure the shape and the length is how I wanted my nails done. The offered me a glass of wine. I will come back to get my nails done again!

A friend recommended this nail salon and we are so happy that we decided to give it a try! While its a bit of a drive for us from the Energy Corridor, I think weve found our new go-to nail place! We had an absolutly fabulous experience there - great service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. My husband and I decided treat ourselves and get the Organic Nuskin Pedicure ($60). It was AAAAAMAAZZZZIIINNGGG....we both felt like we were in heaven. We got massages upon massages on our legs in feet, in addition to a well needed shoulder massage. The massage chairs are comfortable and feel great - so much better than our previous nail salon. Did I also mention that you get a free complimentary drink with your service?And if you want to make a day of it, this nail salon is right next to a boba tea, delicious food options, and Costco.I highly recommend this place, you wont regret coming here!

I never get my nails done but decided to for graduation so Im pretty clueless about different types of nails. I got a pedicure and dip powder and it was nice. Ann and Lena treated me and they were super sweet. The guy at the front desk was also really nice with explain the prices. Ill be coming here from now on :)

Tried this place on a whim because it was new. The pedicure was fine, manicure was not. I got dip nails. The nail tech who did my manicure was very nice, very professional. But the manicure did not last long. It was laid on super thick and the product flooded my cuticles. Additionally, it cracked on the second week. So my dip manicure didnt last the 2 weeks minimum that is the norm.

This place was great before it came under new management. I would drive 30+ minutes just to get services at Nexus. Pedicures were cheaper and they did a better job. This last visit under new management wasnt the greatest. The person doing my pedicure didnt even put a top coat over my polish. So it was rough and dull. I used my seche vite when I got home to finish it up myself. They basically rushed off to help the two other girls that walked in during my pedicure. Unfortunately, wont be returning.

They don’t wear masks unless you ask.I asked for white glitter dip powder. The person rushed through the process causing me to bleed on 6 fingers. This was not done with the cuticle cutter. This was done with the nail file. The skin split in half on my pinkie. Please see the pictures.When I asked about the glitter she told me they didn’t have it. I know that’s not the truth because I saw it on the display nails.I do not recommend this establishment. There are way too many nail salons in sugar land. Don’t settle for this place. Be careful with the fake reviews. Tip: look at how many reviews the reviewer has left prior. Those with 1 review are fake.

Let me preface with the fact that I did not have an appointment but they had a sign that said “walk-ins welcome.” After telling the woman who greeted me that I wanted a pedicure and eye brow wax, I was told to have a seat and wait “a few minutes.” Over 15 minutes later, it was apparent that they forgot about me and I asked how much longer. Immediately they told me to pick out a color and go to a back room. I asked for the special deluxe pedicure which the description states is a 45 minute pedicure. The pedicure was fine although it only lasted about 30 minutes. A woman next to me came in and was offered a drink. I noticed that I was not offered a drink ever. Once my toes were dry I was escorted to the front to check out. While I did not get the eyebrow wax I had asked for, I’m ok with that considering the service was not great.

Fantastic neighborhood nail spot. I walked in this afternoon and they took me right away. Everybody was so kind and place was new and very clean. I got super deluxe manicure and pedicure combo with dip on my nails. Tina did a fantastic job, I love the natural pink looking. When it came to massage, it’s a heaven. Should, neck, arms hand.. Chi gave me a long firm massage on my feet and legs. Second time here, loved it.

All staff was really welcoming and nice. The atmosphere in the salon was very relaxing. I’ve got pedicure done by Cindy - she is the best! Shellac polish was perfect and legs massage was great. I relaxed so much that I almost fell asleep in that massage chair. They have complimentary drinks and snacks. Definitely will come back!

I was just at Costco doing some shopping when I spotted the grand opening banner of this nail salon, my nails did need some attention, so I decided to give it a try. 1st impression was great, salon is very clean and chic. I love the high ceiling! Cindy and Tina did my pedicure and nails, both were awesome!!! Super sweet & professional. I do dip powder for my nails, Tina made them look natural & very pretty! Clean, friendly, and worth every penny! Definitely going to be my go to place. They are fairly new to the area, it was not very busy when I was there. Tracy was the best and my nails turned out beautifully. Besides salon doesn’t have a strong chemical smell!

The pedicure was supposed to come with a massage but I didn’t get one. They didn’t offer me a beverage or the remote to get the massage chair but the ladies around me did. It was dead silent - no TV no music and very awkward. When I mentioned some of these things nothing was done and my nails don’t look good. $82 for a lousy massage and experience.

I went to Nexus Nails for the first time yesterday. It is located close by Costco, less than a mile from my house. I called to try it out. I had an appointment for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. I had the pleasure of having my nails done by ling, she was quick, nice, and we made casual conversation while she did my nails. very pleased with the results! Plus it was only $32 (20% off), Amazing deal. Cindy did a beautiful work on my gel pedicure, did i mention that am very picky about how it looks. cannot say enough good things about Nexus, will be back.

Receptionist greeted us warmly and helped me pick out colors after I showed him a picture of nails that I wanted. We all got super deluxe pedicures, really enjoyed. Kim did my ombre nails with designs, I really love them. They have all kinds complimentary drinks too. Will visit again.

I brought my two daughters here with me last week, we all got pedicure manicure combos. Everybody is nice and accommodating. Salon is brand new and manager said they still working on some details so they were doing a soft opening. We received 20% off on our services. Great value. Probably one of the classiest nail salons I’ve ever been too. There is whole wall of nail colors and gel shellacs and powders to choose from. A separate vip room with four chairs lined up. Very clean and chic and spacious, not the usual ones that are so scrunched together. Kim was nice and very informative, this is my first time to get lashes extension and I love the final look. Cindy and chi did my shellac and pedicure, loved long massage time on the legs, Great experience overall.

Great customer service! The manager was very patient in helping me choose and showing me the exact tone of pale pink I wanted. Tina did a perfect oval shape set, She checked with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Lucy took great care of my husband, she gave a great warm stone massage. I absolutely love this new, quaint nail spa! It is brand new, modern, beautifully decorated. Everyone is friendly here. I felt so comfortable while getting my nails done. Tracy did such a great job on my french dip manicure, and I will be back with my husband for pedicures next week.

Amazing service! Everyone is so nice, caring and very talented. Cindy did an amazing job on my pedicure, am always on my feet, so I have some extra callus, she took her time scrubbed good. This was my second time here and all nail techs were wonderful. My husband got sports pedicure and he literally fell into sleep during massage. Lucy fixed my broken big toes and Cindy did excellent massage on my kneels and feet. My daughter got honey and milk spa, she loved too. Will be back next week to try out foot reflexology and facial.

I bumped into this place by accident. Take my daughter to see a dentist and I saw the banner for grand opening, so I decided to get a pedicure while she got her teeth cleaned. I believe the nail lady’s name is Cindy, she did a such a wonderful pedicure, I enjoyed a lot. The place is brand new, super clean and chic and they have an extensive service manu. Tracy did my nails, I wanted white nails for July 4th, she suggested me try soft white and I ended up loving it. Pricing is amazing. I paid only $32 for the set. Drinks are complimentary. I just got my second shellac manicure here since their soft opening. Lucy did my nails last time, they stayed good well over three weeks. Cindy did this time, they looked just great. Masks were required to enter and Cindy put hand sanitizer on her hands as well as mine before manicure, I really appreciated that. I felt they were taking every precaution to keep their clients and employees safe.

I love this new place. Tried their individual lashes extension yesterday and it was amazing, very natural look and was told it doesnt damage my original lashes. Kim is sweet and informative. Great nails, GOOD PRICE and wonderful experience. I normally go to nail bar down the street, but Nexus is doing 20% off grand opening specials and I went with bff today and ended up loving it. Everything in the spa is new & the customer service is on point plus they do any design I ended up with rhinestones on my full set. The pricing is extremely good compared to my previous nail salon.

Timing is so important for me too coz am always on the go, I was out less an hour and a half. Will definitely return.

I am absolutely in love with this place. Nail tech Lucy did amazing job! I am picky about my pedicure coz being a trainer I developed bad ingrown nails these years. She took her time to dig it out and made sure that within my tolerance of pain. I really appreciated of that. Will come here every 2 weeks.

The ambiance at this nail salon is great! It’s chic, clean and well decorated. There are two kinds of pedi spas to choose for your comfort, massage chairs or booths. Tina did great on my nails, first time try ombré looking nails and love them.

I had a wonderful experience last week at this establishment in the midst of this pandemic during their first week of soft opening.I really appreciate that they require all workers to wear masks and gloves, have sanitizer bottles on all their stations and receptionist counter. Everyone is appropriately distanced apart.I got a gel mani and pedi, Technicians paid attention to details. 20% off on all services really helped a lot during this difficult time.I will definitely be going back and supporting this wonderful salon!

This pedi spa is brand new and very clean, disposable files, disposable buffer, disposable pumice stone scrub, disposable pedi liners, sterilized pack of implements, its a dream come true for me. Tracy did a beautiful ombré mermaid nails for me, I loved the fact that she listened that I wanted a short coffin nails and delivered. Will return.
